It's available across every downloadable podcast on platform, on Apple's Spotify, iHeart, Samsung, or Amazon podcast. Check out the State for Breakfast Linktree, take a show's Instagram, or leave a sub-stack and verify accounts in the X-Gator and True Social. What's up, everybody, and welcome to the first of two big Tuesday edition to the show today. I'm Ron Fly and Solo today, and as always, there's lots of breaking news. Donald Trump held Trump Chella out in the Coachella Valley of California this weekend. We've got a complete rally breakdown with post-event analysis. We'll also take a sneak peek and dive into the Sunday morning news circuit. See what the biggest narratives were that were going to be continuing to shape your news week. Donald Trump also held a rally in Prescott, Arizona, always one of the best rallies he puts out on the campaign trail. We'll break it down and provide some commentary on the event. And then we'll check out the biggest headlines that are coming out of the Sunday morning news circuit and shaping the rest of your news week. We've got a great side of guest coming in here today as well. The former assistant, U.S. Attorney, did it two times. Jeffrey Clark of the Center for Renewing America will be here. We'll also catch up with South Carolina Congressman Russell Fry. Texas Congressman Keith Seff will be here as well. And the RNC's election attorney. Ms. Christina Bob will be joining us on the show today. Before we get into any of our interviews, let's jump right into these headlines and change the way you consume your news. Okay, this is not nom. This is bowling. They're a rule today. Junior America. It's like the fastest. So stand by. All right, everybody. Welcome to the snake for breakfast podcast. I'm Ron Fly and solo for at least the first episode today. Welcome to our Tuesday edition of the show. First of two podcasts that you'll be getting today on a busy news Tuesday. I'm watching President Trump right now. He's up in Chicago, Illinois at the economic club of Chicago. And he is doing a town hall taking questions and answers with Bloomberg News. Coming out of what was a busy campaign weekend for all parties involved in the presidential race. Now, 21 days before election day, three weeks, think about that. You kind of touched on it a little bit last week on how Donald Trump used to joke on the campaign trail. And, you know, talk about if America was going to be able to make it. Well, here we are. And if there's one thing I could tell you guys not to take for granted, it's catching up with a lot of these Trump events happening now. And then the final days of this election cycle. As we shant, ever see it again, and I can't give that disclaimer with enough urgency. You know, a lot of the iconic Trump rally elements that we have all come to fall in love with. Whether it's the oft prompt or material. The way he's kind of, you know, been able to elevate guests that he calls up onto the stage or accept endorsements. The music, which fills the air before the rallies and some of the iconic ballads he's gone off the stage to. In others, we are down to being past zero barrier right now. And we are seeing the end of probably one of the greatest campaigns, if not the greatest in the history of our country. So, I know there's been a lot. You can't turn on the television these days without seeing Donald Trump either doing a town hall or an interview or a podcast or a rally. But do yourself a favor. Honestly, it doesn't matter how America first you are, how big of a supporter Donald Trump you've been. Take some time to sit down and from start to finish, watch one of these last leg of the campaign season rallies and make some memories with it. Because I tell you what, it will probably attempt to be reciprocated in election cycles moving forward. It will never be the same way as it was now, where we're regularly filling up fairgrounds with over 100,000 people. And when you go to the in-person rally, let's just say it's some of these hockey or basketball venues that Donald Trump is filling up from the floor to the ceiling. You'll never see it like this again. You know, you might have some paid supporters come in for a political candidate right at the end of the cycle for optics. And obviously there's things like the national conventions, et cetera. But the way Donald Trump has been able to turn political campaigning and weaponize it to his advantage to where it's like Barnum and Bailey at the height of his heyday. It's like, you can't even explain it, what's going on and how Donald Trump has been able to. And that's the thing, sometimes I think we take it for granted because we've been seeing it for almost nine years now. But just taking the consideration that it was never like this before him. And therefore more than likely won't be after. It's not like he's setting the new standards for what politicians have to be or what they have to do in regards to campaigning. Donald Trump had the drawing power. He always knew it. And we've gotten to the point too. I have to think that the sides of these crowds have exceeded even Donald Trump's expectations. He'll do town halls with a news outlet and there'll be an overflow crowd out front. Like it's that amazing to watch. And I've been to numerous Trump rallies throughout the years and I surely won't forget them. And we'll just have to see what surprises, whether it's guests, people he's bringing, you know, into the MAGA arena or under the America 1st tent. Or whatever he might have planned or up his sleeve in these final three weeks before Election Day. I'm excited to see how it shakes out. Getting started with the news portion of the show here today. And let me say we have an absolutely fantastic guest lineup. Former two-time deputy U.S. Attorney General Jeff Clark will be here. He's now doing fantastic work at the Center for New America. We'll also catch up with Republican National Committee Attorney Christina Bob, great friend of the show. Texas Congressman Keith Self will be here. And we'll be circling back for the first time in a while. But no better time than close to Election Day with South Carolina Congressman Russell Fry. So great guest lineup. And, you know, I was thinking about it this week too. What comes at the end of the campaign season is also a finality of the format we've kind of been on since essentially 2022. You know, once Donald Trump got back into this and we shifted gears and focused our attention on the big three retaining and extending the house majority. Flipping the Senate back into Republican control and obviously Donald Trump going back and being President of the United States, you know, the show format. Every new segment used to be broken up kind of in half, so you'd be getting eight topics a show. And with the campaigning that's gone on, whether we play things from the conventions or out on the campaign trail or highlights of rallies, et cetera. You know, we've kind of extended and tailored our new segments to be able to accommodate something like bringing you the highlights from, let's just say, the Trump speaking events and things of that nature. So getting back into a little bit more of a news with commentary format is something I'm also looking to get back into. And that comes, hopefully, on the heels of Donald Trump winning the presidential election on November 5th. We're going to be catching up with a couple of different news items today that obviously are all centered around the presidential election. I think it's the number one story. There's a lot of other people trying to make noise or bring attention to themselves. And I just, I start to look at it. I start to, you know, possibly break down clips for new segments regarding it. And I just can't wrap my attention around it enough to think it would be something that, you know, fills up your time. So why waste it? So we're going to be taking a look at Trump Chella, which happened out in Coachella, California this weekend, massively attended speaking event for Donald Trump. Well over a hundred thousand people there in a very short notice that was given in regards to the event. I will peek through the Sunday morning news circuit, see what the major news items that were being complained about was and how they are kind of shaping some of the news narratives as we roll you out into the week here. It's Tuesday. We'll start off our second episode of the podcast with a little comprehensive coverage recap and analysis of Donald Trump's massive rally out in Prescott, Arizona. I've been to a rally in Prescott. It's a beautiful venue. It's always packed. And Donald Trump always seems to deliver when he's out in the great state of Arizona. And then take a look at some of the biggest headlines coming out of the weekend and how the narratives that were spun on Sunday are kind of materializing into the news items you're seeing this week, including poll numbers, which includes where the money's going as well. We'll also take a look at some of the voter related materials and lawsuits that the Democrats are filing in the twilight hours of the selection cycle. We'll look at Kamala Harris and what exactly she's doing or not out on the campaign trial as her and Tim Walts continue to, you know, apparently stumble in the eyes of America. And we'll get you all caught up in everything you need to know and all things that are America first. One other thing I've got before we jump into the news. Obviously yesterday was Columbus Day. I am, as mentioned on the show, an infinity number of times am an Italian American. I am second generation, both my parents were the first people born here after all four of my grandparents and their parents immigrated here from Italy. I came across at Ellis Island, signed the book. In some instances had their names changed and tried to, to the best of their ability, live out the American dream. Now, regardless of how history has been reshaped over the course of many decades, if not centuries. I think the accurate or most accurate telling of the story of Christopher Columbus, him being originally from Genoa, losing faith in the eyes of the royalty there in regards to his explorations trying to find a faster trade route to India. Finally became caught by the eye of the Queen of Spain and was bankrolled three ships, the Nina of the Pinta and the Santa Maria, to where in 1492 Columbus did in fact sail the ocean blue, or as was the case according to the diddos that I colored and macaroni art I made as a youth down in southern New Jersey and as part of my education curriculum, one that's not really shared anywhere here in the country these days. It's sad to see whether or not Christopher Columbus was the man who first set foot in Caribbean and made contact for Western civilization and brought all the things like the church and running water there. Or whether or not he was able to continue on any further, I mean we all know there were other explorers who were very active around the same time in the region, America, Vespucci, obviously Ponce de Leon, and you know people of that nature. But here's the deal. In a time where the world was expanding, Christopher Columbus was a large component of that. We here on the show, and I think history will probably prove, if we could eventually move away from the wokeness, is that being a victim of the traditions and normalcy of the time should not take away from the achievements and explore like Christopher Columbus had in regards to his value to the world. And you know, whether it be in a comedic sense of a double negative on cable sitcom dramas like we've heard as one of our audio clips on the show. Not tell you what it is, it's anti-Italian discrimination, or more elegantly put, as Donald Trump did back in 2019. Monday our nation commemorated the legendary achievements of an intrepid Italian explorer, Christopher Columbus. Maybe you've heard of him. And today from Columbus Circle, and you know all about Columbus Circle, we love Columbus Circle in New York. And Columbus, Ohio, what a great place that is to our nation's capital, the District of Columbia, his memory stands as an enduring testament to the daring spirit that built our great civilization. And as long as I have anything to say about this, and I hope that's going to be a long time, it will always be Columbus Day. And you can't not appreciate that enough, we all know Donald Trump does love himself, some Italians. And even in a more surprising context to me, now as a news commentator and pseudo-journalist is to see the way shows even those produced and have the success level like that of the Sopranos done by David Chase, who you know, he's pretty woke and pretty liberal when it comes to his politics. But even he took on the weaponization of the education system and the erasure of accurate American history in his iconic show, the Sopranos. I think it would be almost a negative if we don't jump in and play the clip. Tony coming down in the morning, Carmella and Anthony Jr. talking about something school related. Tony Soprano thinks it has to do with sports. I'll let you guys listen and see what it looked like, even a decade or longer ago. That is just one person's opinion, Anthony. Well football again, he's not going to get hurt, he's a tough kid. Oh Jesus. We're having a discussion about Christopher Columbus. They would make fine servants. With 50 men, we could subgate them. Subjugate? And make them do whatever we want. That doesn't sound like a slave trade to you. George Washington had slaves, the father of our country. Oh, what's your point? His history teacher, Mr. Kushman, is teaching your son that if Columbus was alive today, he would go on trial for crimes against humanity like Milosevic and, you know, Europe. Your teacher said that. It's not just my teacher, it's the truth. It's in my history book. So you're finally with the book and it's bullshit. Tony. Look, you had to work at Columbus's shoes to see what he went through. People thought the world was flat for crying out loud. Then he left on an island with a bunch of naked savages on it. I mean, that took a lot of guts. You remember when we went with the flour to the heat and those bugs? Well, like it took guts to murder people and put him in chains. He was a victim of his time. Who cares? It's what he did. He discovered America is what he did. He was a brave Italian explorer. And in this house, Christopher Columbus is a hero. End of story. And I'll be completely honest with you. That's the way it was taught when I was a child, not the woke history book that Anthony Jr. was reading out of, but that Christopher Columbus was a hero, an Italian-American hero. And regardless of what happened to the natives, especially here in America, it had very little to do with the Italians. And the Italians were treated horribly when they started to immigrate here once, you know, the United States had formed a nation and started to gain traction in global footing. And now you see a lot of these woke educational systems backed by the woke teachers unions trying to erase a pivotal figure in Italian-American culture. Now, you could still go to places like Newark, New Jersey, and obviously New York City, and have just these massive celebrations and Columbus Day parades. You know, I think there's something to take place in Chicago, Illinois, a few other major cities where a lot of Italians obviously down in Florida, probably in Arizona as well, where we've all kind of settled or end up in retirement, consequently. But yeah, indigenous people's day is now what we're kind of subjected to. And I'm going to leave it at, just remember, especially if you're a parent, often some of the most difficult conversations you'll have with their kids when they're growing up is trying to teach them history accurately. This isn't a public school, charter school, private school versus homeschool education thing that I'm talking about. But outside of within the walls of your own home, there's better than ever chance that these days your children aren't taught accurate history of America, especially when it comes to items like Christopher Columbus. So, through a couple of clips, through some literature, through, you know, there's even movies as they get a little older, 1492 conquest, great movie. Gerald DiPardo starred as Christopher Columbus. It was done by Ridley Scott and also starred Sigourney Weaver. It's a movie back from the early '90s. Believe it or not, and if you had the opportunity to