And the hospital's drugs are not available unless some drugs are available. But the majority of drugs are not available. - South Sudan is one of the highest burdens of food insecurity. (upbeat music) (speaking in foreign language) - A very warm welcome to Radio Mariah, round table with me, Yaj Gran. And today we are discussing empowering youth through sport for livelihood. Following the astounding performances of the South Sudanese brothers star in the FIFA World Cup and the Paris 2024 Olympics, the South Sudanese youth talent in sports were demonstrated internationally beyond any doubts. But the talent is not only limited to basketball. For there are also numerous sporting activities that remain on top. The means of youth and sports is tasked to administer youth with sporting activities, provide the youth with enabling environment to attain their potentials and grow up to good citizens. The means of youth and sports, in its bid to empower youth through a sport for livelihood recognizes the transformative power of a sport in promoting peace, unity, and economic development. However, the sport sector in South Sudan faces significant challenges, financing challenges, which hinder it growth and progress. In the studio to discuss with us today, a critical question is, what are the plans of the ministry to empower youth through sports to enable them to leave a productive life. Joining us in the studio, we have Mr. Edward Santin Moh. Hugo, Director General for the Sport Ministry of Youth. Welcome to the studio Digi. Thank you very much. Then we are also joined by Ms. Eric Adjauden, a manager for the Sport Financing Conference, which is upcoming event year in Juba. Welcome to the Radimara Studio, Eric. Thank you very much. Then also we are joined by Mr. Cholani Ayayi, Head of Media Sport Financing Conference, which is charged in disseminating the activities of the upcoming event in Juba. This financing conference that is to take place sometime this month year in Juba. Now, a critical question that we are trying to answer in this discussion is, the plans of the ministry to empower youth through a sport in order to enable them to leave a productive life. And let me begin with the Digi in the ministry. Digi, what plans do you have to empower youth in order to actualize their potentials, to leave a meaningful life in South Florida? Knowing very well that our youth are in power, and your ministry is tasked with the responsibility of empowering youth across the country. What plans do you have in place in the ministry, Digi? - Thank you, Ed. Next one, I would like to convey the greetings of honorable minister, Dr. Joseph Geng, and honorable under secretary, honorable Deborah. The ministry of youth and sports has been established since 2006, before one was also done. And as you know, the majority of the country, youth are the majority population in the country here. And they can make a positive influence in the national and political, social and economic dynamic and development. Therefore, the ministry is planning to provide conducive environment to motivate youth, instinct of thinking and innovation and discoveries. Support the expansion of training centers in all states, provision of capacity building and training opportunity and technical support to use organizations and sports federations. The understanding of the process and the develop to develop their skills and conflict analysis and data management. Looking for ways of strengthening youth and women, participation in a mechanism to strengthen of their ability in conflict prevention and peace building through sports. Support used to access technologies for businesses and also for expand youth access to job markets. Program use, I recognize youth and sports organization and a solution to foster prioritism. Create youth exchange program for leadership training. Blue sports also. Attract international and regional partners to invest in youth activities and sports activities. - Yeah, with all these plans that you have said, the ministry is having to empower youth. How are you doing? Knowing very well that the ministry is a Gubba based ministry and states and administrative areas are so distant from Gubba, not distant in terms of kilometers in space, but distant in the sense that easy communication and availability of means of communications and infrastructure in place infrastructure. When I talk about infrastructure that includes emailing and all these things, because capacity building, you will have to have somebody be in contact with someone either online or bring somebody in Gubba. With all these, how are you coordinating? How are you doing? How are the ministries doing? In delivering capacity building, enabling youth to be empowered at the grass root, because majority of youth are in grass root and majority of them are the ones that we can say are disempowered compared to the ones that are in Gubba and in major towns in South Sudan. - Thank you for this question, but the ministry with the development partners are having some programs in the states, like the UNDP and UN Women, and they go and train youth in the states, but it's limited because of the financial resources. That's why we cannot cover all the states, but there are pilot projects in the YAMBO, WOW, TOREET, and in apparel, I think we did not have a program there, but people are still planning for this. That's why the ministry is now doing this financing conference, so that it can bring resources for this development of sports and youth activities in the states. That's why we don't have these infrastructures, which is an international level. Now, as we have seen our basketball team, they play well in the field World Cup and Olympics, and people are saying you don't even have indoor games, indoor facilities. How can you come and play outside like this? So this is our priority is for the sports and infrastructures in the 10 states and the three administrative areas. And regarding the sports that we are not... It's a duo base. I think Mariah Redou Mariah has seen us the last eight years who have been conducting the National Unity Day, which we've been used from the 10 states and the three administrative areas. To