The Downfall Of Diddy: The Heinous New Allegations Made Against Diddy (10/15/24)

Tony Buzbee, a high-profile attorney, has filed a series of lawsuits on behalf of 120 individuals against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking spanning decades. Buzbee detailed that the alleged victims, both male and female, include minors. Some accusations describe grooming under the promise of record deals and instances of abuse at Combs' events, such as his notorious "Freak Off" parties. The lawsuits represent a wide-ranging legal effort to expose and hold Combs accountable for these alleged acts. Diddy’s legal team denies the allegations and claims they are baseless media attacks.

In this episode, we take a look at the new disturbing allegations.

What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the Diddy Diaries. For about the past week or so, we've been hearing from attorney Tony Busby that he is going to be filing lawsuits that have to do with Diddy and the alleged abuse that his clients suffered at Diddy's hands according to them. And while previously all we had were the allegations being made by Mr. Busby, well, that's all changed now. There have been several lawsuits that have been filed over the past 24, 36 hours or so. And what's being alleged is absolutely horrendous. So before we dive into the actual lawsuits themselves, the actual court documents, we have an article from Fox News talking about this topic. Headline Diddy accused of molesting a 16 year old boy at Celebrity Filled White Party. This article was authored by Tracy Wright. Sean Diddy Combs was accused on Monday of sexually assaulting a minor at one of his infamous white parties according to a new lawsuit obtained by Fox News Digital. The disgraced Bad Boy billionaire allegedly took interest in a 16 year old boy, John Doe, at one of his Hampton's events where Diddy told plaintiff he had the look and could transform anybody into a star. At the star-studded event, Doe spotted countless celebrities and A-listers who formed the music and entertained an industry. He recognized faces that he had seen on TV on the big screen, the lawsuit stated. According to the complaint, Doe took a picture with Combs at the 1998 party, and we all know that pictures can come back to haunt these people. Just ask the Joe Exotic of the Winsor family, because if it wasn't for the picture of him with Virginia Roberts and Ghislaine Maxwell, Bro would have probably been able to beat that case. So if you're going to be out here documenting your bullshit, you better expect somebody to pull your card at some point. And all these people that this kid says he saw there, they're all enablers. If this is true, and these allegations are legit, then all the people that saw what was going on, all the people that might have been there, they'll have some explaining to do as well. Mr. Combs' legendary white parties in the Hamptons were well known by many, including John Doe. The kind where countless celebrities would attend, the suit stated. In 1998, John Doe was only 16 years old. He was recruited out of New York City, and indeed, while residing in New York City, received an invitation to want to Combs' parties through a mutual connection. When he received the invitation, he felt like he finally had the opportunity to rub shoulders with the who's who of the industry. He thought that this could be his chance to break into the music industry. And what's crazy is, I'm at a wedding right now in Temecula, California. My little cousin's getting married. So obviously, I was talking with people at the bar last night while we were watching the football game, and people are just blown away by the fact that there's allegations against Diddy when it comes to males. People weren't expecting that, and honestly, a lot of people weren't even hip to the fact that we're talking about underage people, at least in some of these circumstances. And I find that to be an indictment on the legacy media. You would think that the legacy media would do a better job reporting on this story, but I guess not. Over the years, Diddy was known for having lavish affairs for his affluent entertainment bodies as a summer send-off over Labor Day weekend. The white parties began in 1998 at his Hampton's estate on Hedges Banks Drive, according to the Hollywood Reporter, and quickly grew into events in San Tropez and Beverly Hills. So all these people that were going to this dude's events, they knew that they were going for some hedonism, right? The question is, how many of these people knew the deal? How many of them were at the party, after the party? And as of now, all these so-called celebrities, they really haven't had anyone point the finger at them directly. It's all been vague and generalizations, right? This celebrity, that celebrity, you know, a whole group of celebrities. But it hasn't been a specific person that's been pointed to as somebody that was directly taking part. And I think that we might be getting to that portion soon. Now that these lawsuits are being filed by Mr. Busby's clients, I would expect that to start pretty soon, honestly. Of the first ever white party, Paris Hilton told the outlet, "I remember the first party he threw in the Hamptons. It was iconic, and everyone was there." Well, hello everyone. You are all, now on the clock. Who is this everyone? I'd like to know who everyone is, and I want to know what everyone saw. Though alleged in his pleasant conversation with Diddy took an unexpected turn for the worst, when Combs allegedly told the minor that he needed to drop his pants. John Doe completely caught off guard, confusingly asked Combs to repeat himself, the lawsuit stated. Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis so that Combs could inspect it, explaining that it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself. Don't you want to break into the business? Oh, what, you thought they didn't have a casting couch? In the world of music, like they do in Hollywood, they most certainly do. And someone like Diddy allegedly wielded it to his benefit. And again, it's just like Jeffrey Epstein went modeling, right? It's all part of the hustle. Promise them the whole entire world, and then give them nothing. Doe claimed that he immediately felt uncomfortable, froze, and did not know what to do, while the mega-producer allegedly remained calm and stood in front of him and stretched out his hand in a cup position. And keep in mind, we're talking about a 16-year-old boy here. This dude's telling this little boy to pull out his wang so he can inspect it. Tell me you're a sixth son of a bitch without telling me you're a sixth son of a bitch. Tell us wrong with you. And furthermore, what the hell is wrong with people that were around while this shit was going down? Out of fear, anxiety, and the imbalance of power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then dropped his pants and exposed his penis as Combs previously instructed. The lawsuit stated, Combs moved closer and grabbed John Doe's penis and genitals with his hand. He firmly cupped and held onto John Doe's genitals for an extended period of time. Diddy, then allegedly let go of those genitals, told Doe that his people would be in touch, and continued with the party as if nothing happened. Well, yeah, it's because it's commonplace, right? When something's commonplace for you, why would you disrupt your other activities? And you're