Does One Have to Know What Bracha They Are Answering אמן (Amen) to?
Welcome everybody, Shinnam and 928 getting back to our Hilchus brochos. Okay, we went off a little bit, not really a tangent, but we spoke about a beer of lachan simmon, kukra of dalid, we're talking about of course the alachas of Amin, and interesting, the question was over there when one is being used to somebody else's brochah, if they didn't hear it all, you know, if they didn't hear every word, then they can't be used, then they can't say, "Amin, either where is somebody else," could answer, "Amin," if they're not being used to, that was having the question was why, so we went through the beer of lachah with that, it was very interesting, and the reason was because it says though the persons themselves is making the brochah, so now we just want to get back to the Amains, I want to talk a little bit maybe a few years, in reference to what part of the brochah, how much of the brochah do you actually have to hear, and when exactly is there a heave, and when is it, you could answer, but there's no heave per se, in other words, if somebody hears a full brochah beginning to end, you have to answer, I may finish it, in a case in time that you could answer, but not talk about your middleish monastery or something like that, but I hear a broch after answering, I may finish it, but there's a heave, it's actually, yeah, okay, nice thing I answer, I may hear, I have to answer, I may, so okay, so that's all the way if you hear the whole brochah, now what about if you only heard the beginning, what about if you only heard the end, we have to talk about that, but what about, what about the question is, if you don't know what brochah, at all the persons saying, right, for example, so, so, you just hear everybody in let's say in Shul answering on me, so I just want to read a couple of interesting things, before we get to those halakhas, it's sort of like a working backwards from the 10th floor down to the foundation, if you want to call it, but I just happened to see it before I forget, it was very interesting, it's simmukkofkhav dala, it brings from Manigris Moshe, which is, in your day Khav dala, it's simmukkofkhav dala, so, so to read from the chuva, it's very interesting, it's in Ois teszayan over there, some page in Digris Moshe, rich teszadek, and maybe it has a name, okay, so, so he says like that, again in the small Oisius teszade, he says, after Khav dala says you're a Moshe like this, that, that even by Khadesh, he says, ikah din amayya saw me, this amayya saw me, that we've been talking about, whereby there's to say in a mane, that's not attached to anything, is not allowed to be done, right, but what does that mean, we've been talking about you, who, im yana amayya, that which means, says ramaishya, im yana amayya shalayya dala yizadava mayha Khadesh, who aina, in other words, you say, amayya even middle of Khadesh, but you don't know what is going on, people saying amayya, so you jump in amay, what, when we're nobody, you don't know what's going on, but somewhere in the middle of Khadesh, it's not good, it's not good, ikah din amayya says, ikah din amayya say, ikah din amayya say, or if you say it, in other words, everybody answers our name, and it's ikah din amayya say, ikah din amayya say, like we've spoken about, from what the people are answering, because as we said, when it comes to a call, when it comes to a, you know, a group, a congregation, a shula, whatever, so then you have as long as rove of the people are still answering a mane, it's still you're in, you're in the timeframe, even if they could they diva but Oishiyana Akhak they diva may and he is Akhul but after that time Takkade Diva said then it's finished, that's what Ramash is saying, Oishiyana Akhak they diva may and he is Akhul from after they finish Takkade Diva and you wait that long, right? So Ramabhi after the rive most of the people finish, you lost it, right? You lost it then to say your mane doesn't help him and that's supposed to because that's the mane you say Mavoy Meqaddish, so the one who's saying Kaddish he says, Sarah klakhaddah milahaskal mashaqha ramein, you have to be careful to wait, then if I should finish hachiyyiklah it made me be right for one of them, as long as most of the people finish saying a mane then a person could continue in the Kaddish if they're davening for the ommet, it's just a side note. Vakhain again I don't want to get too much on attention because we're just trying to stick to the amains right now, Vakhain Bukhol had been him a mane, okay he says like this, so all the dhenim of amain, the lakhs of amain, shava amain, the kaddish, the amain, the saif, brahashaqha mashaqha mashaqha, that it's the same halacha, in other words all the dhenim of amain, the shava amain, the kaddish, the amain of kaddish, the amain of