watch it or have watched it in the past, this was something that was shown to me back when I was in middle school or the start of high school, and we watched it in my history class. And, you know, if you have any inkling of what this movie is about, it's telling. You'd lose your job for even talking about it today in a traditional classroom, let's just say, in a public school setting. So, we're going to kind of leave it at that. I hope everybody had. If you celebrate or acknowledge Columbus Day, a great one, we did the best we could. So, we did the best we could. We pretty much made fun of people who have tried to weaponize it, and we'll jump into the news now. Again, Noah, dispatched with some extra work today, might show up on the back end or maybe in the second edition of the podcast, but we'll see what happens. What I do know is Donald Trump posted a massive rally out in Coachella, California, over 100,000 people in attendance. The vibe was like that of an outdoor music festival. Donald Trump sure danced like he was at one of the conclusion of it. Of course, hitting the Trump while YMCA filled the air. But before we get into Donald Trump remarks, he did have some of America first best with him this weekend, including J.D. Vance, Matt Gaetto, we're going to hear from now, and Stephen Miller, who we're going to hear on from just a bit. So, let's jump into it. President Trump offers the most unifying agenda because it's our ideas that are good for everyone. A secure board or low prices, cheap energy, a house you can afford, a career you can be with. These are good for MAGA and non- MAGA alike. We are the only political movement in the country right now wanting to make things better for the people who hate us. And you know what? They don't think that way because when they want to do reparations and DEI, when they want to ban fracking in Pennsylvania and ban the gas car, they are willing to sacrifice you in Michigan and Georgia and Nevada. They're willing to sacrifice everybody for their woke masters. Well, you know what? There's more of us than there are of them, and they know that, and it terrifies them, and it should. So, you go out there with every bit of vigor you have. Turn out every friend, everything. You know, that's the thing. I was putting together the show last night, and I figured what would be a perfect segue from, you know, acknowledging Columbus Day and jumping into the Trump rally. And it's people like Matt Gaetto have combated the woke mind virus for so many years. Sometimes being a lone voice up on Capitol Hill and within the Republican Conference, to the extent that he takes it. And you know, for those who might be a little bit critical of Matt from time to time, I have to say this, we're at the end of the campaign, and the people that Donald Trump wants on the campaign trail with him speaking before his events, or getting acknowledged as he delivers remarks, are the ones that he wants there. Not the campaign, not the guest speakers, President Trump. And it's good to see him circling back with Matt Gaetto as we're getting ready to close out this election cycle. One of the newer voices who have come out on the campaign trail as of recent, and really has made a stir, I guess, with the moms for Trump, and the, I guess you could call them cougars for Trump, is former top adviser Stephen Miller. Not really someone who over the years I would have described as having a lot of sex appeal. However, apparently, with the way he talks, his mannerisms, that beautiful bald head that he has, he is really resonating with the single ladies and America First Mamas out there. Not just for his policies anymore. But he's got the it, the maga charisma. And he spoke at the last couple Trump events warming up the crowd before President Trump took the stage. I pulled a small portion of his speaking remarks here, and let's take it out. And I've seen firsthand how the Democrat Party has demolished this state. They have taken your freedom, they have taken your money, and they have unleashed a hell of crime and suffering all across California. But I have good news for you. Help is on the way. With your vote in just 24 days, we are going to send Donald J. Trump back to the White House. And as soon as he takes that oath of office, he is going to end the inflation. He is going to end the theft of our jobs. He's going to end the outsourcing and the offshoring. He's going to end the crime wave, and he is going to end the migrant invasion of our country. We need that Stephen Miller in the next administration. You know, there was a lot of people who offline had told me he had become a little bit paranoid or maybe even permit-like on the back end of President Trump's first term in office. In a sense where, you know, it wasn't like he was going crazy or anything, but he didn't know who he could trust, where leaks were coming from, where his broad and bold immigration policies could best be developed in a way that they could be implemented before Donald Trump left office. And although we saw some of them with the, I mean, obviously the travel ban, Title 42, you know, the remain in Mexico and all that other stuff, the non-weaponization of parole, which I mean that the Biden, Harris, Mayorkas regime have completely weaponized against the American people. It doesn't matter who you are or where you came from, there could be long standing, years long standing, travel advisories in the State Department do not travel to XYZ country. And migrants, illegals will come in from those countries and get automatically paroled into the United States. Makes no sense. What does make sense is having Stephen Miller at the forefront of Donald Trump's economic platform from day one and then those extremely critical first 100 to 120 days. And I have everything I could give you in the best of my ability to hear that I've just about been assured of that. So we'll be seeing it from day one and we'll be seeing Stephen Miller very active in a second Trump administration. It was shortly thereafter that Donald Trump would take the stage traditionally, rendition of Lee Greenwood's God bless the USA took time to acknowledge the massive crowd to where you couldn't even see the back from the stage, started to lay out the MAGA agenda but getting late in the afternoon out in the desert in Coachella, Donald Trump had to make a decision and he decided to throw the outcome of that decision back on the audience let's hear it. Who loves my hair and said you shouldn't put it on? All right, I'm putting a second, that's so sad. Tell me if it's nice to meet him. Okay, Mr. Wall, I love Mr. Wall. Front row Joe's over here, there, there they come. And he pulled the audience essentially saying it's hot, it's bright, what should we do? Do you love my big beautiful head of hair or would you like me to put on the MAGA hat? I'll be completely honest with you. I've listened to audio clips that I've pulled, I've listened to the speech in its entirety, I think one came from one of the Trump accounts, the other one came from C-SPAN which puts all the campaign related material up in its entirety as well. It was about 50/50, but Donald Trump wanted to throw the MAGA hat on, it's the only reason he probably brought it out there with him and then got a little bit of audience participation as they were already, as you could hear at the beginning of that clip, extremely hyped to see him and that's where he would kind of get into it and not talking about Columbus Day at this point, but Liberation Day for places like California and the country on November 5th it's the ability we have to really get this country back on the right track and the only way that happens is if you participate in this election and get as many people as you know to participate in it as well, let's check it out. Everyone here in California and all across our nation, I make this pledge to you, November 5th, 2024 will be Liberation Day in America, Liberation Day. Liberation Day, we're going to be liberated, did you ever think you'd hear that 10 years ago, 15 years ago, we're going to liberate our country from criminals? How stupid are we, how stupid are these leaders as stupid people? I will rescue California in every town across America that's been invaded and conquered and we will put these vicious and bloodthirsty criminals in jail or kick them the hell out of the country, which is number one. And you know, I hear a lot of pushback from people within the political arena who are saying like, you know, Donald Trump's making all these promises about getting all these people out of here and he's going in campaigning in blue states and he has no chance of winning. Here's the deal. One that knows politics understands that these radical, progressive governors, let's just say, for example, Gavin Newsom, JB Pritzker, Gretchen Whitmer off the top of my head, they all run in these completely just destroyed states where liberal policies and the woke agenda has caused such chaos for the people who live there. But they also run in massive budget deficits annually. And in places like California, where I could just say over the past month, we've had two different days where there's been sets of rolling blackouts. One came at the pinnacle of a heatwave where we were experiencing well over triple digits here in Southern California and the power went out from like four in the afternoon to almost eight o'clock at night. I literally had to throw some stuff out in the refrigerator because it was all starting to sweat and I didn't want to get cold again and maybe taste nasty or make us sick. And this is some of the stuff that people who live in these states are subjected to. But I'll tell you what, a lot of the ways that these liberal states are able to continue to conduct themselves and operate barely being able to keep the lights on in some instances. Like I just said out here in Southern California is with large amounts of federal funding. Now, there's only so many ways you can kind of force the hand of governor. But much is the case, as like Donald Trump has explained with countries who didn't want to accept their deportees during his first administration, if you called up Gretchen Whitmer or Gavin Newsom and said, "Hey, I just wanted to let you know, starting tomorrow, your federal funding for everything, healthcare, hospitalization and all the other stuff we do, it goes to zero." And it will only be turned back on much like you do to your own citizens with these rolling blackouts is when you do what we ask you to do. You, in turn, want your citizens to turn off their air conditionings and conserve power because you've closed nuclear power plants. Don't accept hydroelectricity from the Colorado River. You rather dump it into the Pacific Ocean. So this is what we're going to do. Until you start collaborating with ICE and board a patrol, an HSI, and federal law enforcement, you will receive zero dollars. Everything will be put on hold. So I'm going to leave the balls in your court or even more accurately, the illegal is in your backyard and you let us know when you're ready to work with us and you will quietly see these criminals who are terrorizing the streets of places like California, like Illinois, like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio finally start to, well, as Donald Trump puts it, get them the hell out of here. And I really do feel like that will be some effective bargaining on his behalf. And that's because if Kamala Harris has the opportunity to get four more years in office, I mean, we say it a lot, but it's the truth. This country's going to hell and there's not going to be any way we're going to be able to bring it back. Let's check it out. He's imported an army of illegal alien gang members and migrant criminals from the dungeons of the third world. They come from the dungeons of the third world, many, many prisoners, many are -- some had death sentences that were going to be executed for murder, but they're now living happily in California and other places in our country. Congratulations. If you see them, I think you should be kind and take them in, give them a meal, let them stay with your children. They'll take care of your children. From prisons and jails, they came from insane as Saloms and mental institutions from all over the world. From Venezuela to the Congo, they came -- a lot come from the Congo. I don't know what's happening in the Congo. We can almost tell the worst areas, because if there's a run on the Congo, we know Congo's not doing well, but they come from all over the world. She's resettled them into your communities, congratulations, and they can now pray on innocent Americans for a while. If Kamala gets four more years, the entire country will become like the migrant camp of L.A. and San Francisco. What the hell is happening to our citizens? And it was great that he was able to point out how the liberal and progressive and woke policies have completely destroyed his -- I've been living here for almost 26 years. And what I got here, there was some homelessness, there was, you know, some crime, but there are places now, especially in the communities around where I live that you just don't go to anymore. They have turned into -- I mean, there are some iconic hotels in the city that I live in. I've gone to conferences for and heard people speak at, that people will come from all over the world and want to stay in that of now, gone bankrupt and have been turned into migrant shelters. There's like two plus billion dollar ones just down here in San Diego, where, you know, we're pretty close to. I drove past one last weekend and, you know, as I'm driving down the freeway, the sign is still there. And I was like, I remember when I used to go there for conferences and stuff like that. And then my wife was the one who's like, yeah, well, you know, they turned it into like the migrant center. And as I'm driving past it, the entire parking lot is empty except for maybe half a dozen shipping containers. And there's a 20 foot fence around the entire property and I was like, damn, I'd seen it on the news and heard about it, but to see it in person, it's just sad. And we really have to be able to get the word out. It's no longer about this listenership understanding it or, you know, shows and commentators and programs adjacent. We're not talking to you anymore. We're not recapping the news with you guys anymore. We're not trying to inform you guys and shove any more information into your head that you need anymore. We're giving you the tools that are necessary to get out there and do a job that's more than just casting your own vote. That is the most critical component of everything that we're talking about on the show now, whether it's Donald Trump's remarks, things that we're looking at in the news, polling numbers and how the money is kind of shifting it in different directions, et cetera. And you have to be able to have some tough conversations over the course of the next couple of weeks. Really want to put that on you guys. You know, Donald Trump put out a couple bangers on both his Twitter and true social accounts this week. And a lot of them have to do with, well, first of all, he's pissed at Fox News again. If you guys have not heard Kamala Harris, the poll numbers are so bad, they can't even hide it anymore, even if they want to put out fake numbers because she is going to sit down, albeit not live pre-taped interview with election night, early results, caller, enthusiast, big head, bread bear. So that's going to be a deep, exclusive tomorrow, which will be Wednesday during the 6 p.m. Eastern Hour on Fox News. Earlier in the day, Donald Trump is going to sit down with Harris Faulkner, another Fox News host for a town hall. So dueling programming on Fox News, Donald Trump has pissed at them, though, for doing this Kamala interview and for the continuation of the commentators that they allow on their programs like Jessica Tarloff is one of the ones he's pointed out recently. Obviously, he's got no love for Martha McGallum and Neil Cavuto, who always hits Neil Cavuto is the biggest Never Trump on Fox News right now. And he makes no bones about putting it out there. But I did see one because Kamala Harris now has been complaining that Donald Trump won't release his medical records or debate her again. Every voting is already going underway, especially in battleground and swing states. I believe today is the first day in Georgia. We