Anyway, what wasn't fun was to find out that somebody that we consider a friend here at the workplace was talking a little smack about us, the whole show. And that's what's crazy is that it was collective. It was at Nostito Teotolz. We are open to speak about it now. We didn't speak about it on the show today. So let me give you a little bit of context, what went down. Was it Friday? Yeah. Yeah. Yes. So somebody that we consider a friend, I mean, this person comes into the studio, Kotoremos con esta persona. We have fun. We talk about live. We joke around. When on the football, like honestly, one of our favorite people and to give you some more context, there are four different studios on our floor, Radio Studios, right? So this person doesn't necessarily work directly with another show. She's just a part of the staff here at the studios, right? Yeah. She found out that when we left on Thursday, the marketing team was filming a bunch of videos with other shows and it came up on one of the shows, "Hey, why don't we go film our video in Shaboy's studio?" And this person who we consider a friend said, "Oh, hell no." Don't use that one. You put on Al Capar, I wish you would put the nicest on the show. Never. So anyways, yeah. She stood on business and was basically saying, "Okay, some of those cocchinos don't come into their studio. Don't film them there." So that happened on Thursday. The word got to us Friday morning when we were doing the show, because the person that she shared that with told us, "Hello, Snitch." We'll leave it at that. And then the dilemma on Friday was, "How do we deal with this? Do you confront that person directly? Do you just be like, "Ah, okay, y'all are at the same time, because they were talking smack? Do you just ignore the whole thing and just fake it till you make it and still be cool?" Yeah. There's a lot of different ways. Primavani, how did you want to handle the situation? And also, just to clarify, the person that told us wasn't telling us to stir the pot or to be malicious. They were just telling us like, "Dan bien en el cotoreo en amas like pas d'ar nous carilla." But how I felt like receiving it, I mean, a little thrown off, but we're from the streets. So yeah, let's talk about it, you know, like confront it. Yeah. But she couldn't be like targeted. Porque la senorado de las borsas, full. No, that's true. No, that's true. No, that's true. I don't think it's a very difficult thing to do with drinks in front of. Oh, yeah. Hella topperwears, comida, poutambien, quims, hella, butte adegerés. Borsa's micchia, everywhere. Borsa's micchia, everywhere. The ones that don't know, we're here in the studio for a long period of time. You know what I mean? So we're, honestly, I feel like I'm here more than I am at home. It's our second home. Yeah. So therefore, EC. So let's say you're not going to be a borsa's again. Yeah. And we need makeup because we're on camera, like, she wants to be on camera. We can put her on camera, but I don't think she wants to. Put them on camera. She or he. She or he. No, sir. Leglán, those are those. Then. Then. Then. Then. I'm very, very. How did you, obviously, prima van aen que m, they, they want to fight right away. How did you want to handle this? I'll just treat them differently. No, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Treat them differently. I wouldn't trust them anymore. I will not carry the conversations so much with them. And yeah. That's obvious. That's something's off. And yeah, hurt. Yeah. And usually when I do that, people usually bring up what happened. And they apologize. And Eddie's very nice. Still, it doesn't mean he's going to be disrespectful at all. He's going to be kind, but he's a little bitch. A little bitch. Oh. Oh. He. He. He. I think you should treat people accordingly. Yeah, exactly. And I think Eddie and I have that same kind of mentality. And it's not. Like matching the energy or something. It's not a matching the energy type of thing. Yes, it is. No, it's not. It's not. We are opposed to the matching of the energy to matching people's energy. It's so popular to say that when somebody is rude to you or this is you, we like match their energy. I'm going to match their energy. They want to be like that. No, no, no. You're not being rude. We're being kind. We're just. We're not trusting them anymore. Yeah. You're just. If they want to apologize, then go ahead and we can squash you like, yeah, yeah, I had someone recently that apologized because of what he did. Say his name. No, no, no, I can't. What's your ex's name? No, it's a cousin of mine. Oh, he apologized. He apologized and we're super cool now. You're not. You're not. You're not. You're saying that you changed. You changed up on him. You switched up on him. You let him know that I didn't hit him up anymore. Okay. When I saw him, I wouldn't really carry conversations with him. Did he fit in there? And yeah, he just came on his own on his own and he said, hey, I just want to apologize. I want to happen. And from then on, we were super cool now. We're back at it being best friends. What do you do? Did he look? Did he leak your guys's notes? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I mean, give me a quick sample. I just want to, I want to make this point for those of you listening because maybe somebody has wrong due and you're like, yo, I'm going to match their energy. They want to be like that. I can be like that too. And this is why I'm against that because by you matching their energy, you are giving them control over who you are. They are literally changing who you are. And I ain't trying to give that power to anybody. Like, I don't care how you are, it's not going to change how I am. And I want to bless people. I want to be good to people. I want to shine God's love on people. Cloudo. I get it. Like, you don't owe me a mento. I'm not going to trust you as much and so on and so forth, but I'm still going to say what's up to you. The Watra Tarvian. And you know what I'm saying? Like period. Yeah. Because you're not going to change who I am, but you see, you smile all the time though. But for a person with a -- But for a person with a -- Got the advantage. Like a little bit. Yeah. Like a person with a resting bee face, I actually have to try to smile. So if you're just treating me like that, I'm going to just give you the strength face. Like, it already is like that. I have to put an effort to smile. Yeah. I don't want to give an effort so it is what it is. But Kim, that makes it so awkward. No, it makes it really easy for me because my face is already like that. But in full transparency, and it's not a surprise to anybody, sometimes here as a family on the show, we have our moments where we disagree on things or things are taking the wrong way or whatever. And I'm always about, let's talk it out. Let's confront the situation because it gets awkward. And I just want to say, I appreciate you all that you all have been open to do so. And I'm really proud of our crew. And I feel the reason why we get along so well, because we have confronted the little issues that have come up in the past. Nothing big. It's not just my LinkedIn deals, correct. So our dilemma was, we fight it out, we just go eat. Our dilemma was like, do we bring it up to this person? We were going to talk about it on the show today. Yeah. But when the show ended on Friday, and we had already finished recording our afterparty episode, this person walked into the studio. And this person, like Eddie said, on their own, said, Hey, did you guys get the message? Did you guys hear what I said? And we're like, okay, she just brought it up. Right. He or she just brought this up. And we talked about it right then and that we did. But before that, I asked the crew, please do not say it. They let me have the conversation because it was heated. You technically didn't say don't say anything, you just can knock to us. No, he didn't. He can't remember. He said that. But then that all went out the window because we all got. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, better. The difference is gonna happen. So I can throw like, and throw like a sense, like how aggressive let's get to it coming up next. Hold on. Are you a software professional looking to make a lasting impact on people and the planet? General Motors, our vision is a world with zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion. So this person walked into the studio this past Friday and they brought it up. So Lise Guilemann's a hito, you guys got the little message and I'm like, yeah, get them some qua cinero. It's it's filthy in here in our studio. And she stood on sheer, he stood on business saying, yeah. And this person proceeded to point out what they believe was filthy here, which kind of what Misha pointed out. We got drinks on the desk, we got tripods, lights, laptops, lights, chucky, a chuck in the back. And let's not forget, we run a production here at part of being a radio show like, yeah, we have lights, camera action, like, and we each have a computer with jeans, power. So honestly, none of us here claim to be super flaky. We're literally here for so long, like that ambre, that said, estamos laticando. And this person kind of was like, I expect you to not eat while you're working kind of well, in traditional radio studios, you engineers have always said, please don't eat in the studio. Don't have drinks because it could fall on the equipment. But just to make it clear, we have a huge board here with different volumes, et cetera, that we run the microphones, et cetera, sound effects. We have no drinks close to this. It's super far away on desk. But honestly, to me, it didn't. And as I shared with this person when they walked in, I said, Hey, I just want to tell you, we love you, we're our favorite person here on this floor, la verdaz. We get along super well. And it's not so much that you said, que so much, quecinos, okay, some quecino or that it's filthy here that that hurt us. It was more of like the fact that you were saying this to other people. And then we had no idea. We had to find out that way, right? Like contores peto, like if you want to suggest that something about our studio, look, we're open to that, right? Hey, guys, you guys should tidy up a little bit and don't get me wrong. We understand that if we're going to do a video shoot in the studio, yeah, all of your men, we're going to take the drinks off the desk off this, you know, the clean it up a little bit. Because we know that we're doing videos that are just, they're going to take beyond just like our face. So you're going to be able to see everything. Does that make sense? So it's not like we just film like that. But I just said, hey, you know what, we love you. We appreciate you just next time. That's cool. Like, if you want to say that and you believe that at the same time, just let us know. It was kind of weird to hear it from a third party, like, this person saying, que te un um, coccinero, that you guys are filthy and that everybody knows. That's the part. It's like, I mean, tell us, they used to make fun of Eddie and I in our other studios. They used to make fun of us because when we would leave the studio, we would walk by the fridge and there's free waters. And Eddie and I would grab maybe two waters each for the road on the way out. And they were like, oh, yeah, viene, que dado, so many of us are gonna take all the waters. And it was more like carilla, but it was to our face. Like that's fine. Right. Like we can handle that. It was the whole like speaking behind our back. That wasn't cool. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. But grass adios were good. I saw this person today. We, we chatted about soccer and la selexion Mejicana or as they call it la de sepsion Mejicana. And we're good guys. I think I'm glad that we spoke it out. And we came at this person with love and saying, hey, we love you girl, like man or girl thing, them. We love you. We love you. Like it's all good. And we hugged it out. People, I don't want to hear from you. I know because you're like, I know you got something to say. I'm just saying, I just know that this person could potentially one day hear this episode. What's good? It's cool. I'm just saying. Don't you mind? Don't you mind? Stand up and funny? Yes. The way that, no. And that's what I'm saying. Have, stay what you say. Ligon. Look, Ligon, like, I think it was also just apart from, okay, yeah, it's messy in here. But then she started pointing out like you guys have a lot of stuff. How are she? They started pointing out like you guys have a lot of stuff around like what about that chucky or the, the things on the walls or anything like, dude, you don't understand. Like we are a reality radio show of course. We all have backpacks. We all have backpacks and aside from that, but like, yeah, things, the, all the stuff that she's talking about, like the, an L.A. sign that was sent to us from Emmy and Max would work. Our listeners. Are another drawing that we have set up that was sent from another listener. That are the listener sent us that drawing the shaboysha with all our benchmarks, like Bojas Balabra, Stokesika. It's like hand done by pencil and this homie used to listen to us in jail. Yeah, so you probably did that in jail and he sent it to us. So dope. Or we have it up. We have a little mini basketball court for Micho when he gets bored. You know what I'm saying? So it's all you want to cancel and don't come because it's for kids. Yeah. So it's like, dude, all this stuff, my point is all of this stuff like is part of our show, part of our character and for her to come in and for that person to come in and just be like, oh, it's messy. It's like, dude, like, this is why we do what we do because, again, we're in these four walls for seven hours, eight hours in the day. But I'm glad we got to talk about it. Do I think this person is still is going to stop talking? Absolutely not. Yeah, no, because this person pulls up and be saying some stuff out of pocket about other people. That's not even saying. And when this person does that or anybody that comes in here talking about other people, you guys see me right away. I don't participate in that. Yeah. Lesalgo or I change the subject. You too. I'm just like, wow. That's crazy. But I'm just like, we were we were that person's topic at one point. Yeah. But don't be surprised if you know somebody that comes to you and talks Matt smack about other people. Don't be surprised when you find out they're doing that about you too. You know, it's not surprising. Now, do you guys think we are currently talking behind this person's back now? No. I think you shouldn't like say you have your thoughts or reservations about someone. You're not going to go and tell them all the things you dislike about them or the things that make you uncomfortable because I think some things are just better left and said, like, especially like Eddie and I, we're not going to talk bad about you. We're not going to tell you anything. We're just going to act accordingly. And that's it. I don't have to tell you anything, like it is what it is. I'll just prefer to remove myself in the situation. So I don't think it's talking bad. And if you listen, then you listen, like whoever it listens, like it is what it is. Like this is our true feeling. So long as you're saying things and you know you're not going to regret and you mean what you're saying, then it doesn't matter. And we already addressed it. Yeah. And this is why I believe we're not talking behind this person's back because everything we're telling you right now, we literally spoke to this person on Friday. Correct. And we're not going to not in a confrontational type of way. And I genuinely, I will go on record and Eddie as well, because we work with this person the most closely. This person has been a blessing to us. Like has helped us out so much with the show whenever we needed help with certain things because the collateral and we're forever grateful. And we're still cool. Honestly, I still consider this person somebody that's mad cool and in front of the show. And this person is a super hard worker, not just for this show. I'll show facts, the hardest working person on this floor on the floor. And I appreciate it that I don't know if you guys heard it, but she did say, sorry. Here she did say sorry. And when anybody ever says that, I receive it and then I release them. I'm not going to carry that around. You feel me? That was that matter with her. And it's not even dude. My wife Janet just shared this with shared this with me last week. She goes to like a woman's Bible study and every Wednesday morning, and then they talk about like what they're going through in life or whatever, and she's like, it was so awesome because one of the other women shared that, you know, if you're in a disagreement or argument with your partner, like you got to