[MUSIC] Legendary quarterback Tom Brady now has a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders, taking 5% control of the team after the deal was approved by NFL owners on Tuesday. It took owner 17 months to approve the deal due to Brady's job as a broadcaster with Fox and concerns that he was receiving too much of a discount from Raiders majority owner Mark Davis. Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, retired from playing after the 2022 season, following 23 seasons in the NFL, spent with the Patriots and the Buccaneers. In other NFL news, the quarterback situation in Pittsburgh is getting interesting. Justin Fields has started the first six games of the season, with the Steelers going four and two to begin the year, but with Russell Wilson a full participant in practice last week, the starting job is up in the air as Pittsburgh prepares to face the Jets on Sunday night football. >> Now it's about knocking the rust off, he did some of that last week, he is in consideration this week. We'll see where that leads us, man. >> That was courtesy of the Steelers as head coach Mike Tomlin spoke to reporters today. Tomlin and the Steelers were also throwing a curve ball with the news that the Jets acquired six-time pro bowl wide receiver, Devontae Adams, from the Raiders. The Steelers are coming off a victory over Las Vegas, and Adams did not play with a hamstring injury. >> I was getting ready for Devontae last week, I'm getting ready for Devontae this week. In Major League Baseball, there is just one postseason game on the Tuesday schedule. The Yankees are looking to take a commanding two games to none lead in the ALCS over the Guardians with first pitch scheduled for 7-38 Eastern. The National League Championship Series between the Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers takes a day off before game three is played Wednesday at City Field in New York. That series is tied at one game apiece after the Mets won on Monday following a loss on Sunday. You can listen and follow the Fox Sports Podcast at Fox Sports.com wherever you get your podcasts.
