so filled off your police releasing today's surveillance video showing a man who appears to be thin with a beard rummaging through the dumpster and this is part of the investigation I did not do that stay out of those dumpster fairs don't have to even have been here 24 hours and he's already done already rummaging and looting hey I see how it went in Philly right yeah you feel right you know I was looking for the I was looking for that world series I was promised from the fill it out damn well this it can be this has to do with the police investigation we've been talking about and this is after a fire was set outside historic congregation make the Israel and so they're releasing the surveillance video showing one man the other incidents there are at least two other incidents of graffiti of anti-Semitic behavior and of the arsonist like I say torching the dumpster outside the historic Philadelphia synagogue which by the way it's older than the country this is you know nationally famous so vandals scribbling profanity on a statue outside and so the question here is are the three guys who've committed the vandalism are they working together is this some kind of anti-Semitic situation obviously the one where there was do is scrolling the graffiti that one is but what about the dumpster fire so they're looking into it they're trying to release the video police out from the 9th district there city firefighters were called to the congregation along North 4th Street near Market Street in the old city neighborhood and that was on Tuesday of this week but since then we've had actually three different at least three different incidents by three different people police want to get these guys releasing the video if you can take a look so we also have an update Philadelphia City Council meeting today Thursday so we're expecting maybe some fireworks out of Philadelphia City Council learning more about the controversial Sixers arena and then they're expected to make that final vote on the bike lane safety bill which is has been a huge deal here in Philadelphia because of all those deadly strikes against bikers so we'll follow that one for you McDonald's it's the onions it's the onions the strain of E. coli linked to McDonald's quarter pounders not in this area at all this is in Midwestern states started out in Colorado and they say that it's the onions no though not the beef ferris was sharing a story with McDonald's with me before the show this morning you know I had McDonald's we had it a few weeks ago and we got sick I mean bad pretty pretty bad you know so and I said maybe it's E. coli and then two weeks later E. coli broke out of McDonald's so you know I'm a doctor I'm not vaccinated I knew mass didn't work from the beginning if you had listened to me you would have had a much better time during covid and we always knew it came from China okay did you have a quarter pounder no but I had the two cheeseburgers and they were onions I can tell you that they were onions and and you know things haven't been right in the stomach area for a couple weeks but you know you know Chris Christie knows what I'm talking about it's okay he could use you know a little E. coli little cleanse wouldn't heart attack that's right McDonald's yeah one one happy meal away from goal weight oh man oh sorry it's going to be a rough 48 hours break we're the most immature show in India and it's all because of dawn sent one day it's the T word and the next day it's the C word but it was a K word Boeing machinist yesterday rejecting that new contract for Pope man Boeing is out of bad week so far Boeing machinist rejecting the new contract proposal that would have ended a weeks long work stoppage against the embattled aerospace company and the union says the strike will go on so 64 percent of those workers voting to reject the new contract and this is the international association of machinist and aerospace workers union represents 33,000 Boeing workers in Washington Oregon California representatives for the company not talking much about this but they have pointed out that the proposed contract would have delivered a 35 percent raise over a four-year duration and it would up 25 percent cumulative raises provided in a previous offer it seems that what they're most upset about is that they want the reinstatement of the company's defined pension so you know a lot of most people in America do not have a pension and it's a wonderful thing if you have it but they want this reinstatement of the company's defined pension and so that's a big sticking point here yeah I know many people that have finished working in the last 15 20 years that are retired and they're like yeah I've got this pension and I'm like it's such a foreign term to like the younger generation today like all we know is 401k right yeah yeah but remember most government workers most municipal employees and government workers especially federal government they all get a pension still oh yeah don't don't and I have pensions through our for our union that's right tag after yeah yeah yeah this is true so we have also with Boeing I don't know if you saw this and I'm only mentioning it because I walked in this morning with Dave Scalish our brilliant engineer yeah they said did you see hey Dave we need some more headphones in here oh no I'm sorry Sean is using Jimmy Kelly's headphones yeah from 1999 oh wow great they work great they really do they work well they were there they're doing very well yeah some some cans never go out of style I got I got ears the size of I mean you know and they work right there's I said it's perfect okay though we're now he's just so happy yes so Boeing not happy they a Boeing made satellite shattered in orbit nobody knows why the thing just shattered and mostly disintegrated but now I guess anybody else up there has to dodge and I don't know Bob and weave if they are if they I don't know how that works with the space junk but Boeing made this satellite space junk I know space junk was in a movie broke apart in orbit and we're just learning about a company representatives just cannot explain it it's bizarre so looking into that one never would have been if I was your president see what's that's right what's happening with just a line what's been checking in what's happening what's happening with Boeing by the way I know I can't just say I flew here on a bowling on a bowling game so sorry John oh you're 50% of the way there is president Harris in our area fielding questions from good old Cooper Anderson and those and those undecided voters in Delco you call Cooper Anderson I mean Anderson Cooper that's funny you know after further review Cooper Anderson sounds better yeah Cooper because like people are saying it's Sean Farish kind of looks like Bradley Cooper's it's like Cooper on the brain yeah so that's funny Cooper down brother yeah so 32 people in the audience third trip to the critical color counties in just seven days Delco so we'll talk about that what I thought and I know we'll get into it so I'll just you know we know the fascist word the Hitler word all that stuff I think that the takeaways from the audience afterward if you watched it we're very telltale so people not really talking about what what the actual Delco and beyond residents had to say people are like what did we just sit through what did we just witness what was that when what when the CNN panelists have a hard time spinning this yeah you know you've you know you've not done a great job yeah you just know Abby Phillips sitting around boy oh I'll tell you what Scott Jennings gonna have a field day with this one oh yeah you crack me up I think the most telltale thing was that they said afterwards when they were talking you know about the whole Kelly situation that he spoke out and that hit piece in the New York Times and and all the the people said well what this is this is like high school this is like high school gossip we don't even know who that guy is and it was it's a big moment because all of us live and breathe this and that's basically what the CNN people are saying is like we all live and breathe this stuff we look at it we but for them they're like who what who cares yep I agree and that's you know what I mean and that that is refreshing and I think it was good that the CNN moderators admitted it yep low energy as they are if you're Trump you just let her keep talking that's it yep let her go oh Collingswood man it was supposed to be a nice South Jersey family event a fundraiser with pumpkins and pumpkin spice tea and all that's the cops had to break the thing up because of the youths police say more than 200 youths the juveniles became unruly and so the haunted hayride in Knight Park they had a shutter down due to the safety concerns so we're learning more about this as they've been investigating this police did work to disperse the event but they're talking in the future are they going to cancel these things we've seen this across the region we see it every fall and more and more and even we saw it over the summer many communities canceling these types of family events why because of unruly teens and the youths so that one moving forward we also have our Philadelphia 76ers news with the sixers beating the bucks 124 109 Tyrese Maxi scoring 25 points Andre Drummond 13 points and 11 rebounds it's significant that I think it's a good thing that we won 124 109 when you think our stars Joe LMB and Paul George are not there yeah being criticized early in the season for load management is the terminology and as Greg Stocker once famously said know your load exactly load management something Shawn did not know after the make down I was getting ready to unveil another poop joke by the way going back to the colleagues what story Don 91 LS X or wants to know what the description of the juveniles is or is there one they'll look for yourself no easy to look when they when they omit when they omit when they omit the description it's kind of a tell right yeah you know okay here's the thing yeah this is for you yeah if they were wearing red MAGA hats or black or white they would say their ethnicity if they look like Shawn Farish yeah you know with the MAGA hat yeah and a white dude yeah we would have a full description down to whether their belly button is in any or an Audi I actually have to take a I have to object I right now right now in this moment I identify as a transgender tree self of many colors so I'm not a white dude okay that's it okay hey 2024 you can do whatever you want to be in this lifetime right I identify as an oak tree okay a multicolored multiracial multigendered oak tree and if you misgender me again and call me a pine tree I'm going to HR drive down the hall sir I'll let you know when the lady walks by around 15 Nick gave you the tour this morning I know who to talk to Nick Nick gave me the tour after the show oh my gosh no I got to cut all these spots after the show I don't have time for that no I was gonna do oh I'm sorry to steal your thumb no that's okay you'll figure out something Greg could give you the tour afterward and you know you can see who's better who is the better tour who were better yeah hey we you know where's a better Holland floor company they are sponsor Holland floor covering the nations the regions premiere family owned carpet and flooring dealer new carpet creates such a cozy atmosphere in your home and can really warm add warmth to any room showrooms in Wayne as well as Newtown free samples no obligation estimates Holland floor calm on this cooler day we're at least 20 degrees cooler than we were yesterday right now 62 degrees but we will be warming up to 69 and the sky skies are supposed to clear no measurable rain but a little drizzle as you're coming in today killing company you saw it done thank you very much 618 on this Thursday morning let's get to another big take the big take on killing company and it's brought to you by United tires a big take combo is closing argument three days ago Barack Obama asked this question how did things get so divisive two days ago the Atlantic with another piece comparing Trump to Hitler and yesterday Kamala Harris echoed that sentiment just 12 days to go in the 2024 presidential race and it's clear is day the Democrats have resorted back to the most extreme desperate rhetoric that they have in their hate fueled playbook Trump is Hitler which leads you to wonder how bad are their internal polls Donald Trump is making splashes at McDonald's doing the undertakers podcast appearing on Joe Rogan's podcast tomorrow and set to take over Madison Square Garden on Sunday Kamala Harris and her left wing media allies are back to page one of the fear porn playbook Trump is Hitler and if you don't vote for Kamala Harris you're sexist and you're racist it must be misogyny because a damn sure aim policy to quote Stephen A Smith who roasted Barack Obama for lecturing black men who want no parts of a Harris presidency will it land will it backfire time will tell but it's absolutely safe to say that the Harris campaign could end up being a