ask yourself, is it worth us making this into a big deal? Are we even going to remember this argument a year from now? If they're a woman, yes, they will file it and pull it back up. It doesn't matter how many you live. No, you don't, Kim, you don't remember every single little disagreement you had with Eddie. I do. I do. And some of them are relevant. Good. They're relevant. Sometimes context. They provide context. Yeah. Same. Hey, you remember? Yeah, of course. Oh, yeah. Eddie actually has a good. He's obsessed. Yes. But they're different. They're built different. I don't, bro. For real? No, Kim, just a significant disagreement that I have with my wife. I remember those. But little stuff. I'm serious. He's like, dang, she'd still didn't do. I am. But anyways, if that person ever listens to this, we love you. We appreciate you. I'm glad that we were able to talk it out with this person. How much does it be real though? I did get bothered that we were called cocino. Not really. I mean, the other thing is that it's not really surprising. In any scenario, that's not surprising because, you know, people are humans. People have flaws and stuff. But what to me was hurtful was like, cocinos, like, generally, I'm still trying to genuinely understand what is cocino about it. Well, to me, it's like, marijuana, tienes, trash everywhere. Filthy. You're filthy. You don't care. You don't care about your, all that. And I don't genuinely see that point. I don't see it at all. So to that point, Kim, if you know, que noeres un aquachina, don't let it bother you, then why allow anybody else to put a label on you? It's just disrespectful. Well, that's their perception though. And that's what I realize is like, if this person were to have a studio, they would organize it differently than we do. At the same time, it's five of us in here. Yeah. Yeah. Keep that in mind too, we were being compared to other studios that only have one person maybe like half of the day, and then the other half it's empty. So it's like, I don't think that was a fair comparison at all either. And I don't think it was fair that other people are chiming in when you're not in our situation at all. Yeah. And I just want to let this person know that I brought in a Bath and Body Works plugin to make it smell better in here. Yeah. I can't even smell it. Yeah. I can't really smell it. You know. I smell it. Yeah. I think... Is that how it is? Cologne? No, it's morning crisp air. No. No. No. I just want my farts. No, it smells really good. I don't like those dudes. The plugins? Why? They give me allergies. We knew it. If they smell too much. Loki, you mentioned it earlier and I'm like this, man. Fuck. Yeah, you started saying you had allergy. Also... You think it's this? It's the glating. The little liquid. I remember... It's not glating. It's Bath and Body. Whatever the hell. I remember, you're mom? My grandma? Yeah. When you used to come over her house, she used to take them all out of her house. Just for you. That's so cute. Even when she was in a wheelchair full for a little bit. Yeah. Okay. Me, too. Well, I'm going to leave this on. Thanks. I'm going to appreciate you. And he has a theory, guys. What's a theory? Yeah, we're going to say that. Can we wrap up the friend? We're not just about the friend. We're not just about the friend. This is the wrap up. Should we share this? Yes. Yes. What theory is it? I have a whole bunch. Oh, it's theory. Very good. No. No. Yeah. Does it pertain to this person calling us quicinos? Not really. It just pertains. Okay. That's not talk about it. Kind of, though. No. It just pertains about how the information was relayed to her. Yeah. It's crazy, though. It's like came middle 10 pipes. It's giving conspiracy theory. It's conspiracy theory. It's next level. We're not about to do that. No. I apologize. I'm leaving them hanging. We were. But honestly, I think we just really, really went down the rabbit hole on that one. Yeah. Yeah. Like, dude. Yeah, we wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. We wouldn't do that. It's like not bad at all. It's just a thought. Okay. Honestly, it's giving me a big brother. Keep it a thought. Yeah. There's probably microphones in here. That's what we were thinking. What if there's cameras in here or little microphones or ways that you can tap into the mics that are here? That's what we're thinking. These are new studios too. Maybe they planned it out. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. There it is. Either way, I got nothing but love for this person and I just want to encourage you that if you ever have drama with anybody that you care about, it's worth having a conversation. Do not come at them out of anger or any type of way because they're only going to get defensive and it's going to make matters worse. Always come from it from a place of love and let them know how much you appreciate the relationship and that's why you're bringing this up. And I don't know about you guys, but I'm at peace with you. I'm good. I'm good. I put that on the hood. I'm good. I put that on the hood. I'm good. I put that on the hood. I'm good. I put that on the hood. I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. Kim, are you good? I'm good. Do we believe Kim? She's a mouthing no. Eddie, are you good? Yeah, I'm good because I never got back to my dad, so I'm good. He's good. I'm good. I just want to play a song for you guys. Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm going to have a good day. I'm going to have a good day. I'm going to have a good day. I'm going to have a good day. I'm going to have a good day. I'm going to have a good day.
