AP News, I'm Ed Donohue. Former President Donald Trump's hush money criminal trial in New York is being delayed for 30 days to address the judge's questions about a last minute evidence dump. The trial was supposed to start March 25th. A judge in Georgia ruled on Donald Trump's election interference case and the romantic relationship the DA, Fannie Willis, had with the special prosecutor. Here's the AP's Mike Balsamo. The ruling basically says that the Trump case can't move forward unless Willis steps aside and removes the entire Fulton County District Attorney's Office. Or Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor who was hired by Willis, resigns and withdraws from this case. Wade today resigned from the case. Former President Donald Trump had wanted Fannie Willis taken off the case. The U.S. and its Western allies are warning Iran of serious consequences if it moves ahead on a plan to provide ballistic missiles for Russia for the war in Ukraine. The AP's Sagar McGani has the story. American officials are worried by comments from Iran suggesting a deal is imminent. "We've sent very clear messages to Iran, not to do it." Secretary of State Anthony Blinken says the possibility of it happening and the need to address it are both very real and very strong. "We really wanted to set down a marker here for Iran and for Russia that there will be sort of consequences for them to do that." White House national security spokesman John Kirby says Moscow's already received and used North Korean ballistic missiles in Ukraine and has used Iranian weapons in the war. "Heck yeah, drones by the hundreds." And Iran is looking to benefit too. "They're hoping to get Russian military technology for themselves." Sagar McGani, Washington. The Israeli military says a ship has delivered 200 tons of food, water, and humanitarian supplies to Gaza, inaugurating a sea route from Cyprus. Stocks finish lower. The Dow?