complete bust will break down the Anderson Cooper town hall with Kamala at the bottom of the hour but she has spent far more time attacking Trump than defining herself which could prove fatal since most Americans polled still say they don't know much about her and this could go down as the most costly loss in the history of politics Axios writing yesterday that the Harris campaign get this has spent one point one billion dollars on this campaign and it only started in late July Donald Trump has spent since late July six hundred and forty million dollars and could very well be leading if the election occurred today here was Kamala Harris selling the tired stale rhetoric of Trump being such a existential threat listen and watch this Donald Trump is increasingly unhinged and unstable and in a second term people like John Kelly would not be there to be the guard rails against his propensities and his actions those who once tried to stop him from pursuing his worst impulses would no longer be there and no longer be there to rain him in so the bottom line is this we know what Donald Trump wants he wants unchecked power the question in 13 days will be what do the American people want thank you you're welcome I think you could argue the way Kamala has handled some of the pushback in some interviews especially recently from NBC news or CNN you could argue that Kamala starting to become a little agitated unhinged unstable she doesn't like to follow up questions in one-on-one settings you saw her with Brett Bear and she's never been in that situation before and she doesn't have the chops for it isn't it also ironic that Kamala Harris and her campaign are resorting to the Hitler comparison at the same time that the Atlantic writes a bogus hit piece on Trump and Hitler Jeffrey Goldberg writing the 23rd hour smear piece with a fake quote of I need the kind of generals that Hitler had this is the claim that Trump reportedly said but Jeffrey Goldberg has the history of proven lies that include the now debunked suckers and losers hoax from 2020 Ryan James Gerdusky is an independent journalist he was a guest on CNN and he pushed back hard on the unverifiable claims that the Atlantic is making about Donald Trump and Hitler listen and watch this masterclass the fact that he appears to have a strong affinity for those who are authoritarians in the leadership does that is that deniable at this point well in the clip you showed he didn't praise them he just called g smart which is the only praise he gave them well it's not okay well it's not but it's not praise either which is what you said it was which it wasn't but according to the Jeffrey Goldberg article which we've talked about this entire night you can't trust that article because the quote 60 000 for an effing Mexican funeral the only two on record sources both said that he didn't say that the only source is an anonymous source and the family of the deceased soldier said that he was lovely to them and in fact they voted for Donald Trump today that's how much they disagreed and they said it was a disrespectful article that politicized the death of their loved one and Jeffrey Goldberg did not care about printing something that they had no sources on the record for and I honest to god like most Americans do not care General Kelly's a farewell tour where he tries to make amends for working for Donald Trump since democrats said we're gonna run all these republicans work for Trump out of town unless they somehow make peace so two weeks before election day he runs to liberal of a journalist Susan Glasser about a conversation that allegedly happened four years ago it doesn't pass a smell task it doesn't and in regards to the it doesn't cost sixty thousand dollars to bury a bleep in mexican claim that too is being met with heavy resistance as to being another false claim to make Trump look bad couple of quotes here mark meadows who was cited in the peace states quote I was in the discussions featured in the Atlantic's latest hit piece against president trump let me say this any suggestion that president trump disparaged miss gian or refused to pay for her funeral services is absolutely false he was nothing but kind gracious and wanted to make sure that the military and the u.s. government did right by Vanessa gian and her family the sister of the deceased soldier noted in the article has since responded saying quote wow I don't appreciate how you are exploiting my sister's death for politics hurtful and disrespectful to the important changes she made for service members president Donald trump did nothing but show respect to my family and Vanessa in fact I voted for president trump today but the ninth inning panic doesn't stop there now yesterday we have this story that is being quote shopped around allegedly about a story that could quote end Donald trump's campaign mark howperin has been talking about a lot of this stuff recently and he offered some more insight in regards to a story that we'll get to in just a moment but listen and watch this and the point I was making is there's all sorts of things being floated out there maybe Jeffrey Goldberg just happened to finish the story two weeks before the election I'm sure Sean will have a point of view about that I know of one story that's been pitched to a major newspaper and to me and for all I know to many others that I don't believe is true but if it's true as I said yesterday it would end Donald trump's campaign just as if the accusations now thoroughly debunked and attributed by American intelligence to Russia about about um uh Tim waltz if those were true it would end his campaign what we're seeing in the final days as a point I was making is well actors who want a certain outcome are on social media and in pitches to reporters and in the case of the Atlantic Jeffrey Goldberg writing himself are trying to affect the end of the race because they're so desperate to try to to try to pull a combi I'm not pursuing the story I don't think it's true people in Mar-a-Lago calm down all I'm saying is there are people out there pitching stuff and and if it were true it would end his campaign but if someone pitched me a story that said Trump is a Martian I might not end his campaign people might think that's cool you get my point it's their stuff like that short of Donald Trump showing up on Jeffrey Epstein's list or Diddy's freak off parties this story will have zero impact on Trump if it's true or if it's even ever made public was it made public it's a story in the Guardian we'll talk about it coming up at the bottom of the hour but it goes to show you the level to which they'll stoop to rid him from the political game once and for all and why well many reasons but perhaps this has something to do with it Donald Trump winning independence in the key swing states here's my buddy Harry Eton from CNN listen and watch this final clip center of the electorate you go last time around Joe Biden won these voters by 11 points you look at September of 2024 a month ago Kamala Harris was up five points among independents you look now though look at this she's only up by two points among a key block center of the electorate down nine points where we're from Biden was at the end of the 2020 campaign of course this is a national picture this is a national picture what is going on in those key battleground states Michigan Pennsylvania Wisconsin the Great Lakes that blue wall right Joe Biden last time around one and by five points over Donald Trump look at where we are today this is the type of movement Donald Trump likes to see in the center of the electorate up by a point now of course that's well less than any margin of error right but again it's the movement it's the trends Mr. Vermin that we're looking at and when you flip a group from going plus five Biden to now plus one Trump that's the type of movement Donald Trump loves to see and it's a type of movement that I think gives Democrats some pretty astounding data so as we round third and we head home imagine the freakouts that are happening behind closed doors right now they replaced Joe they installed Kamala she lasted all the four weeks they've arrested him they've indicted him they've tried to take him off of ballots they tried to take his head off they might have to face reality they may have to beat him legitimately at the ballots and that I believe is their biggest fear and that's the big take the big take on killing company and it's brought to you by United Tire if you need pumpkin spice oil changes well actually no nobody really needs that but what you do need is the best price on name-brand tires United Tire doubling every manufacturer's rebate if tires have a manufacturer rebate of a hundred dollars guess what you save two hundred dollars united tire dot com don't drive alone drive united we'll come back and everybody's thoughts and reaction to everything that transpired yesterday with Kamala also this story from the Guardian with Trump that dropped about an hour after I submitted my big take last night and then Kamala Harris and the CNN Town Hall it's all still ahead Nick Dawn Greg Sean everybody here on a Thursday morning it's talk radio 1210 WPHT uh is the Kaling company podcast from talk radio 1210 WPHT and on the free Odyssey app Kamala's Town Hall last night with Anderson Cooper she could do one with Cooper Anderson she could do one with Bradley Cooper bill Anderson it doesn't matter it's the same word salad it's the same memorized script no matter who she does it with but this really feels like desperation and Don I'll start with you yesterday she comes out she basically parrots and echoes a lot of the things that the Atlantic wrote and this just goes to show me that everything that they have tried if we're believing keyword believing the polls it hasn't worked it hasn't penetrated so we're back to square one again where goodbye to joy goodbye to hope goodbye to change turning the page joyful warriors we're back to saying that Donald Trump is Hitler is this a sign of desperation from Kamala 100 percent yeah and it's so over the top from somebody who worked for the administration and then remains silent so if you let's just say god forbid anybody works for somebody who actually idolizes Hitler right and is and is and you believe in your heart as an American patriot that that person is a danger to society and you hold that within what for five years and and you don't tell anybody you don't utter that to anybody yeah well I have a problem then with that individual right if you oh my goodness I mean I knew I knew Stalker was a danger five minutes into working for him I told my wife right away but that's like the kind of danger to get it out of my sister right away but it does wreak of desperation at this point right it's like hey let's go back to the most diabolical thing that I believe certainly has led to the crazies out there coming out and trying to take off the guy's head yeah right if you believe he's he's a Adolf Hitler and shown I know and Don you were fired up yesterday about this because we got into these comments again late in the show and you were all verclampt as you should be and hot and bothered by it and Sean I'm sure you have the same views as well yeah it's it's it's crazy that they're doing the Hitler thing again like it didn't work the first 900 times so let's try the 900 first time but the logic is what Don just mentioned is is true you knew about this for four years and you know you decided to hold it until 14 days before an election and then say oh by the way he idolizes Hitler and nobody else around Donald Trump heard this either you know when Donald Trump likes something what does he do he goes on and on and on and on right that's like kind of like my thing right you know you would think if he idolized Hitler somebody else would have heard it and maybe said something instead of it being held for four years but the logic is is astounding I mean there's a lack of logic but I mean hey I made my connection right Donald Trump worked at McDonald's Hitler never worked at McDonald's Kamala Harris never worked at McDonald's so by that logic Kamala Harris might literally be Hitler too I mean if we're gonna go on that down that road right I put the Fenn diagram on Kamala Hitler both of them never worked at McDonald's so I don't know if she has a mustache she might she's got that turkey neck I call it the gizzard of Oz by the way which was trending yesterday we're off to see the gizzard okay the wonderful gizzard of Oz you thought you thought she was the scarecrow because she doesn't have a brain but she's actually the gizzard okay someone said she's no spring take no spring chicken mm-hmm I said not she's like a full turkey so the neck oh man gobble gobble right and then I couldn't stop looking at it yeah there's my other walked in he goes did you see this thing about her you know her neck I was like what and we it was there was trending and then you can't stop looking at it once you know well you can't unsee it or be unburton whatever you can't see but it is it's horrible