you by here, this program was supported by JICA and other partners like UNDP, UNAPI, and even Mariah Unimes supported us. So we are not leaving our use in the states outside of this. - Yeah, it did before I come to Iraq. Just a follow-up question. You have in the ministry, it is officially known the ministry of youth and sport. That's mean there are two components here. Youth, not necessarily getting engaged in the sport, but youth that are engaged in the sport and there are other youth also that do none youth, those above 35 or 45. I don't know what is the definition of youth in your policy. Who are engaged in sporting activities, but they are not youth as such. But there are youth that are engaged in sporting activities and there are those that are not engaged in sporting activities. So in this, if you are organizing a financing conference for a sport financing conference that aims in privatizing a sport, then how are you catering for these other youth that are not engaged in a sport, in a sporting? So are they feeling, would they not feel isolated from your services of your ministry? - In our mandate in the ministry, we have sports for all, but not for youth or sports for all, even including people with disabilities. Yeah, we have this policy. Now we have made a development policy, we are taking it to the assembly, the carbonatized process, the sports development policy. So in this policy, we will care all the people of South Sudan is sporting. So that's why our sports will develop. - Okay, thank you very much. Regularly let me come to you before I come to I.E. What areas having worked with the youth across the country and understand also you run a foundation, basketball foundation that they try to empower youth. So this could be an area that your foundation is specialized unconscious of the capacity year, year in the capacity of manager, but this question related to other areas that are potential for youth that need to be tapped into. We have not been tapping into these areas. If we talk of a sport now, the main key is what if you ask what is the sport on the streets of Dubai, somebody will tell you, either basketball number one and football number two. But there are a number of sporting activities that can be tapped into so that youth are empowered. So what are the areas besides football and basketball that we need to, the ministry need to get engaged to as your partner so that youth are all involved in activities like this? - Thank you, thank you so much. I think really one of the best first thing to recognize in South Sudan is that we have the ability to play any and every sport in this country. So even when you go out in the States and even here around Dubai, you would find young people playing a lot of different sports and that is including volleyball. We have athletics, you have boxing. We have our traditional wrestling, which is one of the biggest sports in the country. There still needs to be cultivated and still needs to grow in so many avenues. There is a kickboxing Taekwondo federations that exist right now. We do have a tennis federation that exists right now. We have those who are pursuing to start a baseball federation. We have 26 sporting federations in this country right now where a majority of them are inactive due to funding. So there is so much avenue for young people to go into in terms of those who want to participate in sport. But in the background of sport also, we need to start developing managers, referees. We need table officials for all of this sport. We need sports announcers. We need sports medicine individuals. So we need physiotherapy and we need sports doctors. There is so much room right now for young people to grow the sport. And in the pace in which the sport is growing globally, young people are gonna be the one who can take that to the next level also with the technological advancement in the world. So we need people who can keep up with the stats. We need people who can do filming. We need photos. A lot of universities and schools outside that are pursuing young basketball players right now. The first question is, do you have tape for that young man or that young woman that you can send to us so we can see them. So we need people in the background to play. We have to see them play. So in order for us to also show the world what's inside the country in terms of the power of sport, it's really important that we develop the whole sport as a whole. So the reachability of sport is so much higher than we see on the field itself or on the courts. - Talking about other sporting activities that are untapped into, you mentioned kickboxing, it's also, and valuable. With the height, with the height, South Sudanese are blessed with the exception of me. South Sudanese potentially could perform very well in basketball, I mean, in volleyball. But also there is a few months ago, I watched as young South Sudan is competed with the Ugandan in kickboxing. And in fact, he did it twice. You won the game twice. And it is not popularized. And this is what the question that I will pose to the media person in the panel today. How can we promote this knowing very well that there are a number of challenges that did you talk of before financing and all these in that cartel, you to tab into these two other 26 activities. So how can we popularize South Sudan? How can you identify these people from villages because 70% or 90% of you that live outside Dubai, outside major towns? How can you popularize knowing very well that we have these challenges in South Sudan, right? - I think first is through funding. Really when you do have funding, you have reachability. You can open so many doors. So imagine there is a young wrestler in the States, in a village that's far away from here. And through the traditional wrestling, we are starting to see that. So what keeps these young federations or upcoming federations from not being able to go out is the lack of funding. And we all know that resources can take you a long way. So if you want to bring this young wrestler from the States to come here to Dubai, you would like, it would be good to provide them the facility, to provide them the training facility