[MUSIC PLAYING] Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. Tell me what you meant by a salt weapon. Senator Kenny, actually, I did not write the brief. Tell me what you meant by a salt weapon. I don't remember the exact definition of a salt weapon. Well, I thought you were an expert. And you said, a box of salt weapons, and you don't know what you wanted them to abolish. So I am not a gun expert. Literally, I'm a very few subjects. I'm an expert on, and I'm an expert on last day. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. You know, you might think that Hispanic voters might be the types of folks who would have a backlash against Donald Trump's remarks, right? They have to close the borders. Our country is dying. Our country is being overridden. This is an invasion. Ain't the case. If you ask Hispanic voter, who do they trust more on border security and immigration? Overwhelmingly, they trust Donald Trump more. By a tremendous margin, look at that, 49% to 24%. Rum swabs, hacks, and moon bats beware. It's Howie Car Show. 844-542-42. Again, the cheap bastard deal on the 110 grill sold out even before we could have Stephen Talley from the 110 grill on the show. But we always are adjusting the show to make it even better for you, the lister and the viewer. 617 says, "I had the Cypress salad with shrimp yesterday "at the 110 in Wayland, outstanding." I know that place in Wayland. That is a good place. They're all damn good. 844-542-442-844-542. That's the toll-free number, if you'd like to join us. We had a lot to get to here in the next couple of hours. Again, there's so much going on as always. Yesterday, Ron DeSantis said that he was thinking about sending up some of the Haitians. The Haitians are now staging a sea invasion. It's like D-Day. Only, instead of coming ashore with guns, they're coming ashore with their tin cups, looking for handouts. And you've seen them. They're everywhere. They're everything free in America. And so he said, "We're going to try to stop them "before they hit dry land. "But if we can't, we're just going to ship them. "We may just ship them up to Martha's Vineyard." I just finished my column and I said, "Why just Martha's Vineyard, Governor?" I mean, they deserve it. I mean, Barack lives there. John Kerry, who says 80 is the new 60. Not if you're a jiggle-o, John. You could set up. You could work as the Haitian welfare coordinator on Martha's Vineyard, your new home. But I looked it up today. You know, they have the public documents called PD-43. Did you know that in terms of percentage that Biden got in 2020, Martha's Vineyard, they're six-six towns in their Edgertown. Joe Mark Gay had his berry-wested. You know, those six towns, they came in. It was a landslide, 79%, 79%. But do you realize that that puts them in like a, that makes them the number 13 or 14th biggest town for landslides, for Joe Biden? Provenstown, which was on the rebound from that tragic monkey pox outbreak. Remember that? Yes, the monkey pox had nothing to do with the gay festival that they had right before monkey pox struck everybody down. Provenstown voted 92% for Biden, 92%. Cambridge was second with 90%. What about, what's with, why no Haitians being parachuted into Provenstown, Cambridge? Marahili's hometown, she moves around from lovenest to lovenest. But right now she's living in Arlington 83% for Biden. Where are the illegal aliens? There are plenty of them in Womburn next door, but there aren't any in Arlington. I wonder why. Cambridge at 90%, when's the Sheridan commander? Commander gonna be taking over. They got all those swell hotels, you know? They could put the illegal aliens in there and they could increase the anti-Jewish mobs roaming through the streets around MIT and Harvard, right? What about Brookline? Brookline's up around 87%. I'll read the whole list later on. So I'm imploring Governor DeSantis. Don't let Martha's Vineyard have all the fun. Martha's Vineyard is a mere 79%, yeah? And by the way, the other day, the other day, Nantucket, when I said, if Martha's Vineyard isn't gonna get any more, what should be the first place to get him? And you know who won? Nantucket, Nantucket gave Brandon Amir 73% of the vote. That's less than Wellesley where I used to live. That's less than Acton where I used to live. It's less than Somerville. Somerville, by the way, it's a different Somerville than when I lived there, of course, but 88% send some to Somerville. It's only fair, 844, 542, 42. Gary, you're next with Howie Carr, go ahead, Gary. - Hey, Howie, how you doing? - Good, I just got some things about the Vineyard that I never get mentioned. First of all, it is not a place where nothing but rich people live, it's mostly a working class island. - Well, at least 27% of you are working class 'cause