it's like we're a scarf or something no but I you know the thing that you know strikes me two things I'll say about this and that is that when you watch and I'm grateful that CNN took the time and actually it was Jake Tapper who took the time to pull out five of the 30 some people who were in that audience last night and they were all sort of obsessed with this one woman Pam who is her husband died she has kids who are I guess summer in college some are about to go in college high school so she was saying hey I care about the money I care about and she said to them this is all all this stuff I don't know who you're talking about and the whole the whole panel agreed and you could see the CNN anchors going holy s yeah rut ro we're in trouble because you know these are people who live in this bubble and think ha ha oh Hitler dictator they got it they who they got him this time and then there's Pam who they like who's just this genuinely good person right who's struggling to make it and and it was so real in their face they that they couldn't deny that and nobody knew who the heck these people were so it just seemed like a disgruntled former workplace or high school bullying situation and so there was that going on yes there was let's start with cut 17 here Phil uh from uh the debate or the uh yeah the debate the town hall last night in Delco um the the question that we're discussing about trump being a fascist of course they'd come up uh Anderson Cooper asked Kamal Harris if she thinks trump is fascist and this is what she said cut 17th they'll go uh dictators said he would be a dictator on day one the former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff has said he has a fascist to the core so I think that when the American people reflect especially those who are undecided on who you should listen to don't take my word for it in fact go online and listen to John Kelly his voice talking about what he thinks of Donald Trump two weeks before the election because I think we all know to your point Anderson it is close but there are undecided voters who clearly by being here have an open mind want to talk in a way that is about grounded in issues in fact and when they hear these facts I think it it compels a lot of people to be concerned about the future of our country with Donald Trump at the lead you could a general milli calling Donald Trump a fascist you yourself have not used that word to describe him let me ask you tonight do you think Donald Trump is a fascist yes I do yes I do and I and I also believe that the people who know him best on this subject should be trusted again look at their careers these are not people with the exception I think of only Mike Pence these were not politicians these are career people who have served in the highest roles in national security you know it's amazing to me I said this yesterday as we played the John Kelly stuff late in the show you know the thing that's so remarkable is you could talk about Hitler you could talk about fascism or authoritarianism any type of terminology out there that's going to get people's eyes to widen up and catch their attention yet all you have to do is say well run the tape right like we lived the first four years what exactly was fascist about Trump and then the media's obsession and this is what I really really despise is especially in that CNN clip that I played for you in the big take with the CNN anchor and Gerdusky where she's like well I mean he he he did say that so and so is smart I think it was in reference to G or Kim Jong-un G and I call him Winnie the Pooh Winnie the Pooh right like what is so bad about saying that other global leaders are either smart or successful or on top of their game I mean that's one of the things why I think we did have global pieces Trump knows how to massage the egos of the Gs and the Putin's of the world he's not besties with them he doesn't view his role in government like they run their countries as communist nations but he's able to massage them and keep them at arms length and prevent World War three that's what they don't seem to gather and we were the thing that's so infuriating is everything they said that was going to happen under Trump is happening right now under Kamala Harris yeah and the problem is like let's say Donald Trump called the Gs and paying an idiot you know what they'd say is well there's Donald Trump you know making anti-Asian remarks you know they would they would go ahead and say that he's being a racist right the other thing is if he's a fascist and a dictator and he's Hitler I don't remember any other fascist dictators leaving power all right just that he he walked out of a like there was no military coup none of that happened as matter of fact he offered the National Guard on January 6th and Nancy Pelosi said no thank you right and and you know that gave way to a lot of what happened on that day so again if it didn't work the first 900 times I don't think it's going to work this time people have been desensitized to the Hitler thing desensitized to the word racism too which is what you said because there is racism that happens in this world in this society and when the real racism you know happens all all we can think about now as well as this another Josie Smollett or is this another bubble Wallace or is this another hoax right rather than maybe taking it seriously take the boys ride wolf right it's exactly what it is that's that's the story yeah that's exactly that's exactly what it is but the biggest story in this this is what struck me yesterday and by the way today so because they're ahead of us Russian lawmakers are just ratifying a pack with North Korea and so now this mutual military assistant situation this is a move that comes as the US we reported yesterday confirming the deployment of 3000 North Korean troops to Russia and so and so we learned this yesterday so mid-morning late maybe it was one o'clock when was that which Kamala Harris holds a news conference outside it wasn't a news conference by the way because she took no questions there wasn't a conference it was first day that's in first day first ever presser right first ever presser but that wasn't even but it wasn't even true so that was it was come out and spout off for three minutes it was a lie it was a lie right it wasn't a news conference that's it so when I looked up because I was still here I look up and I go oh she's trying to look presidential she's holding a news conference look at look at her because this is a real situation happening in the world right yep and look at her trying to look all presidential and then you know Dan Vrowski was it we turned up the volume no she was talking about Trump mm-hmm she wasn't she wasn't her instinct was not to step up and step into that job and lead and say something that matters in the world right she just wanted to call her political opponent give him a smear job yep that's it yep you're right eight five five eight three nine twelve ten we'll come back put a bow on the first hour don't have some news to kick off hour number two and then I'll get to this story the alleged groping courtesy of the guardian was this the story that mainstream media outlets turned down that Mark Halperin was referencing we'll get to that as we continue Nick Dawn Shawn and Greg it's killing company back after this my friends at Piazza know she never worked at McDonald's by the way they would never sit her down in the job interview they didn't let her use a teleprompter so she couldn't get a job I can't do employee of the year brother you know tomorrow tomorrow morning at the at the south jersey I have a p-large 56 in west Berlin New Jersey the former president's gonna have a podium oh podium hmm all right podium okay I did not know this yeah all right I probably should have warned you Sean we're gonna have bulletproof class no I don't know I don't know about that last time I was in the state hard bad things happen there's a yeah it's a it's a it's an FOP lodge so there's me a lot of cops very nice you're gonna be well protected sir thanks yeah uh Wayne Wayne Bonfigolo is on the chat he wants to know if if Sean does want crab fries do you want crab fries I'm gonna see food guy I was just saying that because I saw I watched Nick one time just devour them live on the air he was all okay so you've never had him so it's just french fries with old bay seasoning basically yeah so there's not actually crab me no well I mean I guess you could probably if you wanted to go high end you could get crab tossed in there which I don't know if crab and potatoes a great mix or not but probably not it's old bay seasoning on top of the fries there's no connection to McDonald's with these fries no no no no no chickens and pizza better fries well very good I mean since we're taking orders yeah don what do you want yeah have you decided on a mimosa or a bloody mary I don't know come on how about never eat let's get her let's get her a mega mimosa a mega mimosa wow yes it's a big one Wayne can you make mega mimosas yes by the way this is completely sold out to the only way to listen to it is on the odyssey app we're on 12 10 wphd obviously but um I I believe it's going to be on youtube we'll find out later today if we if we have the technology to make sure it's on youtube I think it will be okay so fingers crossed all right again this is a technological miracle if we can pull this all off but you know we shoot from a star here yeah polymarket has uh over under at one and a half crashes on tech but we will see yeah all right donald have some news to kick off hour two next and then the headline the story was this the story that cnn axios bloomberg and other outlets rejected the headline reads donald trump groped me in what felt like a twisted game with jeffrey eppstein is this the story that quote ends trump's campaign people aren't buying it people aren't even sure if this is the story we'll discuss coming up next start your day with kaolin company weekday morning six till 10 i'm talk radio 12 10 wphd and the free odyssey app i do want to get into uh a story that we had yesterday that we did not get to how trump and kamala can still win the election without winning pennsylvania i know we talk about pennsylvania likely whoever wins the keystone state wins the election but what if a victor is to emerge without getting 19 votes here we'll give you that and then also you know trump's going to be on the joe rogan podcast tomorrow and news week has an interesting story on how kamala harris is slipping with the podcast audience as trump takes on rogan by the way news coming out yesterday that the harris administration has declined the joe rogan podcast really yes that's a dumb thing you know did anybody really expect her to do that no i don't expect her to do it but like don't don't make a statement that say well we should know that's that's just going to take the 14 million people that listen to him and and turn them you say one bad thing about i say it'll i don't like joe rogan i don't i don't think he's entertaining but 14 million people disagree i mean that's fine i i like to say you know he's flip floppy he's kind of wishy washing on some issues and i also say that he looks like a toe because he looks a little bit like a tongue still rogan and they get very mad at me for saying that oh how dare you and i'm like shut up it's a joke and and but that's the point is that they're like you know feverishly loyal to joe rogan so to come out and say well we're not doing that it's only going to make her it's only going to make them less likely to vote for yeah i i thought rogan kind of cow tailed and backpedaled on the odd never gonna have trump on my podcast and well i wasn't really endorsing bobby kennedy and he i'm like dude you say a lot of strong opinion stuff stick to your guns yeah don't don't backpedal now but if he is the quote fearless broadcaster that people claim he is that was probably a reason why the Harris administration's like we can't go i mean what what what what would Kamala do if rogan asked her about the deep state or big pharma i mean she would soil herself it doesn't even have to be about something serious right any detail anything any detail anything it could be what's your favorite color yeah and she would she would answer with i grew up in a middle-class family okay you know i i just yeah that's just that's just it you think about joe rogan what's fascinating about like but one day he's interviewing elon musk and they're talking about why are people in china putting on blue tarps on their rooftops and it's like what yeah and you end up you're sucked into this thing right blue roof yarns it's like all i'm thinking about now right and so that's the kind of detail that that podcast that's what that's the intrigue because you hear stuff you've never heard before right he's he's kind of a curious inquisitive guy and he likes to go down certain rabbit holes and that's not the strong suit of of harris Kamala Harris the thing is you know it's gonna i think that the rogan appearance however long