This is AP News. I'm Rita Fallaway. We'll begin with former President Trump and those sensitive documents prosecutors say he kept when he left the White House. The AP is Donna Warder. A federal judge will hear arguments on Thursday about whether to dismiss Donald Trump's classified documents prosecution. The former president's lawyers claim he was entitled to keep sensitive records when he left the White House. Meanwhile, the judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election and her fear insurance case has dismissed some of the charges against former President Trump and others. The AP's Ben Thomas John Acevedo at the Emory University School of Law explains why. There was more than enough facts alleged in the indictment, but this is to turn you forgot to state which law was being violated. The order does leave many other charges intact, including 10 counts against Trump. And Acevedo says the ruling does not necessarily kill the case. It's a small error. It's something that can be remedied, but it's going to cause quite a bit of delay. The death of a non binary student the day after a fight inside an Oklahoma high school restroom has been ruled a suicide autopsy report shows that 16 year old next Benedict who used they them pronouns had toxic levels of two drugs in their system and died of an overdose. Next was conscious and alert after the bathroom fight on February 7th when telling police about the attack by three girls. Next is grandmother called 911 the next day when next was found unresponsive in their home on the call. Sue Benedict expressed concern about a head injury from the attack as she described next symptoms. Next's breathing was shallow with eyes rolled back and hands curled up.
