Do we really love doing, what we think are our favourite things? Then why are we spending so little time, doing them?

[Music] Your morning ray of sunshine, anencephkumar. Where's that time going? There are things we love doing, and there's everything else. Where do we spend the bulk of our time? Understood, there is a certain amount of time goes towards sustenance, family responsibilities, etc. Which may happen doing things we like or not. Question is, the rest of the time, where do we spend that? And why aren't we spending more time doing what we love? Ask us else, do we really love doing what we think are our favourite things? Then why are we spending so little time doing that? Whatever the reason, whatever the justifications, simple factors, the more time we spend doing what we love, the more fulfilled and energised we will be, and the more effective in doing everything else. So just do whatever it takes, but make sure you spend a significant part of the deal, doing stuff that will make the greatest impact on our life. Sunshine in your day.