it goes is going to be very similar to trumps x space with elon where it was just kind of like a conversation right i wonder if they're gonna allow i wonder if the trump campaign it's gonna allow rogan to smoke weed because he does that before he does hmm before end during the interview and we know trumps the straight edge exactly exactly what he doesn't like the smoke right excuse me i don't blame a lot i don't like it either i don't like to be around it i don't like smell so they're taping it tomorrow it's not going to be released tomorrow i think they could do gummies i think rogan drops is by the way by the way he's with technology around why not go live why can't we do a live thing i'm fine i know come on man you talk about a uh a big bone to spotify i mean that'd be huge when do you think that they'll drop at that if they're recording it tomorrow probably tuesday yeah there goes my monday big take i think i i think i'm looking at i'm looking at when his um when his pods really usually drop listen to me i sound like i'm part of the biz pods um let me see here that yeah he drops three a week is that right yeah well you got to earn your 17 milli year i guess can you imagine it must be nice three can you imagine on three a week i know it gets 22 million dollars here that was your initial offer to me three shows a week 17 minutes and not greg i feel guilty let's do let's do five days a week okay i don't want to take the flack from my wife i'll do i'll do four hours a day five days a week yeah the pay was just similar to exactly i think trunks should crush it though i do tell you know and i think at the end because rogan has never wanted to admit that he likes trump but i think secretly he does oh he shakes his hand at ufc like he's like a little school girl but he doesn't want to do it because he want to ruffle the feathers and he's a bernie bro and he said he thinks michelle obama would be a great president and i don't i don't vote for who joe rogan tells me to vote for i don't vote for anybody who tells me i come up my own you know just uh opinions but yep but i think rogan wants to like trump i think it's there and and and and you know how trump is in these situations especially if it's like just an unscripted just free flowing he's hilarious right and i think rogan's going to come out of it smiling and laughing and the audience is going to eat it up and it is going to be talked about for days and then and you'll hear kamala could never do it and by the way she declined and this is just it's going to look so bad yes and whenever this drops whenever that is if it's next tuesday just wait give it 24 to 36 hours they will have something on the left that comes out to try to steal the headlines back yeah i think they're also going to they're going to come up with something horrible about rogan too there's going to be a oh yeah you know yep trump actually groped rogan one time back in the day as well yeah all right seven oh seven round number two let's get to the news here is the great dawn stenzaland good morning this thursday morning october 24th we are sponsored here in kaolin company news live by budget blinds so the nba is where we're getting reports the nba is beginning an investigation or likely to begin an investigation later this week which it's already thursday so i i don't know if it's today or tomorrow but this is into the photophilia 76ers and this is apparently surrounding the player participation of all mba center our star joell mb i saw that did you see that yes and reporting that was kind of what i mentioned earlier about load management know your load that the nba does not like when certain players are taking all of these quote um maintenance days because they feel like the customer gets gypped out of if they buy tickets to see nb he doesn't play and he's healthy but he's just quote given the day off so now they're looking it all started with uh with the the left winger from san antonio greg popovich he started this years ago it's kind of hurt the sport hmm yeah so also i apologize it's in my script that the Sixers lost in the season opening game to the box one's 24 to 109 fake news news person no my script that i wrote is correct i just i don't know i messed it up so i apologize oh it's like cooper anderson it's like yeah it was like you know it is yeah i i think i think you're so i think you're starstruck by seeing charan and person i you know i have mr president here great chon farish and i think i got all like i can't really nervous yeah can i start to smell my arms in my hand oh god and thank god molly shannon man i did not did you have to go well received just thinking about that uh so joell so after the bucks lost last night uh joell will miss two more games the box one last night or after what am i doing i don't know it's like a block your segment it's a box block it's a it's a box block the box block i got yeah after the Sixers lost to the box there we go okay who might throw stones i still can't figure out when to use run versus ran so i'm 41 it's true so uh 124 to 109 it was the Sixers lost the box one and so he's going to miss two more games this week friday against the torana raptors and then sunday against the indiana pacers yeah so they're going to look into this what do they do put him through the spanking machine now he just gets to sit there he gets to sit there in a sweatshirt like me doing a radio show just hang out for a couple of hours i think i think radio host should get maintenance days yeah maintenance days yeah you know he should say like yo i'm in philadelphia you know the workers just came back i just thought i could zoom it in for a little bit yeah or you could take shawn fairish out for a night on the town who's doing this now jewell and bead that's a basketball player he's a big he's a big basketball player he's tall he's the dude who played night uh 39 games last season because of he had serious knee injuries and he blames his weight so he's lost a lot of weight reportedly and he's trying to lose more yeah he's lost 30 pounds whatever way he lost chris christie found it was it was it was the portal stop it's a sid uh so we've talked a lot about and this is making headlines here the situation with uh philadelphia police releasing new surveillance images showing these men who are suspected of committing these acts against of a local synagogue that is historic in our region and nationally known so one vandal wrote profanity uh and apparently anti-semitic you know wording spray spray painted it on a statue outside of the this is the historic congregation bick the israel now nobody was injured or anything of that nature but it it certainly is is gathering headlines and concern and we hear so much about the anti-semitism in this country certainly obviously some of this is anti-semitic was the dumpster fire that was started as well that firefighters were called it was a pretty big fire so they're still looking into it keeping this in the headlines updating us on that investigation because the fire did cause some some you know series thousands of dollars in damage does anybody know where donald trump was last time because you know trumps hitler oh yes that's the man did he start the dumpster fire he's you know yeah we should just start you know making it all up oh yeah yeah um we do have and by the way this was significant that the vice president Kamala Harris was with mayor shirel parker i saw a video of shirel in the background this was significant because remember we kept hearing from the insiders that philadelphia democrats are not feeling the love they feel that the harris campaign is disorganized doesn't reach out to them and has snubbed them they were peoed i heard from source i mean they were just downright peoed that she's out in the suburbs with darth's daughter liz chaney as they were you know what i mean they were mad and so it was significant that now she's trying to kiss parkers ring well i gave you the story yesterday from politico that was written by holly otterbein who's a philadelphia reporter and journalist and she said in that story that the ground game in pennsylvania for kamala harris has had a lot of finger pointing and i think this kind of good alludes to what yeah you you're talking about like why i mean if we're in this identity politics world right kamala harris was trying to become the first female much less first african-american female president shirel parker first black mayor in the city's history as a female um why would you not tie her in why are you isn't it amazing how they always demonize the older white person but yeah kamala harris can't seem to get away from the older white person yeah he's hanging out with liz chaney misspicky but not shiro parker she looks like misspicky she's made that's what i told i can't do misspicky but misspicky and kermeter match kermeter kermeter kermeter kermeter kermeter it's going to kick your butt uh so i know we'll get into it talking about uh the vice president here in philadelphia and then as well traveling out to delco but in center city i should say she visited the famous for street deli queen village with the mayor shirel parker and uh by the way she will return to philadelphia sunday trump big rally state college we are mega oh so he's going to penn state yeah state college saturday is now i i haven't looked at the schedule is that for the football game is penn state playing a home game saturday i'm not a uh you know a penn state person but i can check real quick mr college football here doesn't know if the state's playing i follow real college football boy yeah he's following you know he follows the team that can't seem to find a win in tennessee right yeah uh they're playing wisconsin it's a road game yeah penn state play saturday night at wisconsin so trump will be in state college on a day that penn state is not home speaking of penn state um antonio brown was in uh the uh magamim coin x space the other night was he really on tuesday yeah because we we were running that intent if you look at the shirt that he was wearing at the trump rally that's the shirt for that the crypto project yeah so he he actually said because i i asked him i said i'm you know your speech with uh talking about walls how he can't guard you do you think donald trump could guard you and and he was like trump could move quick he can move quick he said tim walls is a san dusky type coach oh wow take down where you would like to go how did you recall that story from 13 years ago it's on your brown so yep yeah i'm seeing it yeah there it is he's wearing the maga gear yeah hang never thought i'd see the day antonio brown he's trying to register people to vote for the whole training and well i know well he's so funny though he's just you know he never know what he's gonna say right and i know we'll talk about elon musk and d oj now coming after giving elon a warning yeah i saw that so i hope i win my milli every day i reenter this it's a violation of federal election law well it is if you pay people to register to vote and that's why he's careful because i i redo this every single day because i guess after they have a drawing they clear it okay so but if you sign up for that million dollar draw it's you have to go on there and say do you support the will you sign the petition to support you know the constitution of the united states right i think it's the first and the second amendment or first and second amendment so nowhere there does it say that you have to even prove that you registered to vote there's nothing about that so he technically is in compliance then as far as he's not breaking let me just say this elon musk is a very smart guy do you really think that he's going to go through all of this trouble and not have all his uh you know eyes dotted and teas crossed probably not exactly but i i also think there's a little showman to to elon this is that's all this is so i thought a scam the whole thing is is that you're getting the money okay the whole thing is is that they're not they're not telling people that you can only win if you vote for Donald trump they're not telling you to vote for mm-hmm it's just getting people to sign this petition and vote right they hate this elon thing but they were totally fine with but suckerberg did though oh yeah sucker bucks sucker bucks which affected this this area big time big time and there were investigations into it and by the way they had nobody so that they're they're thinking is that even though he's properly wording it so i guess that they just this was a warning shot i guess to say you better watch it because even though he's not paying people to register to vote so that technically is legal the justice apartment the warning is well it's so close to an election that the you know that the dear jay's like the effing mafia like it'd be a shame if something happened to you what do you mean like oh god they're the bully you watch yourself here yeah yeah i would want to have uh lightning strike your um your establishment your rocket you know yeah let me break you're like the