Ep. 924. Understanding What Is a אמן יתומה (Amen Yetomah).
Understanding What Is a אמן יתומה (Amen Yetomah).
Welcome everybody, Shinneman924, getting back to our Hilchus Barakos. Okay, we are going through some erasure test of the Halachas of our main. Let's share, we spoke of reference to the importance of getting back to some of the Halachas. So the question comes up, you hear somebody say a main, right? We said you have to answer of course. And the question is how much time do you have, like when, you know, the guy says makes a barak and like, you know, whatever, could I wait a few seconds, we'll have time, shall I say it right away? Yes, so there are various different halachas when it comes to that, we'll try and go through some of them. Now, a lot of them are found in the simm in Kufchav Dalid, which is not our simm in. Our simm in his rage test of Vov, but in Kufchav Dalid, we're by a talk very famous simm in talks about the halachas of Khazur as we understand, the all of the great importance of that answering in shul Khazur as a shat and so on. So a lot of the halachas, well, across reference, a little bit, we'll try and go, now we're not learning right now the Khazur, the halachas of Khazur as a shat, but some, like I said, some of the halachas are in the michibro over there. So we might cross reference a little bit to that simm in, brings down the pisskachubus on page top, top, top, Khaz, on his base at the end, and again, now with simm in rage as well. He says, like this, "I'm a Pratham-Dinim, Nemruhbandiyyas, Amain," and he said, "You'll find a lot of these halachas in simm in Kufchav Dalids." Okay, he says like this, he says that there's something called Amain Yasoma. Amain Yasoma, meaning just that, that it's by itself, it's not attached to anything, right? So he brings down one of the ways of Amain Yasoma is that a person says Amain in not the right amount of time. What does it mean not the right amount of time? So he brings down, he says, he brings down, it's Tashkadei deeper, like we've been talking about, the amount of time it takes a person to say shalm alaikum, right? Tashkadei deeper, so it's an important thing to keep in mind. Okay, so suggest to have an understanding a little bit, again, simm in Kufchav Dalid, believe it or not, the insifchas. So there's a whole thing about the Amain Khattufa, Amain Yasoma, from the Mahabharam, again, we're going to try and go through a little bit here and there, but as far as when you have to say, 'Amain' on a brocha, it's a shalm as we understand, but even a regular brocha, right? So the Ramos says, at the end of that 'sif' again, he says, 'L'ayam Taman Yasom, 'Amain' l'amiyyad, you shouldn't wait when you hear a brocha, when you hear a brocha, he's talking about the shalm as a general, when you hear a brocha, you're not supposed to wait, right? l'amiyyad chikilah brocha, 'Amain', as soon as you hear the brocha, it finishes, as soon as the person finishes the brocha, you have to answer, 'Amain', now we're going to say, we're going to see this, there's a problem if you answer too early, you hear sometimes in shalm people 'Kha'ping, you know, it's called 'Amain Khattufa', you have to 'Kha'p the 'Amain' before the mamish, before they hear the end of the brocha, so the same thing by any brocha, and before the person's finished, I'm saying, the person says, 'A brocha brocha, kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha kha 'Amain', he's saying, you're already 'Amain', he didn't mean what about the brocha, I didn't finish, but as soon as the brocha, right, so that's another problem, that's Tak another problem which we'll talk about, believe me, the business of shalm, but the bottom line is, as far as what we're talking about today, a sort of along the lines of 'Amenya Saima', it really is 'Amenya Saima', a sort of like a 'Amen' that stands by itself, it has to be answered right away, now the question is, how long is that time, what do you mean right away, like how much time do I have, fine, I'll wait till the person finishes the sha kha on the earth very much time to have so the mr. explains the takkadei dibur kadeibur dani right but takkadei dibur kadeibur dani it's it's within that amount of time um now so the question is how long is takkadei dibur which we've been talking about constantly the sheer takkadei dibur who makh like is a pasekin it is a makh like is a pasekin yet just i'm reading from the mr. burr sif cotton lamad dallat in simon kufkov dallat yeshamir shalaysh itay was something say three tables yeshamir armitay was some say four sham alaikum rebi sham alaikum rebi yam alaikum rebi yam mairi okay so that's already um in makhalayk as if yeshmiz alaikum yayana klau but if it's more than that at least that much right at least that much in other words if you hear abraach from somebody and it's more amount of time it takes for instance sham alaikum rebi or at least worst case scenario sham alaikum rebi umairi um and and the and the uh pasekeshu brings down the roughly between two to three seconds roughly um so then it's it's a problem so that not just it's probably not supposed to answer yeshmiz alaikum yayana klau if it's more than that amount of time more than the takkadei dibur like which us explained then you know over yeshmiz alaikum yeshmiz alaikum yayana klau you can't answer i mean this is what we know is a main a main yeshmiz and a main that's by itself now uh the mishebra does bring down that's a regular main but what about when it when it's in conjunction with the seabur let's say i'm in shul and here cuz there's a shot right and it should and and there's a lot of people whatever and they're answering a main on the broch and it goes longer than takkadei dibul longer than those two to three seconds or a long at a time amount of time takes say shama lekam rebeach shama lekam rebeom maybi at least that much of it seaburi says kaimalanda ad shakalu reinfatsibur if you're in age in shul where there's a lot of people so then you you have a little bit more alaniz alaikum yeshmiz alaikum yeshmiz alaikum yeshmiz alaikum yeshmiz even if you hear it a little bit longer than that and we saw this was from epslemiz almul brought down the deershul from some narbar said sallik abrahi brought down that that you you would even have a little bit more time than that as long as the people in shul as long as reaik i'm sorry i i'd call it shakalu reaikatsibur as long as most of the people let's say right most of the people you have a hundred dollars fifty one fifty five whatever we're not getting into exact numbers but at least you still see most of the people answering and let's say that therefore whatever reason is taking a little drop longer um so then you would still be okay in shul that's how he finishes off with the tibur kind of learned to add shakalu reaikatsibur lanaiz almul who are daimak lauha bracha that's still considered in the bracha and takide did bring that in the bracha but in the time frame and what the laka lanaiz e mornin yeshmursen could answer with them okay we'll continue next time thank you for listening us laka bracha goldoon
