[MUSIC] Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. Tell me what you meant by a salt weapon. The Senator County actually, I did not write the brief. Tell me what you meant by a salt weapon. I don't remember the exact definition of a salt weapon. Well, I thought you were an expert. And you should abolish a salt weapon, and you don't know what you wanted them to abolish. So I am not a gun expert. Literally, I'm a very few subjects. I'm an expert on, and I'm an expert on elastic. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. You know, you might think, you know, that Hispanic voters might be the types of folks who would have a backlash against Donald Trump's remarks, right? They have to close the borders. Our country is dying. Our country is being overridden. This is an invasion. [SOUND] Ain't the case. If you ask Hispanic voter, who do they trust more on border security and immigration? Overwhelmingly, they trust Donald Trump more. By a tremendous argument, look at that. 49 percent to 24 percent. Rump swabs, hacks, and moonbaats beware. It's... [MUSIC] How a car. Welcome. We've been talking about this Karen Reed murder case going down in Norfolk County for a long time now, and it's just getting more crazy and convoluted all the time. Yesterday, there was another court hearing in the case before the trial is supposed to begin next month. I don't know if it's ever going to come off or not. But we're finding out more and more about the fact that there is a federal grand jury investigating, basically, the way the local county and state police have been handling this entire investigation. And the more we're finding out about what's been going on with the testimony before the federal grand jury, the more it becomes clear that there was a major... What appears to be a major cover-up going on. And today, we're going to discuss such things as butthiles, believe it or not. And joining us now on the line to talk about this is the blogger who's been covering this from an early point in the case. Aiden Kearney, also known as Turtle Boy, and he did 60 days in the Norfolk County House of Correction over his "witness" intimidation. Now, it appears there was some witness intimidation going on on the other side. But Aiden, Turtle Boy, Kearney, thanks for being with us. And let's start with the butthiles, because this is something everybody understands a butthile. Most of the time, in my experience, they don't involve the but at all. It's just you make a phone call, and then you decide to make another phone call, and you hit the wrong button. And that's what happens. Yeah, I don't think everyone understands it. I don't think the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office understands it, or Brian Albert, or Brian Higgins understands it. Because apparently they don't understand how this works. I mean, they're claiming that-- I mean, this is just a review of the series of butthiles that occurred at 2.22 a.m. between Brian Higgins and Brian Albert on the night that John O'Keefe was killed. Brian Higgins was an ATF agent. He's not a canton guy. He's like a brain tree bully. Fug type guy, the works for ATF. But he was in the house that night, and they both testified that they were sleeping at that time. And then the feds confronted them with text messages showing in phone calls, showing that, no, you weren't asleep. Your phone was on. You were calling each other at 2.22 in the morning. They don't know the context of that call, but they called each other. And their explanation for that, when confronted by the feds in front of the federal grand jury, was that Brian Albert was making love to his wife. And when he accidentally butdiled Brian Higgins, which means you have to first somehow his butt, did the passcode, the six-digit passcode, and then called Higgins, and they had a 17-second conversation, in which supposedly Higgins, I guess, listened to him being intimate with his wife, and then Higgins, then they hung up. And then Higgins butt-diled him back a minute later, and Brian Albert not butdiled. He butd answered the phone while making love to his wife still, and Higgins and then at a 22-second conversation, except Higgins told the grand jury, he didn't hear anything intimate on the other end of that line. So there's just a lot of butt-diling and butt-answering going on to avoid explaining why these two people who were supposedly asleep at 2.22 in the morning were calling each other at that time. And this is the same night that John O'Keefe, the Boston police officer, was allegedly murdered by his girlfriend. That's right, because John, remember, it's also five minutes before Jennifer McCabe Googled, "How long to die in cold?" And all of these people said that they were home sleeping at this time. And yes, it was the night that John died. They all claimed they left there by 1.30, and they all went home and they went straight to bed, except they're calling each other. And we don't know what they were talking about, but what other reason do, you know, it's