She can step aside from the election interference case against Donald Trump or remove the special prosecutor with whom she had a romantic relationship before the case can proceed. The judge mentioned an appearance of impropriety that infected the prosecution team. Former President Donald Trump wanted Fannie Willis kicked off the case in Georgia. In a rare letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson, White House counsel Ed Siskol says it's obviously time to move on. He notes GOP led panels have found no evidence.
