Connor McDavid, you got hurt in his first shift, so there's nothing that we can do about that. But we'll look to improve upon yesterday's one in two and hopefully go three no today. Let's go ahead and jump in. So tonight, we have a seven-game slate. Some pretty lopsided matchups in this one. I'm going to look to take full advantage of those. And that first one should be one that we should be able to take advantage of. We're going to be going with them more on the half-point for Kirill Capersov. I'm going to be loading up on wild tonight in both DFS and prize picks as they take on the Lilly Pittsburgh Penguins. Penguins are currently 3, 6, and 1 in the season and have a negative 13 goal differential. Over the last two weeks, they've been terrible defensively, giving up 4.33 goals per game. They've also allowed an ex-goal of 4.05. Out of all 14 teams playing tonight, that ranks dead last over the last two weeks. This is as good of a spot as there is for Capersov. He's already up to 15 points on the season, only trails five other guys. While he's having the wild, having implied goal total of 3 and 1/2 right now, I expect them to get all of that and more and expect Capersov to be right in the middle of the scoring. To be honest, wouldn't be surprised to see him get multiple points. So there's also a 1.5 double on the board tonight. But we're going to be going with the half-point. We're going to be going with the more for him. The next one up is going to be our Tammy Panerin of the New York Rangers, my New York Rangers. Cap's haven't been playing too poorly, but they have a really tough task against the Rangers tonight. Panerin has been an absolute star for the Rangers. He had his first 100-point season last season. Should back it up again this season with the pace that he's currently on. Through his first eight games, he's already up to 15 points, thanks to six goals and nine helpers. His line has been great, and I plan on stacking them tonight. So we're going to go with the more for Panerin and his half-point. Last one that we're going to be going with, assuming no adoption of the Islanders. We're going to be going with the more on his 3.5 shots on that. Love this spot for the Islanders. They take on a Ducks team that's just been terrible defensively. They're absolutely bleeding shots given up nearly 35 per game. They're also giving up nearly 37 scoring chances per game. So teams are just firing at Will. Dobson has been taking a ton of shots of late. Lee's the Islanders with 25 over the last five games. He set this number in five straight games. Should be able to hit it again tonight, so we're going to be going with the more for Noah Dobson and his 3.5 shots on net. So if you do a recap of what we're looking at tonight, we're going to be going with the more on the half-point for cappers off. We're going to be going with the more on the half-point for Panerin. And we're going to be going with the more on the 3.5 shots on net for Noah Dobson. So those are my favorite three if you end up using it, make sure to like and subscribe. Also, if you have any questions about your own picks, make sure to drop some notes in the comments. Always happy to answer any questions you may have. Good luck, everybody. Let's go 3.0 tonight. Go ahead, pick on me the way that you want to. Did I say that? I would say that to my son, man, I mean, come on, man. Just go. This isn't CBS. All right, be quiet for a few seconds. Why would people want to listen to the Sims complete podcast? Well, a couple of things. One, if you like to see sons pick on their father, this might be the place. If you want to see a place where the father just kicks the out of his son, this would be the place. What do you like about it, Matt? Ditto. Father, son, dynamic duo, talking about the game of football that we love and share and appreciate together. And, you know, hey, it's an extension of what we did, right? Growing up, I was able to watch my father play football, then obviously watch him as a broadcaster. And then he taught me the game of football and share the wisdom that he learned throughout his playing career. And, you know, hey, sometimes we're full of it. And sometimes we actually know a thing or two. Well, we do do a lot of research, at least I do. You're a little spotty, but you know, you're hanging in there. It's fun. I love doing this, and it's been awesome. Sims complete. Check us out. Wherever your podcasts are available on the Believe Network. Appreciate it. See ya. If you liked the show, please take a moment to rate, review, and subscribe. It really does help the show to grow. Thank you for listening. (upbeat music) [BLANK_AUDIO]
