If federal judge has rejected Donald Trump's bid to throw out the classified documents case against him, Eric Tucker reports the former president was in the courtroom. Trump himself was in court as he has been. He listened intently with his hands claps on the defense table, sometimes chatting with his lawyers. Special counsel Jack Smith was also in court. They did not have any visible interaction with each other. In New York, prosecutors say they're open to delaying the March 25th start of Trump's Hush Money trial so his lawyers can review the latest evidence, but only 30 days, not the 90 Trump wants. In Oklahoma, a push for the return of a long-band activity. Oklahoma outlawed cockfighting in 2002, a proposal to weaken penalties has cleared the state house back by Anthony DeVore of the Game File Commission. Fint now, which is a misdemeanor, and it killed 10,000 people in Oklahoma every year, and I think death by Rooster's is zero. There is even video with Governor Kevin Stitt backing the commission. People that don't like me want to try to bring something up and that kind of stuff. Of course, I'm not for legalizing game cockfighting. Rooster fighting is illegal at the federal level. Former Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson says state lawmakers and police may just look the other way. It's a pretty easy call when 60, 70, 80 percent of their county voted no on the issue to salt peddle it. At the time of the ban, 57 of Oklahoma's 77 counties were in favor of keeping cockfighting illegal. I'm Ed Donahue. And I'm Ben Thomas. AP News. Thanks for listening.
