"The number one is Xi Jinping." "G Xi Jinping, the president of China." "He was number one." "Should I allow Hunter to give his opening statement first?" "Yeah!" "We'll, uh, doesn't appear Mr. Biden showed up for his public hearing." "Where's Hunter?" "Rump swabs, hacks, and moonbaats beware. It's..." "Howie Car." "844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42, 42, every afternoon Trump's campaign sends out important articles and posts. They just email them out to everybody, I guess. I don't know if it's just a press or everybody, probably everybody. But here's today's selection, just to give you a taste. This is from Daily Caller Jonathan Turley says prosecutions of Trump prove him right about weaponization of government. Boy, that's, that's so, so right to say that. It's when the New York Post Democrats mustn't be allowed to bankrupt Trump before he even gets to appeal $454 million judgment. You know, the comptroller of New York City is saying that every illegal alien, no matter how criminal he is, no matter, you know, how much of a cannibal he is, or whatever, or a sex trafficker of young girls like the one they arrested yesterday, they're all, they all need lawyers to be able to stay in the country. They all need their full constitutional rights. Everybody except Donald Trump, everybody except Donald Trump. Here's a story from the National Pulse. Even the New York Times admits Trump bond impossible to pay due to regulations. Mediaite, that's a left-wing website. Mob Justice, Fox News analyst, shreds New York AG for potentially seizing Trump's property. I think that was the cut we just played actually. Fox News pleading the eighth ex-federal prosecutor says don't count Trump out yet, despite massive fight. Again, the eighth amendment prohibiting cruel and unusual punishment. I mean, could you think of any more unusual punishment than finding somebody for a civil violation, finding a half, almost a half a billion dollars for civil violation, in which there are no victims, and in which some of the people who were solicited to say that they were victims said, no, no, there was no problem. We did well with this. Wall Street Journal, Letitia James, turns the screws on Trump, etc., etc., etc. What a mess, huh? I mean, again, as the person on Fox said that we played earlier, if they can do this to him, think what they can do to you or me. And do you think, well, they're not after you or me. Oh, yes, they are. Oh, yes, they are. They're only emboldened. That's the whole thing about what we were talking about yesterday with COVID. You can't let them even start to think about trying to do that again. Once they start talking about any kind of lockdowns or any kind of pandemics, or any kind of mandated vaccinations, quote unquote, vaccinations, you just got to say, no, never again, never, ever again. And this can't be allowed to stand either with Trump. 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. Before we go back to the 8th Amendment, also prohibits excessive fines. And that is clearly what this is. Yeah, it's cruel and unusual punishment. I'll look it up and get rid of the exact wording of the 8th Amendment. But it definitely covers this, I think. But, you know, then I thought many times, I think that it's pretty much of a no-brainer if you read the appropriate clause in the Constitution. And then the courts won't take it up because it might help orange man bad. But this was Tony Bobolinsky, Hunter Biden's former law partner, testifying today. And there was a chair left empty in case Hunter wanted to show up after he visited the local strip club or his crack dealer or whoever he was or his local Ukrainian high priced hooker. You know, whoever he was doing business with that day is a professional man. But the empty chair was there. And next to the empty chair was Tony Bobolinsky, Navy veteran, former business partner of the Biden's who knows where the bodies are buried. And so, of course, he's been called all sorts of names by Dan Goldman, the wannabe Adam Schiff from New York City, the freshman congressman who was one of the lawyers in one of the bogus impeachments of Donald Trump four years ago. And then Jamie Raskin, the pirate from Maryland. Two of the two of the most loathsome in an extremely loathsome crew of Democrats in the US House of Representatives. So Tony, this is a Tony Bobolinsky calling Goldman and Raskin liars right to their faces here. Cut seven. At the same people preaching this mantra, no better. They continue to lie directly to the American people without hesitation and remorse. Rep Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers and Mr. Goldman, a former prosecutor with the SDNY from New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies. Hunter Biden's defense attorney, Abilow, weaponizes