We're going to start off with action from the world of Formula One. Formula One does return this week after a month, a long break with McLaren's Land on Norway, hoping to further cut the gap in the driver's standings. So as things stand, 50t points behind defending champion Max Novusumuzi Vistappen, ahead of the US Grand Prix this weekend. This guy sports news, if one commentator Martin Brunder says wins in the Netherlands and Singapore will give Norris confidence. Chasing and being chased to completely different stories aren't they, in any sport. So if he gets there to winning the World Championship, whether it's this year or next year, how is his head, how strong is his head, which we don't know. I don't think you know with anybody until that moment arrives. And the other thing is, I guess, Max has actually been in both of these positions, he's been chased and he's been the chaser. So it's going to be very interesting. But it does look like the better car is the McLaren, Red Bull, they've reached their seating and it won't be surprised if Mr Norris does end up taking this to the last couple of weeks or actually winning it with a few races to go. So we will keep you up to date with that one, but this weekend, US Grand Prix in the world of Formula One. The test between England and Pakistan isn't away this morning, Pakistan won the toss in a batting first and team news for England. Captain Ben Stokes is fit to play and Matthew Potts is also in the mix. So Stokesy and Potts are replaced in Chris Wokes and Gus Atkinson in the two changes to the side that won the first test. Interesting enough, the match played on exactly the same wicked use in the opening match of the series which England won, Pakistan coach Azam Amud explained the decision behind using the same pitch. We left a lot of grass on the pitches and we want ball to turn, we felt like we can have the home advantage and we can use that pitch into our favour. Let's see, we can find out after this test match, if work for us or not, time will tell us but that's the reason behind it.
