i do want to get into a story that we had yesterday that we did not get to how trump and comela can still win the election without winning pennsylvania i know we talk about pennsylvania likely whoever wins the keystone state wins the election but what if a victor is to emerge without getting nineteen votes here will give you that and then also you know trump's gonna be on the joe rogan podcast tomorrow and news week has an interesting story on how comela harris is slipping with the podcast audience as trump takes on rogan by the way news coming out yesterday that the harris administration has declined the joe rogan podcast really yes that's a dumb thing you know did you anybody really expect her to do that no i don't expect to do it but like don't don't make a statement that's a well we said no that's that's just going to take the fourteen million people that listen to him and and turn them you say one bad thing about i say it all i don't like joe rogan i don't think he's entertaining but fourteen million people disagree with me that's fine i i like to say you know he's flip floppy he's kind of wishy washi on some issues and i also say that he looks like a toe because it looks a little bit like a tomster over and they get very mad at me for saying that though how dare you and i'm like shut up it's a joke and and but but that's the point is that they're like you know feverishly loyal to joe rogan so to come out and say well we're not doing that it's only gonna make her it's only gonna make them less likely to vote for yeah i i thought rogan kind of cow tailed and backpedaled on the odd never gonna have trump on my podcast and well i wasn't really endorsing bobby kennedy and he i'm like dude you say a lot of strong opinion stuff stick to your guns yeah don't don't backpedal now but if he is the quote fearless broadcaster that people claim he is that was probably a reason why the Harris administration's like we can't go maybe what what what what would Kamala do if rogan asked for about the deep state or big pharma i mean she would soil herself it doesn't even have to be about something serious right any detail any any detail it could be what's your favorite color yeah and she would she would answer with uh i grew up in a middle-class family you know i i just yeah that's just that's just it you think about joe rogan what's fascinating about like the one day he's interviewing elan musk and they're talking about why are people in china putting on blue tarps on their rooftops and it's like what yeah and you end up you're sucked into this thing right blue roof yarns it's like all i'm thinking about now right and so that's the kind of detail that that podcast that's what that's the intrigue because you hear stuff you've never heard before right he's he's kind of a curious inquisitive guy and he likes to go down certain rabbit holes and that's not the strong suit of of harris kamala harris the thing is you know it's gonna i think that the rogan appearance however long it goes is going to be very similar to trump's x-space with elan where it was just kind of like a conversation right i wonder if they're gonna allow i wonder if the trump campaign is going to allow rogan to smoke weed uh because he does that before he does hmm before end during the interview and we know trumps a straight edge exactly exactly doesn't like the smoke right excuse me i don't blame a lot i don't like it either i don't like to be around it i don't like smell so they're taping it tomorrow it's not going to be released tomorrow i think they could do gummies i think rogan drops is by the way by the way he's with technology around why can't i go live why can't we do a live thing i'm fine i know come on man you talk about a uh a big bone to spotify i mean that'd be huge when do you think that they'll drop it then if they're recording it tomorrow probably tuesday yeah and there goes my monday big take i think i i think i'm looking at i'm looking at when his um when his pods really usually drop listen to me i sound like i'm part of the biz pods um let me see here that yeah he drops three a week is that right yeah well you got to earn your 17 milli-year i guess yeah can you imagine must be nice three can you imagine on three a week i know it gets 22 million that was your that was your initial offer to me three shows a week 17 minutes and not great i feel guilty let's do let's do five days a week okay i don't want to take the flack from my wife i'll do i'll do four hours a day five days a week yeah the pay was just similar to exactly i think trumps should crush it though i do tell you know and i think at the end kasu rogan has never wanted to admit that he likes trump but i think secretly he does oh he shakes his hand at ufz like a little school girl but he doesn't want to do it because he want to ruffle the feathers and he's bernie bro and he said he thinks michael obama would be a great president and i don't i don't vote for who joe rogan tells me to vote for i don't vote for anybody who tells me i i come up my own you know just uh opinions but but i think rogan wants to like trump i think it's there and and and and you know how trump is in these situations especially if it's like just an unscripted just free flowing he's hilarious right and i think rogan's going to come out of it smile and and laugh and and the audience is going to eat it up and it is going to be talked about for days and then and you'll hear kamala could never do it and by the way she declined and this is just it's going to look so bad yes and whenever this drops whenever that is if it's next tuesday just wait give it 24 to 36 hours they will have something on the left that comes out to try to steal the headlines back yeah and i think they're also got it they're going to come up with something horrible about rogan too there's going to be a yeah you know yep trump actually groped rogan one time back in the day as well yeah all right seven oh seven round number two let's get to the news here is the great dawn stenzeland good morning this thursday morning october 24th we are sponsored here in kale and company news live by budget blinds so the nba is we're getting reports the nba is beginning an investigation or likely to begin an investigation later this week which it's already thursday so i i don't know if it's today or tomorrow but this is into the photophilia 76ers and this is apparently surrounding the player participation of all mba center our star joell mb i saw that did you see that yes and reporting that was kind of what i mentioned earlier about load management no your load that the mba does not like when certain players are taking all of these quote um maintenance days because they feel like the customer gets gypped out of if they buy tickets to cm beat he doesn't play and he's healthy but he's just quote given the day off so now they're looking it all started with uh with the the left winger from san antonio greg popovich he started this years ago it's kind of hurt the sport hmm yeah so also i apologize it's in my script that the sixers lost in the season opening game to the box one 24 to one of my fake news news person no my script that i wrote is correct i just i don't know i messed it up so i apologize oh it's like cooper Anderson it's like yeah it was like you know it is yeah i think you're so i think you're starstruck by seeing strong in person i you know i have mr president here great shawn fairish and i think i got all like i'm not like i can't really nervous yeah and i start to smell my arms in my hand oh god and thank god molly shannon man that did not did you have to go there well received just thinking about that uh uh so joell so after the bucks lost last night uh joell will miss two more games the bucks won last night after what am i doing i don't know it's like a block your segment it's a bucks block it's a it's a bucks block the bucks block i got yeah after the sixers lost to the box there we go okay hey who might throw stones i still can't figure out when to use run versus ran i'm 41 it's true so uh 124 to 109 it was the sixers lost the bucks won and so he's going to miss two more games this week friday against the toronto raptors and then sunday against the indiana pacers yeah so they're going to look into this what do they do put him through the spanking machine no he just gets to sit there he gets to sit there in a sweatshirt like me doing a radio show just hang out for a couple of hours i think i think radio host should get maintenance days yeah maintenance days yeah you know he should say like yo i'm in philadelphia you know the workers just came back i just thought i could zoom it in for a little bit yeah or he could take shawn fairish out for a night on the town who's doing this now joell and beat that's a basketball player he's a big basketball player he's tall he's the dude who played 39 games last season because of he had serious knee injuries and he blames his weight so he's lost a lot of weight reportedly and he's trying to lose more yeah he's lost 30 pounds whatever way he lost chris christy found it was it was it was it was the portal stop it's a sad uh so we've talked a lot about and this is making headlines here the situation with uh philadelphia police releasing new surveillance images showing these men who are suspected of committing these acts against of a local synagogue that is historic in our region and nationally known so one vandal wrote profanity and apparently anti-semitic you know wording spray spray painted it on a statue outside of the this is the historic congregation bick the israel now nobody was injured or anything of that nature but it it certainly is is gathering headlines and concern and we hear so much about the anti-semitism in this country certainly obviously some of this is anti-semitic was the dumpster fire that was started as well that firefighters were called it was a pretty big fire so they're still looking into it keeping this in the headlines updating us on that investigation because the fire did cause some some you know serious thousands of dollars in damage does anybody know where donald trump was last time you think the same thing that trumps hitler or he said that man did he start the dumpster fire he's you know yeah we should just start you know making it all up oh yeah yeah um we do have and by the way this was significant that the vice president comela harris was with mayor shirel parker i saw a video of the background this was significant because remember we kept hearing from the insiders that philadelphia democrats are not feeling the love they feel that the harris campaign is disorganized doesn't reach out to them and has snubbed them they were peo'd i heard from source i mean they were just downright peo'd that she's out in the suburbs with darth's daughter liz janey as they were you know what i mean they were mad and so it was significant that now she's trying to kiss parkers ring well i gave you the story yesterday from politico that was written by holly otterbine who's a philadelphia uh reporter and journalist and she said in that story that the ground game in pennsylvania for comela harris has had a lot of finger pointing and i think this kind of alludes to what yeah you you're talking about like why i mean if we're in this identity politics world right comela