Lawmakers worried about national security approved a bill in the house that requires bite dance, the China-based company, to sell TikTok or face a ban. Not clear what the Senate will do, but if it passes the bill, President Biden says he will sign it. Today a federal judge will hear arguments on whether to dismiss the classified documents case against Donald Trump. His lawyers say he was entitled to keep sensitive records with him when he left the White House. A judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election interference case has dismissed some of the charges against Donald Trump, the AP's Ben Thomas. John Acevedo at the Emory University School of Law explains why. "There was more than enough backs alleged in the indictment, but this is to turn you forgot to state which law was being violated." The Order does leave many other charges intact, including 10 counts against Trump, and Acevedo says the ruling does not necessarily kill the case. "It's a small error, it's something that can be remedied, but it's going to cause quite a bit of delay. Funny laws will either have to go back, amend these charges, re-have them indicted on them, and then proceed, which will cause quite a bit of delay, or shall have to appeal." In Acevedo calls it "slumpy work" on a high profile case. I'm Ben Thomas. This is AP News. The UN says many countries are coming back from the COVID pandemic, but some countries are struggling. The AP's Karen Shamas, with what the UN says, is going on. "Many countries have managed to bounce back after COVID apart from the poorest countries according to the United Nations. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, development in some of the poorest countries around the world has stalled, as some are getting worse, according to the UN Development Program." The head of the agency said that for two decades, rich and poor countries were coming closer in terms of development. Post-COVID-19, however, there's a clear sign they're drifting apart. It pointed to almost 40% of global trading goods concentrated in three or fewer countries. It also said the stock market value of Amazon, Apple and Microsoft surpassed the GDP of more than 90% of the 193 UN member nations in 2021. I'm Karen Shamas. I'm Rita Foley, AP News. Hello, Saver!