see it also happening in places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and all of the states are going to prove pivotal in deciding who wins this upcoming election in a few weeks. And she just keeps putting it out there like, "I don't get it like Donald Trump's running scared." Donald Trump is literally on television 20 hours a day. If he's not at a town hall or going to an economic club or holding a rally or delivering remarks somewhere, he's doing interviews over the phone, sitting down for podcasts or attending big fundraisers. And it's exhausting to watch. I can only imagine what it would be like to actually physically be a part of that. But again, when it comes to the medical records, Donald Trump's medical records were pretty much given to the public the entire time he was president, obviously going into the election as well, showed that he was a healthy man, could use to lose a few LBS, but can't we all? The man enjoys his chicken nuggies and filet fish sandwiches and he lives a very active lifestyle and seems to be just fine, in my opinion. And I am not a medical professional, but when it comes to cognitive ability, there's almost no way you could argue that Donald Trump has any kind of decline, especially in the sense that we've seen out of Joe Biden or even from Kamala Harris since she's been inserted as the Democrat nominee at the top of her ticket. But he put out in a post yesterday on both of his major social accounts, and I'm going to read it right here. I believe it is very important that Kamala Harris pass a test on cognitive stamina and agility. Her actions have led many to believe that there could be something very wrong with her. Even 60 minutes in CBS in order to protect lying Kamala, illegally and unscrupulously replaced an answer that she had given, which was totally bonkers, with another answer that had nothing to do with the question that was asked. Also she is slow and lethargic in her answering even of the easiest questions. We just went through this for almost four years, we shouldn't have to do it again, taking another knock at sleepy Joe Biden. So yeah, I got some bangers on Fox News and Donald Trump's dissatisfaction level with them right now, but we're going to take a look at that a little bit later in the show. Donald Trump would segue well, stay in the thread of legal immigration, but talk about places specifically and outside of California, pointing out in Aurora, Colorado, where he held a rally on Friday afternoon, directly following the end of our show. Well, he attended and lots of enthusiasm there, talking about ending migrant crime and sending people back, but he was talking about how instances that are happening in places like that are now popping up in places all over the country that's here. One of the deadliest or most vicious migrant gangs that Kamala has imported into our country is the savage Venezuelan prison gang. Isn't it nice? They formed a little friendship in prison. One of the meanest prisons you've ever seen, the Trend Day Aragua. Have you heard of it? This is Trend Day Aragua gang. He sent it. Nice individuals, very nice. They're in Aurora, Colorado, where you have a very weak and pathetic governor who's petrified of them. He's afraid of the criminals. He's the governor. You can't be afraid. But they're in Colorado and communities all over nationwide. This gang is terrorizing law-abiding citizens, including taking over the multiple apartment complexes. But in Aurora, they're, like me, they're in the real estate business. They want to go in. The only difference, I use financing, they use guns. You know, and it's funny, he had mentioned taking over things with guns. You know, there are some videos out there, and even though the media is having a hard time widespreading that around, it came up in an interview that JD Vance gave over the weekend and much in the case, like during the presidential debate where he iconically looked at the camera and broke the fourth wall live on television. He did it again while being interviewed this weekend. We will be sure to bring you that clip, I believe, in our next news segment. Again, we are getting some new policy drips. Donald Trump has been heavily putting some emphasis on a lot of his economic platform over the course of the last couple of weeks, speaking at so many economic clubs across the country, New York, Chicago, DC, et cetera, you know, laying out his plan for the taxes, for the tariffs, for the incentives, and the tax breaks. Well, he's starting to get into a little bit more specifics in regards to his immigration policy. People know more wall, Title 42, remain in Mexico, deportations, and know more pearls. Those are some of the things that Donald Trump was looking to bring back as were part of his first administration's agenda and normal policies. But there was a new introduction to a piece of policy that Donald Trump's looking to have as part of his new immigration policy moving forward, and that is the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. You haven't heard of it? Well, let's check it out. I will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to target and dismantle every migrant criminal network operating on American soil. And we will call it Operation Aurora. That's what we're going to, in honor of the people that have suffered in Aurora at the hands of this horrible gang, Operation Aurora. And if they come back into our country after we're going to throw them out so far, you wouldn't believe it. But if they come back into our country, it's an automatic 10 years in jail with no possibility of parole 10 years. You know, and that's already longstanding U.S. immigration loss, a lot that has been circumvented under Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Alejandro Mayorkas, which is not observed or completely ignored. And when you hear a lot of people on the right say it's a crime to enter this country illegally, people that are doing that shouldn't start off their pathway to anything by breaking the law. That component of it right there is part of the law that is already written on the books. So a re-invocation of that act, I think it would be fantastic. Probably in 1798 was targeting groups coming in to cause or so dissidents in the country and not want to see the United States stand on its own and become a geopolitical powerhouse. And essentially what we've the steps we've taken to get to where we're at today, we'll have to see more. I'll do a little reading on it this week as well and kind of bringing you guys the nitty gritty on our Friday edition of the podcast. You'll never miss out on all the great stuff we've got going on down here at the show. Like our interview incoming with former assistant U.S. Attorney General two times he held the rank and that's Mr. Jeff Clark. Something that goes hand in hand with talking about enhancements to border security and national security is the collaboration thereof with law enforcement, both local, state and even federal when it comes to the item of illegal aliens and getting them out of our country. You know, as one of the most openly to backing the blue presidents we've ever had, Donald Trump, during this rally recommits his pledge to identify law enforcement for their protection and essentially with what's going on in this country for ours. Let's hear it. I will crush the violent crime and give our police the support, protection, resources and the respect that they deserve, they're great people, they're going to end our crime problem very quickly. What they do is give them the word, they're ready to go. They don't want to lose their house, they don't want to lose their car, they don't want to lose their job, their pension, what they do to our police, our police are incredible. They want to do the job, they're not allowed to do the job. When thugs walk into a department store, four or five hundred, they walk out with refrigerators. Could you believe it? With air conditioners and our police are told to stand back, they're not going to stand back and we're going to indemnify them against any problems they have federally. And that's going to be protecting them in the rights to do their job. I think that's a huge component, it's something that a lot of police officers who have been demoralized by woke DAs and judges and no cash bail or limits, monetary limits on what people can't and can't steal, it's just crazy to me that we've let crime get so out of control in this country. And you know, when you talk about how law enforcement's been kind of, hear me out, handcuffed, you also have to talk about recent commentary that Kamala Harris has made, discussing some of the things she would do different or wouldn't, then Joe Biden throughout the course of the last four years, she said she wouldn't change a thing and she liked the way everything's him again, kind of rolled out and delivered to the American people. Donald Trump's going to hit this as one of his best campaign talking points, probably in every rally between now and election day, let's check it out. Well, as Harris said this week, she can't think of one thing, not one thing that she would do differently. Take a look, I'll show you a few. You have done something differently than President Biden during the past four years. There is done a thing that comes to mind. I stood there on the tarmac watching you shut your watch. The chaotic and deadly U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan stunned Americans and the world and cost the lives of 13 U.S. soldiers. Would you have done something differently? There is done a thing that comes to mind. More than 13,000 illegal immigrants convicted of murder have been caught at the border and then released into the United States. The National is in custody today after being accused of plotting an election day terrorist attack. The Southwick entered the U.S. on a special immigrant visa. We've got wrenching new details in the murder of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. The illegal immigrant suspects, who cops say committed the heinous murder, is a Venezuelan national who crossed the unsecured southern border back in 2022. Two men investigators say are in the country illegally from Venezuela, are charged with capital murder and the death of Jocelyn Nungarei. A fifth illegal immigrant accused of attacking two New York City police officers over the weekend showed no remorse or regret. Would you have done something differently? There is done a thing that comes to mind. Only 18% say the economy is in excellent or good condition. U.S. inflation has hit a new 40 year high, increasing by 9.1% over the financial year. The cost of homes have spiked. Home buyers need to earn 80% more than they did in 2020 to a Ford house. Were you the last person in a room? Yes. So that's what's happening right now with Trump rallies. He's using kind of campaign ads in video format to act as interludes going in between topics at the rallies. I think it's awesome that he's able to take these very powerful when you see them visually commercials. But you can just hear by all the headlines that are being read there, how bad of a shape this country is in right now. He's also rolled out a very similar, I guess, rally filler or interlude in between major topics that they're looking to bounce from one to the other in regards to the military. We're going to actually going to hear that one in just a second, but while he was hitting Kamala, he had to bring up the fact that he thought, "Well, we're all the stuff that's shaking out and how we've seen Joe Biden kind of act since." And I'm going back to the 9/11 memorial celebrations where he, for the first time, donned a MAGA hat. Donald Trump has convinced that Sleepy Joe might like him a little bit more than he does even his own vice president. Let's listen. You know, Joe Biden was the worst president in the history of our country. She's the worst vice president in the history of our country. There's never been anything, and we're not going to let her -- you know, I beat Biden, so we have a debate. He went down. He was down. In all fairness to him, he got 14 million votes. He got none, right? So he goes down, they said, "We want you out of here. I won't do it. We want you out of here, Joe." You know, it was a coup. It was a coup. They actually threw him out of office. And I'm convinced that he likes me a little bit more this much more than he likes. Just a hair more, just a hair, not a big deal, but maybe a little bit of a Trump bump. We also had a return to one of the most iconic lines. You may have heard or remember or still even chuckle at to this day, and that's when we have a non-Trump supporter found within D.C. of America First. There happened to be one at this rally. The crowd let the detractor hear it, but Donald Trump also reharned us a little bit of that lightning in a bottle from 2016. Back home to Mommy, she goes back home to Mommy. Was that you darling? And then she gets that, and he'll knock that out of her. Her mother's a big fan of ours, you know that, right? Her father, her mother. Oh boy, I would hate to go home, and if I was that asshat that got drug out of a Trump rally for, you know, trying to misbehave myself and then hear him just absolutely troll me on television, it would be crushing. Much like the way our military has been crushed over the course of the last four years, which started out as the weaponization of the vaccine mandates and stuff like that. Now we find ourselves with the lowest ever recruitment numbers, the attrition rates are at all time highs, the retention ability as at all time lows, and with the perspectives of possibly fighting wars in Eastern Europe versus Russia, and in the Middle East versus Iran, or maybe even, first fucked up as this administration has been, in both places at the same time, all that with the ramped up threat of China and what might happen with Taiwan. It seems like nobody wants to do it anymore because all of the military brasses woke, all of the military policies are DEI, all of the people running these agencies are part of the problem as the career non-elected bureaucrats, and again, the Trump campaign putting together some of these visual aids to help out during the rallies and get the message across I think is huge. There was another one in regards to they're making the military great again here at Trump Chilla, and we're going to listen to it right now. Happy Pride, happy Pride Month, and actually, let's declare it a summer of pride. Let me see your war face, that's a war face, now let me see your war face, you didn't convince me, let me see your real war face. You will be a weapon, you will be a minister of death, praying for war, but until that day, you are huge, you are the lowest part of life on earth, you are not even killing fucking you, you are nothing but an organized, broadcasting pieces of amphibian shit. Man, it must paint him to have to watch those transgender military participants do their transition videos, which were intertwined to that visual aid which he played at the rally. One of the other things, I guess it's almost perfect coming out of talking about the woke military, is taking a little time to draw some focus in on Kamala Harris' vice presidential selection. Minnesota Governor Tim Walts, who's almost a perfect, let's just say that Paul Rubens, Peewee Herman, and Mr. Bean did the fusion dance, that would pretty much make Tim Walts with his flamboyant gesturing jazz hands and limp wrists. I'm sure everybody saw, I'm sure Noah really enjoyed him trying to fail at loading a shotgun while attempting to pheasant hunt over this weekend. His media blitz was a complete disaster as well. The audience was in the know about the nickname that was given to Tim Walts by Donald Trump. Wait until you hear the reaction when he starts talking about him, let's check it out. I'd like the vice president, she picked, how about that guy? How about that guy? He made Trump laugh. He wants to say it. Nothing beats an organic tampon Tim chant from the crowd at a Trump rally, I'll have to say it, and in closing here, what Donald Trump had to say in regards to wrapping up this very successful showing out in Coachella, California. Trump Chilla, if you will, hey, just want to put it out there, I'm Noah, I'm sure you'll listen on the QC and editing. We are now three for three. I finally got one of mine into the Trump Teams social media post. Noah loved Noah