you voted for Trump. - Howie, I'm talking about the immigrants, not voting for Trump. - I'm just going by the votes in 2020, Gary. I'm just, I'm giving you the name. - So what, if you vote for Trump, you're not working class? - No, no, what I'm saying is you are working class if you vote for Trump. - No, I didn't vote for Trump. I actually, I didn't vote for anybody because just because I don't like Trump doesn't mean I like Biden. - Well, you have to, sometimes in life, Gary, you gotta make a choice. I mean, who hurts you less? Trump or Biden? - It's, I did say, usually you can figure that out, but in this case, you can't. - I don't think I think there's no question about the relationship I lost. - Well, anyway, let me tell you about the vineyard, Howie. Hello? - Go ahead, I'm listening. - Yes, okay. We have a population of 23,000 people. Anytime it's between 20 and 25% of the year-round people here are immigrants, legal and otherwise, it's, that's Brazilians, that does not include Jamaicans and Eastern Europeans. - Right. - They all like to rob banks. Howie. - Well, we had one bank robbery on the vineyard in the last 50 years. What are you talking about? - See, you talk, but you don't know anything. - When's the last time you went down? - Wait, wait, wait, wait, where they, who robbed the bank? - Who robbed the bank? - Yeah. - They said, I don't know who robbed the bank. It was, they was not a American. - You're pretending to not know that. You're not telling me the truth. You know who robbed the bank. It was Jamaicans. Remember when they said they wouldn't tell us, they wouldn't tell us who, the accents of the people who robbed the bank? - It was Jamaicans, but what is that? - So why did you, wait a second, so, but Gary, why did you tell me you didn't know who robbed the bank when you knew who robbed the bank? Why did you tell me you didn't know? - I don't know who did the guy's name. I don't know if it's Jamaican. - You knew who they were though. - It was an illegal immigrant. - It wasn't there, wasn't there also an Eastern European, since you mentioned Eastern Europeans. Wasn't there an Eastern European who robbed the bank on one of the islands? Not in the same, not in the same bank robbery but it was the Jamaicans dead, but there was another bank robbery, wasn't there? - How we, I'm talking to you about the fact that, I'll tell you what, there's more, there's more immigrants living on the vineyards than the Reverend Walsley. I'd love to see him send a bunch of them to Walsley, which is where we're going. - We don't have any, hey, Gary, we don't have any hotels. There used to be a Walsley Inn right near where I live, and guess what, it was torn down. - And you used to be a Walsley hotel. - That's too, that's the Walsley Inn, it's gone. - Sorry, sorry, how about Barack Obama's house? How about John Kerry's mansion? How about Larry David's mansion? - How about Holy Kerry's mansion? - I don't have, hey, listen, I don't have nearly as much room as Barack Obama. And I didn't volunteer for this. I voted for Trump. You can't, don't blame me. I voted for Donald J. Trump. I heard him say, I heard him say, I say, Biden said, I want to surge the border. I said, that's enough for me. I mean, he said many other things that were deal breakers, but that in itself, I want them to surge the border. Guess what, they're surging the border. And now they're surging the welfare offices. And they're surging the hospitals. I can't take it anymore. - We're not actually out of the house of representatives. When are they gonna like vote on something? - Oh, yeah, that really means a lot. The Supreme Court told Biden he couldn't forgive any more student loans for filthy hippies. And he's still doing it. He just did it again today. - Listen, if they forgive the student loans, that should be counted as income and they should pay taxes on that student loan. - Well, you know, they're not gonna pay taxes, but they shouldn't be forgiven anyway. Why is someone who's in the public sector, public service, quote unquote, being forgiven his loans, but somebody who's an electrician or a plumber isn't forgiven his loans. I don't know, you know what? I think most accepting police and fire, and maybe teachers in some cases, the average bureaucrat is worthless to me and everybody else than a plumber or an electrician. Thanks for the call, Gary. 844, 542, 42, 844. I don't know where he was going with that, but I was loved hearing from our XTK listeners. And again, I know all of our XTK listeners aren't like that, but it's, again, I was standing up for the vineyard. I don't think the vineyard deserves all these slings and arrows. You know, there's so many other places that need to have illegal alienations, especially, or Venezuelans, or Ecuadorians, or Congolese, whatever. Octions