Hear these BYU, these programs that don't have five-star players, don't have many four-star players have somehow figured out who they are. They have identified what they do well, what the talent pool is, what their mission is, and they stick to it. And they've all been successful every week. There's something, there is a way to success. People will make excuses on why they can't do it. But as the faith says, there's excuse makers and there's way makers. Do you weigh maker? Do you weigh maker? So we bring in DMO and ask, and I will ask you both. I'll ask you both. Success for you. Success for you. Go first. Well, and then we can kind of narrow down and focus. What is success for this mission with teammates mentoring? What will define it as successful? Is it one more mentor? Is it every mentee having a mentor? Is it mentor successful mentors mentoring more than one mentee? There's several ways to define what success would be to you. So DMO, start with you. I'm going to take a little bit of what you just said and tied into teammates. There's a way when there is a will. And so our acts to all volunteers, potential volunteers will you create a way for us to inspire more students to reach their full potential. There's a way because we have students that want mentors. And it's an interesting piece. Ask what do you have? What defines it for you? What defines it for me is Coach and Nancy's ripple effect. Because ultimately, we give those students hope. We give them a will. We give them a way. We over me mentality. Again, we're always in need of mentors. Always, always in need of mentors. But for a child to have such a positive experience that they want to continuously give back. Again, through that ripple effect, to me, that success, the ripple effect. Because we did something right with that child that they want to continue on with that. We are all the accumulation of the people who loved us, who showed up for us. Who did? Who did? And there's a collective group that I'm a part of and we often say this thing and I'll leave and get out of the way for you guys to do what you do. But great communities make great people. Great people make great communities. Man, look at you, man. Trapping the one layer today. Yes, bars. But here's the thing, great teammates make great communities. Great communities make great teammates. Join the team. This is really what we're talking about. Next hour, wherever you are in your car, in your office, sitting at home on your laptop, on your phone, whatever way. At some point in the next 60 minutes, going to ask you and challenge you to consider being the grown up you for a younger version of you. Stand up for younger you, represent younger you by standing up and sitting down with somebody who is waiting just for you. They're waiting for you. I promise you that my mentee, he's he's he's I didn't know he's a many me and happened and I'm blessed for it and I'm lucky for it. And I'm just going to say one more time where I get out of here. Be the grown up for you for some other young person be that for younger you. You were sitting out there, man. You were looking for you. You were looking for you. It's your chance now.