mob mob but they did send him the morning got to hate the government you know there's nothing to like nothing they're all budget creeps yep like the kennedy's thank sorry hey i had to get that in there and here's the headline you can have it's a letter from the justice department's public integrity section that's the letter the letterhead public integrity section hmm have fun with that title yeah budget blind sponsors are killing company news live here it is fall y'all budget blinds is your one stop shop for blinds shades shutters custom drapery and motorization visit down to business did you purchase tickets and will you be attending the very first day my friend i would be there i would be curly square all right it's a smart guy we love it and we love it are you thinking mimosa or bloody mary sir how about breakfast yes i'd prefer a liquid breakfast with alcohol but you can have the potatoes if you'd like hey i used to be quite the drinker back in the day but i ain't anymore i haven't had a problem with that for years good for you buddy awesome work yeah not unlike nick and myself that's right that's right that's right i love that good for you no i'm happy for anybody who can do that sure i can't all right we got shawn ferris in studio so if shawn ed's one of our hardcore callers he's one of the first on the board every day and he loves to praise Kamala Harris so ed go right ahead hey let me let me tell you what this Kamala Harris the other day is doing an interview and she eludes to the fact that trump had a great idea with the border wall yeah she said something to the effect of why don't care where a great idea comes from and she eluded to the border wall and i'll just say hey she's been out to lunch all this time welcome home yes yes she just spoke for trump yes isn't it an amazing aid if you think about it and shawn and dawn and greg as we go around with this car and we're gonna get to more of Kamala from the town hall so you were saying before the show it was what Kamala said the board the wall was stupid yeah and then it was racist and then i think she was put on the spot about that last night yeah and is in cooper was like so you don't think it's stupid and she was like well i don't care where a good idea comes from he's like so to be clear not stupid and she said you know well i will secure the border you know that whole thing she does and he was like so it's not stupid and she was just like well anderson you know anderson uh if she had she had my favorite you know we have a um you know move over marcus arilius right uh quote i'm pointing out things i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done that need to be done she said that right those are that i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done that need to be done right let me let me why have you done them right let me right or sous let me play what uh what shawn was just talking about phil if you want to grab cut 15 here this is cooper anderson cooper or cooper anderson let's call him uh pressing harris on budget earmark to build the border wall uh cut 15 go i'd we know what can work well let's talk about this compromise bill youth that you want to pass if you're elected you said that's going to be a priority it includes 650 million dollars in funding for the border wall that something republicans wanted that was part of the compromise under don't trump you criticize the wall more than 50 times you called it stupid useless and a medieval vanity project is a border wall stupid well let's talk about don't trump in that border wall so remember donald trump said mexico would pay for it come on they didn't how much of that wall did he build i think the last number i saw is about two percent and then when it came from time for him to do a photo op you know where he did it in the part of the wall that president obama built but you're agreeing up to a bill that would earmark 650 million dollars to continue building that way i i pledge that i am going to bring forward that bipartisan bill to further strengthen and secure our border yes i am and i'm going to work across the aisle to pass comp a comprehensive bill that deals with a broken immigration system i think jackson's question part of it was to acknowledge that america has always had migration but there needs to be a legal process for it people have to earn it and that's the point that i think is the most important point that can be made which is we need a president who is grounded in common sense and practical outcomes like let's just fix this thing let's just fix it why is there any ideological perspective on let's just fix the problem it to fix the problem you're you're doing this compromise bill it does call for six hundred fifty million dollars that was earmarked under trump to actually still go to build a wall i'm not afraid of good ideas where they occur you know you don't think it's stupid anymore i think what he did and how he did it did was did not make much sense because he actually didn't do much of anything i just not talked about that wall right we just talked about he didn't actually do much of anything but you do want to build some wall to strengthen our border um this is and all these gains she's from philadelphia so and it's even it's even worse when she's like he didn't do anything you are the borders are you're talking about what there needs to be a legal process Donald trump has said we want them to come in but they have to come in legally they're like racist she's like well we we want them to come in but there has to be a legal process oh how how nice how how what a visionary i'm glad annison cooper was like so it does not stupid so there's a and then the worst she doesn't realize she did this right she says the you know back in 2019 or whatever she the walls uh uh a vanity project it's stupid it's worthless it's a waste of money and then she just admitted on with annison cooper on cnn that trump was in front of a piece of the wall that obama built so did obama build what you referred to as a stupid medieval vanity project i mean she is so stupid she doesn't know what to believe she doesn't know what she stands for what a stupid person yeah stupid person this is the same lady who said young people are stupid as well remember that what yeah she never she never called the american people stupid i remember right right right she said that to uh one of those interviews uh-huh yeah never called the american people stupid got no that right she said the bread bear yeah yeah i never did it 18 to 24 adults they're so stupid that's why he put them in dormitory so okay yep exactly right a five five eight three nine twelve ten cut sheet twenty minutes conservative tours dot com tell dawn sent you this is the kaolin company podcast from talk radio 12 10 w p d and on the free odyssey app let's start with Paul in westchester hi buddy hey what's up buddy go ahead what's up buddy let's go to treatment keep me on the regular drag i'm i'm an original keep me on the regular whatever you want buddy i'm here for you you're done you're done all right so that i got a few points to make what you make uh i know i got to make it quick with you but how first point is that you guys here would explode if that was a sore rose donate one million and you do a lot in twitter the way uh heli at must that that childish that he does and then my second point you guys keep talking about this immigration this immigration world for one you should consider consider them they coming from the same continent just thinking of it's like ellis allen and then when they came when your your ancestors came here by the boatload it would consider self uh settlers and these is on the same kindness and when you guys look uh right around in philadelphia all is building these 500,000, 600,000 houses and you see all the hooli oglases where i read the sand chances but y'all don't want to do e-verified because america was built on cheap on just cheap labor so that's why and then you guys always talking about uh downhill trump syndrome you guys can't navigate obama out to mouth and you were right about the parking situation because you know about a cat like that's what that is like with a dawn and alicia lang with her care bear and so you and then also Nick thanks for the time let me let's go do you want to bring up my marriage really and by the way obama has never been in my mouth okay but don't you ever know no no no no if let mute him for a moment if you want to bring up a woman's marriage first of all that's sexist right because you don't bring up anybody else's wives on the show the only time you bring up somebody significant other is for me so i'm calling you out that is sexist it's wrong take it so knock it off so as far as obama we hardly ever mention obama unless he's in the news cycle like when he's out there lecturing other black men for not doing their job in voting for gammala which is insulting to some black people maybe not you paul but some now as far as the border goes in immigration i'm not against any immigration that is at all as long as it's legal i just don't want people coming here illegally breaking the rules when people have been on lists and waiting and did it the right way or still trying to do it the right way or did it the right way a hundred years ago as you said you know coming over on a boat and trust me i know what cheap labor is i worked as a radio producer so i know what cheap labor is is he still alive now he's gone i wonder what he meant by uh he could have stayed until he started to go personal Julio Julio Rodriguez Sanchez i mean i think he played quarterback for the Jets that's uh that was yeah we can we get to port him too with that but fumble but yeah i mean could you imagine if someone who looked like me said that all the people coming across the border were he Julio Rodriguez Sanchez i mean i think that's that's kind of a racist thing to say that was a cloud and i mean total cloud and that's what paul does and you know as soon as but i'm gonna leave him on as long as he doesn't go personal you're personal with dawn it's not going to blow the belt that's not going to fly um but as far as you know Soros or Elon Musk or Zuckerberg i i think i'm i'm totally fine with anybody donating to any political campaign or any super pack as long as everything's on the up and up and legal and as far as because it said on the call screener if uh would we love Elon if he was backing Kamala i would still have the same views on Elon Musk if he's backing the liberal i listen to Bruce Springsteen music Bruce is super liberal i said yeah i know you know i know you don't like that but i don't if i like somebody i i don't turn them off because of their politics all i'm saying is if you look at what dawn was reporting with Elon if everything he's doing with his one million dollar challenge is legal and not against the law why are why why is the government trying to strong arm him and harass him intimidate him and bully him ferris you mentioned zucker bucks and now i've got this story from facebook um facebook according to out kick facebook is blocking the trump tyros interview that was done tyros the former wrestler you see him on fox news because quote your content couldn't be shared because this goes against our community standards so i'll flip it back on paul has elon musk ever said that kamala harris's interview with anybody in left wing media violates twitter or exes community standards no i don't think so any other thing he said is your head would explode if sorro spent a million dollars and like what as if he hasn't right as if george sorros hasn't thrown huge huge sums of money into political offices across the country i mean just look at new york city i think you have a sorros dia here um uh there's one and there's what a crassner there's one in new york city uh you know they're they're all over the place so he already has spent all that all that money to influence elections i mean alex sorros was hanging out with tim wals yeah not too long ago well there's this belief that you hate these individual i don't hate any of these individuals i just can't stand their policies now like you know if you're a moderate democrat i disagree with you on some things but like progressives like oh you you hate the i don't hate any of the people i just know that the policies are absolute garbage it's yeah that's what i hate exactly right so if you want to have that pinion paul you are more than welcome to and as long as you don't get personal with any of my colleagues you can hang out and we'll chat and we'll go back and forth eight five five eight three nine twelve ten about this one this is a first charlie is in los angeles and he claims he found the show on youtube what charlie good morning first of all thank you very much for taking my call i went to youtube i typed in line shows you your show popped up wow we're not being so that's not parable by the algorithm very cool no line you mean line lame shows or line shows live alive you know i think it's like first of all i'm going to give you guys like seven or