harris is trying to become the first female much less first african american female president shirel parker first black mayor in the city's history as a female um why would you not tie her in why are you see isn't it amazing how they always demonize the older white person but yeah comela harris can seem to get away from the older white person yeah he's hanging out with liz chaney miss picky but not shirel parker she looks like miss pick she has made that's what i told i can't do miss picky but miss picky and kurmit her last kurmit kurmit's going to kick your butt uh so i know we'll get into it talking about the vice president here in philadelphia and then as well traveling out to delco but in center city i should say she visited the famous four street deli queen village with the mayor shirel parker and uh by the way she will return to philadelphia sunday trump big rally state college we are mega oh so he's going to pence state yeah hey college saturday is now i i haven't looked at the schedule is that for the football game is pence day playing a home game saturday i'm not a uh you know a pence state person but i can check real quick mr college football here doesn't know if it states fine i i follow real college football boy yeah he's following you know he follows the team that can't seem to find a win in chemistry right yeah they're playing wisconsin it's a road game yeah pence day play saturday night at wisconsin so trump will be in state college on a day that pence state is not home speaking of pence state um antonio brown was in uh the uh magamim coin x space the other night was he really on tuesday yeah because we we were running that intent if you look at the shirt that he was wearing at the trump rally that's the shirt for that the crypto project yeah so he he actually said because i i asked him i said i'm you know your speech with uh talking about walls how he can't guard you do you think donald trump could guard you and and he was like trump can move quick he can move quick he said tim walls is a sandusky type coach oh wow take down where you would like to go oh that story from nowhere 12 13 years ago and tonyo brown so yeah yeah i'm seeing it yeah there it is he's wearing the maga gear yeah hang never thought i'd see the day antonio brown is trying to register people to vote no i'm trying and well i know he's so funny though he's just you know he never know what he's gonna say right and i know we'll talk about elan musk and doj now coming after giving elan a warning mm-hmm yeah i saw that so i hope i win my note i every day i reenter this it's a violation of federal election law well it is if you pay people to register to vote and that's why he's careful because i i redo this every single day because i guess after they have a drawing they clear it okay so but if you sign up for that million dollar draw it's you have to go on there and say do you support the will you sign the petition to support you know the constitution of the united states right i think it's the first and the second amendment or second and so nowhere there does it say that you have to even prove that you registered to vote there's nothing about that so he technically is in compliance then as far as he's not breaking let me just say this elan musk is a very smart guy do you really think that he's going to go through all of this trouble and not have all his uh you know eyes dotted and he's crossed probably not exactly but i i also think there's a little showman to to elan this is that's all this is so i thought it's not a scam the whole thing is is that you're getting the money okay the whole thing is is that they're not they're not telling people that you can only win if you vote for Donald trump they're gonna tell you to vote for mm-hmm it's just getting people to sign this petition and vote right they hate this elan thing but they were totally fine with but zuckerberg did though oh yeah soccer box soccer box which affected this this area big time big time and there were investigations into it and by the way they had nobody so that they're they're thinking is that even though he's properly wording it so i guess that they just this was a warning shot i guess to say you better watch it because even though he's not paying people to register to vote so that technically is legal the justice department the warning is well it's so close to an election that you know that the dear jay's like the effing mafia like it'd be a shame if something happened to you what do you mean like oh god i know the bully you watch yourself here yeah yeah i would want to have uh lightning strike your your establishment your rocket you know yeah let me break you're like the mob mob but they did send him the morning gotta hate the government you know there's nothing to like nothing to like nothing they're all budget creeps yep like the kennedy's thank you sorry i had to get that in there and here's the headline you can have it's a letter from the justice department's public integrity section that's the letter the letterhead public integrity section have fun with that title yeah budget blind sponsors are killing company news live here it is fall y'all budget blinds is your one stop shop for blinds shades shutters custom drapery and that good for you no i'm i'm happy for anybody who can do that sure i can't all right ed we got Sean Farish in studio so if Sean adds one of our hardcore callers he's one of the first on the board every day and he loves to praise Kamala Harris so Ed go right ahead hey let me let me tell you what this Kamala Harris the other day is doing an interview and she eludes to the fact that trump had a great idea with the border wall she said something to the effect of why don't care where a great idea comes from and she eluded to the border wall and i'll just say hey she's been out the lunch all this time welcome yeah yes she just vote for trump yes isn't it an amazing ed if you think about it and and Sean and dawn and greg as we go around with this car and we're gonna get to more of Kamala from the town hall so you were saying before the show it was what Kamala said the board the wall was stupid yeah and then it was racist and then i think she was put on the spot about that last night yeah Anderson Cooper was like so you don't think it's stupid and she was like well i don't care where a good idea comes from he's like so to be clear not stupid and she said you know well i will secure the border you know that whole thing she does and he was like so it's not stupid and she was just like well Anderson you know Anderson uh if she had she had my favorite you know we have a you know move over Marcus Aurelius right uh quote i'm pointing out things i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done that need to be done she said that right those are that i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done that need to be done right let let me let me why have you done them right let me grab their suits let me play what uh what Sean was just talking about Phil if you want to grab cut 15 here this is Cooper Anderson Cooper or Cooper Anderson let's not call them uh pressing Harris on budget earmarked to build the border wall cut 15 go i'd we know what can work let's talk about this compromise bill youth that you want to pass if you're elected you said that's going to be a priority it includes 650 million dollars in funding for the border wall that's something Republicans wanted that was part of the compromise under Donald Trump you criticized the wall more than 50 times you called it stupid useless and a medieval vanity project is a border wall stupid well let's talk about Donald Trump and that border wall so remember Donald Trump said Mexico would pay for it come on they didn't how much of that wall did he build i think the last number i saw is about two percent and then when it came from time for him to do a photo op you know where he did it in the part of the wall that president obama built but you're agreeing up to a bill that would earmark 650 million dollars to continue building that way i i pledge that i am going to bring forward that bipartisan bill to further strengthen and secure our border yes i am and i'm going to work across the aisle to pass comp a comprehensive bill that deals with a broken immigration system i think jackson's question part of it was to acknowledge that america has always had migration but there needs to be a legal process for it people have to earn it and that's the point that i think is the most important point that can be made which is we need a president who is grounded in common sense and practical outcomes like let's just fix this thing let's just fix it why is there any ideological perspective on let's just fix the problem and to fix the problem you're you're doing this compromise bill it does call for six hundred fifty million dollars that was earmarked under trump to actually still go to build the wall i'm not afraid of good ideas where they occur you have to say you don't think it's stupid anymore i think what he did and how he did it did was did not make much sense because he actually didn't do much of anything i just talked about that wall right we just talked about he didn't actually do much of anything but you do want to build some wall to strengthen our border this is analyst gain she's from philadelphia oh this is a gamble so and it's even it's even worse but she's like he didn't do anything you are the borders are you're talking about what there needs to be a legal process double trump is said we want them to come in but they have to come in legally they're like racist she's like well we we want them to come in but there has to be a legal process oh how how nice how how what a visionary well i'm glad innocent cooper was like so it does not stupid so there's a and then the worst she doesn't realize she did this right she says the you know back in 2019 or whatever she the wall's a vanity project it's stupid it's worthless it's a waste of money and then she just admitted on with innocent cooper on cnn that trump was in front of a piece of the wall that obama built so did obama build what you referred to as a stupid medieval vanity project i mean she is so stupid she doesn't know what to believe she doesn't know what she stands for what a stupid person yeah stupid person this is the same lady who said young people are stupid as well remember that she never she she never called the american people stupid though remember all right right she said that to uh one of those interviews uh-huh never called the american people stupid got to know that she said the bread bear yeah 24-year-olds they're so stupid that's why he put them in dormitories okay yeah exactly right a five five eight three nine region with bulagio orta and isa la balla join me next spring in italy i'll see you in cinquittare conservative tours dot com tell dawn sent you this is the kaolin company podcast from talk radio twelve ten w p d and on the free odyssey app let's start with hall in westchester hi buddy hey what's up buddy go ahead with that right what's up right right let them go to cheat me cheat me on the regular drag i'm i'm an original keep me on the regular whatever you want buddy i'm here for you you're done all right so that i got a few points to make what you make i know i got to make it