There they said the at a previous hearing, the new motion to dismiss and sanction the Norfolk district attorney was due to egregious governmental misconduct. They've said that the at least three cops lied to the state grand jury and later admitted to the federal grand jury that's hearing evidence in this case that they had that they had quote unquote misled the state grand jury. So the judge asked the defense attorney why they didn't file this motion claiming egregious misconduct. Eddie, one of the attorneys said your honor was a strategic decision not to file the motion. It's not because it wasn't meritorious. It was a strategic decision. I guess that means they think of a just save they want to save bombshells for the actual trial if they pick a jury and it does actually go to a to a trial. 5 to 6 weeks the trial is gonna gonna last. having the crappy fuel oil it just means it like stalls out like if you have uh... if you have a lousy grating gas that said water put into some of your cars gonna stall out the same thing happens with the ship is that what you're saying and they have to uh... the engineers down below after you know i just uh... the engine to accept this low sulfur ultra low sulfur fuel oil so it does uh... adversely affect much and i used to do investigations for the republican marshal island based out uh... rest in virginia and when they see these regulations came in effect with the uh... climate