eight facts but when it comes to racist rhetoric by barak obama and uh joe biden but i'm going to i'm going to put this in place first i think back in the 50s 60s and 70s a lot of uh jews protestants whites catholics another racial background they were racist towards different cultures that were different from them so that may not make sense to you so i'm looking online right now and i'm looking at racist rhetoric um that biden and barak obama have said do you guys realize in ninth in 2007 barak joe biden referred to barak obama as the first african-american who was articulate clean and bright and clean and clean yeah yeah now imagine if trump is that well we know that you have found us but we did say it back in 2000 you know we we've said all this yeah just so you know but no no okay so i apologize so i'm looking at this stuff online so another thing that he said in 2006 he said you cannot go to a 7-11 or a duck and donuts unless you have a slight indian accent so we all know that we go to our local 7-11 nine times out of ten there you know there's a beautiful indian american or palestinian indian that works there but he said that in the racist overtone okay here's where it really gets me in 1977 you guys have probably already talked about this he talked about desegregation in our schools he said that he does not want his children to grow up in a racial jungle you guys are aware that right yeah yeah when you guys think of the jungle when i think of the jungle i don't think of like fluffy butterflies little puppy dogs little innocent kitties i think of beasts i think apes and gorillas so when you think about that see the left-needed will never talk about that they'll never talk about what he was basically referring to right so so here's the here's the thing that i'm really obsessed with all of you guys are aware we're aware of his 1994 crime bill that Joe Biden introduced the 1994 crime bill that he introduced that he offered you guys know what that bill is correct this is the uh the super part of their comment right yeah well it's talked about okay i'm not i'm sure what how large your audience is so i want your audience to visualize a quarter yep i want them to visualize a quarter so what happened back in 1994 if you were caught with crack cocaine yeah and you had less than a quarter or the size of a quarter you are going to jail for a minimum of ten years but if you're white in your caught with cocaine it's a slap on the wrist that's who was doing crack cocaine in 1994 how many of those individuals under Joe Biden who authorized that bill were sent to jail how many other families were destroyed how many of their families are continually destroyed because of what he introduced here it is blacks more blacks were done crack cocaine in 1994 than whites were and it was a slap on the wrist i just don't get why is the media covering for this racist monster because that's what they do and that's what they are and they've made trump out to be the bookie man yeah that's where the media is the media exists to cover i mean once you realize that the media is a propaganda arm for the left it all makes sense they're never going to cover it because they don't want to because it's it's in their job description that's that they're supposed to be fair and balanced but we know the reality of the matter is they're not and that's it they're there their function is to cover for the left right and by the way who was the one who declared victory on criminal justice reform it was during the trump era right and that was the whole thing with kim kardashian with his daughter rivanka first step as well right for exact first step back by the way uh that guy was calling from los angeles um i you guys don't realize that he was also calling from 2007 yes he was talking about 1977 you know it is it is funny though that i know every day people find us and maybe don't realize the history of this station but we you know we have talked about those issues before the problem is that you're right the media does not look at the history of these candidates and let's remind ourselves that the vice the current vice president of the united states of america we can look back at her record yeah you know what i mean the marijuana stuff right you know it's jailing uh 1500 black people or i don't know if they're all black but a large number of them in california for smoking weed then laughing herself about how she smokes weed uh-huh and she doesn't take gummies folks just remember that and by the way that the truth about it is when the beautiful part of philadelphia this region is that we have an incredible diversified community and everybody gets along it's just it's fine the the group of people when i talk to different especially small business owners especially people who are first in generation immigrants who came here legally they are the most outraged by what happened during this administration did by far because they they did it legally they know what that looks like there was a woman i retweeted the other day and i apologize i should have sent it to you guys but she it was the first time that she voted did you see this and i think so oh my goodness i started bawling i mean it was really beautiful and she and uh she she so beautifully stated how she came here to this country legally what she escaped in her life and how she was so proud to have voted for the first time in her life and so it's and she's a trump supporter she reflects i believe the community of people who's who are outraged by the fact that this administration seemingly purposely allowed millions and millions of people to just flood into the country and i was thankful that anderson cooper pointed that out and said okay joe biden in june of this year fairly recently did sign before the first debate did sign into law an executive order that in fact helped shut things down why didn't you do that in 2021 or 2020 or he said 22 and 23 and she couldn't answer the question of course not 855-839-1210 what's on the cut sheet you will find out coming up next on a thursday edition of kaolin company shawn ferris live in studio this morning the debate tomorrow the great mock debate just about 25 hours from right now we're always sponsoring and being a loyal listener and supporter of 1210 wpht and everything we do on this radio station okay let's start here uh with the town hall last night in delco comel harris town hall don how many people would you say rather 36 people right 32 to 36 i saw 132 it saw 136 so yeah interesting and obviously you might not be aware of the area delco i mean to get the delco from here what 20 minutes maybe okay 25 minutes without traffic i mean it's 752 in the morning well not a minute this one yeah an hour and forty five probably about to what what would you say mileage wise from our station right now where kamala was just so shawn has an idea i mean 20 miles yeah but it's the dry you know like it's rush hour right now so you would take more than 20 minutes but yeah less than 20 months just one of the gifts you're on a frame of reference um by the way she uh as somebody who was in or a new people who were in sinner city yesterday uh she she was yeah she was uh belly it was she was uh congesting up traffic i know that's not the right word but it was uh they shut everything down because of the motorcade all kinds of road blockages and everything i hate being a swing state i absolutely absolutely we just go red or blue whatever whatever to do i just don't want to be a swing state all right uh this is cut 10 when asked about uh so this is a question about subsidizing illegal immigrants she says that she is a former prosecutor i'm so sick of this law by the way this was dawn this is christy yeah this was christy would turn everything back to him being a former prosecutor okay fell this is cut 10 ago regarding the rapid increase in the migrant population how will you ensure that every immigrant is integrated into american society safely what benefits and subsidies will you provide them with and how long will these benefits and subsidies last for an individual most importantly will the american citizens taxes pay for these benefits and subsidies and if so how much money how much money will be allocated well thank you jackson let's start with this and now you're expelled america's immigration system is broken and it needs to be fixed and it's been broken for a long time and part of what we need to do is always prioritize what we need to do to strengthen our border i will tell you i'm the only person in this race among the two choices that voters have i've personally prosecuted transnational criminal organizations there it is in the trafficking of guns drugs and human beings i have spent a significant part of my career making sure that our border is secure and that we do not allow criminals in and we don't allow that kind of trafficking to happen and come into our country and as the as my opponent has proven himself he would prefer to run on the problem instead of fix the problem you may know there were some of the most conservative members of the united states congress working with others they came up with a border security bill that would have put fifteen hundred more board agents at the border those board agents are overwhelmed they need the support they need the backup it would have allowed us to have more resources to stem the flow of fentanyl i don't need to tell this state and people around the country what is happening in terms of the scourge of fentanyl and how it is literally killing americans it would have put resources into stemming the flow it would have given more resources to prosecute to investigate and prosecute transnational criminal organizations it would have done a lot of good donald trump got wind of the bill and told them don't put it so we can pick this apart many different ways i'll just question again yeah i'll just they give one little tidbit and then don and shawn jump in here um when she talks about see here's what i would say in regards to her time as a prosecutor or an attorney general and when she talks about uh prosecuting transnational migrants that could fly if she was new to the political game but she's not she is the current vice president and she was dubbed the borders are and that was her tat remember it was getting to the root cause of the issue so if she just dropped down from the heavens today as a new uh candidate in politics maybe the line about being a prosecutor applies but honey you've been in the game long enough and you your number one liability is exactly what people are asking her about it doesn't fly when you had the chance to shut down the border you let it was like it was like the running of the bulls for god sakes i'll leave it at that don't show on your thoughts i think that you know the the truth about the fact that she goes back to her time as the calif california's attorney general is a joke because they they had problems back then they had problems now and for her to go back to her experience from decades ago that really that's all you can talk about the statute statute of limitations on that has expired yeah you know what i mean that would be like imagine if if if trump said well back in the eighties and nineties you know i built bill i i helped but rebuild new york city or i built buildings people go yeah old news yeah right and they would write the what would what would uh as i call him cooper anderson anderson cooper uh what would he say to a trump stating his successes from decades ago nobody would let that fly so i'm wondering i think that anderson cooper he did push back which was good i think he anderson cooper was trying to move it along and get to the people's questions and i actually liked the format of people you know real people from our area you know you had a drexel student you had a single mom who's a widow you had all these people from all walks of life and so i thought that was good because these people are you know they're asking good questions i thought the one guy who's joe i think his name was he and that was the thing you got to know the audience because it was a smaller audience but the fact that he said that uh um he doesn't know who he who he's going to vote for because of the pro-life issue because that is front and center to him and he does not understand harris as he he can't really see anything else and that's real for a lot of people yeah and it was it was really genuine from the guy he's like look i i think she's a nice lady he's looking at who's nice but then he's looking at her policies which he really didn't it clearly he did not like her policies yeah sure yeah your thoughts drawn on everything that she just spouted off about the border well and don makes a good point that hey and you do too that if you know if you want to talk about how you prosecuted the transnational gangs etc etc but you know it's new york is like this i'm sure filly what have you done for me lately right don't tell me what you did 20 years ago 30 years ago tell me what you did for me the last four years when you were