Are we seeing the revitalization of conservative civilization? All over the world has been a massive backlash against globalization, its leftist leadership, and its anti-cultural liberal values. And it's just the beginning. I'm Dr. Steve Turling. I believe the liberal globalist world is at its brink, and a new conservative age is rising. Join me every day as we examine these worldwide trends, discover answers to today's toughest challenges, and together learn to live in the present in life of even better things to cover. This is Turly Talks. Andrew Weiss, what I have never seen, a draft jury instruction, quite like it. What are Jack Smith's options here? Well, there's a reason you've never seen anything like it. I don't think Bradley and I have either point that Bradley's been making, which is that the 11th Circuit has actually already decided this issue, and her which she has proposed is against what the 11th Circuit has already reversed her on. To the extent that you think that she is engaging in partisanship, which I do, there really has to be a time that you take her up on it, and you do this mandamus to get to the 11th Circuit before she gets to trial, because that's when she has the unilateral ability to thread this case out, and it cannot be appealed. The ultra-leftists over at MSNBC are flipping out over the latest ruling in the Trump classified documents case, a ruling that basically checkmates Jack Smith. This is amazing. We're going to see the latest ruling that has Trump's legal team celebrating and leftists absolutely seething also. He wrote that the reasonable questions remain about whether Willis and Wade testified untruthfully about the timing of their relationship. Today was a very good day for Donald Trump. Now, the Fulton County case against Trump appears to be imploding. We got the latest on why things are going from bad to worse for the corrupt DA, Fannie Willis. You are not going to want to miss this. Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your Patriot professor, here to help you stay sane during these insane times, so make sure to smack that Bell and subscribe button, and let's dive right in. We had some amazing breaking news on the classified documents case against President Trump. US District Judge Eileen Cannon has just dropped a bombshell on special counsel Jack Smith. Smith has until April 2nd to decide between two scenarios moving forward. He'll either have to allow jurors to see a massive trove of documents that both President Trump and other presidents have brought home with them, or Smith has to basically admit he has no case. I mean, this is absolutely stunning stuff. Basically, what happened last night, and this was absolutely brilliant. What happened was that Judge Cannon, who's the judge presiding over Jack Smith's classified documents case against President Trump, the sham case, she gave a ruling that Jack Smith must now either choose to allow jurors to actually see the supposedly classified documents found at Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago and examine them in detail and examine them in light of what other presidents have brought home with them in the past, or Smith has to give jurors instructions that would effectively order them to acquit President Trump. Now, if you've been following this channel for some time now, and if not, make sure to smack that Bell and subscribe button. But if you've been a follower to this channel for some time, then you'll know exactly what Judge Cannon is saying here, because this is exactly what we've been arguing now, ever since the raid at Mar-a-Lago two summers ago. What Judge Cannon is basically doing here is she's zeroing in on the charge of, quote, unauthorized possession against Trump, and she's forcing Smith to coherently define what unauthorized possession actually means. What Smith has to do is he either has to allow every jury member to examine every record, every document that a former president takes back home with him and claims as personal so as to establish a standard by which to judge Trump's similar behavior, or the jurors have to be told that a president does in fact have sole authority to categorize records as personal or presidential during his or her presidency. So this is exactly what we've been arguing from day one of that ridiculous raid. Constitutionally speaking, it is the duly elected chief executive, not unelected deep state bureaucrats who actually get their authority from the duly elected chief executive. It's the duly elected chief executive who has ultimate authority in declaring all classification issues and status. A president could declare any document he wants to be either classified or declassified period end of discussion, not deep state bureaucrats, not unelected three letter agents. There is no single unelected official that has more authority than the duly elected president of the United States to classify or declassify. And so what this means, what we've been arguing all along with other legal experts such as Robert Barnes is that Trump is being charged with a crime that he constitutionally cannot conceivably commit. And that in effect is what Judge Cannon seems to be basically forcing Jack Smith's hand with here, either allow the jury to examine all of Trump's