created magnomics here on the show. He was also a make America healthy again. We've had a long standing commercial for one of our partners who we add read for a wellness clinic in Southern California, up in Los Angeles. And if you go and listen to the commercial, which has been a part of our show's free ad reads for I'd say over a year now, Noah also coined the phrase make America healthy again, which is now something that they're putting on campaign related material to. And since RFK Jr joined the campaign, well, when they said Coachella, to me, it was always going to be Trump Chilla. It just always was going to be. And I believe it was Margot Martin, who likes her and Lynn Patton, like a lot of our posts. They reshare some of our posts. I know they like our guest content on the show as well. She dropped the Trump Chilla caption on Donald Trump's rally post from Coachella, California over the weekend. So, I mean, I don't like to, you know, take too much credit where credit isn't due. But I've been trying to figure out a way to get this clip in the show. And I have to say it's about damn time. What can I say, except you're welcome. Finally, and in closing, and before we jump in with Jeff Clark, let's hear the close out from Coachella, California, and Donald Trump. November 5th will be the most important day in the history of our country. I believe that it will take back our country. And together, we will make America powerful again. We will make America wealthy again. We will make America healthy again. Right, Noah? We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again. Thank you very much, California. Thank you, everybody. God bless you. God bless you. And I tell you something, I cannot emphasize enough how much you have to watch one of these rallies. The audience participation, the energy and electricity level, the dance party, which I'm watching President Trump bust the Trump right now, and the crowd interactiveness. It's reaching all-time highs as we're entering, and now we're in the final three weeks of Donald Trump's last campaign for president. I know Noah's got a 10 out of 10 rating for this one. I'm going to have to say for what they produced in Southern California, and with Trump Chilla in just about a week, well over 100,000 people, I'm going to go 10 out of 10 as well, which is setting the stage for us checking in on the Prescott, Arizona rally in our next show because those are always 10s as well, but we're going to leave it at that and let you kind of stew on the iconic YMCA as we're getting ready to jump in with former deputy U.S. Attorney General Jeff Clark, but before we do, first check in with one of our partners. I think it's time we had a conversation about a good night's sleep. Pillow King of Minnesota, Mike Lindell, and the apparatus known as the MyPillow family has been cranking out savings down at MyPillow for over 20 years, and for the first time in 20 years, they've changed the long-standing MyPillow, and now have the MyPillow version 2.0. All right, joining us first on the show today, this big Tuesday edition of the State for Breakfast podcast. He's the two-time assistant U.S. Attorney General. He's now doing what we consider some of the Lord's work at the Center for New America. Welcome back. Mr. Jeff Clark, thanks for coming on the show. Thanks. Thanks for having me. Oh, it's always great to be here, you know, whether I have a stake that day or no stake. Well, any day that you have stakes a better day than most, but I think overall, we just appreciate when you can take some time to come and share with us on the show, and we've got a lot to talk about as we're now three weeks before election day, early voting going on in a lot of the battleground states, Jeff. You know, I kind of want a little bit of your commentary, how you've seen this race being run. I talked about it before, Donald Trump galvanized out of the convention, extending the America first tent, bringing in people like Elon Musk and Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. And now he's decided as part of his, what we're considering final appearance on the campaign trail as we expect him to be the president, and that will be it for him politically. I mean, at least for the Trump rally circuit in the near future, but, you know, we're seeing him go in places that you traditionally wouldn't see Republican candidates even thinking about three weeks before election day, he had Trump, Chile out in Southern California this weekend. He's going to be in New Mexico, Virginia. He's going to be in Atlanta, Georgia, not just regular Georgia, but in the very blue city of Atlanta. He's going to be doing a rally at Madison Square Garden, which I think is probably going to be the crown jewel of this rally cycle, in my opinion. But when you see Donald Trump running untraditionally as his campaign has pretty much been since 2016, how do you feel this race shaking out right now? It looks like Kamala Harris and Tim Walts are kind of falling apart. I definitely think that their campaign has weakened, right? They got a big honeymoon effect after the switcheroo, the switch in time that got rid of Biden, the ditched Biden, and then after her convention, which was all, you know, big Hollywood produced, but there's only so long you can run on that gas and now it's, you know, down to fumes, and I think even the fumes have been consumed. And you know, the polls continue to tighten. I don't put a lot of stock in the polls because, you know, I just, I don't trust social science research in the same way I trust, you know, economics is social science too, but it's a lot harder. And by harder, I mean, you know, something closer to the physical sciences, because you actually have real numbers where people spend dollars. When you just ask people what their opinions are, right, talk is cheap. And I think they skew these polls. I think they skew them both in directions to, you know, make it look as if it's hopeless for Trump and, you know, and or to try to somehow make it seem like now he's got it in the bag. So people, you know, who are the deciding voters should stay home, I just would tell people, look, get to the polls, get your friends and neighbors and family to the polls or get them to send in their mail in ballots. Don't give up. Don't relent. We have to keep pressing. I think that the fact that President Trump is going to all these non-traditional areas, and he went to what we're seeing as, you know, blue wall areas in 2016, right? And you know, he pears that much to their shock. So I wouldn't be surprised if he has more surprises in store for 2024 as a preliminary lead up to his return to office in January 2025. It certainly looks that way. And you know, we're all sitting back and hunkered down for the October surprises, but after the last four years or maybe even eight, I don't think anything could really shock us at this point. I just don't, you know, when you see the law fair that's been waged, when you see the media that's been bought and paid for by the radical progressive left, where you see the, you know, the way the weaponization of the justice system has come down, the assassination attempts, which were very real and actually happened and we don't even really talk about them anymore. And then when you talk about Donald Trump, I mean, Kamala Harris has resorted to, he won't debate me and I'm going to go on Fox News and he won't release his medical records. Everybody knows what Donald Trump's medical records is. The man had them pretty much made public record during the course of his administration. Ronnie Jackson, who's now a congressman, was his White House physician in addition to that. I mean, everybody knows the man loves his McDonald's fish filet sandwiches. He golfs a lot and works more than just about anybody on the planet, especially when you talk about the arena of politics. And then, you know, when you see Kamala Harris and Tim Walts out there, whether she's word-sailing or Tim Walts can't even load a shotgun when he says he's been an avid hunter and pheasener over the years, it just, it looks like almost a joke. I think there has to be some kind of buyers remorse within the Democrat party. You might have sought come out a little bit when even Saturday Night Live took big digs at Kamala Harris and Tim Walts this weekend. But you know, when you see the race that they're running, it even looks like the media is kind of like putting up a safety net with like, okay, we might potentially have to deal with Donald Trump as the media now for the next four years. We can't just continue to lie about all these stories. Have you seen a little bit of a shift in change? Well, I think I'm just taking the media point last, right? You know, personally, in terms of their political hearts, they'll hate having Trump in office. But in terms of their bottom line and in terms of how exciting their jobs are, they love it. They love having him. That's why they give him so much press because he's interesting. I mean, Kamala Harris is a snooze fest and she doesn't make any sense. They have to, you know, doctor 60 minutes transcripts in order to try to make her look, you know, at least halfway cogent. And Tim Walts, you know, he's a guy who, you know, coined this whole idea of, you know, the Republicans are weird. I mean, he's weird, right? I mean, the Donald Trump is, you know, a classic American. Yes, he's a billionaire and that lets him do things that people who aren't billionaires can't do. But when, you know, it seems like when he's left to his own devices, like, what does he want to do? He likes to eat, you know, classic American food, burgers. He likes to golf and, you know, because he could do it a lot. He likes to talk to people on the phone. He likes to watch TV news reports. He likes to have, you know, political confabs. He, you know, maintains a steady stream of correspondence. And you know, JD Vance also is, he's a, you know, guy from the heartland of Ohio and yes, he managed to get himself an Ivy League law degree. But that's what happens, you know, under our prior system of meritocracy, right? The people who, you know, are smart rise to the top. Increasingly with all this DEI stuff, you know, people rise to the top who can't compete in that meritocracy. Clearly JD Vance and his wife, Ken, Kamala Harris is exactly the opposite. And you know, weird Tim Walts, like what he's obsessed with doing is visiting China like 30 times. Right? I mean, these people, those people are not normal and they, you know, Tim Walts has a, has a family. But Kamala Harris, you know, has just had one politically powerful boyfriend after another and has never actually been a mother, which I think is an odd kind of background to have in order to run for President of the United States as a woman and potentially say you're going to be the first woman president. Well, you know, and that's something that I definitely want to follow up with you on. I think when you talk about the family component of it and how we've seen it, you know, put on display for over the course of the last almost a decade, but even more so since like, let's just say the assassination attempts and the, the rollout of Melania Trump's new book and her reintroduction into the political arena, seeing Baron Trump grow up from, you know, someone who's a very young child to adulthood now out on the campaign trail with his father and doing things like going to college and stuff like that. You know, I honestly think that when you talk about a lot of the major players within the Democrat party, the Obamas, the Clintons, and even going looking at the other side, like the bushes and the Chinese, their whole family component and the dynamic of those, a lot of it seems staged. And a lot of it doesn't seem genuine. And when you look at, you know, the way that America has been kind of romanticizing with Trump world during this cycle, you know, it seems like they almost enjoy the fact when Donald Trump gets his adult children out there to campaign with them. Or Melania shows up at the RNC and how his family has been able to respond to everything from the Mar-a-Lago raid all the way up through the assassination attempts. And I think when you look at it politically, and there are some heavy hitters within both sides of the political apparatus, you have to look at the fact that I think when you talk about Trump world, I think the only thing that rivals it is Kamala. And now you have R.F.K. Jr. and Donald Trump working together. Right. Look, I think that it's very transparent in looking at Donald Trump and his family that his kids love him, right? All families have problems and, you know, he has a blended family as well. But there's no indication that any of his children have gone off the deep end, like with the Bidens, especially. You got Hunter Biden and you got Ashley Biden with her diary, you know, there's some really disturbing things reflected in all of that. And it all almost feels to me like both with the diary and with for Ashley Biden and with the Hunter Biden laptop, that the fact that those were discovered publicly and they've been published, that they're cries for help, essentially, right? Sure. You know, things that they took immense pains to keep private and, you know, it reveals a family that I think is very disturbed and, you know, not that it's not possible to be a great president and to have because, you know, everyone is a sinner, right? And all people are individuals. They make their own choices. Good point. You know, to have children who might go off in a different direction, like I don't blame Jimmy Carter for his kind of goofy brother, you know, with Billy Beer and so on, right? You know, you can't account for everything in your own family, but I think it's really telling that Donald Trump has raised an excellent, beautiful family. You see people like his granddaughter, right, is going off to college to play golf. They just, you know, look like they're all very well adjusted and that they're not, you know, super arrogant, stuck up people who live, you know, with their heads in the air, with their nose high because they have money. Yeah. No, it's a great point. I mean, you don't see the power grabs within the family is traditional with a lot of these prominent families. You don't see a lot of the complaints over, let's just say the money component over it. As you do in a lot of these prominent families, I see a lot of potential people that could be future politicians or ambassadors, everyone from Melania Trump to Eric and Don Jr. and a lot of the things in between also the thing that you mentioned, the relationship that Donald Trump has with his grandkids, you want to talk about somebody being normal outside of the fast food and the golf, it's the genuine nature that you see him interact with his family, especially the younger grandkids, which I think really has, you know, been able to, which is where I want to go next, deflated a lot of the narratives that have been hold against Donald Trump for the last nearly a decade now. That's the racist, misogynistic, bigot, you name it, and there's an IST on the end of the word. He's been called it or been accused of, you know, participating in that kind of, of idealization and Jeff, you know, when you look at it, they've even rolled out Barack Obama to bring back identity politics here at the end of the, you know, presidential election campaign. But I'll be completely honest with you. I saw how he was kind of caught in that viral video scolding a group of younger African-American men last week talking about how he doesn't feel the enthusiasm level from them for her, like they did for him, and then go out and give that speech and kind of just make those deflated talking points, everything from, you know, Donald Trump's a big racist to we're going to have January 6 every day for the rest of our lives to be his reelected president. And I just don't see any of that stuff really resonating with the American people, much like you said, to lead in when they open up their bank accounts, when they see the safety and security or lack thereof in the streets, when they talk about the education or health care that them and their families aren't being afforded right now. Yeah, look, I think that the narrative, the left built, which they were going, you know, hard and fast on for a long time of Trump, the authoritarian, right, Trump, Trump, the Nazi, et cetera. I mean, how many, you know, major