gonna have a hard time selling me on the fact that people around didn't know that this was a 16-year-old boy. You could take a look at people for the most part boys, especially most of the time, and know that they're not of age. Some 16-year-old boys over at Diddy's house getting fondled, and nobody has anything to say about it, huh? Nobody saw anything? John Doe eventually recognized Combs sexually assaulted him, by and through this power and influence over John Doe, because he knew John Doe wanted to become a star, the lawsuit claimed. Houston attorney Tony Busby represented the victim and a number of additional plaintiffs who filed suit Monday against the disgraced music mogul. Busby, last week, acknowledged during a press conference that more than 100 accusers reportedly came forward alleging rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation claims against Diddy, with more minors involved in lawsuits, which have yet to be filed. And just going through the few lawsuits that were filed recently, talk about heinous. And in the next episode, we're gonna start going through some of these new lawsuits in their entirety so you folks can get a look at them. That way, you know exactly what's going on when people are talking about these lawsuits, especially considering the amount of them that have been filed and the amount of them that have yet to come, because you know that there's gonna be a whole bunch more. The press conference and the 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Combs legal team said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, man or woman. His legal team, last week, also denied the claims levied against the last night singer. As Mr. Combs legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. Combs' attorney, Erica Wolf, stated, "That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies, as false and defamatory, any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation. Now, does anybody out there really think that Diddy is gonna come with some kind of correct defense and be able to challenge all of these allegations? Now, some of them, of course, are going to be proved to be BS, but I would say a lot of these lawsuits that are being filed are legit. Once you get to the point where you're filing a lawsuit, and you're giving a declaration under oath, and all the other stuff that goes along with it, you're putting yourself at serious legal risk if you screw around, so you better be damn sure you got all your ducks in a row if you make it to this point. Now, does that mean that there's never a meritless suits filed? Of course not, there are, but with that said, I would think that a lot of these lawsuits that are about to be filed, or that are filed already, are based in truth? And that's because Diddy, in my opinion, has lost the benefit of the doubt. Once I see a video of you beating the shit out of your girlfriend, and you're facing all these other charges, all these other allegations, well, you've lost the benefit of the doubt as far as I'm concerned. Now, does that make you guilty? No, not in a court of law, but it's making you look real guilty in the eyes of the public. There's no doubt about that. I haven't heard very many people at all say, "You know what? I think Diddy's getting railroaded. I think Diddy's getting screwed." And that's because, in my opinion, the vast amount of evidence that's already been produced for the public to consume. A message paid for by veterans for all voters. Listen to this message from Ted Delacath, former Army Infantryman and Ranger-qualified platoon leader active in the Army Reserves. When I enlist in the Army, I swore an oath to this country, not any political party. The use of military rank and job titles does not imply endorsement by the Department of the Army or the Department of Defense of this ballot measure. Busby claimed the alleged abuse began as early as 1991 with reported incidents happening into 2024. Alleged victims who are scattered around the country in states including California, Florida, Georgia, and New York came forward after Diddy was indicted by federal prosecutors. And that's just the way of it, right? As we've discussed before, once one person comes forward, well, floodgates, they're now opened, so Diddy better be prepared for the tsunami that's coming with it. Diddy was arrested in charge with racketeering conspiracy sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution in an indictment unsealed on September 17th. If found guilty, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life in prison. And just like his trial date, I would say that all of that's tentative, because we don't know if we're going to see that superseded indictment. Now I think we're going to, but we haven't seen it yet. And when we do, if we do, then things are going to get even worse for Diddy, and that's saying something considering the shit he's already found himself in. Authorities alleged Combs ran a criminal enterprise through his businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global, among others. He used firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse to fulfill his sexual desires according to the unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital. And like I said, we're going to dive into a couple of those lawsuits in the upcoming episodes. I wanted to set the foundation first and talk about the allegations as a whole before we started diving into them one by one. And of course, it never fails, right? These lawsuits dropped while I'm in California for a couple of days at this wedding. Thankfully, I brought all of my recording equipment with me, because I knew that we were going to end up having something like this happen. It never fails. Whenever I go out of town, whenever I have something going on, you can guarantee that the universe is going to make my life difficult by having some news break about whatever the whole story we're talking about. But the good news is I was prepared, had all my stuff with me, and here we are. Combs and his employees would intimidate threatened and lure female victims into Combs' orbit, often under the pretense of a romantic relationship. And remember, that's called the "Lover Boy" strategy, where these guys act like they're in love with these women, they get them in their orbit, and then from there, they abuse them, manipulate them, coerce them, you name it. Combs allegedly then used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs refer to, as among other things, freakoffs. Judge Aaron Subramanian scheduled Diddy's trial to begin on May 5th. The prosecution expects the government's case to take three weeks to lay out, while Diddy's legal team, estimated needing one week to argue the rapper's defense. And again, I take that all with a grain of salt, remember, we're still very early in the process, and there's a lot to be covered, as far as the defense goes, and the prosecution. Prosecutions already turned over, terabytes worth of evidence. So it's gonna take a while to go through all of that, right? And considering what we've seen with some of these other trials, I have a hard time believing that this is gonna kick off on time. But either way, we're gonna be following along each and every day, as we all continue to witness the downfall of Diddy in real time. Alright folks, that's gonna do it for this one, but have no fear, those lawsuits in their entirety are on their way.