the defense's contention and people with common sense who follow the evidence in this case, that John was inside that house at that time, that John was beat up inside that house and dying. And why else would Brian Albert and Brian Higgins call each other on the phone, unless, of course, they were planning on doing something with his body and bringing it out to the front yard? Brian Albert is a Boston police officer, and again, Brian Higgins is from Braintree, but he's ATF. So these guys are both cops, and they both went into the federal grand jury and lied at first until they realized that they were confronted with the evidence. Is that your understanding of what came out in court yesterday? Yes, so they basically, well, they had lied at the state grand jury. Oh, the state grand jury, yeah. They lied at the state grand jury, and then the federal investigation launched, and, you know, the feds can just get all your cell phone data and everything that the defense can't get. And so they basically confronted them with this undeniable evidence that you were lying in front of the state grand jury, a state grand jury that indicted a woman for murder, and that is exactly why these charges should be dismissed. If the evidence proffered against you at a grand jury, in front of a grand jury, that indicted you, it was false. Then the indictment should go away. I mean, it's like you lied to get the indictment in the first place. Now, did the assistant DA Lally, who works for Pastor Gravy Morrissey or Meatball Morrissey, whatever which everything name you want to use, did he dispute any of the statements by Karen Reed's lawyer, Yannetty, that Higgins, the ATF officer, and Albert the Boston police officer, had lied to his own grand jury in Norfolk County. Did he dispute any of that? No, as usual, he just ignores it and pretends like he didn't just hear that damning statement. He doesn't even address it. Well, if they lied, what is it? False in one, false in all. That's an all legal statement going back to Roman times, isn't it? Yeah, I mean, that's the basis for the motion to dismiss. That was heard at the previous hearing, was that these people lied about everything. They lied about everything in the indictment, and then you can't trust a single thing these people said. They're covering for themselves, and this indictment should go away. And a normal district attorney's office at this point that actually seeks truth and justice would dismiss this on their own. But the problem is that this is a corrupt district attorney's office that is no desire whatsoever for justice and simply wants to lynch a woman. I mean, that's what this is. This is an attempted state sanction lynching of Karen Reed to protect the powerful people that were inside 34 Fairview Road that night. I know, I've talked with you about this before and said, you know, this is hard because there were all these people in the house and nobody appears to have flipped, but the impression I'm getting now is that Higgins is the one who's, he's the, he's the, he's the weak link, if you want to call it that. I wouldn't be, I wouldn't be, and I said that early on. I'm like, yeah, you did. One guy who needs to flip his Higgins, because he's the only one in there who wasn't family. You know, he's going to be the first one. If they go down, they're going to be like, he did it. They're going to point them. He's the one that did it. It was awesome. It was him. Right. And so if he was smart, he'd get ahead of this. You know, he'd look out for his own interest. And apparently we found that out yesterday that after getting a subpoena in April, which is right around the time I started covering the story, after getting his subpoenas going from the federal green jury, he ghosted them and he stopped talking to them. And that made them really nervous. That made Brian Albert really nervous because they're not, he's not returning phone calls. He's not returning texts. So he has his brother, Kevin Albert, who is a hidden police sergeant detective, right? He has him. Everybody's got a badge. Right, exactly. He had him reach out to Brian Higgins to say, what's going on here? Everything cool, buddy? You know, I could get it. Basically like, what's going on? You're wearing a saw. Are you going to stand up? Contimidation. Yeah. How is that not with this intimidation? I'm being, and David United brought this up yesterday. It's like, this is a, this is a district attorney's office that doesn't mind throwing witness intimidation around, like it's nothing. And this sounds like actual witness intimidation by a cop, by a canton cop and a Boston cop, trying to get this guy to give the testimony that they want him to give. Tell us, tell us about the, about the, the state cops, wife, Liz Proctor, this guy Michael Proctor. Well, we'll take a, we'll take a break. Can you hang on for one more segment? Yeah, I can hang out, I can hang out. I want, I want to talk about, this Liz Proctor stuff is crazy too. The state police officer's wife. She's calling around, trying