quick with you but how first point is that you guys here would explode if that was a sore rose donate one million and i utilize in twitter the way uh Elliott must that that child is that he does and then my second point you guys keep talking about this immigration this immigration world for one you should consider consider them they coming from the same continent just thinking of it like ellis allen and then when they came when your your ancestors came here by the boatload it would consider uh settlers and these is on the same kind and when you guys look uh right around in philadelphia all this building these five hundred thousand six hundred thousand houses and you see all the hooleyo glace's ron riga fan chances but y'all don't want to do e-verified because america was built on cheap on just cheap labor so that's why and then you guys always talking about uh doronto trump syndrome you guys can't at never get obama out to mouth and you were right about the park of situation because you know about a cat like that's what that is like with a doronto leisha lang will have care bear and so you and then also nick thanks for the time she shot let me let's go you know do you want to bring up my marriage really and by the way obama has never been in my mouth okay but don't you ever know no no no no if mute him for a moment if you want to bring up a woman's marriage first of all that's sexist right because you don't bring up anybody else's wives on the show the only time you bring up somebody significant other is for me so i'm calling you out that is sexist it's wrong take it so knock it off so as far as obama we hardly ever mention obama unless he's in the news cycle like when he's out there lecturing other black men for not doing their job in voting for gammala which is insulting to some black people maybe not you Paul but some now as far as the border goes in immigration i'm not against any immigration that is at all as long as it's legal i just don't want people coming here illegally breaking the rules when people have been on lists and waiting and did it the right way or still trying to do it the right way or did it the right way a hundred years ago as you said you know coming over on a boat and trust me i know what cheap labor is i worked as a radio producer so i know what cheap labor is is he still alive now he's gone i i i wonder what he meant by uh he could he could have stayed until he started to go personal Julio Julio Rodriguez Sanchez i mean i think he played quarterback for the Jets that's uh that was yeah we can we can deport him too with that but fumble but yeah i mean could you imagine if someone who looked like me said that all the people coming across the border were Julio Rodriguez Sanchez i mean i think that's that's kind of a racist thing to say that was a clown and i mean total clown and that's what Paul does and you know as soon as but i'm gonna i'm gonna leave him on as long as he doesn't go personal you're a personal with dawn that's below the belt that's not going to fly um but as far as you know Soros or Elon Musk or Zuckerberg i i like i'm i'm totally fine with anybody donating to any political campaign or any super PAC as long as everything's on the up and up and legal and as far as because it said on the call screener if uh would we love Elon if he was back in Kamala i would still have the same views on Elon Musk if he's backing the liberal i listened to Bruce Springsteen music Bruce's super liberal i said yeah i know you know i know you don't like that but i don't if i like somebody i i don't turn them off because of their politics all i'm saying is if you look at what dawn was reporting with Elon if everything he's doing with his one million dollar challenge is legal and not against the law why are why why is the government trying to strong arm him and harass him intimidate him and bully him ferris you mentioned zucker bucks and now i've got this story from Facebook um Facebook according to out kick Facebook is blocking the trump tyros interview that was done tyros the former wrestler you see him on fox news because quote your content couldn't be shared because this goes against our community standards so i'll flip it back on paul has Elon Musk ever said that Kamala Harris's interview with anybody in left wing media violates twitter or exes community standards no i don't think so any other thing he said is your head would explode if sorrows spent a million dollars and like what as if he hasn't right as if george soros hasn't thrown huge huge sums of money in into political offices across the country i mean just look at new york city i think you have a soros dia here um uh there's one and there's what a crassner there's one in in new york city uh you know they're they're all over the place so he already has spent all that all that money to influence elections i mean alex soros is hanging out with him walls yeah not too long ago well there's this belief that you hate these individuals i don't hate any of these individuals i just can't stand their policies now like you know if you're a moderate democrat i disagree with you on some things but like progressives like oh you you hate the i don't hate any of the people i just know that the policies are absolute guards it's yeah that's what i hate exactly right so if you want to have that pinion paul you are more than welcome to and as long as you don't get personal with any of my uh colleagues you can hang out and we'll chat and we'll go back and forth eight five five eight three nine twelve ten how about this one this is a first charlie is in los angeles and he claims he found the show on youtube what charlie good morning first of all thank you very much for taking my call i went to youtube i typed in line shows you your show popped up wow we're not being followed by the algorithm very cool no line you mean lime lame shows or lime shows live alive you know i think it's like first of all i'm going to give you guys like seven or eight facts but when it comes to racist rhetoric by barack obama and uh joe biden but i'm gonna i'm gonna put this in place first i think back in the 50s 60s and 70s a lot of uh jews protestants whites catholics another racial backgrounds they were racist towards different cultures that were different from them so that may not make sense to you so i'm looking online right now and i'm looking at racist rhetoric um that biden and barack obama have said do you guys realize in ninth in 2007 barack joe biden referred to barack obama as the first african-american who was articulate yeah clean and bright and clean and clean yeah yeah yeah now imagine if trump okay well we know that you know they found us but we did say it back in 2000 you know we we've said all this yeah just so you know but no i'll take so i apologize so i'm looking at this stuff online so another thing that he said in 2006 he said you cannot go to a 7-11 or a duck and donut unless you have a slight indian accent so we all know that we go to our local 7-11 nine times out of 10 there you know there's a beautiful indian american or palestinian indian that works there but he said that in a racist overtone okay here's where it really gets me in 1977 you guys have probably already talked about this he talked about desegregation in our schools he said that he does not want his children to grow up in a racial jungle you guys are aware of that right yeah i'm saying yeah they got vibes gotta hear you guys when you guys think of the jungle when i think of the jungle i don't think of like fluffy butterflies little puppy dogs little innocent kitties i think of beast i think apes and gorillas so when you think about that seems in the left needed will never talk about that they'll never talk about what he was basically referring to right so so you know here's the here's the thing that i'm really obsessed with all of you guys are aware aware of his 1994 crime bill that joe buying introduced the 1994 crime bill that he introduced that he often you guys know what that bill is correct this is the yeah the super part of their comment right well it talks about it all i know i'm sure what how large your audience is so i want your audience to visualize a quarter yep i want them to visualize a quarter so what happened back in 1994 if you were caught with crack cocaine yeah and you had less than a quarter or the size of a quarter you are going to jail for a minimum of ten years but if you're white in your caught with cocaine it's a slap on the wrist that's who was doing crack cocaine in 1994 how many of those individuals under joe bidew authorized that bill were sent to jail how many other families were destroyed how many their families are continually destroyed because of what he introduced here it is blacks more blacks were doing crack cocaine in 1994 than whites were and it was a slap on the wrist i just don't get why is the media covering for this erasis monster because that's what they do and that's where they are then they've made trump out to be the boogie man yeah that's where the media is the media exists to cover i mean once you realize that the media is a propaganda arm for the left it all makes sense they're never going to cover it because they don't want to because it's it's in their job description that's that they're supposed to be fair and balanced but we know the reality of the the matter is they're not and that's it they're there their function is to cover for the left right and by the way who was the one who declared victory on criminal justice reform it was during the trump era right and that was the whole thing with kim kardashian with his daughter evanka first step as well right for exact first step back by the way i that guy was calling from los angeles um i you guys don't realize that he was also calling from 2007 yes he was talking about 1977 you know it is it is funny though that i know every day people find us and maybe don't realize the history of this station but we you know we have talked about those issues before the problem is that you're right the media does not look at the history of these candidates and let's remind ourselves that the vice the current vice president of the united states of america we can look back at her record yeah you know what i mean the marijuana stuff right you know it's jailing uh 1500 black people or i don't know if they're all black but a large number of them in california for smoking weed and then laughing herself about how she smokes weed uh-huh and she doesn't take gummies folks just remember that and by the way that the truth about it is when the beautiful part of philadelphia this region is that we have an incredible diversified community and everybody gets along it's just it's fine the the group of people when i talk to different especially small business owners especially people who are first in generation immigrants who came here legally they are the most outraged by what happened during this administration did by far because they they did it legally they know what that looks like there was a woman i retweeted the other day and i apologize i should have sent it to you guys but she it was the first time that she voted did you see this and i think so oh my goodness i started bawling i mean it was really beautiful and she and uh she she so beautifully stated how she came here to this