popings of that bubble, you know, piercings do you need, you know, RFK, he's decided to sign on with Nazism, you know, Elon Musk, right, who's, you know, our great entrepreneur who wants a very open society and, you know, comes from a liberal tradition, he just actually wants the Bill of Rights to be respected. And Tulsi Gabbard, right, you know, she was attacking the Democrat Party for all their warmongering. And, you know, she's signing up for authoritarianism, you know, no, none of that makes any sense. I think ordinary people see right through it. Just take this incident over the weekend with the, you know, the boats out on the water, right? Right. And some guys show up, you know, with Mike Lindell advertisements and with Nazi symbology. And, you know, it's already been revealed that these people are totally fake. They're not, you know, they're not Republicans who are supporting Trump, you know, or traditional conservatives. Like, these are radicals and they're just trying to destroy President Trump. And given that these things keep happening, like the Patriot front, like the, the weird-looking group of young people who showed up with tiki torches outside, you know, with Yunken, right? All fake events and anyone who has a, you know, what I said above a room temperature IQ can see right through it. No, it's the truth. And then, you know, the last thing I want to touch with you on Jeff, very big, as we're in the, you know, final three weeks before election day here, I want your opinion on how we've done a job outside of the Trump campaign and making sure that we're doing everything we can to kind of hit the big three. We all know the best way for this country to start working again for the American people on January 21st, 2025 is to have Donald Trump back in the Oval Office, the Republican majority protected and hopefully extended and then, you know, flipping the Senate back into Republican control. We had a lot of people on the show this week and over the course of the last few weeks, whether it be, you know, some of the ones you frequently see at Trump rallies, like Congressman Matt Gates or those who have leadership positions within the party, like Dr. Andy Harris or at least Stefanik, and they've all come on and talked about how they're doing a lot of work, not in their own states. They're out there stumping for other candidates to make sure the seats that are, you know, in the purple are protected and seats that are up for grabs are going to fall into Republican control. But when you see how much work needs to be done starting as soon as possible and in the beginning of next year, do you think whether it comes from the jobs that the people in Congress are doing all the way up to, you know, securing our elections a little bit better in the cycle? How we've done? Look, I think that things are going to change, you know, knock on wood. President Trump gets elected because I think he provides the necessary leadership catalyst. I think there are a lot of, you know, kind of warring factions inside, you know, many parties. I think the Democrats have probably done a better job in trying to, you know, corral their people with the iron hand of Nancy Pelosi, et cetera. But I think that with President Trump back in the White House, I think that the Republicans will act much more in Congress. Hopefully we'll have both the Senate and the House, as you said, like a unified bloc. And they will help to pass President Trump's agenda and to continue to investigate and help the Justice Department and the new Trump administration investigate what happened during the Biden administration and to like just take one example, right? I really want to see, I really want to hear, I should say, the audio tapes of Robert Herr's interviews with President Biden. I want to see if those transcripts were doctored and they're not going to be able to hold that stuff back once President Trump takes the White House back. It's a, there's a lot of work to be done. And the sad part about it, I was having a conversation with Hermit Dylan recently and, you know, she was talking about getting set up in Arizona and complaining about the heat. She's had a busy year and a tough one too, as she's lost both her husband and her father recently and now is doing work on the back end of this election to make sure we have something a little bit more fair in what happens on November 5th this year, as it did in early November back in 2020. But the fact of the matter is the real work starts the day after election day. That's my opinion. And we've all put so much in and poured so much into this race. It seems like almost exhausting at times, but the real work is still very well ahead of us. Jeff, as always, this is great catching up with us. Hopefully we can again, before the election, we always love your commentary here on the show and talk about some of the things we're discussing on whatever episode of the podcast you could jump in. We've got a live link in the show description today for the center for Renew in America. We can also find your latest film, fearless at the point of attack, the Jeff Clark story, absolutely fantastic way to show, well, some of the hell that you've been through over the course of your time as a public servant, especially coming out of the Trump administration. But if there's anywhere else we could find on social media, live links, handles or whatever, where are they and we'll live link them as well. Sure. So I'm at Jeff Clark US on X, which is my primary platform and also same handle at Gator. And then at Truth Social, I'm at Real Jeff Clark. And the center for Renew in America said, "You're going to link to." And since you mentioned the movie, let me just plug my colleague, Kingsley Wilson, who did a fabulous job putting that movie together and to urge your viewers and listeners to go and watch the movie at www.thejeffclarkstory.com. Got it live linked as well, and we'll have Kingsley on the show with us next week as she's a regular contributor. Just like yourself, sir, this is the former two-time US assistant attorney general of the United States, Mr. Jeff Clark. Thanks for joining us today on the show. Have a great rest of your week. Thanks a lot. You too. You have a big portfolio at Homeland Security, and of course, the US border is part of that. Border crossings are now at a low for the Biden presidency. But our CBS polling shows 65% of Trump voters believe the Biden administration is trying to intentionally increase the number of migrants at the border. And among the people who do believe that, 3/4 of them say it's because the administration wants them to vote, and the speaker of the House just told us that he thinks non-citizens are going to vote, even though this is already illegal under established law. What mechanisms can you tell the public about that exist to prevent this from happening? So what a powerful example of disinformation. There is no facts underlying these assertions. They are extremely damaging. It causes people to lose confidence in the integrity of the election system. And we meet people in positions of authority to actually communicate accurate information to the voting public. We are the numbers that we are experiencing now at the border are actually lower than they were at this time of year in 2019. And so it's not just over the last three years, but well before them in the pre-COVID times. And the notion, the notion that we in law enforcement have sought to intentionally allow individuals to cross the border illegally for the purpose of voting is preposterous, and everyone should condemn that rhetoric. Everyone. Alright, jumping back into the news portion of the show here, back end of the first two big Friday editions of the stake for breakfast podcast, as always, when we have a couple moments to sit back, relax, and have a conversation with the former two time assistant U.S. Attorney General Jeff Clark, all we could say to our listenership is, you're welcome. Consequently, we're leading into our second news segment here today. The senior most ass-hat in the Biden-Harris administration, DHS Secretary already impeached in the House of Representatives, Alejandro Mayorkas, instead of focusing on how big of a fuck-up they had in Hurricane disaster relief in the wake of Helene and Milton. Possibly another assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life over the weekend, as reports are breaking here today on Friday, that the U.S. warns Iran to back off of Trump threats as he's been notified that he's officially on a hit list for the Iranian regime or anything in between. God forbid we mention the border and all the illegals who are coming in here, some who are planning to participate in voting on election day, as we've seen many reports and concerns arise over the course of the last several years with the nearly, if not over 20 million people who have come into this country. Apprehensions are down because they're flying them in. Accidents are down because the CBP-1 app allows them to schedule an appointment to illegally cross the border instead of being apprehended to do so. So I just want everybody to kind of take that into consideration when you're listening to this complete jerk-off Alejandro Mayorkas and some of the points that he was making. Right there, one of them being that there were no facts behind what he's labeled as misinformation and conspiracy theories regarding illegal voting on November 5th of this year. People have to wait and see, but I am extremely skeptical of the safety and security of the upcoming election and that's just my personal opinion. It was reported over the weekend that Alejandro Mayorkas was finding time to shop at Sid Mashburn and got takeout from Nobu. I saw some citizen journalists who were really frustrated with the FEMA stuff going on. Here's a post from Joe Gabriel Simonson on Twitter. Alejandro Mayorkas walking out of Sid Mashburn with the big brown bags of clothing. For context about all the FEMA stuff, I saw Alejandro Mayorkas this afternoon at Sid Mashburn, which is the second time I've seen him there on a Saturday afternoon in about a month. So suffice to say, the guy isn't working around the clock from America. And here's another one. DHS Secretary Mayorkas spends under six hours in Helene hit North Carolina before bolting to grab some sushi at a DC Nobu. What a complete failure that report came out of the New York Post. So apparently working around the clock means time to sit down on the Sunday morning news circuit as we'll continue to play some clips here. The next one being how he is now defending, importing the Afghan national who was recently arrested for planning a mass casualty event on election day of this year. Someone who worked in conjunction or collaborated with was an asset for the CIA in Afghanistan before being able to come over here to the United States and roam the streets of our country freely, I guess taking up shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was recently arrested. What's here and make up excuses for himself and the job, poorly that he's done over the course of the last four years again. Quickly explain what the status is with this arrest this past week or this prosecution we learned of this past week of this Afghan national who was apparently planning an election day terrorist attack on behalf of ISIS. He was in this country. He had immigration status. Was he radicalized before he came to the United States? So Margaret, it is an ongoing prosecution, so I won't speak of the facts, but the viewing public is getting an idea of the breadth and diversity of the missions that we in the Department of Homeland Security attack. But he gets to be sure of vetting versus whether he was radicalized here. Remember the individual came in through parole, an Afghan national, and when we vet and we do so intensively when we vet an individual, it's a point in time screening and vetting process. That's the lie that he makes up, and if he's able to circumvent the longstanding system which Alejandro, New York has helped to dismantle over the course of the last four years, obviously you've heard many people, some from both sides of the aisle, including those who are very keen in the law, the Constitution, and the immigration system here all the way up to members of Congress, and Donald Trump out on the campaign trail talking about his weaponization of the parole into the United States, which essentially gives a blanket to every single person that crosses this border to lie about their biometrics, and then to receive a Biden flight anywhere in the United States once apprehended, and then they get all of the free stuff that's ruining local economies, taking jobs away from American citizens, devaluing the dollar, crushing the education system, and crippling health care in the United States. So that's all, the parole system, it's a moment in time where I don't know what I'm talking about so I'm going to say words, yeah. And that's basically what we're getting from this guy. Last clip I've got of Alejandro Mayorkas is him trying to make up excuses or skirt around the issue, and again, we'll have J.D. Vance in here in a little bit, not on the show as a guest, but a clip from him over the weekend. Talking about Tren de Aragua, the Venezuelan gangs who have taken over swaths of communities across the country, including places like the apartment complexes and worksites in Aurora, Colorado. Now, as President Trump calls them, Tren de Aragua, you know, this is a real issue. One worksite, one beatdown, one rape or murder, one apartment complex commandeered is too many for people who don't belong here and have been led in under this administration in the United States. I'm sure we can all agree with that. You wouldn't want it to be the apartment complex next to your house or neighborhood or children's school, especially when you see the forceful manner in which they're doing it with semi-automatic rifles and coming in force. Before we get into this any further, let's hear Alejandro America's kind of work his way around this question as well. Trump on the campaign trail talks a lot about a prison gang from that country, and he argues there's already laws in the books that would allow for the Biden administration to dismantle criminal networks. He says he'd do it. Are there those laws, are you doing everything you can to combat this transnational criminal organization? Yes, we are, and I think you're speaking of Tren de Aragua, TDA, Margaret, I was a prosecutor for 12 years. We had criminal gangs to battle back then. We are indeed doing everything we can to dismantle criminal gangs and transnational criminal organizations, and quite frankly, we've devoted an unprecedented level of resources and personnel and focus to this effort. This is not a new phenomenon. Oh my God, Alejandro, Ali, as he's known to friends as, what are we doing here? You know, one of the biggest questions I have, and I don't know if it's the woke nature or levels in places like Aurora, Colorado, or Springfield, Ohio, or the fact that they know unless forever jail time, or at least until the next administration takes over, is there nothing that can be done against these violent gangs in the works than the crimes that they're committing in these communities across the country? Why hasn't the local SWAT component or state level law enforcement gone to the places where these crimes are being committed and forcefully remove these people, these criminal gang members from places like Venezuela, and throw them in jail. They've been videotaped, there are victims, crimes are being committed, nothing's happening. I really do feel like a lot of these liberal and progressive mayors, governors, are just waiting for Donald Trump to win this election so they can start the line up the moms, holding the babies, crying, getting thrown on a bus, while shackled, and being sent on flights back to the country of their origin. That's just my opinion. And I really feel like, you know, you can't take this out of context, but you have to ask yourself at the same time, why is literally nothing being done about this right now? And it's being so heavily reported. It's not because it's not happening because the crimes continue, the car accidents, the DUIs, the kids not being able to learn in school, the overworked healthcare systems, the public services that are being scooped up by illegals, and not being made available to American