letters to Congress to try to smear my name. >> Mr. Chairman. >> The cold heart facts. >> Mr. Chairman. >> In an attempt to save his powerfully connected client and his father. I challenge Mr. Lowell to make those claims on national television so he can be held accountable for his lies. Prior to my successful business career, I was an officer in the United States Navy. At Navy's elite Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, I later served as the the Command's Chief Technology Officer. >> At center, et cetera. >> I apologize for the disruption from the. Am I supposed to say it's my time, Mr. Raskin? >> So then this is Raskin, you know, he, Comer says, you know, Raskin is saying, well, what about the rules of the quorum for house hearings, et cetera. And this is, this is Comer's response to the Chairman, cut eight. >> But please, Mr. Bob Litsky, please. Come to order. Mr. Bob Litsky, Mr. Bob Litsky, please proceed. Please proceed. I apologize for the disruption from the minority. >> Okay. >> Well, Mr. Chairman, they've saved his time. But he called members of this committee liars. And I just want to know whether the order and decorum requirements of House Rule 11 apply to witnesses appearing before the committee. Does it apply or does it not? >> Should I? >> Should I address? I think Comer's going to say something. >> There's hard, like, there's decorum from the members. We've asked for that. There's no language that I'm aware of pertaining to a witness. >> In other words, ranking member Raskin, they're making up the rules as they go along, kind of like you Democrats, though, in the courts in places like New York and in Georgia, just to cite a couple of examples that popped to my mind immediately. 844-542-904 says, "What's the best way to donate money to Trump or the campaign?" I'm sure you can find out. Someone says there's a give-send-go setup for Donald Trump. >> There's a lot of them. They don't seem very legit, honestly. >> Yeah, I would make, I would wait until, we'll try to find something out. We'll call Caroline Levitt or somebody, let's see if we can call Caroline and see if we can find out where the legit site is and maybe we can tweet it out. Don't give any money to just, you know, that's, you're going to get scammed. That's, the chances are you're going to get scammed, so don't give any money until we find out something. 844-542-42. Here's the 8th Amendment. Someone just sent it to me 619. Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed nor cruel and unusual punishment. Well, I would say this is excessive fines, and in this case, they're so excessive that they constitute cruel and unusual punishment. I mean, they're definitely unusual. There's never been anything like this. I mean, this, you know, they always talk about victimless crimes, you know, whether it's prostitution or drugs. I mean, this is truly a victimless crime. I think there are, you know, drugs and prostitution in many cases, especially prostitution, there are victims. In this case, there were no victims. He got the money from banks and he paid the money back with interest with a vague, as they say, and used to say in organized crime circles. So who, who, who lost out? Nobody lost out. 844-542-844-542. We'll take some calls when we come back about Nantucket and about LaTesha James and in so many other issues. I'm Howard Carr. How are you, Carr? We'll be right back. You're listening to the Howie Carr Show. Today's poll question is brought to you by local Silver Mint located in Ware, New Hampshire. Silver Dave will work with you directly. Contact him at local silver mint.com, local silver mint.com. Taylor, what is the poll? Oh, let's play the sound cut again from Governor Ron DeSantis yesterday that sets up the poll question. I definitely think we can help put them back over the border if they come across in Texas or Arizona. And so I'd be willing to help do that. I think that the states really have no other choice to do that at that point. It's a little bit different for a maritime state like us. That's why we really have to get them before they reach the shores. And that's why we're working so hard to do that. Although I will say this, we do have our transport program also that's going to be operational. So at Haitians land in the Florida Keys, their next stop very well may be Martha's Vineyard. Go ahead, Governor. Make my day. Make my day. But Martha's Vineyard has had their fund. We got to expand the program, the Celebrate Diversity Program, the fundamental transformation of the beautiful people communities in Massachusetts. Can we just send them to South Carolina since they revived Joe Biden's campaign in 2020? But that's... We've got enough here. All of South Carolina does not deserve that. There are places in Massachusetts where a vast majority, I've got these sound cuts from Chicago where 97% of the people voted for Joe Biden in the last election. And now they're saying Joe Biden is ruining the country. I mean, no, no, not South Carolina. Let's read today's poll question. I read the... I read who's a spot, Brian. It's a local silver mat. So today's poll question, which you can vote in at howicarshow.com, is since he's already gifted Martha's Vineyard, where in Massachusetts should Governor Ron DeSantis send the next batch of third world illegals? Nantucket, Nashon Island, Brookline, Cambridge, Arlington, Swampskitt, Chatham, or Amherst. I'm going to vote for a town I used to live in, Cambridge. 