Today we're savoring a delicious snack and embracing our inner grouch. Originating from Wisconsin, cheese curds are a byproduct of the cheddar making process. One fun story involves the tradition of squeak. When biting into fresh cheese curds, that's a sign of their freshness. These little morsels have become a beloved snack, especially when battered and fried. Enjoy some cheese curds today and appreciate the craftsmanship of the Cheesemakers. Happy National Cheesecake Day! Do you dip them in anything? I'm totally a dipper. Do you have a little pizza sauce or honey? Honey. Like a horseradish sauce? I've never even tried these before. Oh, so glad. I think ranch would be good, though, too. Oh, yeah. At the ranch. That's good. Everything, though. Yeah. That cheese. Okay. Two far. Two far. Two far. Two far. All right. Ah. Look who's here. Well, don't say anything. Just listen up. You might just learn something. Inspired by the beloved Sesame Street character Oscar, the grouch, it's also National Grouch Day. This day humorously celebrates the grumpy side in all of us. Sometimes, the inner grouch can be a way to let up steam and reset. It from Oscar reminds us that it's okay to have off days and that there's humor and grumpiness. Embrace your inner grouch, but don't forget to find the fun in it. Scrub. I'm serious. Go somewhere else. I have a great idea. Bawhumbug. That wasn't a very good Scrooge, was it? That was not a... Nick Scrooge is more grouchy than Oscar, actually. I think he is, but my idea is dressing you up as Oscar, putting you in a trash can. Yeah. Yeah. You're following me? I think Scrooge will be a better character for me. Neither one. You're so nice. I don't even think you could pull it off. Oh, I could pull it off. Absolutely. Is that a talent? Sure. Okay. Let's go be grouchy. Okay. Let's do this. I'm literally Johnson. I'm Marvel Anderson. And I'm Denny to celebrate every day. And check out our website at DestinationCelebrationShow.com for all the latest and what we're up to. Until next time, keep celebrating.