to get people fired, but she's calling, she's calling people who work. Yeah, I mean, she's calling the wrong people. Hayley Hayden can explain it when we come back. 844-500-4242, I'm Howie Carr. Howie Carr, we'll be right back. He's Howie Carr, and he's back. I know this is a complicated case, the Caron Reed murder case, but it's, it's, it's really fascinating. And it's, it's just, it seems to be unraveling for the prosecution or the state prosecution, especially with the feds now involved. And it's, it's so deeply in, it, it appears that, that I can't see how. Can you see this going ever going to trial turtle boy? I mean, I could if the judge doesn't dismiss it, and I don't really see Auntie Bev as a transcendental figure that's going to do something, you know, unprecedented like that. But if it did go to trial, it would be the most entertaining trial in the history of law and order. You would see witnesses for the state, including police who would have to plead the fifth, constantly. It's like they would be doing more damage to themselves by having this trial than anything else. Yeah, you know, and I like the fact that all the lawyers for the cops are saying that my client is not a target of the grand jury. You know, I, I used to live in Somerville when the feds were taking down everybody in Somerville. And as soon as you knew, as soon as the lawyer said that he's not a target of the, of the grand jury, you knew he was done, you know? You know, it's, it was just how often do you see cops and witnesses who have high-powered attorneys like this? How often? I mean, it's just like every one of them has a lawyer. What do they need lawyers for? Right. Right. I want to let's, let's talk about this. Michael Proctor is the state cop that's involved in this. He's another, he's another county from Canton. And so he's, he's investigating. He's the one who found the, these, the parts of the tail light, et cetera, et cetera. He misspelled the names of everybody in all, all of the witnesses. So, so that the defense couldn't track down their prior records. How convenient to misspell five names in one police report. And so after he, he gets a, the feds turn up that he got a text message saying after this is from one of the people, one of the so-called witnesses who the defense says it, our suspects, saying when this is over, we want to get you a present. And he texts back, you better give it to my wife, Elizabeth. So he's basically, they basically got him cold on soliciting a bribe. And the prosecutor, the county prosecutor doesn't even dispute any of this. It's, it's cold. Right. It's wild. And his wife's the real gem too. And tell us, tell us about his, now, so someone, one of your, one of your turtle riders who, who's in western mass, who's on a school committee out there, she posted something about the, the proctors and about the fact that the trooper was all jammed up. So tell us what happened from there. Yes. She's the latest Lizzy Proctor victim. So Elizabeth Proctor back in May, she caught, like she goes on and reads the comments about her husband. Anybody who comments negatively about her husband, she looks them up and finds out where they work. And then she calls their workplace and demands that they be fired. And she usually blocks her number, but back in May, she forgot to do that. And so her number came up and I called the number up and lo and behold, it was Elizabeth Proctor. And so I wrote about it. And I said, she works at Instrom. And I posted a link to the Instrom's Facebook page in their Twitter. And a bunch of people started giving them negative reviews, whatever. I got charged with felony witness intimidation for that. That's literally what I'm being charged for. Because I tried to, they're claiming I tried to cause financial harm to a family member of a witness. Now, keep in mind, she did the same exact thing to this other woman. Literally tried to foster her job for speaking ill of her corrupt husband. And so she's been quiet for a while since these indictments came down to me. And then again, this week, after the news about her husband comes out being under investigation, a lot of people have negative comments about him. She sees one of them from another woman in Western Mass, who's on a school committee out there, and contacts the superintendent of the schools and demands that this woman, not knowing, ironically, the government's work, the school committee hires the superintendent, the superintendent works for the school committee, not the other way around. Right. So she calls the she calls an employee and demands that the employer be fired. That's how nutty she is calling up the woman running the register at Walmart and demanding that the manager be fired. I mean, this is just it just shows she's never going to stop. This is an entitled woman who feels that she can get away with anything because she's part of a protected class of something called witnesses that the first amendment, the first amendment does not apply to them. You cannot speak ill