supposedly classified national security documents in light of the other documents that other presidents have brought home with them to determine whether Trump is guilty of unauthorized possession, which the jury will see immediately. He's not Trump hasn't done anything that any other president hasn't done or come out and tell the jury that the president of the United States does indeed possess the unique authority to classify or declassify whatever he wants and thereby pull the rug out from under your entire case. That's why the ultra leftist wackos at MSNBC and the Daily Beast are all freaking out. Either allow the general public to see that Trump took home documents that are precisely the same nature as what other presidents have taken home with them or in effect, admit to the jurors that she got no case. Tell the jurors that the president can classify or declassify whatever he wants. I think that as of last night, Judge Cannon effectively checkmated Jack Smith. Well, of course, I have to see how all of this plays out. But what do you think? Do you think this is the beginning of the end for Jack Smith? Let us know in the comments section below. And speaking of beginning of the end, wait until you see the latest on Fannie Willis and Fulton County. This is going to absolutely blow you away. But first, as you know, our founding fathers created the American Constitution for the very purpose that our rights as citizens would be protected at the fundamental level. Over the past few years, however, we've directly witnessed the growing threats posed to those rights to fight back against this creep against our freedoms. I've partnered with a group of amazing patriots who formed the Association of Mature American Citizens. AMAC, as it's known, is America's leading senior advocacy and benefits organization and acts as a conservative, patriotic alternative to the AARP. AMAC, on top of being a proudly talked sponsor of today's video, pays attention to the voices of their members and champions, which pay treat concerns on Capitol Hill. AMAC provides its members with top-notch insurance and travel benefits, as well as numerous other services, all without the big government agenda of the AARP. Just click on that link below to join today. Membership is immensely affordable and provides you with superior benefits and a community of over two million members, just like you, who are dedicated to preserving our traditional American values. Between Biden's stagflation, the open border, and the disastrous situation brewing overseas, I think it's safe to say mainstream Washington advocacy groups are not putting your interest first, but click on that link below and you can help bring that travesty to an end. He wrote that the reasonable questions remain about whether Willis and Wade testified untruthily about the timing of their relationship. I mean, that's- Today was a very good day for Donald Trump. This case is going nowhere. Even if, in the extremely unlikely event that this somehow staggers to trial in August or in the fall, think about this. There's another racketeering case in Georgia where jury selection, not the trial. Jury selection has taken a year. This case is never going to trial before the election. You know, it's an embarrassment. All of this. I mean, Funny Willis has hung on, but this case is going nowhere very quickly. Fannie Willis may have survived to fight another day, but it looks like that day ain't going to be coming until well after the November elections. As you know, the judge in the Fulton County case, Judge Scott McCarthy made the insane ruling last week that either the corrupt DA, Fannie Willis has to step aside from the case against Trump or her corrupt boy toy Nathan Wade has to step aside. In other words, in other words, you're both corrupt. So one of you has to step aside. That's what's called justice in Fulton County. You're both corrupt, but only one of you has to step aside. We have in Fulton County. We have put a limit on corruption. We only allow 50% of it. The other half has to be pristine and beyond reproach. But as a touchy tubing over there at CNN is recognizing this case doesn't frankly look like it is going anywhere. And as he noted, jury selection itself can last beyond a year. And Fannie Willis continues to come under scrutiny. Last week, Georgia Governor Brian Camp just signed into law a bill designed to reign in a row of prosecutors precisely like Fannie Willis. The new law grants a committee. Notice the prosecuting attorney's qualifications commission just established last year. The authority to establish rules for disciplining and removing prosecutors who they believe to be acting unethically. Many are arguing that Fannie Willis is primed for just such disciplinary action. In addition to Georgia Senate committees already investigating her apparent misuse of funds and conflict of interest and unethical behavior. So it does look like Fannie Willis will have to face justice herself before she can attempt to do any damage against President Trump in this blatant partisanized law fair. So what do you think? Is this the end of the line for Fannie Willis? Let us know in the comments section below. Hey gang, I just wanted to give you a huge note of thanks to each and every one of you.