actually controlling the levers of power and what you did was all of the problems that she laid out the fentanyl uh you know the illegal immigration the border agents being under-resourced and her staff she caused that right now the technicality of whether or not she's the borders are she has been until she started running for president then all of a sudden they decided well she wasn't the borders are but fine you say she was tasked with addressing the root causes of illegal immigration well she hasn't done that either because they're all still coming she talks about this border bill and the reason you know Donald Trump you know she she alleges that Donald Trump uh you know pressured the congress the senate in the house to to to block this bill for political reasons when when no the bill doesn't address the root causes and 75 of the money goes foreign that's it i mean you would have had you would have money going to Ukraine yeah Israel Taiwan countries i've never heard of and not not for nothing but this border bill bill border bill still would allow 1.4 million illegals in every year so that doesn't solve any problem and that's not counting anybody who's using the amnesty app the cbp1 app so it didn't fix anything the and the reason it was passed and people said it at the time was when republicans block it they're going to try and say republicans block the border security bill their stance on the border isn't right but people people you know the right information got out right thanks to thanks to stations like this thanks to x thanks to all the people who are telling the truth out there about it saying that well this doesn't fix anything so there's no reason to even to even pass it that was a political stunt right that was the political stunt i agree uh Anderson Cooper asked why wasn't any of this done in the last four years uh this is cut 11 in philip go i the woman who helped raise us was a small business owner i know who small business owners are i know what they do they are the backbone of america's economy and for too long we've overlooked their value to the economy as a whole much less to the economy of neighborhoods and communities so that's why my plan and it's a new approach is about tax cuts for our small businesses so that they can invest in themselves and grow and in the process invest in communities invest in neighborhoods and strengthen our economy overall so those are some examples it's about a new approach a new generation of leadership based on new ideas and frankly different experiences i bring a whole set of different experiences to this job and the way i think about it then then joe biden some voters though might ask you've been in the white house for four years you were vice president not the president but why wasn't any of that done the last four years some some people there was a lot that was there's more to do Anderson and and i'm pointing out things that need to be done that haven't been done but need to be done yeah that's and i'm not going to shy away from saying hey these are still problems that we need to fix um i want you to meet jackson white uh yeah we talked about it last week i think on the show or maybe the beginning of this week it's not just the theory it's actually happening it's called the great replacement theory it's part of the great reset and what have we've heard uh i always forget her name who's the lady clark avec you vet car clark she has flat out said i need new people for redistricting in my district this is the whole concept of it and if you look at the seven battleground states of pennsylvania north carolina georgia michigan wisconsin arizona navada the illegal immigrant population since 2021 has been between 200 to 400 growth in those swing states so the objective here is to turn this country really what it's not about working class or who's going to take low paying jobs and some of that is true because cheap labors cheap labor it's about making a one-party system right now and if that happens that's what we will have in this country and that's why people are so opposed to it and that's why comela and my orcas and all these other stuges and you know you can blame harish you can blame my workers i think it's above them they're just the puppets that are taking catching the strays and taking the bullets this is all about creating a one-party system in this country and i i firmly you know who says that the best i think shawn is vavic rama swampy yeah he's been on this for like two years yeah he's been talking about the great replacement for two and it's like you said it's not a theory it's a process and they're they're explaining to you what they're doing you know that that they're they're bringing these folks in and and the crazy part is some of these people who are coming in i don't know how many but and and i love it well it's illegal for them to vote but it's also illegal for them to come in right so you've crossed the border illegally okay so you already have no regard for our nation's immigration law why should i then believe you're going to abide by our election law that's number one number two in places like arisona you can register to vote without proving you're a citizen you could just check a box that says my name is so-and-so i'm a citizen here's where i live and i'd like to vote and you are given access in arisona to a federal only ballot which means only uh federal races the presidency the senate congress those races you can vote on now it's illegal for them to do that yes but good luck catching them number one and then when you have states like virginia and alabama glenn yunken and whoever the governor is in alabama okay urging the roles of these non-citizens who you've told us it's not legal for them to vote so it shouldn't matter right and now we're soot the d_o_j_ is suing them so it's obvious what they're trying to do right is if they weren't trying to do it they wouldn't care that it's being that that these states are cleaning it up yeah think about how corrupt that is done that the d_o_j_ will try to sue glenn yunken for removing people that have no right being on voter rolls why would you do that why would you be opposed to or be one of these individuals in a state that says yeah we don't require identification like they're just they're they flat out tell you to your face what we're doing right well i mean why do you think and so think about all this first of all she never answered the drexel student she never answered the question that he was asking about border control and about who pays for everything she never answered the question and that i think interesting cooper i'll criticize him first you know i wish that he had said what about what you're giving these individuals as far as housing free housing how long would that go what's your plan there because that was a great question number one number two i did look up then attorney general kamala harris and back in 2011 she did announce a major arrest using federal resources and working with the feds and the local folks this was back in 2011 when she was the a_g_ the attorney general right in california a major central valley gang take it take down and when you look at their stats back then and it's relevant today so she worked with all of these different law enforcement members at all these different layers four out of every ten murders that happened then in 2011 in california were gang related four and ten and more than eighty percent of the cases required a witness protection for people and this involved these gangs that were working across the mexican border so she of all people when joe biden and his administration if she's trying to separate herself my question to the vice president of the united states of america is that you were right there in the border in twenty eleven you know how dangerous it was then you didn't say to your running mate and your president yo biden you can't let all these millions of people come in at the very least if you want to you know hopefully get good democrats that come to this country at the very least let's vet them to make sure that they're not these dangerous individuals who are convicted criminals who are gang members she of all people knew that knew who was coming in and you know what we're all the collateral damage and get all these women especially in children who are being raped and brutally murdered and everything we're seeing she knew and they didn't care about us bragory back to you by the way there there's uh there's a side uh there's a side conversation or there's a lot of side conversations happening in the youtube chat i love when the people do their own show people are uh trading off of these tickets for tomorrow like somebody's like hey something came up i can't go so i gave them to another youtube chat so cool that's nice it's like its own little stub hub right on that's nice yeah like cigarettes in the joint you sell them off if you if you can right by the way uh streaming live on youtube youtube dot com slash dot 1210 wthg please hit the like button if you're watching the show right now please hit the like button also hit the subscribe button if you have not done so it's free it's just it's it's an easy easy click just click the subscribe button it may not seem a lot to you but it's a ton to us so thank you for watching and please subscribe okay uh cut 12 here phil uh Anderson Cooper asks common harris on codifying uh rovie wade which we know is a big issue cut 12 phil go that is good paying jobs that gives people the dignity they deserve all of those areas i plan on working across the aisle and with congress including the issue of immigration which we've got to fix let me ask you you've talked about codifying rovie wade that would obviously require 60 votes in in the senate a majority of the house that's a big that's a big leap you don't we don't have that yet if that's not possible to codify it in the house what do you do i think we need to take a look at the filibuster to be honest with you but the the reality of it is this let's talk about how we got here when donald trump was president he's hand selected three members of the united state supreme court with the intention that they would undo the protections of rovie wade and they did as he intended and now in 20 states we have trump abortion bans that include punishing health care providers doctors and nurses in texas you know they provide for prison for life for a health care provider for doing the job that they believe is in the best interest of their patient just laws trump abortion bans some that make no exception even for rape or incest one of the areas i specialize in as a prosecutor was crimes against women and children the idea you would tell a survivor of a violation to their body that they have no right to make a decision about what happens to their body next this is what's happening in our country you all may have heard the stories women have died women have died because of these laws and the suffering i have to say anderson traveling for example i again i was with liz chaney this week she is unapologetically pro-life and will also tell you that she doesn't agree with what's been happening i i find that many people i've met who are pro-life have said to me you know i didn't intend that this would happen i would i didn't intend that women who are suffering of miscarriage would develop sepsis as okay so we've certainly talked about this controversial subject that always gets people you know in their feelings one way or the other and i you know i've made my position very clear i i wanted when i saw that this was going to be on the cut sheet i just did some digging and i i found this to be interesting this was in the new york times what's today the 24th so this was two days ago the new york times of all places and i just want to give these statistics really quickly and then don shawn you guys can uh take it any which way you want on the subject that is abortion and ro v weighed but the new york times of all places with the story headline reading abortions have increased even for women in states with rigid bands study says now i'm not saying this changes anything from a whether or not this will continue to haunt republicans in elections where abortions on the ballot but claire miller and josh cats of the new york times wrote in nearly every state that has banned abortion the number of women receiving abortions still increased between 2020 and the end of 2023 so i thought that was interesting considering ro v weighed was june of 2022 so even for a year and a half after that so you go through the end of 2023 according to the most comprehensive account of all abortions by state since the overturning of ro v weight and they also go on to say in the 13 states that enacted near total abortion bands the number of women receiving abortions increased in all but three according to the study i'm not really sure what that means other than the fact that it looks like from just looking at the study and the data and this is coming from the new york times of all places that the availability