of them. They can do things to you that you cannot do back to them. And this, and this is why this statute needs to be overturned. It's unconstitutional. You have a right to call somebody like this guy proctor. This guy proctor, who according to the feds, basically solicited a bribe from his friends, his fellow townies, he showed up the next day with a lawyer after you'd been on the show and all this crazy hearing had taken place last week. And the lawyer, again, didn't deny that all this happened, but he said, this is all immaterial that all these text messages of him asking for asking that the president be delivered to his wife rather than him. Is this lawyer, is he working for the union, or is he a private lawyer for proctor? Do you know? He's a private lawyer. Works for Todd and Weld, pretty high school. Oh, so he's not he's not the spam lawyer, the state police association of Massachusetts. No? I wouldn't imagine he's so. I don't believe so. I mean, he's being investigated by internal affairs. I don't all the spam gives you a lawyer when that happens, but I'm not sure how that works, but I'm assuming it's a privately retained attorney to turn, but could be wrong. I don't think I don't think that he gave a very good statement to the press and to the public. It was pretty generic. It didn't exactly inspire innocent and make you think, oh, well, that clears a lot of this up. It's like because they can't clear it up. They can't clear up the fact that Michael Proctor also admitted to the federal grand jury that he lied to the state grand jury about his relationship with the proctors and the Alberts. So how many how many of them have now? How many of these cops they're involved in this have now admitted that they lied to the state grand jury? So far only him. The other ones are probably crap in their pants, Buchanan and and and Tully, because they have to know though, like eventually proctor's going to throw them under the bus. No, but I mean, but didn't you say Higgins Higgins and Brian Albert also admitted that they lied? They have to. I think so. Okay, so there's so three cops, one state, one ATF fed and one local cop have all admitted they lied. All admitted that they've lied. All of them. You think this is kind of a scandal turtle boy, wouldn't you? It's starting to sound like it's it's almost like these people are dishonest. It's it's almost like I've been right the entire time about this and for my efforts, I was charged with a whole lot of felonies. I've stopped counting on them either are the most powerful people have come after me. They threw me in the can for 60 days, also reporting on things that turned out to be 100% factually true and were confirmed by the state, by the D.I. of federal grand jury. Turtle Boy, we got to move on, but thank you for being with us. Where can people follow you? tbdailynews.com or follow me on Twitter at Dr. Turtle Boy. At Dr. Turtle Boy, tbdailynews.com. I'm Howie Carr. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. 844-542. They have another hearing in this case coming up on Tuesday. I just I think anti-bev the judge would be doing past the gravy morsey and the rest of them a favor by by ending the charade. He's right. Everybody's going to be taking the Fifth Amendment. You always remember when when you're in court and you see a cop take the Fifth Amendment. It's not happened covering a revere case, believe it or not. Go figure, city of revere, corruption, clam inspectors, etc. All right. Joining us now, there's another, we'll go back to the migrant illegal alien situation. You may have seen the headline today. Taunton, Sue's hotel operator for housing too many migrant families. This goes back to the clarion hotel in Canton, which had been taken over by the state to house illegal aliens from Haiti mainly. The state, whoever's running at the NGOs or whatever, is housing nearly 450 people despite the fact that under city code it's only allowed to sleep 350. The city has been suing the owners of the hotel to get fines for violating the law. Many laws being violated here and this owners have been refusing to pay so finally the Taunton has sued the hotel operator. Joining us now on the line to talk about this is one of the Taunton City Councilors, Kelly Dunner and she's currently a Republican candidate for the state senate seat that's being vacated by Marc Pachico, who's the longtime incumbent. So Kelly Dunner is a city councilor and she's a candidate for the state senate in that district. Kelly, tell us about the, tell us about what brought on the lawsuit. Hi, Holly. Yeah, you know, thanks for having me on. You know, there was, there was a couple things, but safety is number one. You know, as you already know, they were very much well over the occupancy that they were allowed. They were violating the building code, their occupancy permit. You know, we did reach out to them. We started, we did start finding them. They had the option to appeal those fines, but they were very much unwilling to, you know, work with us and