citizens in these communities now, and then again, the violent crimes and all that stuff that goes along with it. You know, this leads me to my next point, and it's Senator JD Vance, you know, he's done such a great job over the weekend. And throughout the course of since he's been tapped to be the vice presidential nominee, the Ohio Senator, in combating a lot of the fake news narratives, you know, Donald Trump sits down for the town halls, and some are in oppo territory, but most of them are in friendly environments because even though they allow people who are supporting both candidates to attend, it's usually the moderators when you're going to sit down for a town hall that you want to be able to, you know, work fluidly with, so it keeps it going. We're not just going to, you know, sit down on CNN or MS DNC every weekend and talk about February 6th and talk about threats to democracy and talk about the unpeaceful transfer of power and this, that and the other thing. It's just a complete waste of time at this point in the cycle because none of it's true. So when the mainstream media has kind of demonize Republicans for bringing up the fact that of these 20 million people that have come into this country, there is a violent component we've seen the numbers released. There are major crimes, everything from rape and murder to, you know, beatdowns and robberies, DUIs, et cetera happening in every city in town across the country. We've brought people in from some of the most rural areas. Indiana Congresswoman Victoria Spartz, the other day, is a perfect example. Now she's having to deal with the problem and the discontent of her constituency due to these open border policies. But when you have someone who's as well equipped as JD Vance is to combat the media narrative and push back on how absolutely fucking retarded they sound, well, you get a little bit of this. Let's check it out. But we play some other comments about migrants, including in Aurora, in Colorado, where Trump said the city had been invaded and conquered by Venezuelan gangs. The Republican mayor of the city said flatly the city and state have not been taken over or invaded or occupied by migrant gangs. So do you support Donald Trump making those claims that the Republican mayor says we're grossly exaggerated and have hurt the city's identity and sense of safety? I understand what you're saying that some people left behind, but he's making these statements that the mayor is flat out disputing. Well, Martha, you just said the mayor said they were exaggerated. There's got to be some, that means there's got to be some element of truth here. And of course, President Trump was actually in Aurora, Colorado, talking to people on the ground. And what we're hearing of course, Martha, is that people are terrified by what has happened with some of these Venezuelan gangs. Senator Vance, I'm going to stop you because I know exactly what happened. I'm going to stop you. The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complex, apartment complexes. And the mayor said our dedicated police officers had acted on those concerns. A handful of problems. Really Martha, do you hear yourself only a handful of apartment complexes in America? We're taken over by Venezuelan gangs. And Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris's open border. Americans are so fed up with what's going on and they have every right to be. And I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said, rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States of America are being taken over by violent gangs. I worry so much more about that problem than anything else here. We've got to get American communities in a safe space again. And unfortunately, when you let people in by the millions, most of whom are unvetted, most of whom you don't know who they really are, you're going to have problems like this. Kamala Harris, 94 executive orders that undid Donald Trump's successful border policies. We knew this stuff would happen, they bragged about opening the border, and now we have the consequences and we're living with it. We can do so much better, but frankly, we're not going to do better, Martha, unless Donald Trump calls this stuff out, I'm glad that he did. Okay, let's just end that with a did not invade or take over the city as Donald Trump said. You're a nasty person. I want a complete fucking bitch. I mean, it's the only way to do it. If they're going to give you a live piece and they're going to continue to bombard you with just a fake narrative that, and they even opened up the door for it, grossly exaggerated, it doesn't say never happened. And you know, they had the receipts of that town hall that was conducted last Friday in Aurora, Colorado, where people voiced their concerns about the drunk driving accidents, the robberies, the violence, what it's doing to the education system, what it's doing to the healthcare system, to the housing market, et cetera. You don't think dumping thousands of people into a small rural community doesn't change the way that even grocers conduct their business. Just imagine if there's always stuff on the shelves because there's 5,000 people in a town and then they double the population air, well, what happens? There's going to be a whole lot less. And these people have the ability to, while you nitpick in the grocery aisles because of the rampant inflation in this country and terrible jobs numbers, what you can buy to put on the table that resembles a hot meal for your family, and then these illegal family units or fake ones, as is the case often, walk into grocery stores with their free debit car that's getting loaded with thousands of dollars a month and just clean it out, clean it out, it's crazy to even think that this is something legitimate or that this argument cannot be made in regards to the illegals and what's happening in all these cities across the country. And JD Vance, who sat down for a podcast last week as well, got into the whole narrative of immigration, deportation, kind of along this thread, and I feel like it's a good clip that I want you to hear as well and check it out. Trump, but I really think this is necessary. You have to deport a large number of people. There are way too many illegal aliens in this country. You have to reestablish some deterrence and law enforcement for people coming here illegally. I think it's certainly reasonable to deport around a million people per year in the United States of America. Now, of course, we have 25 million. So that would take a long time, 25 years, if my math is correct, but again, I don't think that you have to deport everybody because if you reestablish some semblance of a reasonable war to policy, a lot of those people are going to go home willingly. If you make it harder for American companies to undercut the wages of American workers by hiring illegal labor, a lot of those folks are going to go home. And now there's some excellent points you made. That was on the back end of some commentary and an exchange back and forth between him and the host, you know, where she was basically saying, like, for you to say that this country doesn't need a legal to survive is crazy, who's going to do the low-scale labor jobs? Who's going to do the building of the houses in a time when America is in need of housing? And JD Vance, you know, just kind of articulating the fact it's like, well, why is this happening? You know, these people are coming in with status. These people are getting work authorizations, but you don't know if the people that are hiring them are paying accurate, fair, or marketable wages. And when you take an entire workforce and disenfranchise them, like you have with American workers, laborers, even skilled workers in a lot of context with the abuse that goes on within the visa system, it makes jobs unavailable. You know, JD Vance also pointed out there was like 7 million able-bodied men in this country who have just completely checked out of the workforce, and it's because they cannot perform the tasks that are being given to illegals at lower wages, hurts the economy, drives down the dollar, and it adds to the record unemployment numbers that we're seeing under Joe Biden or the lack of a job market that we're definitely seeing under him and Kamala Harris as well. So just some stuff to kind of digest. As talking points, it's like the media at this point can't even deny it. That illegals are getting jobs instead of American citizens. That illegals are committing these heinous crimes across the country. And even though Donald Trump wants to, and I'm quoting now, air quoting, rolling lies at the same time, grossly exaggerate the instances if the media refuses to shine the light on it, someone has to, and it's going to be Donald Trump. Now I've heard this million deportations number a year. I've heard it for about the past, I would say six to nine months is the immigration policy is developing behind the scenes. Listen, it's going to be larger and a greater context in the beginning due to the amount of violent or unqualified people who are in this country that cannot remain here. But I guess he's talking about as things kind of streamlined. And remember, you deport a million people, it costs hundreds of millions of dollars from point A to point get back in your own country, just so you understand that. You know, I talked with somebody or we had a guest on the show who was around the last time, I guess ice was allowed to during the Trump administration. And they talked about getting like 250,000 people out of this country at one point in like a big swath of removals. And it goes all the way from negotiating with the countries, like, you know, you're not going to get your aid and what does that mean? All the way down to getting the planes, getting the boats, getting the fuel and having the manpower to be able to conduct this safely. So first hundred to 120 days, you're going to see something like materializing that you've never seen before. I've heard bits and pieces of all of this. And I really am excited to watch it unfold for America to see how this is all going to shake down. It's going to be revolutionary, it's going to be innovative and it's going to be way outside of the box of catch, detain, plane, country of origin. We're going to be using so many different components of the government and it's going to be in all hands on deck, stemming all the way out of DC into the state and local aspects of law enforcement. If the people who say they want this country fixed are ready to do the dirty work and there is going to be some dirty work involved, especially a lot of these deep rooted violent alleles that are here in this country, then I really do feel like we can get this whole new or second phase of Donald Trump's immigration policy as part of the Trump doctrine going in the right direction starting from day one. We're going to be jumping in with South Carolina Congressman for the first time in a minute but glad to have him back, Russell Fry will be joining us in just a bit. Speaker Johnson, who I've heard from several congressmen and women who have been on the show recently and could confirm that he's been out there really doing the work in a lot of these districts that need help, whether it be swing, whether it be purple, whether it be tight races, pour money into and do in face time with these candidates who are looking to retain and extend the house majority on November 5th. You know, pushing back on the fake news narratives that FEMA isn't dispersing all of the money to American citizens in need, I mean I'm watching on the news today, they're still digging bodies out of places in rural Tennessee and North Carolina, still and the whole idea of what's going on with the illegals and just everything in between. I mean we opened up with all the hundred May orchids just lie after lie, the safety and security of the upcoming election, you name it. Meanwhile, the Harris walls campaign wants to grandstand on, Donald Trump won't debate or win a debate, means nothing now, any low propensity voters going, it's up to us to get them out to vote, a debate's not going to do anything, you know, and it's definitely not something that Kamala Harris and Tim Walts is going to be able to get themselves over the finish line on either, they just do not resonate in any way, shape or form with normal average Americans, they just don't. All the way down to Donald Trump won't release his medical records like, please go fuck yourself, please Kamala Harris and Tim Walts, what are you talking about? The man loves his Macfishes, he loves bleaker street pizza, diet coke flows through his veins, he's got a hell of a golf game and he works super long hours, there's his medical records, hope you enjoyed him, let's hear speaker Johnson. Harris's numbers are dropping in the polls and she just said in her own words you saw the tape there, there is no difference between her and Joe Biden, the Biden policies, the economics, all the things they champion are destroying the country and everybody knows that and that's why Donald Trump elected, Republicans are going to win the Senate in the House. Mr. Speaker, we should note that FEMA funds were actually redirected on Donald Trump's watch to deal with the migrant issue, let me ask you, you mentioned the medical question. No, no ma'am, no wait a minute, hold on, wait a minute, wait facts are important, that is a new, that is a new program that started in 2020 under Joe Biden, that funding wasn't necessary under Trump's administration because we secured the border, we didn't invite illegal aliens and dangerous people into the country, that's a Biden Harris policy and everybody knows it. Mr. Speaker just did happen under Donald Trump's watch, but let me just ask you about medical records since you said that we did, no, Chris, we did not, we did not, no account, should Donald Trump release all of his medical records, he has, he issued, he issued the records of his physicians, Kamala Harris issued her medical records as a diversion because she's desperate because she's sinking in the polls. Yep. Donald Trump's health is on display, everyone in America can see it. The man works nonstop, he never quits, he's, he probably sleeps four hours a night, he doesn't require as much sleep as the average person, he's an unusual figure and this is the strength that we need in a time like this, we're in the most dangerous moment since World War II, you have to have strength, you have to have a steady hand, you have to have a commander in chief that our allies respect and our enemies fear, they do not fear Kamala Harris, they do fear Donald Trump, that's what people are going to vote on. Just be very clear, he hasn't released all of his medical records, he released two letters, should he release the results of the cognitive test that he said. He's on display every minute. So it's unnecessary, you can see that he, he didn't release his medical records, you don't want to know things like his cholesterol level, whether he's dealing with any issue that we may not know about if he's going to be commander and chief. Oh my God, listen to your questions, should he release that? The American people, Christian, the American people don't care about the cholesterol level of Donald Trump, they care about the cost of living and the fact they cannot pay for groceries because Kamala Harris and Joe Biden's policies, they put them in that situation. The medical records are irrelevant. Let's talk about things that the American people care about, that's why Donald Trump is surging in the polls because he's doing that on stages in interviews, nonstop around the clock and Kamala Harris has done nothing. Every time she talks, her numbers go down because she is uniquely unqualified to be the commander and chief at one of the most dangerous times in the history of the country. Oh, Christian, Christian Welker, you tried to make up fake news and guess what happened? Gotcha, bitch. Listen, you could criticize Speaker Johnson for a lot of things, but for his experience, for his non-participation in formal leadership within the House of Representatives, for the tall task of having to help energize the base, especially when it comes to some of these absolute ridiculous and squish members of the Republican conference. He's been better than solid. And to go out there and have receipts when she tries to produce some fake news, she even dropped