and the accommodation and the nutrition that is needed in order for them to start building their road into becoming a professional. So we need to pave that road. And that road cannot be paved by just government funding alone. It needs all of us to put our hands in it, to develop it. So the organizations such as the Lualding Foundation can do their job and go for grants. But if we privatize it, that money trickles all the way into creating an ecosystem that then absorbs those young people that are normally deemed unreachable. - Talking about privatization of this spot, what does it mean for the sake of our listeners and us in the studio too? What does it mean? I've heard you mentioned in these things even before we could come to the studio. What does it mean? - It means creating a culture in which private entities can invest in sport. So you become, in so many levels, the first level is you as a sporting club or a federation. It starts to make relationships with the private sector who may have money in CSR or have money that they want to invest in the sport itself, which they would not see the outcome right now but is building for the future. And you can see also individuals who want to start sporting clubs that then create a culture in which payments or employability in sport become a thing. So you see it with basketball now and we're discussing it as right now there's a finals going on with two new clubs, with two new young owners who have brought this together and for the road to the bar right now, it's become a competitive in that sense. So when you privatize sport, you also bring in spectators, you start selling out stadiums, you start advertising the companies that do support you in that way. So then there's a commercial aspect that then helps also elevate that sport in so many ways. Thank you. - Well, you have mentioned that there's what it means in private transition. In other words, it means that if you are as a capacity of bringing youth across the current country in particular sport, I can establish my own club, then employ youth come and play and give them pay them so that they as we compete, as we could see in England with Manchester, Chelsea and all these things. This is what it means in South Sudan. - Yes, it does. - What do you aspire to? - That, but also the other aspect that I've missed is the commercialization of sport. So then let's say he has his club now, but also he can talk to the banks in South Sudan or the private companies to also come in and support his club or all the federations can do the same in terms of investing a certain amount of money in that club and in exchange of advertisement or even showing what impact that can make. So that can advance the sport also. So you have the privatization and you have the commercialization of sport that can help the sport court. - In other words, Zane or MTN can choose the denial chain. - Absolutely. - You buy hairline and advertise a letting run on radio and media. - Okay, thank you so much, Eric. How can this one be done? Now how do you let the private sector know of the upcoming event, what plans do you have in the media sector to publicize, publicize the upcoming event, which is very crucial as I reckon you are explained, it's crucial in the sense that the private sector will come in and empower the clubs in various spotting activities so that youth are responsive and they are disengaged from unproductive activities like cutter writing and all these things. So how do you popularize, publicize to private sector so that they know that this event is something they can also benefit in it if they are advertised and the products are bought, that is a business student too. So it is symbiotic relationship, relationship between that is beneficial to the private sector. It is also beneficial to the clubs and the ministry generally that is overseeing its spotting activities in the country. So how do you do this thing in the media, how are you doing it? How will you do this thing, how will you do it in the media sector, how will you do it in the media, how will you do it in the media sector, how will you do it in the media sector, how will you do it in the media sector. So when you go to the media sector, you can see that there are a lot of people who are in the media sector, you can see that there is a lot of people who are in the media sector, you can see that there is a lot of people who are in the media sector. So that our absence of war, in other words, means stability and economic development environment is conducive for economy to develop. So how is the ministry working to wear these things? Let me say, what resources or partnerships do you think can help the ministry to achieve peace, unity and economic development among the youth across the country as your primary beneficiaries? Thank you very much for this question and the thing. The most promoting sports, bringing peace through sports, as everybody knows that sports is a powerful tool for uniting people across the country. So the ministry is now with this conference, the main objective of this conference is to bring together key stakeholders, including government officials, sports federations, athletes, investors, donors and development partners. To identify and discuss innovative financing models for response development in South Sudan. To strengthen, to strategize on ways to finance and support the development of sports in South Sudan. To explore public, private partnership and collaboration in sport financing. That's why we, you want the private sector, we want to public and private sector to collaborate with them so that they can find model ways how to promote sports in South Sudan. If sports has been promoted in South Sudan, and everybody's playing sports, you'll find that there is peace, there is stability, no war and even those categorators, we may also engage them in sports events. They are good runners, maybe they can run a marathon, because when they read the cattle, they run, so we engage them in a marathon, we give them cattle or something like that. So we want to encourage this, so to discourage the cattle rating and the problem is that's why this conference is very important