they were in violation through their own admission. You know, they had the people there. They knew what their capacity was and they were very unwilling to work with the city to, you know, reduce that occupancy while they were trying to get into compliance. And at the end of the day, it's a, it's a major safety issue for the city for the occupants that are there, the workers and our police and fire. It's a major safety issue for the city and that's where this all stems from. You know, we have, we have these building codes and laws that are to be followed and nobody's exempt from that just because they're a larger corporation, they still have to follow, you know, the same building code that everybody else does. I would assume they're going to blame the state, though. They're going to say, we have a, I believe Mayor O'Connell told us that they have a nine-year contract with the state as if, so as if these nine-month, you know, stays are going to, they're going to be enforced. They're going to, they've got a nine-year contract. That's what they're going to say, isn't it? Correct. But that doesn't change the fact that they're in violation of the building code or they were in violation of the building code and they have not paid their fines. You know, we, we gave them numerous, numerous attempts. They had every attempt to appeal it, to come back and tell us they're working on it. And they didn't appeal it within the period that they had to. So, you know, I believe it's time for them to pay. They were fine just like any other business. They would be, they would be held liable if they were in violation of the building code and, and the hotel owners will be as well. This isn't just a safety issue. This is also a revenue issue for the city of Taunton, is it not? I mean, the, the, the hotel used to provide you in the city with a, with a lot more revenue than it is now. Is that right? Yes, correct. So, we're missing out. I believe last year we received 166,000 in revenue. And, and not only is it a loss of revenue, but when we had storms that would double as a shelter for our homeless, our veterans, and we don't have that option now because it's been, it's been overtaken. So, I mean, there's, there's multiple issues around it that the loss of revenue is huge because we have to figure out a way to make up for that revenue. That's the, this is the lodging tax and also the, the, the, the tax on the, on the liquor, which is, there's, there's no longer a licensed establishment in the, in the hotel, right? Correct. Yes. Yep. We, we pulled the liquor license. Um, and, you know, right now they still, they owe us just in fines, 114,000 dollars, 114,600, um, which is due to the city due to them violating their occupancy permit. And then you got all the police and fire, all the calls. You mentioned that earlier. Tell us about that. Correct. Yes. Um, you know, I know it, especially in the beginning, it was constant calls. Like I said, I live right by there. I can't tell you, I, I never hear police sirens. I never hear sirens. Um, and my, my side of town, and I heard it constantly because I live close enough, um, that that sound can travel. And you know, it was just one call after another. Um, and you know, when they get a call, our officers have to go respond to it. And then, when they're there responding to it, that takes an officer off the road. So if something happens in his area, that brings a, an officer who was patrolling a different part of the city into our air, into the area that the other officer was just in. And it's kind of like a trickle down effect. You know, it's just our resources are really, really such thing here in the city. We're talking to Kelly Dooner. She's a city counselor in the city of Taunton, which is filed a civil lawsuit against the owners of the clarion hotel, which has become a, uh, an illegal alien flop house, basically under us, uh, paid for by the state. They're, they're making, I think it's safe to say they're probably making more money than they ever made when they were a legitimate, uh, lodging facility in the city of Taunton. Isn't it true? Don't you think? Yeah. So I would, I would absolutely say that. And unfortunately, in return, our city is taking, you know, a big hit for it. We're just impacted on so many different levels and so many different ways. And you know, it's unfortunate for the city. It really is. I certainly hope that, you know, more people, more elected officials, um, start stepping up and pushing back on this because we don't have enough in there right now doing that. How about this? How about the school system? How was the school system in the city affected by, uh, by this influx of illegal aliens? Yeah, you know, our city has been affected across the board. Um, as you already know, just from the emergency calls, um, the school systems issues with, uh, school buses not arriving on time. It's a significant, a significant number of challenges that our city is now facing and we were not provided adequate resources to be able to, to handle