saif, brahashaqha mashaqha mashaqha, goes on the same type of dhenim, the same halacha's, as when you're finishing a brah which we are talking about and we have to get more into also. But then it just says, dafilo, dafilo amloi shamaqha, brahashaqha mashaqha mashaqha mashaqha, seba inina amain, videhale is a brah, right, so even if you hear everybody's answering amain, but as long as you know the main point is as long as you know what brahah everybody's saying, so then we'll see, there's not a heave, but you could answer amain, you could jump in and answer amain, but you have to know, again you have to know what you're answering amain, just stop answering amain because everybody's saying amain, you have no idea what they're up to, that you're not, you're not allowed to do that. Okay, we are there, al-eza brahah kawayana amain, videhale in bikkadish. Okay, so it's an important thing that he says with sarkal hamtim shalay, and then he says another thing, it was a famous misabrun sifkatan amazain, with sarkal hamtim shalay the hasqha brahashaqha lakhare rah, ah, ad shiyanu amain videhame bikkadish. There's a seperdish, and misabrut talks about somebody devining for the amid, so they have to know, sarkal hamt, dafthaw wait, sarkal hamt, sarkal brahasha lakhare, not the kap, the next brahah, it's just again a side note, wow we're in the union over here, so if somebody's amid for the amid, they have to be extremely careful to make, not to continue saying kasar sashats, until everybody finishes, oh not everybody, but rahiv, rahiv hailam saif, most of the people finish saying amain, right, he can't go through, he can't just finish the brahah and jump to the next brahah, you have to give people a chance to say amain, so it's a very important thing to keep in mind. Just to finish off from the deer shoe, how he brings it down, he says, he brings that agris moshish sarkal das, aizah hailik makhadish, when you're answering amain, takadish, you have to know what part you're answering too, otherwise them like amain, hail amain, yes hail amain, otherwise it has a lakh of your amain, yes hail amain, which is not allowed to be said, lakh and enseem shman, okay then he goes on to some other things, okay so we'll get, it's just another, two more interesting points that the deer shoe brings down over here, enseem kofchof dal, there are numbers 50, 51 and 52, he says two more things, so good so if I don't know what brahah means during amain, too, so if I hear somebody's making a brahah or I thought I heard them, or I just stammed the same amain, I'm not supposed to because the amain is same, but he says two things to keep in mind, from shameh, aizah, aizah, moshish, aizah, brah, the bhirah's, um, it's a villain, vaniaday, emhoyah, altfil, in shaldiad, aizah, roish, conservation lover, amchiyachalana, if somebody makes a brahah on the tillen and not sure, you see, you see somebody making brahah on the tillen, you know they're making a brahah on the tillen, they don't know if it's this shaldiad, even though it's shaldiad, she's supposed to make quietly at the end, okay, we're not going to get into that at all, but I heard them say a finisher, but I don't, I didn't hear them, but I see the saying, I know they're making a brahah on the tillen, and I see them finish, I want to say a amain, so that I could do, we said shameh, we call mokkamiadayah, shaldiad, brahah, all the tillens, they'll be okay, that if you hear somebody making brahah on the tillen, vimyadayah, shaldiad, all the tillens, you know it's on the tillen, right, you don't know if this is the yada, the right, the hand, or the head, shiyachalana, you can still answer me, because at least you know it's tillen, so that's one, and another one, it brings down over here also from the ish, she says, vahain imshameh, brahah, sattaira, somebody's making brahah, sattaira, right, brahah, sattaira, voila, yada, isa mahan, I don't know which one of the brahah, sattaira, they're making, they're saying brahah, sattaira, there's a few of them, I don't know which one he's making, but I know he's making brahah, sattaira, sattaira, she'll have rahm, shiyachalana, you can also answer me, what do you mean, I don't know which brahah he's making, but I know, kevin shiyyadayah, shama vahah, sattaira, because I do know that he's making brahah and brahah, sattaira, that much I know, it's good enough, okay, so at least, so we see from this there are various different cases, but just to keep in mind a person has to know when answering a mane, what they're answering a mane too, even if you didn't hear it, but again I will talk more about that down the line, but just keep in mind you always have to know what you're answering a mane too, just don't answer a mane because everybody's answering a mane is not supposed to be done, it's called the mane, sattaira, sattaira, sattaira, sattaira.