and I want to thank the minister for bringing this idea. Because if we are waiting for the government to support the sports, I think it will be difficult because there are priorities. But in the ministry, we are supposed to support only the national teams when they represent South Sudan outside. That's why nowadays people are complaining, ministry is not doing anything to the national team, recently our team went to Kampala. They couldn't come back because they don't have transport fees, so this is what put us in the ministry in a critical position. So we are looking for ways how to bring the private sector to support the class or support the national teams, what is happening everywhere in the world. Yeah, DG, thank you for reminding me this particular thing that I always read on social media. You know, basketball has opened the eyes of South Sudanies and has made them to believe that we can do. There is nothing that we cannot do in a sport. But then football, the national team is not doing very well. We have energetic young men, capable of scoring, capable of defeating the countries. How do we see success in winning in all the games we are slightly slated to? What is the problem? This is a question that South Sudan is asking. Why is basketball national team, football national team is not doing well? Why? For me, I think the first thing is our players, they don't have motivation, they are not motivated. As you see, there is no motivation. And then also, I think in the clubs, there is no good governance in the clubs. That governance is what football clubs. And also, we need to have good coaches. We don't have trained well coaches in national coaches now. We have only few, B license. And there is a category in the football, A license, B and C. Most of our coaches are in B, I think few of them. We don't have a class category. We don't have, I think, only one in this retire now. So, there are so many aspects that will not take this football ahead. We need to go to the grassroots, you know, to start from the grassroots. Then we need to have good academies. We can also train youngsters. Then we take it from there. I remember that last year, under 20, they qualified for under 20 and under 17 for African Cup. This is the first time our football going. I don't know where these young boys are now. They are supposed to be in the first team now and playing, representing the country. But as I told you in the beginning that they don't have good motivations so that they can play. Now, before I come to Ari, what is the criteria of selecting a football national team players? How do you select them? Well, I know you may not be fully the right person because there is a federation that is in charge of all these. But as a overseer in the ministry, how is this done? Because this could also be the reason why the ministry is not performing. I mean, sorry, not the ministry. The football club national team is not performing worldwide. This is the work of federation. It is special in football. They have a coach. The coach is the one who is selecting the players and is supposed to select the players during the league of states. A local football situation, always when the coach is there, will look for the players. They are supposed to select from all the states because the states have different leagues there. Also, there are players outside, playing outside the country. Maybe he can also monitor them through his friends or he can go there. But because of the resources, the coach or the team of the selection cannot move around the states. That's why mostly they select people from Juba here. Maybe some big cities like the WOW and Lakal. Okay, Eric, let's talk more about the sporting financing conference that is coming in the next 14 minutes. The ministry is organizing a conference as I understand. That would bring all the partners as explained by Joel and the DG yourself too. Bring them for three days to discuss the way to finance the sporting activities in the country. Actually, what do you aim to achieve in this as a manager of the conference? What are you aiming to achieve with the conference that you are planning on? Who potential partners would be? Who are they? How are you selecting them? Are you selecting them as a base on the interests of a company or individual, a regular mile in a spot? Or are you selecting them base on the financial capacity that somebody or a company could be having? Thank you for that. I think it's really important to highlight first why we have put this together, why the Honourable Minister has come up with this idea of doing such a conference. It would definitely be the first of its kind in South Sudan. So it will be open for all those who are interested to come in and listen. I think the first one has to always, the first one always has to be about starting the conversation. We're really looking to have conversations on how to strategize around sports, how to be innovative around sport and financing sport, how to learn from those who have done it before. So you would see that we have also engaged some of the embassies here and other entities that were coming from outside to come and tell us what that looked like. So we have been in conversation with different ministries, with different embassies on also creating pathways between us and sporting entities in their countries and also potential investors in sport. So it will be a holistic conversation that will include keynote speakers and presentations from each and every one of the federations that are active at the moment will also give presentation to the community. And that's the private community, international NGOs, embassies, interested parties, government officials to give presentations on what those challenges they face, but what are they planning to do in the future and why you should look to invest into those sports and those federations. So, and also allow opportunities for others to put their hand up and say, you know what, I would like to have a private conversation with these heads of federations. And so we've created also breakout rooms in which they can go in and have conversations and explore further what that would look like we want to