it like JD Vance at Kristen, Kristen, Kristen, Kristen, listen to yourself. You care about the illegals are pouring in every single day. Israel is fighting a endless war. Ukraine is fighting an endless war. The economy is absolutely in the toilet and you care about Donald Trump's cholesterol, his cholesterol level. That's what you care about. Americans are going to pull the lever for on November 5th, whether or not Donald Trump's cholesterol is under control or not. What a fucking joke that lady is, complete embarrassment. And you want to know what? It bled into a lot of the national poll numbers that have been coming out and we're going to do a little bit of more looking into that on the back end of our show and in the second new segment of our second episode of the podcast today, but even Newsweek who's put out some really ridiculous articles about Donald Trump being a threat to democracy had a headline this week that read recent polling is shifted more favorably for Donald Trump raising the possibility of a landslide victory for the former president in November. And when you just look at why people are shifting towards America first and shifting towards Donald Trump, well, you know, and both MSDNC and CNN do an extensive breakdown of the numbers that they're seeing and how they're materializing at the end of this race every single weekend as part of the Sunday morning news circuit. Let's see first how MSDNC quick news item for them outside of the mothership there CNBC Joe squawk was supposed to host Donald Trump for an interview this week on squawk box. Now I don't know if it's been completely canceled or is being rescheduled, but apparently as of today, it's not happening. So that's all the information I have on that. Let's see how MSDNC talked about some of these concerning poll numbers for the Democrats Sunday morning. Let's check it out. Take a look here. I mean, look, 4848 tie. But the context for this from our new poll is a month ago, our poll had Harris five points up over Trump. Now that was just after this poll was taken just after the Trump Harris debate since then. There's been the VP debate Harris has given a number of interviews. There've obviously been other campaign events and it's shifted now to a tie in our poll. And underneath this, if there's one finding, I think that stands out in particular, it's right here. A lot of numbers on the screen, but this is basically looking at the image of each candidate. The voters have a positive or negative view of them and this side on the left is what it is now. And they're basically the same. Both Trump and Harris, 43 positive and a high negative there, 51 for Trump, 49 for Harris. But a month ago, it was a different story. Trump's numbers were still pretty rough, but Harris actually a month ago in our poll had a higher positive 48% than negative 45%. She had a clear advantage in our poll a month ago on likeability, on image and that advantage in our new poll is gone for her. So I think that's significant. And then you take a look at this too. Look, Harris remains a member of an unpopular administration. She's the vice president and the president, 43% approval rating for Joe Biden in our new poll. It's, you know, one of the reasons Democrats kind of wanted Biden not to run was his low approval rating. And I think interestingly as well, we also asked this. We asked about Trump as president looking back. Did you approve or disapprove of the job that Trump did as president retrospectively 48% in our poll say they approve of how Trump did as president. What's notable is not only is that higher than Biden's current approval rating, that is a better approval rating than Trump ever got in our poll when he was president. So there's been a little bit of an improvement retrospectively in how people think about the Trump presidency. Also just the atmosphere then for Harris, you know, running as the vice president, the incumbent vice president. She's the third incumbent vice president to run in modern times. The other two, Gore in 2000, Bush senior in 88, their bosses, Bill Clinton 2000, Ronald Reagan 88 had pretty high approval ratings, 59, 60% Bush, one in 88, Gordon went in 2000 though he did win in the popular vote, just a totally different atmosphere for this incumbent vice president. Brutal numbers. Brutal numbers. In 1988, George Bush senior ran for president and won when Ronald Reagan had a 59% approval rating in the United States. In 2000 again, we had the hanging chads in Florida and this, that and the other thing, but Al Gore was able to secure the popular vote win and just narrowly lost the electoral college via Florida at a time when Bill Clinton, even on the back end of all the bullshit that was going on with him had a 60% approval rating in the United States with traditional voters. And now in 2024, Joe Biden is at 43%. The counter to that number was they asked, okay, so what do you think of Donald Trump's first term in office? Those numbers are up to 49%. And Kamala Harris is nearly 20 points underwater compared to what the last two vice presidents who ran in a consecutive election following being the VP, which to me is just absolutely damning. And that's on MSDNC. Now when you look the other way and flip the channels a couple over to CNN, what they had going on this weekend was a little bit, unfortunately for the Harris Waltz campaign, a little bit more of the same. Let's check it out. All right. So party ID nationally, you go to October, November of 2016, Democrats had a three-point advantage. You go four years ago, Democrats had a six-point advantage. Look at where we are today, Ronald, Republicans with a one-point advantage, a very different picture, very much mirroring what we see in the party registration numbers in those key ballot-bound states and Pennsylvania in particular. And it actually just shows you too why Harris is doing what she's trying to do. She's trying to moderate a little bit on these issues, trying to reach those very voters because the party registration is changing and the demographics of the voters are changing. And those are the people she needs to track. Absolutely. And you know the GOP leads by a point in party identification right now. The average when the Republican party loses is the Democrats ahead by eight. When the Republican party wins, the average party ID advantage for Democrats is three, Republicans right now are doing even better than the average when they win. If there's one little nugget that I think Republicans are really hopeful for, it's this party ID and this party registration data, it really points in a good direction for them and I mean again, we don't trust the polling. We produce this show like we're 10 points behind, but the fact of the matter is if you watch the mainstream media and the entirety of the apparatus, you can clearly see that it's almost like even the most radical progressive outlets like MSNBC are starting to brace for impact on November 5th and are staring down a second term of Donald Trump back in the White House. I think it's a harsh reality that unfortunately they have to come to terms with over the course of the next three weeks and then three months after that. But when you look at where we were, just two months ago when they rolled out Kamala Harris's fake candidacy and acceptance of the Democrat nomination and selecting skin wearing, mouth breathing, Tim Waltzes or VP pick, it's been like falling into the abyss in regards to poll numbers, in regards to the money shift, in regards to party identification and enthusiasm, you name it, they're lacking right now. You've got Barack Obama out there berating black bail saying like, you were hyped up for me, you get hyped up for her. Listen, one thing that we don't talk about enough, it's because we love our women here in America first, there's a really good chance that God selected Donald Trump to protect the glass ceiling when it comes to a woman being a president in the United States because I've always felt like when it's going to happen, it's going to be a perfect storm of outstanding individual overqualified for the task and someone in a field that has been dominated by male leadership for centuries, they are able to stand shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts and be respected in a way that we see, you know, I guess some other world leaders, again, female world leaders, leaders of countries around the globe, it's different than being here in the United States, because remember, we are the shining beacon up on the hill, we are financially responsible for keeping the world working, we are usually the stop gap to some of the biggest villains on the planet taking it over. So there is more that goes into the job of being the chief executive of the world and the president of the United States and there is in places like Italy where you see Georgia Maloney and in other countries where you have, you know, better than average female leadership. Well, let me tell you something, for what this country was founded on and how I believe God watches over all of us, it was never going to be killed dog Hillary Clinton and it was certainly, most certainly won't be Kamala Harris come this year. I'll leave it at that as we're getting ready to jump in with Congressman Russell Fry, but before we do, let's have another check in with one of our partners. It's an unpleasant truth that 42% of Americans are obese and 79% of Americans are overweight. Make America healthy again. All right, joining us next on the show today to speak Tuesday edition of the State for Breakfast podcast. He's the Congressman who represents South Carolina's seventh congressional district and we're glad to be welcoming back Representative Russell Fry, thanks for coming on the show. Man, it's great to be here. Thanks for having me. It's always a pleasure to host and we've got a bunch of stuff to talk about. Three weeks, Congressman, until the biggest election probably in the history of our country. So in all hands on deck situation, we've talked to so many Congressman and women senators over the course of the last few months who have been out doing a lot of work, you know, in support of each other, looking to get the big three on November 5th, obviously retaining and extending the House majority, flipping the Senate back into Republican control and getting Donald Trump back into the White House. The task at hand hasn't avoided your congressional office either as you're in a big campaign blitz for a lot of Congressman and women who are running for office right now looking to retain and fight for some of the people who are running for re-election and then bring some new ones up to Capitol Hill to join you in the 119th session of Congress. As you're out campaigning across the country, talking to Americans about the big issues, how they've been so negatively affected by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' policies for the last four years, why don't you tell us what it looks like out on the campaign trail and what the heartbeat of America is telling you right now? Well, I think people are certainly engaged and I think that's incredible. I think there was a period there and we saw it reflected in the polling nationally that people were sleepy a little bit. They assumed that we were going to blow the lid off of the Biden campaign. Of course, he was ushered out and kicked off a cliff by his own party. But now, you know, after that kind of first surge of Kamala Harris excitement, it seems to be waning and people are realizing and recognizing, look, are we better off today than we were four years ago? I mean, the difference is so clear when you look at the data of where we are with interest rates, where we are with inflation, my gosh, the border is on fire. The world, in fact, is on fire. And people remember, I would say, even if they don't like the mean tweets or whatever, but they remember how they felt and the status of their household finances were so much better under President Trump by really any metric. And so people are coming home. It's exciting to be on the ground campaigning for people in North Carolina and Iowa. I'll be in California and Oregon, Arizona, New York, a bunch of places between now and election day. And what I'm hearing, at least in these swing districts, is some real excitement and energy behind keeping a House Republican majority to help a President Trump in the next term. You know, you had mentioned something about Americans being better off than they were four years ago. I think that is half of the equation that makes up why the engagement is so big this election cycle. You know, after what went down between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the kicking him off the campaign, the insertion of her, you know, I kind of got a two-prong question for you. Do you think it was pre-manufactured or kind of astroturf support between the media and the pollsters for Kamala Harris? And, you know, how does she seems to be falling apart over the course of the last couple weeks, especially with the media blitz that her and Tim Walts have been kind of stumbling through over the course of the last week? And then when she said that she wouldn't do anything different than Joe Biden, that has to be terrifying for Americans. And whether it's, you know, they're opening up the app on their telephone and looking how much money is in their bank accounts compared to, like, four years ago, whether you, you know, you've seen what happened in the withdrawal from Afghanistan, the disasters that have happened here in the United States, you know, everything from hurricane relief to what happened in East Palestine, Ohio. It just seems like leadership has been absent. I mean, I haven't even touched on geopolitical footing and how this administration has allowed multiple foreign wars to kind of spiral out of control. We don't stand in solidarity with our supporters and our allies in the regions, both in Europe and the Middle East anymore in the same way we did. And it just seems like anyone that could take advantage of us in this country right now is having an opportunity to do so. Well, and I think you're, I think you just hit on something and I'll deviate a little bit from the question, but answer it too. I mean, the world is on fire right now. And you talk about where is America's leadership? Where is America's leadership domestically when it comes to making sure that things are affordable, that we're dealing with inflation in a proper way? Where is America's leadership when it comes to the border? And how many people are pouring across? Where is America's leadership? Quite frankly, in the Middle East with Israel, the daylight that now exists between this administration and Israel is something that Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran are looking at. Where is America's leadership with China and what they're doing to manipulate their currency, to rattle the saber at retaking Taiwan? And again, you go back to Ukraine too, I guess. And where is America's leadership? None of this happened under President Trump, right? I mean, a sovereign nation was invaded by Russia. And what happens is, and we know this from history, is that when people see weakness, when despots and dictators see weakness, they exploit it and they go in. And so to some extent, I think people have a little bit of buyer's remorse. I don't know if Kamala Harris was installed. I think obviously President Biden completely imploded on a national stage and the media could no longer cover up for and the Democrats could no longer cover up for his obvious cognitive decline. I mean, they panicked and they, I don't know that it was preset, but certainly after there was this whole effort to find somebody, anybody, and my suspicion is that because she had access to the campaign war chest that already existed, that was the easiest and most logical choice. But she's kind of doing now and we hope it continues. She's kind of doing now what she did in the primary in 2016, where she just completely imploded, actually 2020, where she just completely imploded. And she never even made it to Iowa. It was so bad. She came out with all this energy and excitement on their side and she didn't even make it to the first, first pass the post in Iowa. Yeah, it was interesting to watch her fall part and see it kind of happening again in real time. I mean, it doesn't seem like she's too deeply involved or has much knowledge on