country legally what she escaped in her life and how she was so proud to have voted for the first time in her life and so it's and she's a trump supporter she reflects i believe the community of people whose who are outraged by the fact that this administration seemingly purposely allowed millions and millions of people to just flood into the country and i was thankful that anderson cooper pointed that out and said okay joe biden in june of this year fairly recently did sign before the first debate did sign into law an executive order that in fact helped shut things down why didn't you do that in twenty twenty one or twenty twenty or he said twenty two and twenty three and she couldn't answer the question of course not eight five five eight three nine twelve ten what's on the cut sheet you will find out coming up next on a thursday edition of kaolin company shawn ferris live in studio this morning the debate tomorrow the great mock debate just about twenty five hours from right now we're back after this on talk radio twelve ten w phd it's killing company on demand from talk radio twelve ten w p h d and the free honesty app let's see what stalker has in the hopper it's time for a thursday edition of what's on the cut sheet what's on the cut sheet what's in the cut sheet on this thursday sponsored by cherry hobo right now get a three point nine nine percent financing on select new volos for 72 months the store for details they always go the extra mile for their customers because relationships matter at cherry hobo check him out of route 70 in cherry hobo where relationships matter thank you to the correct nik for always sponsoring and being a loyal listener and supporter of twelve ten w p h t and everything we do on this radio station okay let's start here uh with the town hall last night in delco kamal harris town hall don't have many people who just say whether 36 people right at thirty two to thirty so i saw one thirty two it's all one thirty same yeah so they're interesting and obviously you might not be aware of the area delco i mean to get the delco from here what twenty minutes maybe okay twenty five minutes without traffic i mean it's seven fifty two in the morning well not me at this time yeah an hour and forty five probably about to what would you say mileage wise from our station right now where kamala was just so shawn has a an idea i mean twenty miles yeah but it's the draw you know like it's rush hour right now so you would take more than 20 minutes but yeah less than 20 miles just one of the gift shawn a frame of reference um by the way she uh as somebody who was in or a new people who were in center city yesterday uh she she was yeah she was uh belly yeah it was she said no it was she was uh congesting up traffic i know that's not the right word but it was uh they shot everything down because of the motorcade all kinds of road blockages and everything i hate being a swing state i absolutely absolutely we just go red or blue whatever whatever we're gonna do i just don't want to be a swing state all right uh this is cut ten when asked about uh so this is a question about subsidizing illegal immigrants she says that she is a former prosecutor i'm so sick of this law by the way this was great dawn this was christian yeah this was christ christian you would turn everything back to him being a former uh prosecutor okay fell this is cut time to go regarding the rapid increase in the migrant population how will you ensure that every immigrant is integrated into american society safely what benefits and subsidies will you provide them with and how long will these benefits and subsidies last for an individual most importantly will the american citizens taxes pay for these benefits and subsidies and if so how much money how much money will be allocated well thank you jackson let's start with this and now you're expelled america's immigration system is broken and it needs to be fixed and it's been broken for a long time and part of what we need to do is always prioritize what we need to do to strengthen our border i will tell you i'm the only person in this race among the two choices that voters have i've personally prosecuted transnational criminal organizations there it is in the trafficking of guns drugs and human beings i have spent a significant part of my career making sure that our border is secure and that we do not allow criminals in and we don't allow that kind of trafficking to happen and come into our country and as the as my opponent has proven himself he would prefer to run on the problem instead of fix the problem you may know there were some of the most conservative members of the united states congress working with others they came up with a border security bill that would have put fifteen hundred more board agents at the border those board agents are overwhelmed they need the support they need the backup it would have allowed us to have more resources to stem the flow of fentanyl i don't need to tell this state and people around the country what is happening in terms of the scourge of fentanyl and how it is literally killing americans it would have put resources into stemming the flow it would have given more resources to prosecute to investigate and prosecute transnational criminal organizations it would have done a lot of good donald trump got wind of the bill and told them don't put it so we can pick this apart many different ways i'll just like it again yeah i'll just they give one little tidbit and then don and shawn jump in here um when she talks about see here's what i would say in regards to her time as a prosecutor or an attorney general when she talks about prosecuting transnational migrants that could fly if she was new to the political game but she's not she is the current vice president and she was dubbed the borders are and that was her tat remember it was getting to the root cause of the issue so if she just dropped down from the heavens today as a new uh candidate in politics maybe the line about being a prosecutor applies but honey you've been in the game long enough and you your number one liability is exactly what people are asking her about it doesn't fly when you had the chance to shut down the border you let it was like it was like the running of the bulls for god sakes i'll leave it at that don't show on your thoughts i think that you know the the truth about the fact that she goes back to her time as the calif california's attorney general is a joke because they they had problems back then they have problems now and for her to go back to her experience from decades ago that really that's all you can talk about the statute of statute of limitations on that has expired yeah you know i mean that would be like imaginative if if trump said well back in the eighties and nineties you know i built bill i i helped that rebuild new york city or i built buildings people go yeah old news yeah right and they would write the what would what would uh as i call them kupa randerson anderson kupa uh what would he say to a trump stating his successes from decades ago nobody would let that fly so i'm wondering i think that anderson kupa he did push back which was good i think he anderson kupa was trying to move it along and get to the people's questions and i actually liked the format of people you know real people from our area you know you have drexel student you know a single mom who's a widow you had all these people from all walks of life and so i thought that was good because these people are you know they're asking good questions i thought the one guy who's joe i think his name was he and that was the thing you got to know the audience because it was a smaller audience but the fact that he said that uh um he doesn't know who he's gonna vote for because of the pro-life issue because that is front and center to him and he does not understand harris as he he can't really see anything else and that's real for a lot of people yeah and it was it was really genuine from the guy he's like look i i think she's a nice lady he's looking at who's nice but then he's looking at her policies which he really didn't it clearly he did not like her policies yeah so yeah your thoughts drawn on everything that she just uh spouted off about the border well and don makes a good point that hey and you do too that if you know if you want to talk about how you prosecuted the transnational gangs etc etc but you know new york is like this i'm sure filly what have you done for me lately right don't tell me what you did 20 years ago 30 years ago tell me what you did for me the last four years when you were actually controlling the levers of power and what you did was all of the problems that she laid out the fentanyl uh you know the illegal immigration the border agents being under-resourced and their staff she caused that right now the technicality of whether or not she's the borders are she has been until she started running for president and all of a sudden they decided well she wasn't the borders are but fine you say she was tasked with addressing the root causes of illegal immigration well she hasn't done that either because they're all still coming she talks about this border bill and the reason you know Donald Trump you know she she alleges that Donald Trump uh you know pressured the congress the senate in the house to to to block this bill for political reasons when when no the bill doesn't address the root causes and 75 of the money goes foreign that's it i mean you would have had you would have money going to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, countries i've never heard of and not not for nothing but this border bill border bill still would allow 1.4 million illegals in every year so that doesn't solve any problem and that's not counting anybody who's using the amnesty app the cbp1 app so it didn't fix anything the and the reason it was passed and people said it at the time was when republicans block it they're going to try and say republicans block the border security bill their stance on the border isn't right but people people you know the right information got out right thanks to thanks to stations like this thanks to x thanks to all the people who are telling the truth out there about it saying that well this doesn't fix anything so there's no reason to even to even pass it that was a political stunt right that was the political stunt i agree uh Anderson Cooper asked why wasn't any of this done in the last four years uh this is cut 11 philip go i uh the woman who helped raise us was a small business owner i know who small business owners are i know what they do they are the backbone of america's economy and for too long we've overlooked their value to the economy as a whole much less to the economy of neighborhoods and communities so that's why my plan and it's a new approach is about tax cuts for our small businesses so that they can invest in themselves and grow and in the process invest in communities invest in neighborhoods and strengthen our economy overall so those are some examples it's about a new approach a new generational leadership based on new ideas and frankly different experiences i bring a whole set of different experiences to this job and the way i think about him then then Joe Biden some voters though might ask you've