are one of the oldest forms of commerce known to man. Octions are how economies determine values for assets and commodities. Octions are not a fire sale at a discounted price. Rather, auctions are an accelerated sale with competitive pricing. So, just because your parents listed their house for sale at a set price doesn't mean you have to. JJ Manning's accelerated auction process is one of the fastest growing segments in real estate. Manning's time-tested approach began over 16,000 auctions ago in 1976 with its founder, Jerome Manning. What are the main benefits of a JJ Manning accelerated sale versus a traditional listing at a set price? Well, in the Manning method, there are no contingencies. In the Manning method, the buyer sounds our exclusive PNS and makes a 10% nonrefundable deposit that day. In the Manning method, you set the terms which all buyers must follow. JJ Manning uses their own 30-30 marketing plan, 30 days of marketing saturation, and 30 days to close. No deviations to the purchase in the buyer's feet are kept to the fire. Taylor, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at howiecarshow.com, is in your opinion, who is the worst Democrat in the US House? Iana Presley, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Dan Goldman, Jamie Raskin, Eric Swalwell, Jamal Bowman, or Adam Schiff. I know. I know there are many, many other worthies that we could have included. But I'm going to vote for Iana Presley, just because she's local, and bringing the another fabulously wealthy recipient of a student loan debt cancellation to those state of the union a couple of weeks ago. Iana Presley still polling at 6%. Adam Schiff is at 52%, 14% for AOC, 13% for Rashida Tlaib, and 10% for Jamie Raskin. All right. Someone said Dan Goldman is good, but he's like a rookie. He needs more seasoning. But occasionally, a rookie becomes the most valuable player as well. And he's playing above his weight class, but he has a dream. He wants to be the next Adam Schiff. Everybody's got to have a dream as sick as it is. 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42, 208 says, I turn on the radio and you're defending Martha's Vineyard. It must be a cold day in hell or something. I'm not exactly defending Martha's Vineyard. I'm just saying there are places that are even nuttier than Martha's Vineyard in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If you go just by voting patterns alone-- and I'll stand by that-- and maybe later in the show, I'll go over the top 15 places that voted for-- in terms of percentage that voted for Brandon. And again, profits down in Cambridge were numbers 1 and 2. 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. How about in the illegal alien on the TikTok? This guy has got a lot of followers on TikTok, and he's decided to become a squatter. This is the new end thing. It's kind of like, you know, ludu has been replaced by cannibalism in Haiti, right? And so instead of wanting to go into section 8 housing now, you just go and you just steal some gringo's house. That's the new-- that's the new thing. Cut 19. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] My people, I have thought about invading a house in the United States because I learned there's a law that says if a house is not inhabited, we can expropriate it. I think that will be my next business. Invade abandoned houses. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] Invade abandoned houses. I mean, you go out to the 110 grill. Your house is abandoned and you can move in. That's what they mean. It's all over the damn place. It's all over the New York Post. There's multiple stories every week in the New York Post about this. Steve, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Steve. Hi, Howie. Thanks for taking my call. Hey, you were talking about the illegals before the break and how they're clogging up welfare in the hospitals. I had an unfortunate experience myself. Day before New Year's, I had a second bout of diverticulitis. On New Year's Day, it was without question I needed to go into the hospital. I went into the emergency room in Plymouth. And the emergency room was packed. I think seven out of 70 may have spoken English. And I worked my way up to the triage nurse that I see this crowd. When can you get me in? And I explained I was having a diverticulitis flare-up. Yeah, which is painful, right? It's painful, right? Yeah. And I said, when can you get me in? And she said, I don't think I can get you into like 11 o'clock tonight. And I just said, I'll see you tomorrow. And I went home, took the chance that it wouldn't burst. And so in the morning of the second, right in early, I went in because they don't need to get up early. I was the second guy in line. And I finally got admitted, and they