When Do We Answer אמן (Amen) When We Finish the Same Bracha with Somebody Else?
Welcome everybody, Shinnaman 925, getting back to Ra'ul Khasbrahos. Okay, we're in the middle of going through Sim Andresh Tetsov. We are going through the halakhas of Amain. Okay, so we're a little bit jumping here and there, but in general, Sim Andresh Tetsov and in Ulbulun, we mentioned last year, in conjunction with some halakhas in Khufadalid, which is Khazar Sashad, where some of the halakhas of Amain are found over there. Okay, so we established the fact last year, one has to be careful, we're going to get back to that, but one has to be careful that Tökke de Dibre, you have to answer Amain within Tökke de Dibre, and not let it slip out longer than that, otherwise you're running into a problem of Amain Yisaima, meaning an Amain, that's by itself. Now we're going to talk about what about, let's say I'm in Shul and I hear two people finishing two Brakhis, what do I do, not me, but two others people, but we'll get to that interesting question which comes up, but I just want to talk about something which we spoke about the while back, when we had a couple of Shirman Amain, we started, then we went into the mistakes and Brakhas and so on, but I just want to get back to that a minute. There's a makhlaikas makhabir Ammar, if you say Amain, if somebody says Amain on their own Brakha, uncertain Brakhas, in general, they make a shakli, they don't say Amain if they say Brakhas, everybody does not question, everybody holds like that. By Yvonne Yishalayim, we said you do say Amain in general, that's what Rama said, and the makhabir said that there are other times also, the makhabir said just to explain real quickly that at the end of Halal, the makhabir said the end of Halal, Yalluha shakar Halal, just reading from the Sif Piska Chubus, or Ist alif actually, all the way in the beginning, Yalluha shakar Halal, if the Yishtabakh, okay, this was again the makhab, and after Shama and Mays Raul Awad, and Friday night would be a Paris-Suka Shulam and so on, and then they said some say by Dafthair, okay, we're not gonna get into that right now because he mentions on the bottom, that's not not everybody holds like that, but be it as Amain, so there's three, right now we have three, right, you have if the Halal, you have if the Yishtabakh and you have if the Shama and Mays Raul Awad, or Paris-Suka Shulam, depending if it's Shabbas during the week, the Mishabir says, not if the Euro-Nay, that's not, that's not, and there's a reason why, why the makhabir says that, the Mays are make a long story short, we don't hold like that, we hold only after, even a Yishtlan, we do say, even a Yishtlan, we do say Amain, we also say after the Harachamans, by the way, just a side note, after the Harachamans, which we, we mentioned last time, that if you hear a, if you hear a Brakh, somebody, one person gives a, somebody gives a Yishtabat, Lakham, Brakh, you give somebody else a Brakhah, and if you hear it, you hear somebody else giving somebody else a Brakhah, you say Amain, so that's one of the reasons why we say by the Harachamans, we end up Amain also, okay, but be it as Amain, what I want to just want to talk about today, so, so we don't answer if the Halal on our own Amain, answer if the Khazim, but let's say you finish together with the Khazim, right, so we mentioned, if you finish together with the Khazim, let's say Amin Shul, and I finish together with the Khazim, or with somebody else, whatever the case is, somebody else, davening next to me, whatever, we finish the same time, same Brakhah, and it's the same Brakh, if it's a different Brakhah, you can enter Amain on their Brakhah, right, and then we're not talking about where you're going to eat, that's not what we're talking about, we're talking about Latain Shul, where you hear another Brakhah, there's, and, and you finish, and that's it, so the question is saying Amain on, on my own Brakhah, which is not allowed to do, but if you, and if you hear the Khazim finishing the same Brakhah, it's really not supposed to, but when it comes to those, and we, we don't, we don't, in general, our minigas, we don't answer on those also, not if the halo, not if the shabbat, not if the shaamma is ralah, but the makhab does hold like that, so there are those who hold like that, so therefore they will read it inside a minute, but the safe piscat you was explained, that if somebody finishes at the same time in Shul, and those Brakhah, then they should answer Amain, even though you and the Khazim finish at the same time, if it's a different, if something else, right, let's say, some other Brakhah, right, let's say you're saying Brakhah sashah, or whatever the case is, there's some other Brakhah that you finish in Shul, and the Khazim finishes at the same time, you don't answer Amain, because it looks like he answering Amain to his Brakhah, that it looks like he answering Amain to your Brakhah, but by these, since we answer some answer, Amain anyways on their own Brakhah, so if you finish together with the Khazim, so then that's, you would also answer Amain, so just to read it inside, I just wanted to go through that real quickly, so the, he quotes, the piscuit you was, is going to, it's going to be, we spoken about one number of times, unless it's after what we just said, in the Ramaz, as we said, in Amain, in Iraq, Aqar, we're going to, in many portions, that's how we do them, that's how we do them, it says, the piscuit you, this right, it brings down from, right, it brings from the Mishabrah, the, the, the Shamed Amal Gnaveram, Shahrakh, Umm, so on, that's, the Madakh Umm Say, Amam, Aq, Linahhagam, Karamah, those who hold like Karamah, like us, that we don't answer Amain, only after Bani Yurshalaym, Imseam, Brakhah, as Elu, if we do finish one of these three Brakhas, either Hallel, or Yishtabah, or Shabamah, Yishh, Ralawad, or on Friday night, right, on Friday night, I have heard Sukhashalam, if we finish one of those, together with the Khazin, Yaqad, Imashat, Oi Imodam Aqar, somebody else, Ummid, let's see, there's somebody else standing on the side of me, right, I finish your Shabah, the guy next to me, finishes your Shabah with me at the same time, what do I do, Shrakh, Anzir, Ummin, Anat, Vishamayya, Seim, Brakhazin, you hear the end of his Brakhah, so Ina Ummin, we tell you to answer Ummin, right, I, I, we say, we're not supposed to answer Ummin after our own Brakhah, or if somebody else is finishing the same Brakhas at the same time, you're not supposed to answer Ummin, Afa, but over here it's different, Afa, Pisha, the Indian Shah Brakhaz, even though by other Brakhas, Im Ghemar, Uysem Yaqad, Im Aqar, by other Brakhas, if you finish together, right, in Shul, let's say, I finish together some other Brakhab, in Shul, together with somebody else, I don't Ina Ummin, Shani, Brakhaz, Eludiz, our differential habit place, can you feel the hoo, Shree Nafilu, Aqar, Brakhaz, Asbe, because there's some major place came, obviously like them, Khabir brings it down like that, that's saying, even if you're saying you pay yourself, by F the Hallel, the Shtabach, and Shree man when he's through all the bad, in Friday night, the Paris-Wukashalam, you would answer Ummin, anyone's F D self, we don't hold like that, but if you finish it together, and somebody right next to you is finishing also together, so then we'll tell you, no problem, you could go ahead and say Ummin, on his Brakh, even though you finish it together, as the same time as you did, whereby another Brakh you wouldn't, but in that case, we tell you that you should. Okay, we'll stop here, thank you for listening us, welcome, Brakh, a cult of...