been in the white house for four years you were vice president not the president but why wasn't any of that done in the last four years some some people there was a lot that was there's more to do understand and and i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done but need to be done yeah that's and i'm not going to shy away from saying hey these are still problems that we need to fix um i want you to meet jackson white uh yeah we talked about it last week i think on the show or maybe the beginning of this week it's not just the theory it's actually happening it's called the great replacement theory it's part of the great reset and what have we've heard uh i always forget her name who is the lady clark a vet you vet clark she has flat out said i need new people for redistricting in my district this is the whole concept of it and if you look at the seven battleground states of pennsylvania north carolina georgia michigan wisconsin arizona nivada the illegal immigrant population since 2021 has been between 200 to 400 percent growth in those swing states so the objective here is to turn this country really what it's not about working class or who's going to take low paying jobs and some of that is true because cheap labors cheap labor it's about making a one-party system right yeah and if that happens that's what we will have in this country and that's why people are so opposed to it and that's why kamala and my orchus and all these other stuges and you know you can blame harish you can blame my orchus i think it's above them they're just the puppets that are taking catching the strays and taking the bullets this is all about creating a one-party system in this country and i i firmly but you know who says it the best i think shawn is vavic rama swami yeah he's been on this for like two years yeah he's been talking about the great replacement for two and it's like you said it's not a theory it's a process and that and they're they're explaining to you what they're doing you know that that they're they're bringing these folks in and and and the crazy part is some of these people who are coming in i don't know how many but and and i love it wall it's illegal for them to vote but it's also illegal for them to come in right so you've crossed the border illegally okay so you already have no regard for our our nation's immigration law why should i then believe you're going to abide by our election law that's number one number two in places like arizona you can register to vote without proving you're a citizen you could just check a box that says my name is so-and-so i'm a citizen here's where i live and i'd like to vote and you are given access in arizona to a federal only ballot which means only federal races the presidency the senate congress those races you can vote on now it's illegal for them to do that yes but good luck catching them number one and then when you have states like virginia and alabama glenn yonkin and whoever the governor is in alabama okay urging urging the roles of these non-citizens who you've told us it's not legal for them to vote so it shouldn't matter right and now we're soot the d_o_j_ is suing them so it's obvious what they're trying to do right is if they weren't trying to do it they wouldn't care that it's being that that that these states are cleaning it up yeah think about how corrupt that is done that the d_o_j_ will try to sue glenn yonkin for removing people that have no right being on voter rolls why would you do that why why would you be opposed to or be one of these individuals in a state that says yeah we don't require identification like they're just there they flat out tell you to your face what we're doing right well i mean why do you think and so think of think about all this first of all she never answered the drexel student she never answered the question that he was asking about border control and about who pays for everything she never answered the question and that i think anderson cooper i'll criticize him first you know i wish that he had said what about what you're giving these individuals as far as housing free housing how long would that go what's your plan there because that was a great question number one number two i did look up then attorney general kamala harris and back in twenty eleven she did announce them a major arrest using federal resources and working with the feds and the local folks this was back in twenty eleven when she was the age of the attorney general right in california a major central valley gang take it take down and when you look at their stats back then and it's relevant today so she worked with all of these different law enforcement members at all these different layers four out of every ten murders that happened then in twenty eleven in california were gang related four and ten and more than eighty percent of the cases um required witness protection for people and this involved these gangs that were working across the mexican border so she of all people when joe biden and his administration if she's trying to separate herself my question to the vice president the united states of america is that you were right there in the border in twenty eleven you know how dangerous it was then you didn't say to your running mate and your president yo biden you you can't let all these millions of people come in at the very least if you want to you know hopefully get good democrats that come to this country at the very least let's vet them to make sure that they're not these dangerous individuals who are convicted criminals who are gang members she of all people knew that knew who was coming in and you know what we're all the collateral damage and get all these women especially in children who are being raped and brutally murdered and everything we're seeing she knew and they didn't care about us uh... bragory back to you by the way there there there's uh... there's a side uh... there's a side conversation or there's a lot of side conversations happening in the youtube chat i love when the people do their own show people are uh... uh... about trading off of these tickets for tomorrow like some of the case something came up i can't go to the game to another youtube chat so cool that's nice it's like its own little stub hub right right on that's nice yeah uh... cigarettes in the joint you sell them off with you if you can right by the way uh... streaming live on youtube youtube dot com slash at twelve ten w_p_h_ please hit the like button if you're watching the show right now please hit the like button also hit the subscribe button if you okay uh... cut twelve here fill uh... Anderson Cooper asked Kamala Harris on codifying uh... rovey weighed which we know is a big issue cut twelve fill go that is good paying jobs that gives people the dignity they deserve all of those areas i plan on working across the aisle and with congress including the issue of immigration which we've got to fix though let me ask you you've talked about codifying rovey way that would obviously require sixty votes in in the senate uh... a majority of the house that's a big that's a big leap you don't we don't have that yet if that's not possible to codify it in the house what do you do i think we need to take a look at the filibuster to be honest with you but the the reality of it is this let's talk about how we got here when donald trump was president he had selected three members of the united state supreme court with the intention that they would undo the protections of rovey weighed and they did as he intended and now in twenty states we have trump abortion bands that include punishing health care providers doctors and nurses in texas you know they provide for prison for life for a health care provider for doing the job that they believe is in the best interest of their patient job you know laws trump abortion bands some that make no exception even for rape or incest one of the areas i special and as a product specialized in as a prosecutor was crimes against women and children the idea you would tell a survivor of a violation to their body that they have no right to make a decision about what happens to their body next this is what's happening in our country you all may have heard the stories women have died women have died because of these laws and the suffering i have to say i understand traveling for example i again i was with liz chaney this week she is unapologetically pro-life and will also tell you if she doesn't agree with what's been happening i i find that many people i've met who are pro-life have said to me you know i didn't intend that this would happen i would i didn't intend that women who are suffering of miscarriage would develop sepsis as okay so we've certainly talked about this controversial subject that always gets people you know in their feelings one way or the other and i you know i've made my position very clear i i wanted when i saw that this was going to be on the cut sheet i just did some digging and i i found this to be interesting this was in the new york times what's today the 24th so this was two days ago the new york times of all places and i just want to give these statistics really quickly and then don shawn you guys can uh... take it any which way you want on the subject that is abortion and ro v wait but the new york times of all places with the story headline reading abortions have increased even for women in states with rigid bands study says now i'm not saying this changes anything from a whether or not this will continue to haunt republicans in elections where abortions on the ballot but claire miller and josh cats of the new york times wrote in nearly every state that is banned abortion number of women receiving abortions still increased between twenty twenty and the end of twenty twenty three so i thought that was interesting considering ro v wait was june of twenty twenty two so even for a year and a half after that so you go through the end of two thousand twenty three according to the most comprehensive account of all abortions by state since the overturning of ro v wait and they also go on to say in the thirteen states that enacted near total abortion bands the number of women receiving abortions increased in all but three according to the study i'm not really sure what that means other than the fact that it looks like from just looking at the study in the data and this is coming from the new york times of all places that the availability or the the ability to get that procedure still accomplished has not been eroded or eliminated or made more difficult because it looks like just based on the numbers the frequency and duration is still occurring i'm not sure what you make of that don but your thoughts well it's first of all more than more than half of these procedures are a pill that either is prescribed by a doctor or comes in the mail and so they don't report that a lot and they want to make this as far as you know she keeps talking about the woman i believe from georgia but in fact that woman who's family or who had friends or family on that show with Oprah that we had profiled in fact the the family of the woman who tragically died and was taken to an er and did not receive care they have an attorney who says has nothing to do with that it was it was medical malpractice and so the