29% say Cambridge, 33% say Nantucket, 9% say Nashon Island, Brookline, or Arlington, and Amherst is at 7%. Oh, Amherst, this has come up in the world. Someone texted and said, you know, the signs hate has no home here. The new sign is going to be in all these beautiful people, communities. Haiti has no home here. Haiti has no home. Ha, ha, ha, ha. 844, 542, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. Let me play this. Let me play the cut about the, this is from Chicago at a, at a meeting, cut 33. Or not, excuse me, cut 19, 33 seconds, 19. So now, um, who did you vote for? First of all, I have no problem with saying that I didn't vote for Biden, because I was not voting, I did. But here it is. The, this, this, um, migrant influx that we dealing with right now, this is your fault. The truth hurts, doesn't it? Listen to her complaining here. This is before I just set that, set that up. The guy calling her out, but this is her complaint complaining. These are various women complaining, I think, cut 18, which of course should have been changed a long time ago. So they bring in a man, you wonder where the money coming from. They taken it, the COVID fund that was here, that money. You talking about all the, all the pro housing programs, so when people spray rits, all the rental programs, that money, all the programs that we have in the city of Chicago, they are bankrupting us. They are taking from all of these programs that we have, and they're taking the money and they're funding the migrants. Our taxpayers, we've already paid 32 million dollars out of our taxes to house and take care of the migrants thus far. Now, we already know the only ones who qualify to become citizens in a solo here from the start of the, as they were here after August, they don't even qualify. But here we're going to be taking care of them for five to seven years, while this paperwork floating on people's desk. And why, send them home, send them back, but Venezuela already said, oh, we're not taking them back. Again, you get what you vote for. That's the great thing about a democracy. You get the government you deserve. Chicago, you deserve this. Martha's Vineyard, you deserve this. 844-542-978 car. Why isn't Wellesley one of the options? We had, we did this poll question a couple of months ago, and Wellesley, I put Wellesley on it, but Wellesley didn't do well. So it was, it's like making the, you know, it's like making March madness, you know. Wellesley wasn't one of the top 64, 68 teams. It's, so we move on to it. We have a different, different brackets. Mike, you're next with how we car go ahead, Mike. Well, Howie, I think you should drop them off in Chatham, because if you're a vagrant, or you even look strange in the center of Chatham, this white van will pull up, you'll get thrown in the back, and you'll end up ringing you to the train station. That's the way Chatham rolls. But hey, but you know, you know, what about the Chatham bars in? That's a lovely spot that Chatham bars in, isn't it? Yeah. How many, you could put up hundreds and hundreds of Haitians, and maybe a few Venezuelans and, you know, Congolese and Ecuadorians as well. Well, we're all on the Cape wondering why we keep hearing the C-130s coming in at one at two o'clock in the morning. It's not in our heads, and they're not UFOs. So we know they're bringing them into the, into the base, but hey, I can't prove it yet, but somebody will soon spill the beans. You know, but I remember when I was younger, Howie, we were out in the Antucket and walked up by any key used to bring in the Jay ones, from all over the country, all, I mean, all over the world, and you'd work your tail off for the summertime and then October would come and, you know, 90% of the kids, you know, had to go back and some would stay or get naturalized or whatever, and it was really well controlled. You go to the Antucket now, to be honest with you, and I don't live out there, but I go out there, and a lot of my old friends still, you know, work out there and live out there. They stack them in the words of plenty's with they stack people out there, like Cordwood. Yeah, I know, it's, it's, it's out of control. Thanks for the call, Mike. We'll take some more calls when we come back. I'm Howie Carr. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. 844-542-844-542-42. There's so many, I want to just start reading some of these stories coming out of every break. There's so many woke stories that need to be, need to be mentioned that you're, you're proud. Oh, that's right. Gibson go first. Yes, Gibson go. We, we just tweeted it out and put it on Facebook, the official Gibson go.com account. If you want to contribute to Donald Trump's legal defense fund, givesongo.com. And if you just go to our, our X Twitter account at Howie Carr show, there's a link right to the account and also or go to Facebook. The name, if you're looking just searching on Gibson go.com, the name of the campaign is alone from the American people. And this was sanctioned by the Gibson go team themselves. Okay. So yeah, and they're, they're, they're straight shooters. They're, they're, they're good. Don't, don't even think about go fund me. They're, they're, they're wokesters. They'll, don't just don't do it. Gibson go is the way to go. Gibson go.com. All right. I just want to mention this. I'm going to just try to like read all of these cases, like one or two, every segment through the day. Drag queen once invited to White House, faded by Kamala Harris accused of serial sex assaults, trying not to let this destroy your faith and the trans. A celebrity drag performer being accused of serial sexual assault was previously hosted at president Joe Biden's White House and vice president Kamala Harris, becoming the first person to wear drag at an event at the official VP residence. That's the official VP's residence in case you've forgotten is the naval observatory. So I, I assume they were playing in the Navy by village people in the naval observatory. Shen Gella of RuPaul's drag race fame was the focus of a damning Rolling Stone expose this week. I assume it was backed up more than the damning expose of the UVA fraternity house a few years back with five accusers, five accusers from the, from the queer community accusing her of sexual assault. I'm just reading the New York Post called it the queer community or trying to have sex with them after they were too intoxicated to a consent. The alleged incidents involving men and non binary accusers between the ages of 18 and 23 date back to 2012. She's he she he was a lot older than them. Darius Jeremy Pierce for that is indeed his real name is is 42 and is from Texas. Me the old country gay kid from Paris, Texas just helped introduce the highest ranking female leader ever elected in our country and I did it standing in my truth. Oh, Shen Gella who's now accused of serial sexual assaults gushed about Harris being a fierce ally of the LGBTQIA plus family saying I can say for for sure. I can for sure say I am proud to see a strong intelligent dedicated black slash Indian woman going after the democrat nomination. Oh, that's swell. That's swell. 844 542 42 now people are angry that Martha's Vineyard isn't on the list of all. They've already gotten they've already gotten their their illegal aliens from Venezuela. And somebody says and I someone else's text that I'm from Yarmouth. I'm glad you didn't put Martha's Vineyard on the list because you know they would have been dumped in Yarmouth again just like they were the last time that they were that the Santa's sent them to the to the vineyard. 844 542 42. Mike, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Mike. Another Mike. Go ahead. How we don't be about the Berkshires now, you know, they could use a few in Stockbridge too. Hey, listen, you know, if you can, you know, yesterday Peter Navarro turned himself in for a four month sentence, right, because he applied a subpoena from the Jan six committee. Okay, right. Why is it that these Republicans can't seem to wish it was subpoena to Hunter Biden. No voluntary come in and testify. You subpoena him. And if he doesn't answer that subpoena, you send that sergeant at arms over to the U. S. Marshall and you go get it. Mike, it would ultimately would have to be enforced by the Justice Department and in the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls. That's the reality of it, right? I know, but at least show you some sense of equal justice in a country because people have lost their faith. Howie completely have they certainly have. And you know, I wondered about how much I should talk about this today because it's I mean, it's nothing, nothing is going to come up this and people are some of the textors are saying that, you know, why are you even talking about this? It's just a, it's just a sham of a hoax of a, of a travesty, you know, and there is something to be said for