create a room also for accountability. So one of the things that we hear over and over again, throughout the country, throughout the region, throughout the world is that accountability is not in place. So it will also allow for the conversation on what those things look like and what it is that you want them to be accountable for, but also the federations to tell others what it is that they can deliver how they can deliver it and when they can deliver it. So it's a place where we're really looking to just have those conversations, explore, it's an exploration phase that we need to have now so we can continue the conversation throughout the year to come and throughout the years to come to develop the sports. Now, if your partners are private sector embassies and individuals that would the aim of coming together to discuss the motivation and where to enter and finance support here and there. Is this plan being planned at a national level or it has to come down, in other words, are subnationals the states and administrative areas are the part of this arrangement. Absolutely. So, one of the hurdles, of course, continues to be the finances. And this is why we're looking for sponsors right now for, for the conference itself because our plan has always been to invite all the state sports ministers and invite all the federations. The local federations from each state also to be able to be here and hear that and also have meetings with the national federations to also come up with a plan of how things go forward. The aim of the conference also is not to generate money for the ministry, but it's to create this space for the federations to actually be able to generate these relationships and to start to cultivate these relationships in their own way, but also in unison in which the recognition comes in that the higher sports that we have right now might be the ones to be having those conversations, but how do they consider also their fellow federations. And we're creating, we're hoping that out of this will also come out with policies and a body that manages that funding where it trickles not only to the federations, but also to individuals who aspire to be professional. How do we create a space in which training at higher levels can be provided also to individual athletes and to teams as we go forward. Very important that the aim of the conference is not actually to mobilize resources for the ministry, but create a conducive environment for the clubs, associations, federations to interact with finances so that they could establish this relationship and continue from there. The ministry is just providing this environment for a platform for the stakeholders and partners to get involved. How about, well, majority of them, well, there could be a reason why it is being done in Cuba, but there are other clubs also that we could hear from Ben Thio, football association club and all this and all this FC and all this. So, how are they participating in the conference? As the DJ has put it earlier, this is the first one. So that we want to create the pathway to open these conversations because the lack of awareness and what other sports exist in the country or what other clubs exist in the country is something that is also real for us in South Sudan. So, when we create the first one, it might not allow us the room to include everyone in that room in the first place, but it will open the conversation to continue to go on throughout the year and as we prepare for the next one, we would know where the holes are and continue to create that space. Is it not important at the start that you could have representative, even if it means one representative from the state, representing all the clubs so that they can come also and get connected to the partners and other stakeholders, learn from it, then individuals representing state clubs and association FCs could go back and deliver the message and enlighten them also. Is it not something that you can consider? Absolutely and it has been considered and there is a working list that we are continuing to work through and sending the invitations out and also this is why the steering group for the conference is made up of all the federation so we make sure that all of these things are addressed and the information is strictly not only throughout Juba but throughout the country. Earlier, we were discussing ways and the partners and the participants of the sport and Erik was trying to tell us who are this, who will this be and what is the aim, the objective of the conference. Who is here, representing who is here of course, representing who is here. What was in the Ministry's mind in coming up with the idea of a sporting sport financing conference? Why did you in the Ministry decide to have this event at this particular time? What motivated you? What triggered this idea in your mind, in the Ministry leadership mind? Thank you. Once again, I think we in the Ministry decided to have this conference because we have seen that our federations are not developing sports in this situation because of the finance and the government budget. Our Ministry budget will not even cover all one sports discipline. That's why we decided to have this conference so that we find a way how to finance the federations, especially the national teams in this. And this conference, we don't aim to get money for the ministry. If you get this money, we will give them to the federations so that they can run their activities. The national teams can move and represent the country in international and regional competitions. And also, we can have another sports discipline which can compete with basketball. So that our name will be the World Map as a sporting country. That's why we want to have to supplement the government budget so that we can develop the sports. We will be only, we want to develop the frustrations like we need to have the Olympic stadiums in the States and the three administrative areas. So this is one of our policies which we are supposed to do to see that we have these facilities in the coming years. We have the strategy policies from 24 to 30, so maybe we will have some Olympic stadiums in the States or maybe the