mythopristone which is the the medication there were many other complications that the family's own attorney is suing that hospital and says no no no no this was that's not what this was has nothing to do with the abortion law it has to do with a hospital that did not do the right thing that and and so these cases are being debunked when they say oh a woman died no if you go if you rush to the hospital and you're basically bleeding to death and they let you go for 20 hours that's insane nobody thinks that's true it's it's a lie and so and so the issue here is that this issue is becoming antiquated because of first of all plan B which is for the younger women i talk about it all the time plan B is a medication in which after somebody has relations whatever that looks like they take the pill the next day the plan B it's 50 bucks and it's at cvs you don't need a prescription or it's at wall it's at wall mark you take it the next day and you get your period if you're already pregnant it's not going to affect a pregnancy that's the number one thing being used and unfortunately it's being used right now as birth control which i don't think is really good for women and it's what teenagers in college age girls that's what they do i'm telling you nobody talks about this um so this this very issue is becoming antiquated they know it and it's a huge money fundraiser for them just look at we've talked about this plan parenthood their pack look at how many hundreds of millions of dollars plan parenthood donates to political campaigns one hundred percent democrats and then what do the democrats do well they they find ways to fund plan parenthood right so it's a money laundering operation shawn your thoughts yeah i mean this is this this all boils down to me this abortion issue and it always has to personal accountability there are a lot of ways to make sure that you don't get pregnant are they all foolproof they're not i understand the case of rape that's a tragic situation but i've talked to Kathy Barnett who's a product of rape and and you know and if you listen to her story you you will really understand how precious life actually is but it comes down to me to personal accountability when i ran at grassroots political movement on long island with tens of thousands of people engaged in school board races we put new people on those boards in in county legislatures we put new new representatives on those legislatures for county executive offices we got people elected district attorney's offices we got people elected because we wanted things to change abortion is now a state issue if you feel however you feel about it whether you're staunchly pro-life like i am or you're staunchly pro-choice like Kamala Harris is it is now your responsibility to go out and make the change and get the legislation passed and have the conversations and influence the policies in your state it's up to you and the problem that i have is everybody no matter what side of the island is whether you want something completely banned or you want something to have no restrictions unfettered no matter what the case is everyone seems to default to well government's got to fix it when have they ever fixed a problem the answer is never never so stop relying on government to codify the protections per row versus way by the way if we're talking about protections let's ask the newborns that are getting killed right let's ask the infants that are getting killed are they being protected no nobody's advocating for them when we're codifying row versus way that's number one and the number two for the pro-life activists who are maybe a little upset with kind of where Donald Trump is right now in terms of being pro-life well don't get mad at Donald Trump his power has been taken away this is not a federal issue the supreme court says it is now a state's issue the supreme court says it is now your issue it is now your responsibility to get off of your rear end organize with your friends like we did on Long Island because we wanted things to change with education we wanted things to change in Nassau and Suffolk County we wanted things to change in our local and state government and we got that change because we put in work what was I doing I was selling paint we had people that were stocking groceries plumbers contractors you know moms dads cops guard national guardsmen military service members and we were all still out there doing it if we could do the work to get the change that we want so can you so stop relying on the government to do it one way or the other that's my thing with abortion it's not a government it's not a federal government issue it's not but it's over but it's here's the deal if we take away the abortion issue as a major fundraiser opportunity for career politicians for the swamsters on both sides quite frankly but mostly the democrats who are pimping women's health calling it women's reproductive health really what have you done for me lately what have you done for women zero they're pimping us ladies they're pimping women's and girls health for their own political careers that's what they're doing and so by making this a state level issue and if we can take this away from being a low hanging fruit to raise the money guess what we save everybody's health and and lots of lives and preventing abortions because you know what and if we improve the economy as well maybe women will have their baby maybe they'll want to have their baby but maybe they'll prevent an unwanted pregnancy no matter what that looks like there are people right now married couples who have four kids who say well we had some unwanted relations going to do the plan b and bring out my period because we cannot afford another baby that is tragic we should we should and they would love another child that that's sad to me i know people in that boat and so we've got to take up this issue away as a fundraising opportunity for swamp career politicians don't do you think from a female perspective with Tulsi gabbard in the toe and Nikki Haley obviously lingering and looming maybe Trump's bringing her out in the last moment do you think they i guess we can start with specifically Tulsi gabbard has she done enough on this specific issue being considering you know if she's a female and she's a former democrat because it feels like to me like that would be a great way to utilize her as an asset or or is this you know water under the bridge at this point you can't put the genie back in the bottle it doesn't matter what a republican trots out female wise now i think that you know we're so close to the election right now i do think that in general nobody really talks about the issue nobody does a good job of it because it's like my brother john bat has said for years you know anything that bleeds once a month and lives is not human you know we ha ha ha we don't want to talk about that we have to have the conversation we just have to have the conversation and view things like birth control pills which are now going to be i've been saying this for years make the don't call it birth control call it medication which is what it is it is it mitigates the cramping and the bleeding and then you become anemic so we i know it's like squeezing oh man she's talking about the thing you know we all had codenames uh Santa or whatever we got to stop you know i mean just stop and have the conversation because once we do then we we just rip that away and we take that away from all the court career politicians who seriously they've been disingenuous over these years if pro-life politicians really wanted to save lives and and talk about prevention in real birth control they would have but they come out it's about saving the babies and then on the other side they say your body your choice on both sides many not all but many have been they've lied to us and they sure i'm serious when i say this they're they're pimping girls and women yeah and costing you know think about innovation think about elan musk and you know going to trip tomorrow we'll probably get to mars before we can solve a lot of the problems that would mitigate you know that the female symptoms every month you know what i'm saying and it's because it's not it's not really a priority it's a big lie because they raise so much money off of it and the problem is abortion was supposed to be safe legal and rare and now we had in 2019 because there was a question in the youtube chat where our babies being killed so let's go to Ralph Northam because apparently we forgot what he said in an interview Ralph Northam was giving an example of what could happen if a mother whose fetus had severe deformities or wasn't otherwise viable requested an abortion while in labor Ralph Northam says the following the infant would be delivered the infant would be kept comfortable yeah the infant would be resuscitated if if that's what the mother and the family desired and then a discussion would ensue between between physicians and the mother no no once that infant is delivered there's no discussion that's a living being we don't kill people in this country we don't do that okay well i look at what minnesota is doing my friend yes uh tim wall right he's running is running as as her running mate so yeah they are doing it okay i'm not saying they're lining up babies that are being born in a firing squad one is too many period argue with that one is too many that baby that Ralph Northam is referencing in this 2019 clip is an american citizen protected by the constitution you can't kill it you can't i don't care if the mother doesn't want it i don't care if it's deformed okay you you you just can't we don't do that in this country we just don't i that that bothers me because it is happening and you have this this late term where you have viable babies that the mother i don't want it anymore let's just let's hit the do over button it's ridiculous you know safe legal and rare that's where it started that was built clinton and now look where we are gregory back to you sir uh on what mistakes Kamala Harris has learned over the last four years i would undo nothing cut 16 fill uh go and everybody as human beings weird not perfect we have our flaws we make mistakes we have our weaknesses and the office of the presidency can sometimes bring those weaknesses out in ways that the incumbent may not expect what weaknesses do you bring to the table and how do you plan to overcome them so can we free frame this real quick can we just freeze it and pause it if it's like before we get to the actual because Kamala is going to offer nothing of substance well i'll save this clip look at the guy's sweater vest coming out of the t-shirt under the shirt look at this does everybody see this you stop it the sweater vest is coming up under the t-shirt under the dress shirt almost up to the adam's apple yeah this guy's got a he's got a rug on his chest he's got a tuck that interview you gotta tuck that in there you trim that off a little bit yeah that's what we're doing here that's not a good look joe no come on joe's a very nice man uh joe's a swagger i'm sure he's nice but he you know oh my god joe might be a listener we don't know i like that i like the hair i like the hair we're going to get joe in for a waxing on the air as well it's sexy it is a sexy yeah wait wait don't