fixed me up. But that was it for me. I voted for Trump, won't be the second guy in a quantitative manner. Yeah. I know. You know, they've screwed up the country. It's going to take a long time to fix. But the only way to begin the process is by voting for Trump. Thanks for the call. Steve, I'm Howie Carr. [MUSIC PLAYING] Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. There's a headline from the Herald. Boston cop killer arrested for robbery in Rhode Island. Oh, cop killer, he's out. And by the way, when he killed a cop, it wasn't the first person he'd killed. He'd killed somebody in Dorchester earlier. But he was out again. A man, a man who killed a Boston police officer in 1993 was arrested this morning for robbing a woman in North Providence, Rhode Island. Joshua McCullough, 60, formerly known as Tarol Muhammad, the man who shot and killed Boston police officer Thomas F. Rose in February 1993. He killed Rose while attempting to escape from the downtown police station, Area 1, I guess. He was charged with robbing a woman on Tuesday at the parking lot of the Citizens Bank in North Providence. He punched her in the chest and then grabbed her deposit bag filled with $12,665 and fled the scene. So I guess she was like making a run from a restaurant or someplace that did cash business, and he was waiting for her. The murder of Officer Rose wasn't the first time Mr. Muhammad. Excuse me, Mr. McCullough, formerly known as Tarol Muhammad, killed somebody. He had previously been convicted in the shooting death of Dorchester's door clerk, Angela Skeet, in 1986. He got six to 10 for a gunning down Skeet and cold blood, and then he got 26 to 30 years in prison for murdering the police officer, but only served 15 years. So he was released in 2009, and he was arrested in August of the next year for fleeing a traffic stop in Cranston where he pointed his vehicle directly at a police cruiser and then got a charge of assault on a police officer. And now he's been arrested again. Josiah McCullough, formerly known as Tarol Muhammad. 844-500. I think he's legal. They're not all illegal. It just sometimes-- That wasn't the illegal sound effect. That was the Muhammad sound effect. Oh, excuse me. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You're right. Squatters. Progressive state laws make it difficult for legitimate homeowners to remove squatters from their property. In February, an elderly couple with a disabled son were prevented from moving into a $2 million home in New York City after squatters occupied it. I remember that story. It was in the New York Post. In Queens, New York, a homeowner was placed in handcuffs and arrested for unlawful eviction. Of a squatter? If someone's squatting in your home, isn't that illegal? But unlawful eviction of someone who's in your home illegally. The woman attempted to change the locks on the home to keep out squatters who occupied the home after she inherited it from her late parents. This is the way it is in primitive savage societies, which we are increasingly becoming due to our importation of people from primitive savage societies. Progressive property laws in Seattle allowed a man to occupy a $2 million home against the homeowners will. The alleged squatter, Sang Kim-- for that is indeed his name-- Sang Kim. I wonder if he knows Terrell Muhammad-- is reportedly making $400,000 a year while living rent-free in the home. A squatter took over a Los Angeles mansion and then rented it out for $2,000 a month to an only fans model. Approximately 1,200 homes in the Atlanta area are occupied by squatters. And you know who's going to get a big vote out of those squatters? Fannie Willis, when her reelection campaign this year. 844-500-4242, 844-500-4242, Frank, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Frank. Hi, Howie. Long time with one comment on Dan Gole with just the boost of numbers in your fall. The rookie seasoning factor-- I mean, think about Freddie Lynn in 1975. MVP in Rookie of the Year. That's going to-- you know what? That's going to be glad you're reminding me of that. Jim Rice was a rookie that year, too. And he could have been named MVP the same year, right? I pretty could. I think I Rice got it in '78 and Kidry got this eye on if I recall. I was trying to figure it out in my head. But was that amazing with Lynn? I'm a Yankee fan, but I appreciate what these guys did. Yeah, he was a great player, Freddie Lynn. And Rice, too. And yeah, that was a great team by the Red Sox set. But they lost. They lost. Anyway, why do you want to talk about Goldman? I just brought him up because the fans would say, he needs more seasoning as a whole key. So I started laughing. I thought about Freddie Lynn. He was a rookie. He made it all the way to the top of your ball. But I think it's going to be tough to beat with Schiff, though, that's for sure. Yeah, yeah, Schiff's had a shifty career. No doubt about it. Thanks for the call, Frank. 