this, let alone even just the, the knowledge. You know, we, we weren't informed they were coming and the next thing you know, the entire hotel was filled well over their occupancy levels. What is the state doing? I know they provided Mayor O'Connell with the contract that they signed with the clarion. So that, that was a bit of transparency. But what about actual aid? What are they doing for, for the Beleaguered city of Taunton? Um, from my understanding, they, they did reimburse, um, a close to a hundred thousand. Um, I believe for the lost yield and rooms tax, but that's, you know, that's, that's not, we would have made more. Like I said, we had a hundred and 66,000 in revenue last year. Um, so I'm, I'm certainly hoping that we're going to see that remaining 63,000 in change reimbursed to us. Um, because again, it's, it's a hit for our city on so many different levels. Um, and a big thing is that, you know, for me it was just the housing. You know, when I can't find a veteran housing because of all the migrants here, that's a problem for me. That's somebody who served our country and I couldn't find some housing. And you know, that, that's, that's an issue that really resonates with me because somebody who's fought for our country and if they're, they're falling on a rough time, they need help. We need to be able to help those people. Did you ever find him? Any housing or did he have to leave the city? We put him up in a hotel. Um, so he didn't, you know, I would never let a veteran stay out in storm, but it's, it's the principle of it that I'm sure that there were many more, many other people who couldn't find housing due to this, this migrant crisis. Um, you know, it's not just here. It's across the state and it's affecting everybody. I thought the clarion was the only hotel in Taunton. So you had to move him out of the city then? Yes. So he didn't not a hotel in the city. No, that is our only hotel, which has been taken up. Um, so pitiful is that a guy, a guy who, a veteran from Taunton can't get a, can't get a, a room or, or lodging in, in his, in his hometown. He has to be moved out of the city because the, because people who are here illegally and are on welfare and aren't working are taking up all the rooms. It's outrageous. It's just eye opening because that's just one case that's happening. I mean, we know that's happening across the state. It's not just here and just to think that people are okay with that or find that by any means acceptable is, is so unfortunate. We need somebody to, to push back on this. What would happen if, if there was some kind of a national natural disaster, like a, a tornado, God forbid. I mean, where would, where would the, if, and it wrecked part of the city, where, where would you, what would you use for an emergency shelter now that the hotel is full of illegal aliens? Right. You know, I, that's a good question. Um, but I mean, we, we wouldn't be able to go there. That's for sure. So I, you know, I'm honestly, I'm unfortunately not sure. And that's sad. Very sad. How much do you think, how much do you think the ambulance calls have increased? The textor wants to know that? What, do you have any idea what percentage it would be by since the illegal started, took over the hotel? I don't have an exact number, but I do know significantly just based upon, you know, my proximity to the hotel. Like I said, I, you know, I'm in Taunton all the time, but I couldn't tell you last time I heard police sirens or any sirens at all, not just police, whether it's, you know, whatever it may be in this area. And never since they've been there, it is pretty frequent. So I don't have an exact number, but I'm certain that it has increased. All right. Kelly Dunner, thank you for being with us. She's a city counselor for, for Taunton. She's a Republican and she's running for the open state Senate seat that's been occupied for 30 plus years by Mark Pachico. If people want to get in touch with your campaign or just with your, your office at City Hall, where would they go? Kelly Dunner. Best way would be electkellydunner.com. My website, I will absolutely get back to you. All the emails submitted from there come right to me. So you'd be hearing directly from me. That's www.electkellydunner.com. How's the campaign going? It's going great. You know, I'm getting a lot of positive responses. I'm out there door knocking across the district and I'm getting great responses. We're ready to go and people, people are ready for some change finally. Well, if, if this doesn't, if this doesn't convince them that there's a, that there's a price to be paid for one party rule, I don't know what, whatever will. I think it will. I have all the hope and confident in our voters to make the right decision and to elect somebody who's going to fight for them. All right, Kelly Dunner. We'll be talking to you again. City Councilor for the city in, in Taunton, Massachusetts, which is being, being devastated by this illegal alien crisis created by Joe Biden and Mara Healy.