like to grizzly bear hair like chest hair is sexy yeah oh what's wrong with you yeah there we go she wants to know about mistakes right what about the view there is not a thing that's not a thing there is not a thing that comes to mind i'm still getting over don't say and chest hair is sexy yeah yeah yeah don't like don't shave that that's a weird man throw it out baby that's you be you be you embrace your manhood i am smooth as a baby's butt all right so let her just sexy too you be you thank you well i am certainly not perfect so let's start now we know that and um i think that i perhaps a weakness some would say but i actually think it's the strength is i really do value having a team of very smart people around me who bring to my decision making process different perspectives 92% of my team will tell you i am constantly saying let's kick the tire on that let's kick the tires on it um because i listen i as i mentioned earlier i started my career as a prosecutor i was a courtroom the back to the prosecutor yeah i've tried everything from low level of fences to homicides and i learned at a very early stage of my career and adult life that my actions have a direct impact on real people in a very fundamental way yeah like when i was attorney general california i was attorney general of the what what is the fifth largest economy in the world and acutely aware that my words could move markets so i take my role and responsibility as an elected leader very seriously and i know the impact it has on so many people i may never meet and that is why i engage and bring folks around so i may not be quick to have the answer as soon as you ask it about it no we know that specific policy issues sometimes because i'm going to want to research it i'm going to want to study it memorize your lines i'm kind of a nerd sometimes and some might call that a weakness especially if you're you know in an interview or just kind of you know working with a certain question and you expected to have the right answer right away but that's how i that's how i work yeah yeah i'm a nerd i need to take five days off behind closed doors and cram for the final exam and then even if it's not the right question i'm going to give you the answer that i memorized you know it's amazing is you look at her turnover rate i think it's either 92 or 93 percent this is a lady that never reached the point five years ago where she earned a vote in the primary i mean she guys she gals she tapped out before yang did yang got further than she did she i mean she is a very very i think truly an unlikable person very much so and she's gonna get votes this time around by default i don't know if that i don't know if that's true nick i'm gonna push back on that i actually think that the panelists yesterday said when they met her they thought she was charming and they thought that she was a very nice person and so i i'm gonna push back on that because i think the truth of the truth is that it's not about who you like the reason that she's a national figure all of these people and i say this to people all the time if you meet Joe Biden if you meet Hillary Clinton you know what i mean if you meet these people in person there's a reason that they are at the level they are as a national figure they have a charm to them so i think that if i if we met her she i think she's a very seems like very nice lady okay what i think we need to do is get away from this whole personal attack thing that both sides do and because they're not that we need to get into the issues and so my question about this is to that to that panel of people who gathered in delco they weren't all necessarily from there because we had people originally you know we had somebody who's at drexel right here in university suit you know university student that sort of thing but my question to any one of the people on that panel who are citizens from our area did she answer your questions fully no she didn't of course and that's the issue here that's yeah her strongest moments when she kind of came alive or when she could not talk about what she actually believes in she could not detail her policies the question is why and the her strongest moments were when she was ripping into her opponent and and she was because there was the phony well-placed new york times story about trump from somebody from years ago who's claiming the trump was like admiring hitler those were her like most powerful memorized moments that's a real problem she can't detail her policies you know why because what she really believes deep in her soul and her heart is illustrated by what was pulled up recently online by ironically liz chaney who talked about the fact that Kamala harris as a senator was considered the furthest left left of bernie sanders yeah yeah yeah oh she's left in the president yeah she's in the so far left so she can't say what she believes because she's trying to look like she's more moderate yeah Sean your thoughts yeah no i i you know i think that she is when you get to know who she actually is people may like her facade you know they like they made they may have fallen for this little sci-op for lack of a better word of of that you know that the cackle that has been notoriously cringe is now joyful um i mean even van jones said it when she launched her campaign and announced that you know when she was the the presumptive nominee that she went from cringe to cool in 24 hours she isn't normal um people may have fallen in love with the facade they may have gotten kind of you know coaxed into believing that oh okay the cackle is joy and she smiles and she's kind of you know she's got more energy than joe biden and let's contrast it but i think when you learn who she actually is i think she truly is with the 93 turnover rate and and what happened in 2019 with her presidential campaign not not a likable person when you when you when you meet the real Kamala Harris the real one and also keep in mind too remember before she was installed to replace joe when we look at the net favorability ratings from gallop the only person with a lower favorability rating than joe biden was Harris was Kamala Harris you even had democrats and left wing media right talking about well how do we get her off the ticket if we get joe if joe leaves yes we get her out too and then and then yesterday harry enton is talking about where she ranks compared to obama joe and hillary with young black voters now i i don't expect her to do better than obama did but when kamala harris is 10 to 12 points lower than joe biden that's a problem old white dude hillary clinton old white lady and she's a younger african-american female even harry even harry in was stunned holy cow yeah but why is that it's because she's inauthentic it bingo that was it she took the word right out of my yes she's she's not relatable no and she's because why she's she's so far left that if she said what she really believes which we have all the audio clips from back in the day people go oh no we're we're not with her right and so that that's so she's trying to fit into this box and be somebody that she has never been and she never will be and then the wall street journal while kamala likes glocks vinyl records and formula one and i the more i thought about this wait a minute so the racing the auto racing i guess technically a sport that you like is also foreign by the way formula one is a foreign thing and then a waste of gas then you're not racing ees right by the way lady if you like racing why don't you root for nascar that's an american racing league oh that's funny that's a good point uh we should we should break we have so much more because uh you three yenters keep on keeping i know three fat mouths uh what did the panel what did the uh pundits think of last night left and right plus msnbc talked to um black philadelphia voters and it didn't go super well we saw this uh we will get to all of that on the other side nick if you want yes indeed calon company will continue and also i see your calls so hang tight we'll try to weave in some of your phone calls before we wrap up the hour back after this nick don greg and shawn it's talk radio twelve ten w p h d the n_b_a_ is back in fandall in partnership with valley sport mode that fandall dot com gambling problem call one eight hundred gambler we will be back in just a second do not touch that dial this is the kaolin company podcast from talk radio 12 10 w p t and on the free on a c app she wanted to prove that security at a football game is more secure than our or than our border is that she said she said she said she this was not something that she determined that she was going to do until 30 seconds before doing it and she was going to run on the field and prove a point and she said i made it 60 yards and they stopped me but these people can walk right into our country and go a lot further than 60 yards she said that on the twitter space but by the way when i was watching the the video i went back and watched it about 38 times in my my personal time how many times 38 and um i was breaking down the film though and i shut the i turned the lights off i went into my film room when she running you know chris brouts right chris brouts and uh you notice the security guard he's coming full speed to get her and then as he gets closer and closer all of a sudden you kind of just kind of like wraps his arm around like they won homecoming king and queen and they're walking off the field they were very gentle with they were you know sure they were she's like they didn't tackle me you know thing but she's uh she she said this on twitter spaces on um on x on tuesday night with when antonio brown came in as well she she came in because uh one of the one of the guys who we do the spaces with was he it wasn't intentional but he was literally next to her right and got the film the video of her walking down to jump onto the field right and um and she said she's a patriot she's a trump supporter and was doing it to prove a point yes and most men watching sunday led football that's all that we're like holy cow i'll point out that she also said you know i don't care if you like this guy or hate this guy how was your life in 2016 versus how it is now so you could say that she has a or an incredibly uh beautiful uh pair of points of view yes yeah she's got um she's got big trumps uh how did they uh can we continue here please yeah that's my old name's three her cop run over talking like talking like school girls yeah no fast on we are catty bunch of well you know you look at you when you talk about by the way people uh mr president you like a nice pair well i wanted to know i have to say this you know uh i want to bring up Nancy Pelosi oh no he's stuck on it she left cover that she left her headlights on and that picture you know that the brakes are on you gotta turn them off she has the daytime running lights you know what i'm talking about please don't bother me with such uh your thoughts well i'll just tell you what i'm hearing from people who i've been talking to uh and that is that uh if her goal was to close the deal uh oh they're not sure she did that right right and you know some people have asked is she being held to a different standard oh maybe but that's maybe the world that she's living in oh and on the question of