big cities like Wauw, Walakal and Juba. Okay, thank you very much. So briefly to Joel and Eric and begin with Joel. Joel, talking about the sport financing conference, now we are talking business. It is business now. And a marketing is very much, is an important, is a critical component of business as whole or trade as whole. Now you have your own products and you want to use this term for the lack of better word. Products could be youth that are engaged in this sport, youth that are energetic, they can excel very well in basketball and all these things and all these things. But then it is not only in South Sudan where they can get market. They need to venture out to international market. In other words, get drafted to NBA, get called to Israel to go and play, go to Turkey and Saudi and Australia and all these things. Those who are looking for players, whether it be in high school, whether it be in clubs professionally around the world, are going to start coming into the country. You know, we keep talking about the success of basketball. The success of basketball came because someone who is loading had the personal funding to take on that journey by himself first, where now, because of the success, everyone else can jump on that and bring that into example. We also had Manud Bol who really pioneered the name of South Sudan, even before we were a country outside of here. So we do need opportunities. We need individuals to step up. We need companies to step up. When the funding comes in and the journey starts to come, the fruits of that will come eventually. And it's proven in the basketball journey where it was, "Let's get this out there." It was going to change the narrative of our country. This is what needs to be done to all other sports because we have the potential to do well. So it's too false. If we're proactive as individuals to get exposure to the sports, the kids will be recruited everywhere else. But also, we need to create those entities within the country, because not every kid is going to be recruited outside of the country. So we need the facilities. We need the educational facilities. We need the sporting facilities. We need the opportunities. The difference between somebody who makes it or somebody who doesn't is an opportunity, but those opportunities have to be created by us. If I identify somebody of a certain skill in a particular sporting activity, let's say, volleyball or all these other balls, and in the state, in the villages there, how do I let the foundation, how do I let the ministry know, how do I let the clubs in Dubai know so that this boy or girl get an opportunity of being drafted to something and take the name of South Sudan and benefit himself, first of all, he benefits. Secondly, the South name of South Sudan goes outside and he carries the plug of South Sudan at his back. So how do I do that? First, you have to know which sports exist. So this is why these opportunities to have such conferences will also heighten the knowledge of everyone of which other federations or other sports are available for our kids across the country. So when you identify a young person, whether it's their height or their skill or their potential, you would know where to go because we have now are putting this into the radar or everybody else. Commercializing also means commercially seeing it. You have advertisements about sport going on. You attend and know the individuals who are involved in sport, knowing that there is volleyball, there is handball, there is baseball, there is boxing, there is taekwondo, there is kickbox, and there is tennis, there is wrestling, knowing that those things also exist is a big thing. But also now knowing that if you were to bring them from the village to come to Dubai, there is a place for them to stay. There is something for them to eat and there is somebody to look for them and look out for them. And also going outside of the country is not as easy as it seems. So for those who actually do go outside, they have people here who can help them or organizations that can help them because the visa process is very expensive. The flights are very expensive. And if somebody is under the age, they might need to travel outside of the country to Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia to get a visa. So they need to go with an adult to go and do that. And then when they do leave the country, they need things to leave with, they need money for soap and clothes and they could be going to a cold country. So we need the resources to be able to create those pathways. Thank you so much, Rick. DG? I think we have learned a lot of lessons. As you know that the financing of the national team is the responsibility of the Ministry. Yes, and the government. One thing is that everybody wants when there is such competitions, everybody, from government and from there, they wanted to go and cheer the teams. All this will be a burden for the government to transfer them to the venue of this game. That's why we want to avoid this. In the other countries, when they want to go and cheer the team, they go with their own finance. They don't look for the government to finance them. This is why people are blaming that the Ministry has taken people from even the sports people and have taken them out. Many people are complaining. One next time that even if our team is playing, we just take the players and some officials from the Ministry to see and then the government representative will not take all people to go and through government finance to go and cheer the teams. Also, our business people, they did not even support the national team. They should brand their activities through this so that they can be known that they are having this business in South Sudan. This is the thing that we should encourage for business people to support the national teams in various sports activities. What lessons have we learned that we need to improve on? Especially, I don't want to call them disadvantages or call them bad. But listen, this is where we need to improve on so that we do better than what we did, having learned from the two international games that we tournament that we participated in.