844-542-42. Dan, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Dan. Hi, Howie. I'm a longtime listener, first-time caller. Thanks. I have a right-in candidate for your poll today. Nancy Pelosi. Yeah, she would get the lifetime achievement award, though, wouldn't she? Yeah, I guess your right. She's been there so long. And she's a second-generation hack. Her father was the mayor of Baltimore. He was all mobbed up. And then what a horrible person. And married to Paul Pelosi, a horrible person who killed-- what do you kill? His brother in an auto accident back 60, 70 years ago now. Thanks for the call, Dan. Again, there's so many good candidates. We could have put in at least 100 of the 200 odd members-- and they're very odd-- members of the Democrat caucus in the house. 844-542-42. Joe, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Joe. Hello, Mr. Carr. How are you? Good. Good. So next door to me, there was a house. The guy was losing it. It just-- that's what happened. And this guy from Milton came, found that house, being foreclosed by a bank. And he went in there, and he put 19 Haitian people in that building. He had no right to be in that building whatsoever. None. Right next door to me, for almost a year, I couldn't get rid of him. But I guess luckily, there was a medical incident. And the town fire department was called into the home. And once they were in there, the building inspector found out that they had gone into the building, and he went in with them, and he found padlocks on everything. Each one of the rooms in the house was rented out by this guy in Milton, who had a lot to do with the government. Not going to, like, get too deep here. But he was at all the parties, if you know what I mean. Yeah. Yeah. And did you ever find out how much he was charging all these illegals? They spoke Creole, man. I couldn't communicate with them at all, really. They used to take buckets of grease and throw it out onto the back lawn. Oh, man. I'm glad you could laugh about it. I would have gone crazy. They're good. They're good. That's the man. It was awful. It was awful. I was always worried about the fire. I was always worried about the fire. And the thing is, I could have bought that house for cheap. And I would have been one of those houses that they say have good bones, you know? Yeah. You know, Joe, it makes me-- the first house I ever owned that was in Somerville, I bought it for $47,000 in 1980, believe it or not. It seemed like all the money in the world. And next door to me was a house with some-- I think they were Portuguese immigrants. And it was a one-family house in a street of one-family houses. And they had three families living there. And I thought, geez, they should-- that's really bad that they have the three families living there. But everybody behaved themselves. I mean, it was paradise compared to what you went through, Joe. There's a difference between good people and people who are here legally. They know they're here to run the system. And the thing is that it's Americans, and you'll hold me back. But it's Americans, and probably not on our side, who are propagating this mess. You know, when you-- I heard it was $1,900 a month for one room. For one room. So this guy was making a lot of money. Bank. And he wasn't paying-- And he had no payments, did he? Because he didn't own the house. It was the bank on the house. Why didn't the bank do anything? Because most banks don't care. Most banks don't care. I mean, it's off the-- you know, it's foreclosed on. It's off the property rolls. And until it goes into the sale process, it takes a long, long, long time for a bank to really own the house they already owned. Good Lord. Yes, sir. It's a real life, though. Thanks for the call, Joe. We're going to be squatters. You used to think it's going to be one of those things like machetes. You know what-- you always know what a machette was, but you never thought about a machette because you didn't run into them day to day. Nowadays, they're all over the place, like squatters. 