who she is people are understanding that a little bit more but what she will do the question about her legislative priorities name one there there wasn't one um you know some more of her personality and her sort of character uh questions about your weaknesses or uh what what mistakes uh did you make not necessarily the answers there having said that um any time that she can be in front of an audience and interacting with voters is a win as far as her campaign goes and they are very happy about that i don't know about that so she's got no policy and she's got no personality yet she could actually win the election that's scary times to be living in but you're sitting there and saying a standard that she's held to and that's unfair what is the standard she replaced a brain dead corpse all she has to do is prove that she's a capable functioning human being and i don't know that she's been able to do that so far in nine ten weeks or whatever it has been she's having a hard time doing that and and for bash you know she's insinuating that well because she's a woman in this world uh you know it says that's what she means you know because everyone's saying now that it's a misogyny thing if she loses yes it's an incompetence thing if she loses right awful okay that's what that's the problem and and remember the left knows that she's awful because before biden dropped out they were panicking about her being the next the next man up and they thought she was dragging down the ticket yes remember there was conversation midway through the first term about replacing her replacing her right and now it's like well she's being held to a standard it's a standard you created by the way i mean but they're you know they're they're trying to play this whole thing well because she's a woman right it's a a joy read and all these other people said misogyny it's a misogyny thing it's not a misogyny thing she is a terrible candidate she has a very hard time relating to the american people has nothing to do with her gender yeah exactly uh david axelrod what did he say as we know he's he was a big uh obama the surrogate and and helped in the campaign got 22 philgo oh wait hang on sorry phil that's my fault wrong boy boy i i i need to have i need to have a meeting with myself i i agree he's having a bad year yourself and i in a conference from a 1002 sir yes this is when david axelrod i think you're probably going to go to when he talks about the word sad yes yes and here's somebody who who is an obama guy yep and abigaty big with the democrats so when he says this ouch but axelrod speaks it might as well be obama speaking cut away cut that's a very good perfectly but cut 22 Sean got our i felt on abortion rights because she feels passionately about it she could be clinical on some of these economic issues she was great on the long-term care for the uh for for the elderly to help people in the sandwich but the things that that would concern me and then i she did one thing at the end that i thought was really important the things that would concern me is when she doesn't want to answer a question her habit is to kind of go to world word salad city and she did that on a couple of answers one was an israel anderson asked a direct question if you be stronger in israel then trump and uh there was a seven-minute answer but not none of it related to the question he was asking and so you know on certain questions like that on immigration uh i thought she missed an opportunity because she would acknowledge no concerns about any of the administration's policies uh and that's a mistake sometimes you have to concede things uh and she didn't concede much but i'll tell you something at john king mentioned bill clinton no one's going to be bill clinton but you do want to relate to the people in front of you didn't do a lot of that she didn't do a lot of that she didn't ask them questions she did not share jell is like particularly again uh so she was giving set pieces uh too much but she said something at the end uh that i thought should be actually a frame if they want to go down this road this is a great frame she said he'll have an enemies list i'll have a to-do list and the to-do list is going to be the concerns you mentioned tonight i think that is a fundamental argument here thank you what is your what is that what are their respective motivations and are they and who's going to actually work on the stuff that is going to impact positively on your life hey he was he to dawn's point that's a very good point he did keep repeating that and his point was was like he was like combo if you're listening keep going with that yeah you know what i mean don't help her you don't y'all give you first crack your thoughts on word city salad word salad city or were you that man i i mean when david axelrod says what he just says it's brutal and they all know it you saw their fake amount you know and because they're root you know they're rooting for her of course by the way uh newman price get to work on word salad city to the tune of paradise city by gods and roses yes sir thank you thank you sorry don't keep up with those new men yeah i mean so it what he's saying is what we should be saying in other words uh and i was just like writing in the chat to Sharon because i'm trying to multitask her but in other words because Sharon's like dawn she's not likable my point is this oh god it's not answering the chat i know but it's like maybe what you're thinking it's maybe what you're thinking that if we just focus on what he just focused on her policy if she can't if she can't even in a moment with with p can you imagine any other candidate in that moment to relate to that crowd i mean for me if i'm that candidate bill clinton would have been down holding the hands of Pam and sure i know i'll feel your pain right it's pretty good on us pretty good thank you i take that as a cobbler from somebody who's the best at somebody does a bit of jam but seriously and i think and you know you think about trump i wish trump would have done the event he would own that room because he would have ripped through the details of his details and talked about his details and he would have ripped her for not giving any detail not answering any question so the point is stay on point yeah to talk about you know whether she's likable or not that's not the point the point is her policies first of all we don't know what the hell her policies are number one and number two which so all we can do is look at her track record to have actual rod say that about her what is he saying she's not likable she's not relatable she's not answering the question she's not qualified she's going around and around repeating herself in this crazy world set word salad i can't think of of a worst thing to happen to the democrat at the top of the ticket you know so there would be a lot of glorious ways to see the reasoning be why she could potentially lose and we'll never really know i mean yet exit polls maybe it's the black vote maybe it's jewish vote hispanic vote young old whatever it might be but in the world of identity politics which which they created i mean they've replaced joe biden with an incompetent unlikable individual and forget whether or not kamala made the mistake with the wrong vp maybe the power brokers chose the wrong top of the ticket they could have galvanism if they wanted it right could have had josh superior probably a better option over galvanism but they didn't do that because they could not bypass somebody that checks off two boxes for another white man yeah that's it they couldn't did the d_e_i_ you know you live by d_e_i_ died by d_e_i_ and that's exactly what happened and to hear axle rod say what he said on c_n_n_ about word salad city and we knew that was one of the biggest criticisms of kamala harris for the last three and a half almost four years right that's what she does and and what he said is is the truth and you know that when he speaks he's an obama mouthpiece right so you'd like to believe i i think that barack obama feels the same way about her and i think if you look back to july 21st when joe biden dropped out of the race it's why he declined to endorse right away because he he and his in his heart of hearts did not want it to be her at the top of the ticket and his way out would have been to say let's have a process but joe biden endorsed her out the door when he walked out the door he tapped her and said she's the next man up she's she's vice president you know i she's the one i'm i'm getting behind and that screwed up the plan they could have gone with a better candidate but biden didn't let them i don't think obama has ever liked kamala harris he's being a team player now and what has he been reduced to you know i call him stale potato chips because you remember what it used to taste like a lot of people used to enjoy it but it's stale i mean it's like i can't even pretend i like these anymore they're so stale which were stale or soggy potato chips soggy yeah soggy sucks soggy's bad yeah soggy yeah and as far as the whole kamala thing let me let me just and i know we've talked about it was a pipe dream but everybody thought there was still a sliver of a chance a percentage shot that it would happen and it didn't and it was a long shot with michael obama do you think after june 27th and that disaster is debate or maybe even before that before it became kamala do you think anybody actually reached out and had a conversation of hey i know you hate politics i know you like your personal life but just kind of sniffing around any interest do you think that conversation was ever had with michael yeah and they had to settle on kamala totally i think it absolutely because she's the only she was the only one that would have made sense at that time it's flashy right big you know grand slam home run people would have melted the hearts would have melted over over michael obama right she has a very high favorability rating on the left and you're dealing with it you were dealing at that point with a dejected democrat party unmotivated if it was michael uh you know they they would have been excited i think people reached out and and obviously she doesn't want to do it because if she wanted to it would be her without without question she doesn't want to do it she hates politics she doesn't why would michael obama want to want to have to serve in that role she already kind of has the influence now right without having to do the job of the president for the four years that she would have to you know travel and deal with the world leaders she doesn't have to do that she's she's had a great life yep not to mention she doesn't like politics but i do think those calls remain yeah i do think so by the way since this is kind of a winning formula you want to continue with this into the nine o'clock hour i i have a ton more yeah let's keep it going philadelphia uh these philadelphia voters interviewed by msmbc i still want to get to that yeah we have dana white on the current state of america mick foley oh boy more rastler more and it has an emet has a message to A Montgomery County Pa Republican office was forced to shut down due to bomb threats this past Sunday morning and it looks like Kamala Harris has a new accent she debuted at a West Philadelphia church
