Hello, everyone, and welcome back to the show. My name is Matt, and today I'm talking with Petrita Hernandez, who is the owner of Astro Analysis Research Center in Santa Monica, California. How are you doing today? I'm doing well, happy to be speaking with you. Thanks for being here. So tell me a little bit more about yourself and what it is you do. Well, I have many facets. I am an educator, and I'm also an astronomer. I spent 30 years as an educator working in the New York State Prison, dealing with all kinds of education levels, from basic to advanced to college education. And at the parallel, I have been always dealing with my astrology. I started at 14, studying it formally, and started doing readings at 20. And I have been doing my astrology since that time, and right now I am happy to be able to just dedicate myself to this. And what inspired you to pursue this? When I was 10, we had visitors in the house that had dinner with us, and this friend was an astrologer, and started talking about the science, and that opened my mind, and also my grandmother validated astrology. She said, well, I know that when astrologists started to say that things were changing in the Second World War, that they happened, just like the astrology said. So I respect that science. And at that time, many people were not respecting astrology like now, now there is a boom. So that inspired me to investigate on it, and I started with my own sign, and I said, wow, this is exactly how I am. Let me check my father, and wow, that's exactly how it is. And then I checked my brother's, my mother, my friends, and that's how I all started. And then I was blessed to get into my life, the best teachers, one of the best teachers in Puerto Rico, and my Australia, who was my teacher for a few years. And when I came to New York to study, I discovered Charles James, and Mark Benfield, and other astrologers that had recognition, and I was very fortunate to study with them. And I continue, it's a journey. So, what are some of the services that you provide, and how do you help your clients when they come to you seeking guidance? Well, the basic, the basic laid out chart gives the person an overview of the personality of what they have been through, the past events, potential future, and way of dealing with some of the challenges that they have, talents, what are the strengths, what are the weaknesses, what are the best times, what are the times of crisis. So, it's a very good overview to plan for career, finances, relationships, that's the most popular service that I get requested, but I give other services like prenatal charts, industry or comparison of couples, or people that work together, co-workers, bosses and workers, business partners, etc., etc., so there are many other things that you do in astrology.