that. But it's somewhat entertaining to see Raskin and Goldman, you know, dope slapped by guys like Tony Bobo Linsky, you know, Mo and Ron, the moron twins. They, you know, they, they both, you know, went to these prestigious colleges. I don't know where Goldman, when I assume he went to the Ivy League, Raskin, Harvard Law, Schiff, Harvard Law, all these people in, and they're just, they're just, they're horrible human beings. And they have no concept of how great they have it, living in the United States of America. And how great it is that we once had a system of, of equal justice under the law, however, imperfectly it was enforced. There was at least the concept existed. And people, you know, aspired to have equal justice onto the law. Now that you aspire, aspire to have unequal injustice under the quote, unquote law, eight, four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two, six, oh three, the upcoming tourist season on Martha's Vineyard has many employment opportunities for the newcomers. I don't have to, do I have to remind you that the newcomers aren't really all that interested in employment opportunities. They're moving, they want to come to Massachusetts because they heard there was no work here, no work. Eight, that's a play on the grapes of wrath. The jowards moved to California because they heard there was work here. So now the new, the newcomers are coming here because there was, they heard there was no work. Eight, four, four, five hundred, forty two, forty two, Kevin, you're next with how we car go ahead, Kevin. Yeah, how we are just wondering, you have this little survey going on about where they should send the mic. We're basing it off of what the Santa said today, that he's going to send, that he wants to send another plain load to Martha's Vineyard. So we're just suggesting other places in Massachusetts that deserve them at least as much as Martha's Vineyard did. I want to say Washington, D.C. go right to the heart of the problem and see how they feel. I mean, the White House can put up a few, right? Well, yeah, the, well, how about the Naval Observatory? I think Governor Abbott has sent a few busloads of them to the Naval Observatory where Kamala Harris likes to, you know, entertain Shangala when he's not, when he's not sexually harassing people from the quote unquote queer community. I'm just thinking if the Santas, Abbott, and a few of the others all got together and just said, okay, D.C., everybody's sent to D.C. and let them know they're very, very, very well. Well, about Delaware, Kevin. Delaware is, as Joe Biden likes to point out, a very small state. How many, how about the Wilmington Club that he talked about in the deposition that doesn't, didn't let in blacks or Catholics? How many, how many Haitians could the Wilmington Club put up, do you think? How about his extra house where the Corvette is? You know what, you know what, you know what, Kevin, you're right. He's got two houses in Delaware. He's got the one in Wilmington and he's got the one in Rehoboth Beach. You can give up one, you know, they could hold, I'm sure. I forget one. He's got the White House and he's got Camp David. He can give up both of them, Kevin. It's the least he can do. Because how many could you put a Camp David? You know, you know, the old story, the story about when, what was it, the Hunter's wife or Bo's wife went in there and they've been telling him, oh, we come from a working class family and the girl said, the future Biden wife said, Hunter or Bo, you know, working class families don't have a ballroom on the first floor. How about the ballroom? Just a ballroom of one of the Biden, the boats, could put up like 80, 90 people in a ballroom. Thanks for the call, Kevin. 844, 542, 42, John, you're next with how we car. Go ahead, John. Good afternoon, Ellie. Hi. Hey, quick question. What do you think littishi James and her team came up with this number for the lawsuit? I have no idea. All right, because the question is, if she's suing for what? 450 million or something like that? Yeah. Trump's assets. I believe Trump's assets assessments were correct because she's basing that number off. Usually when you create a lawsuit, you've got to have a basis of damage. Right. And the damage is she went on the assets that he gave. So basically, she's proven he's right. If you know she's stepping on her own foot and obstructing justice by using the basis of his number to create a lawsuit, you've got to have a base number to create that lawsuit. Otherwise, you really get paid the damages. I don't know. I don't know how that I don't know how it works. I know that somebody pointed out that in one of her statements earlier this week, she said she will grab the properties wherever she can. And this guy who emailed me said that he thought