They may stem from a devastating personal experience or by seeing the experiences of others in our circle. Fact is that these become a permanent part of our personality by the time we have matured. \n\nThe unfortunate consequence of failing to overcome our limiting beliefs is that we fail to play big and shine like we could have. We let the limiting mindset pull us back from our calling, such as our business venture, for example. \n\nWhen you shift from your limiting beliefs, you begin experiencing greater victories, start feeling happier, and more fulfilled. Let’s explore how you can shift from limiting beliefs to having an empowering mindset.\n\n1. Pause to Think \nWhenever you plan a new venture, a new break, or a new change and fears erupt, then pause and reflect on your fears. Remind yourself that you are simply in a low-mood and thinking about your upcoming activity is not the right thing to do at the moment. \n\n2. Address each Limiting Belief\nThe best way to do this is to write down each limiting belief. For example, if you are planning to launch a vegan food line, some of the limiting beliefs you could have are:\n\n•\tI might not be able to make the food taste good\n•\tMy vegan food will not appeal to the food lovers \n•\tMeat eaters will not come to my business and my venture will fail\n•\tI am too old to experiment with this new venture\n\nNow while all these may be valid concerns, you cannot however, allow these to be your limiting beliefs.