the issues, even though she's been involved in politics, especially those in Washington, DC for, you know, close to a decade with being a senator as well. And then just being the vice president, I guess she kind of gets a mulligan for being Joe Biden's vice president, because we don't know how much control he's had over the powers that be that run this country over the course of the last four years. But her just, it's like almost a combination of detachment and the elitist level that she gives off, you know, that I think is really turning off voters right now, especially when they're hurting economically, they're scared for safety in the streets. I do want to talk to a couple in touch on some of the big issues that are affected Americans right now. You know, Republicans have been able to campaign on immigration for a long time, especially with the rise of Donald Trump back in 2016, where he talked about the border, what was going on, you know, with the mass immigration coming into this country. But we've never seen it in a fashion we have for the last four years. I mean, people have said anywhere from 20, 10 to 20 million people have come into this country. Most of them, unvettedly, they're being flown in, they're being allowed to get away, walk away coming in on boats in a lot of instances on the West Coast and just kind of crash on shore and run out. In addition to what's happened down at the US Southern border, we even had Chairman Stefanik on the show last week and she talked about the 500 percent increase in just her district of crossing since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office and how, you know, these numbers are just unsustainable for a country that is losing its sovereignty as each day passes by. I think this is actually the first election cycle where every congressional district can pretty much run on the fact that their district is a border district now. You know, we've even had rep sparks was on our show last week and she talked about how her district in kind of rural Indiana has now had about 10,000 illegal migrants put into the community over the course of the last four years. And just kind of want to get your opinion on, you know, where we go with border security, how tough it's been being in Congress and passing something as tough as HR too, almost two years ago and having Chuck Schumer just shelved in the Senate and where potentially we need to go as a Congress and how the government will hopefully work in January of next year with a lot better border security going on. Well, you're seeing right now, this is peculiar to me, you're seeing right now some Democrats try to pretend like that they are, you know, they want to secure the border, but given every opportunity to do so, they fail to do so, even those in moderate swing districts, I mean, the Democrats in Washington do not let you wander unless if they really need you. If it's a vote that they don't really care about or that it's not going to say it's not going to go anywhere in the Senate or whatever they might let you wander, but what have they done except destroy the border, destroy our sovereignty, you know, this administration took over 50 executive actions on day one to undo what President Trump had done. And if you ask the people on the ground and I've been to Yuma, Arizona, I've talked to people on the border at length, the border was never more secure than it was four years ago, it wasn't perfect. You still have people who were coming in here illegally, but it was never more secure. And then they say, we've seen lots of presidents, we've seen lots of administrations. And now in four short years, it's never been more unsecure. And people are fearful of what of what is going on in their communities. I think every, every district is indeed a border district. You see it, you see the rise of fentanyl deaths, dramatic rise of fentanyl overdoses in this country, you see human smuggling. We're propping up the cartels in northern Mexico because of our border, we're destabilizing an entire country in Mexico because the cartels are engaged in human smuggling. You have human trafficking, of course, which is absolutely terrible, but it occurs because of these cartels and because of this human smuggling that's happening. And so where do we go? I think, well, with a White House under Republican control, I think you can undo very quickly some of the very damaging things that Biden did. I think you can resume construction of the border wall. I think you can reestablish the remaining Mexico policy that was so successful at deterring people from just coming here and sitting pending the outcome of their asylum claim. I think you can rewrite correctly the rules regarding asylum and not bastardize it like they've done to basically import millions of people into this country. There's a lot from the executive side that can be done. HR two was actually brilliant in a way because it took, it did some of those things, but it also, it also cleared up some of the confusion within the law itself that was being twisted by my orchus and Joe Biden for their fail border, for the fair border policies. So if you if you can do that successfully, if you can have a president that comes in, does what he says he's going to do, and you have a Congress that's willing to pass a very strong border security bill, like HR two, which was the most conservative bill that the Congress, the House has ever passed related to the border, then I think you're really cooking, you're really cooking at that point. It's going to take a long time to undo the damage. Unfortunately, this administration has caused and just just wait as soon as he starts to do anything, wait for, oh my gosh, the children, oh my gosh, this, the horror stories, the media, of course, will be blowing it up. They've never cared about the border at all. They still don't. And we've seen this play out before. So we need to be resolute and realize that we've got a job to do. And we welcome people into this country, but they must come the legal way. And if they don't, then it's time to pack your bags and go home until you can do so. No, it certainly isn't. And you do make a great point about the way the media will spin this out of control. I haven't heard many of the media. The mainstream outlets at least talk about the well over a quarter million children that have just gone into the wind under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Where are they? What's happened to them? And how do we get them reconnected back with their families if they're still able to? You know, one of the other big issues that we've talked about, we could jump into geopolitics, is the continuation of Israel's war, the response to what happened over a year ago in October 7th. You know, you would see them pretty much take out the leadership of Hamas and Hezbollah over the course of the last year. But when, you know, some of the ground operations and retaliations, which have included the inclusion of Iran into the equation, it's heated things up in the Middle East. You know, you see Iraq is now a proxy for Iran. You see Turkey kind of stable, rattling right now. And I think the overall concern for Americans is the overall destabilization of the region. Usually this is where any kind of American leadership could have the parties come to the table, whether it be at a summit somewhere, you know, whether it be for just optics to kind of let everybody know that, you know, war is bad. And these people have been fighting for essentially thousands of years. But the fact of the matter is American leadership is inserted here. So at the end of the day, there might be a viable solution to stop the killing and the fighting. But that has been completely absent. This administration, Joe Biden and Kamal Harris, they've hamstring Israel every step of the way where there'd be commentary in the media, whether it be dangling, congressionally approved, aided relief and weaponry so they can defend themselves. I mean, you've named it. This administration has kind of stepped on the toes of Israel, who is the only democracy in the region and our longstanding ally there as well. When you have seen the collapse of the leadership and the breaking down of the relationship between Israel and the United States over the course of the last four years, how long do you think it's going to take maybe in the next administration to get this relationship back on track and then get the fighting to stop in the region as you know, at some point, Israel is going to have to be satisfied with, you know, the amount of Hezbollah and Hamas they've taken out. But at the same time, we're going to have to rein back in Iran and make sure that they're not funding the terrorist or something like October 7th does never happen again. Well, think of the first thing is you need strong leadership, right? You can't if there are strongest ally in the Middle East, they've been a partner. We share intelligence. We share resources. They purchase munitions and weapons from the United States. There's a lot in their 70 year history, there's a lot that we have done together as a team. And right now, what happens is any dictator and despot that looks at this and they see that there is some separation. Wait, the United States isn't shipping weapons to Israel. They're putting a pause on it. Wait, the United States is kind of backing off and softening their resolve to stand with Israel. They look at that as a as a victory almost that they just have to wait it out and keep doing what they're doing. And you're seeing that play out. I mean, Iran has launched two sets. One, they had the the missiles that came in a couple weeks ago. But before that, they had the rockets and they've never done that before. I want you to think about that that Iran's usually been funding their proxies. And this administration has allowed them to do that. I mean, you had sanctions under President Trump that were really working and drying up and putting tremendous pressure on the Iranians and their people were getting fed up with it. But this administration comes along and reverses course unlocks the $6 billion. They've used that to fund their proxies in Hamas and Hezbollah. And in Israel is sitting there with really a conflict on multiple fronts, multiple borders that they're having to defend. And they took, you know, this was kind of an untold story with after October 7th, when Hamas did what they did. But Hezbollah has been firing rockets into northern Israel since that time. And if you go and I've traveled to northern Israel before, it's a ghost town. It's a beautiful part of the world. It's incredibly just a great place to go take a hike and walk around and be outside with your kids or your family. They have a evacuated 60,000 residents that live in the northern part of Israel because of air rockets that just get fired in from from Hezbollah. You go to a school that's right there on the border with Lebanon. And there's a hole blown into the side of the school where they've launched a rocket. And so Israel's doing what it needs to do. But they also need an ally that isn't playing footsy with the radical left in our own country. And I think that's ultimately the saddest part of this is that that that we would that this administration would rather cow tow to the extreme leftists that want to that want to ignore what happened on October the 7th and pretend like it never occurred and completely take the Palestinian issue and say that it's Israel's fault. And the shame on the Democrats for doing that, the truth is not there. They Israel was maliciously attacked by a terror group. And to say otherwise, I think is really unconscionable. But that's kind of where unfortunately where their party is at right now, there's some real divisions within their party on how to approach Israel. But the Republicans have been steadfast completely in their support of not only Israel as a state and their right to exist and the friendship that we share, but also back home domestically in tamping down and rooting out some of this anti anti-Semitic activities that are going on in college campuses. Yeah, it's certainly ramped up to levels that I've never seen it in almost 50 years across America right now. And it's really interesting to see it's the optics. I think it's the lack of leadership coming from this administration that's kind of empowered the people here to feel like it's okay to act that way in the United States, especially in modern times like this. Congressman, last thing I want to touch with you on again, it's kind of where we let in with 21 days left to election days. It sounds like you're out there on the campaign trail making sure we need to do everything that needs to get done in regards to the House of Representatives and supporting a lot of your candidates who are running for reelection and looking to add to that majority in the Republican House. But let's talk about the race. It's being run by Donald Trump against Kamal Harris. I mean, we've seen some things traditionally that a modern politician, especially from the Republican party has never done. I felt like coming out of the Republican National Convention earlier this summer, the base was for the most part galvanized. You could probably count people who weren't on the Trump train from the Republican party on one hand and when it's people like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinsey here, it really doesn't make a difference. You know, you talk about the widening of the tent that Donald Trump has done bringing in people like Elon Musk and RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard along the way. But the way he's attacking the chessboard heading into election day, doing rallies in New Mexico and Coachella, California, New York City, Virginia and New Jersey, in addition to a lot of the battleground in swing states, so you traditionally see more of these candidates attacking. I want to talk about a little bit of commentary on the race that you feel like he's run. I think he's pretty much left no stone unturned in this election cycle and how the next 21 days are probably going to shake out. What I think is really a hallmark of his presidency, his first campaign in 2016 and even now, up through now, is that he has made the Republican party a working families party that he looks at and he cares about and he thinks about the the forgotten man, if you will, the families that are affected by really globalist policies that are being implemented. And I really think that that's a that's a strength. And so to see him go, and he of course he's he doesn't follow the script. He doesn't even read the script. If you're his teleprompter person, good luck to you. This probably the most stressful job in the entire world is to find out where he's at when he wants to pick back up on on the speech that he's supposed to give. But I like that. I think people like the authenticity. I think people crave real leadership. And even if they think that he's a little bit more bombastic than most, they remember the work that he did. And I think that's why it's it's so it's it's such a good race right now. And the trend lines, at least today, are in Donald Trump's favor that if you look at the swing state polls that they're that he's in a very good spot. If you look at nationally, he's climbing Kamala Harris seems to be tanking at least right now. And but again, this election, I think comes down to energy. It comes down to getting out there. Games are not one in the stands. They're one on the field. And that that is a call for all of us, your listeners included, that that we can't just sit and vote and watch Fox News and think that we're moving something. We have to go to our friends and neighbors and people we go to church with, we have to educate them. Some people need a little bit more education than others. Getting out there, even if your state is safe Republican or or safe Democrat getting out there and using your vote as a voice, that is powerful. And if we do that, and then we will have a very good night in November. No, I think you're right there. I mean, even talking about the way just somebody singular vote isn't enough this cycle. It's getting out into a community, whether it's at church or school, you know, making sure people are getting out to the polls and they're well informed is one of the major components that I think is going to be what puts Republicans over the top on November 5th.