844-542-508 says, how about the old broad with the blue hair? I don't know what state she represents. I think she's from Connecticut, isn't she? Rosa Delaro or Demaro or something like that? Yeah, that's-- yeah. I don't think she rises to the level of the ones on the list, though. Does she? 844-542-442. Allergy season is just getting started. Yes, Howie. I probably should have done my due diligence before calling you. But this Massachusetts test squatter was. And how could we repeal them? And why is this not breaking and entering? Maybe you should get an attorney on who knows a little bit more about this, because how can someone-- if you're paying the mortgage or you have the deed, like that woman showed the police, the deed, and they arrested her. Right, illegal eviction. If someone's in your house illegally, how could it be illegal to evict them? Well, I know it won't happen to my house, because I do have a Smith and Wesson in hollow points. So I'll illegally evict them. A lot of people are texting words to that effect, Johnny. You don't want to have to do that. But it's just-- whoever thought that we would come to this in this country. I mean, again, we used to be not so long ago a country of laws. But in the people that are squatting, in many cases, just arrived here yesterday, and they think everything's free, including our housing. I know it was only a matter of time from when they asked you to take in some of these foreign freeloaders to when the foreign freeloaders would just move in. It's called an invasion. It's called an invasion. Here's Donald Trump on the subject, cut four. They have to close the borders. Our country is dying. Our country is being overridden. This is an invasion. Our country is being invaded by people. Nobody even knows who they are, where they come from. Millions of people-- I predict 15 million people with it a short period of time-- probably have 15 million people already. That's bigger than most states. And these people come from the wrong places. They're coming from very bad places. There's no checks. There's no balances. It's a disgrace. What's happening to our country is a disgrace. We have to close the border, let people come in, but they have to come in legally. Ron, you're next with how we car. Go ahead, Ron. Yes, Holly. Yes, this is an older story. It's probably about very interesting, about at least 30 years ago. I heard on the radio and stuff like that. And I think it had to do with masks. Maybe I'll just say things, Roy. I don't want to key it into that. There was this guy that had-- a resident, he had a rifle up above through the front door, upstairs. He had it facing down at the front door. And bingo, when somebody came in that night, gone, just like that. And I'm like, wow, what happened there? And yeah, but that's-- I think it had to do with a domestic neighbor problem. I don't know what's-- I don't know. I would suggest that as a way to deal with the problem. Thanks for the call, though. Tom, you're next with how we car. Go ahead, Tom. Yeah, Tom. I'm sure you're familiar with the movies. Yeah, can you hear me OK? Yes. OK, I remember the movie Pacific Heights about 30 years ago, early '90s. No. Does that happen to you, Bill? No. Anyway, there was a squatter and a three family in San Francisco that made this happen. But anyway, where I live in Brockton across the street for me, there was a rooming house of where a construction remodeler bought the house on an auction because of back taxes. Well, the former landlord used a tenant's rights organization to tie this guy up. For 2 and 1/2 of continuances through the courts. And it cost him thousands, tens of thousands of dollars for him to finally evict the tenants that were living in there and finally take ownership in the property. But I did buy the political squatter's rights in Massachusetts. And as far as private property is concerned, it takes about 20 years of you occupying some property. So I don't think we're going to hear the horror stories in Massachusetts, hopefully. However, Brockton has moonbat, state rep, Michelle Dubo that would pass legislation for anything to stay in office. And I have no doubt that in the future, you'll probably be seeing changes within real estate ownership laws. And you were right to correctly say that when Maura Healy was asking people to get migrants, that is foreshadowing of what is to come. In this election, in 2024, we have got to get Trump in the presidency. Otherwise, you will just happen that, well, you know what? You went to vacation in the Philippines for two months. Well, you know what? Chico and his family, leader to kick your back door in. And now-- Well, I guess now they're saying in some neighborhoods, Tom, they're actually-- they're hiring people as guards. You know, it's like, it used to be-- if you had a bird, a tropical bird, you couldn't take the bird with you when you went. So you'd bring somebody in, and they would just-- they would live there and that feed the bird. Or whatever reason, you'd have somebody living in the house. Now you have to have them living in the house, not for sort of minor reasons. You have to have them in there to protect your property, not everywhere, but it never was a problem when Donald Trump was president. Let's put it that way. Or it was a very, very isolated problem. Now it's not so isolated. Democrats get back in, it'll be major problem.