it might mean that she was going to go after Mar-a-Lago. I don't think that's happening in Florida under any circumstances. It's absurd. And then there was a story today in the New York Post saying that he might turn over the deed to Trump Tower. But I can't see that either. I mean, why would he do something like that? That's his property. I mean, I guess you couldn't really call it a trophy property anymore because it's in New York City. He doesn't live there. But still, it's on Fifth Avenue. It is kind of a trophy property still. Maybe not compared to some of the other places. He's got all the country clubs down here, the place in New Jersey. But this is so banana republic. This is something they do in Egypt, or Pakistan, or the Dominican Republic, or Haiti. The only difference between New York state and Haiti is the attorney general is not named cannibal. 844-542-844-542-617. The Bidens could have illegals move into their houses and there would be less cocaine there then. That's true. That's true, rhubarb. 508, Chevy Chase, Maryland, Ed Markey's among others, New hometown. I think there were. Aren't there three senators at some point living in Chevy Chase, Maryland, the interim senator from California and fast Eddie Markey from Massachusetts? And there's one other. I know Chris Matthews lives there too, I think. Yeah, all the beautiful people live in Chevy Chase. They should all be willing to take in. 5, 6,000. Just in their backyards. 844-542-442. The Board of Environmental Protection was going to vote on whether they should mandate electric vehicle sales by 2032 same year as the Brandon administration announced today. They just voted to reject the mandate. The state Board of Environmental Protection has this afternoon rejected a mandate to dramatically step up sales of electric and hybrid vehicles in Maine. The four to two vote by the Board comes on the same day the Brandon administration released the nation's strongest ever limits on tailpipe pollution. A move also meant to boost electric vehicle sales. Maine car dealers and Republicans say the regulations would limit choice by forcing consumers to turn to costlier EVs. They also voiced concern that there are too few chargers particularly in rural Maine and everywhere else for that matter. The state standards which would have required increasing the share of electric and hybrid cars and trucks sold in Maine to 51% of all vehicles sold in 2024. Good lord. It's not far off. Up from 43% previously proposed and 82% of all vehicles sold in 2032. So I don't know how long this will be before this is dragged into court by the by the green flatlanders who've moved into the state in recent days, but you know it's a good victory for today. Eight four four five hundred forty two forty two eight four four five hundred forty two forty two six one seven. Another example of a banana republic is Brazil going after Bolsonaro. Yeah there yeah there's another yeah exactly. Wherever there wherever you see him going after a former leader and confiscating his property of forcing him to flee the country or threatening to put him in jail you know you're dealing with a banana republic. You're in the third world. Let's see here. Eddie you're next with how we car go ahead Eddie. Yeah how we have you been? Good. Good. Good. I'm sure you're enjoying this weather down here, but listen Grace took a poll earlier today right. Should Trump sell some of his New York properties or not and most of the people said no and I agreed with it at the time, but let me explain this. I saw a poll recently after that. The fifty percent of the people in New York City want to move out okay right crime illegal immigration, high taxes, high prices right. Right everything. I have a feeling that yeah now when it comes to commercial property 40 Wall Street's got right. I think the values of these properties over these next four or five years are going to go way down. Eddie they've already gone way down way way down. You still get money for that good money for that now right. I think you should probably sell some properties up in New York because in four or five years I look to get your opinion on this. It's not going to be worth garbage. Yeah you could always hope for the bad. I mean I think I mentioned this earlier I had lunch with some people last weekend and the guy had a tiny piece of a huge skyscraper in New York City. Five years ago was worth 220 million today. It's worth 70 million and if it's worth if it's decreased that much I doubt they can get 70 million for it because who would buy it if it's in a downward spiral like that, Eddie. So I don't think Trump at this point in New York City would get pennies on the dollar. Anybody's going to get pennies on the dollar. It's a terrible, terrible situation that they're in right now.