or the ability to get that procedure still accomplished has not been eroded or eliminated or made more difficult because it looks like just based on the numbers the frequency and duration is still occurring i'm not sure what you make of that dawn but your thoughts well it's first of all more than more than half of these procedures are a pill that either is prescribed by a doctor or comes in the mail and so they don't report that a lot and they want to make this as far as you know she keeps talking about the woman i believe from georgia but in fact that woman whose family or who had friends or family on that show with Oprah that we had profiled in fact the the family of the woman who tragically died and was taken to an er and did not receive care they have an attorney who says has nothing to do with that it was it was medical malpractice and so the mythopristone which is the the medication there were many other complications that the family's own attorney is suing that hospital and says no no no no this was that's not what this was has nothing to do with the abortion law it has to do with a hospital that did not do the right thing that and and so these cases are being debunked when they say oh a woman died no if you go if you rush to the hospital and you're basically bleeding to death and they let you go for 20 hours that's insane nobody thinks that's true it's it's a lie and and so the issue here is that this issue is becoming antiquated because of first of all plan b which is for the younger women i talk about it all the time plan b is a medication in which after somebody has relations whatever that looks like they take the pill the next day the plan b it's 50 bucks and it's at cvs you don't need a prescription or it's at wall it's at wall mark you take it the next day and you get your period if you're already pregnant it's not going to affect a pregnancy that's the number one thing being used and unfortunately it's being used right now as birth control which i don't think is really good for women and it's what teenagers in college age girls that's what they do i'm telling you nobody talks about this um so this this very issue is becoming antiquated they know it and it's a huge money fundraiser for them just look at we've talked about this plan parenthood their pack look at how many hundreds of millions of dollars plan parenthood donates to political campaigns one hundred percent democrats and then what do the democrats do well they they find ways to fund plan parenthood right so it's a money laundering operation shawn your thoughts yeah i mean this is this this all boils down to me this abortion issue and it always has to personal accountability there are a lot of ways to make sure that you don't get pregnant are they all foolproof they're not i understand the case of rape that's a tragic situation but i've talked to kathy barnett who's a product of rape and and you know and if you listen to her story you you will really understand how precious life actually is but it comes down to me the personal accountability when i ran at grassroots political movement on long island with tens of thousands of people engaged in school board races we put new people on those boards in in county legislatures we put new new representatives on those legislatures for county executive offices we got people elected district attorney's offices we got people elected because we wanted things to change abortion is now a state issue if you feel however you feel about it whether you're staunchly pro-life like i am or your staunchly pro-choice like Kamala Harris is it is now your responsibility to go out and make the change and get the legislation passed and have the conversations and influence the policies in your state it's up to you and the problem that i have is everybody no matter what side of the island is whether you want something completely banned or you want something to have no restrictions unfettered no matter what the case is everyone seems to default to well government's got to fix it when have they ever fixed a problem the answer is never never so stop relying on government to codify the protections for row versus way by the way if we're talking about protections let's ask the newborns that are getting killed right let's ask the infants that are getting killed are they being protected no nobody's advocating for them when we're codifying row versus way that's number one and the number two for the pro-life activists who are maybe a little upset with kind of where Donald Trump is right now in terms of being pro-life well don't get mad at Donald Trump his power has been taken away this is not a federal issue the supreme court says it is now a state's issue the supreme court says it is now your issue it is now your responsibility to get off of your rear end organized with your friends like we did on Long Island because we wanted things to change with education we wanted things to change in Nassau and Suffolk County we wanted things to change in our local and state government and we got that change because we put in work what was i doing i was selling paint we had people that were stocking groceries plumbers contractors you know moms dads cops guard national guardsmen military service members and we were all still out there doing it if we could do the work to get the change that we want so can you so stop relying on the government to do it one way or the other that's my thing with abortion it's not a government it's not a federal government issue it's not but it's over but it's here's the deal if we take away the abortion issue as a major fundraiser opportunity for career politicians for the swamsters on both sides quite frankly but mostly the democrats who are pimping women's health calling it women's reproductive health really what have you done for me lately what have you done for women zero they're pimping us ladies they're pimping women's and girls health for their own political careers that's what they're doing and so by making this a state level issue and if we can take this away from being a low hanging fruit to raise the money guess what we save everybody's health and lots of lives and preventing abortions because you know what and if we improve the economy as well maybe women will have their baby maybe they'll want to have their baby but maybe they'll prevent an unwanted pregnancy no matter what that looks like there are people right now married couples who have four kids who say well we had some unwanted relations going to do the plan B and burn out my period because we cannot afford another baby that is tragic we should we should and they would love another child that that's sad to me i know people in that boat and so we've got to take up this issue away as a fundraising opportunity for swamp career politicians don do you think from a female perspective with Tulsi Gabbard in the toe and Nikki Haley obviously lingering and looming maybe Trump springing her out in the last moment do you think they i guess we can start with specifically Tulsi Gabbard has she done enough on this specific issue being considering you know if she's a female and she's a former democrat because it feels like to me like that would be a great um way to utilize her as an asset or or is this you know water under the bridge at this point you can't put the genie back in the bottle it doesn't matter what a republican trots out female wise i think that you know we're so close to the election right now i do think that in general nobody really talks about the issue nobody does a good job of it because it's like my brother john back it has said for years you know anything that bleeds once a month and lives is not human you know we ha ha ha we don't want to talk about that we have to have the conversation we just have to have the conversation and view things like birth control pills which are now going to be i've been saying this for years make the don't call it birth control call it medication which is what it is it mitigates the cramping and the bleeding and then you become anemic so we i know it's like squeezing oh man she's talking about the thing you know we all had codenames uh santa or whatever we got to stop you know what i mean just stop and have the conversation because once we do then we we just rip that away and we take that away from all the career politicians who seriously they've been disingenuous over these years if pro-life politicians really wanted to save lives and and talk about prevention and real birth control they would have but they come out it's about saving the babies and then on the other side they say your body your choice on both sides many not all but many have been they've lied to us and they sure i'm serious when i say this they're they're pimping girls and women yeah and costing you know think about innovation think about elan muskin you know going to the trip tomorrow we'll probably get to mars before we can solve a lot of the problems that would mitigate you know that the female symptoms every month you know what i'm saying and it's because it's not a it's not really a priority it's a big lie because they raise so much money off of it and the problem is abortion was supposed to be safe legal and rare and now we had in 2019 because there was a question in the youtube chat where our babies being killed so let's go to Ralph Northam because apparently we forgot what he said in an interview Ralph Northam was giving an example of what could happen if a mother whose fetus had severe deformities or wasn't otherwise viable requested an abortion while in labor Ralph Northam says the following the infant would be delivered the infant would be kept comfortable yeah the infant would be resuscitated if if if that's what the mother and the family desired and then the discussion would ensue between visit between physicians and the mother no no once that infant is delivered there's no discussion that's a living being we don't kill people in this country we don't do that okay well i look at what minnesota's doing my friend yes uh Tim waltz right he's running is running as as her running mate so yeah they are doing it okay i'm not saying they're lining up babies that are being born in a firing squad one is too many period argue with that one is too many that baby that Ralph Northam is referencing in this 2019 clip is an american citizen protected by the constitution you can't kill it you can't i don't care if the mother doesn't want it i don't care if it's deformed okay you you you just can't we don't do that in this country we just don't i that that bothers me because it is happening and you have this this late term where you have viable babies that the mother i don't want it anymore let's just let's hit the do over button it's ridiculous you know safe legal and rare that's where it started that was built clinton and now look where we are Gregory back to you sir uh on what mistakes Kamala Harris has learned over the last four years i would undo nothing cut 16 fill uh go everybody as human beings we're not perfect we have our flaws we make mistakes we have our weaknesses and the office of the presidency can sometimes bring those weaknesses out in ways that the incumbent may not expect what weaknesses do you bring to the table and how do you plan to overcome them so can we freeze frame this real quick can we just freeze it and pause it if i i just before we get to the actual because kamala is gonna offer nothing of substance well i'll save this clip look at the guy's sweater vest coming out of the t-shirt under the shirt look at this does everybody see this you stop it the sweater vest is coming up under the t-shirt under the dress shirt almost up to the atom's apple yeah this guy's got a he's got a rug on his chest we got to talk that energy talk that in there you trim that off a little bit yes that's not a good here that's not a good look joe no come on joe joe is a very nice man joe's a swell guy i'm sure he's nice but he you know my god joe might be a listener we don't know i know i like that i like the hair i like the hair he's gonna get joe in for a waxing on the air is sexy it is sexy yeah wait wait wait don't like a grizzly bear hair like a chest hair is sexy yeah oh it's wrong with you there we go she wants to know about mistakes right what about the view there is not a thing there is not a thing that comes to mind i'm still getting over don't say chest hair is sexy yeah yeah yeah don't like don't shave that that's a weird man throw it out baby you be you you embrace your manhood i am smooth as a baby's butt i feel like i'm just sexy too you be you thank you well i am certainly not perfect so let's start there we know that and um i think that i perhaps a weakness some would say but i actually think it's the strength is i really do value having a team of very smart people around me who bring to my decision-making process different perspectives 92% of my team will tell you i am constantly saying let's kick the tire on that let's kick the tires on it because listen i as i mentioned earlier i started my career as a prosecutor i was a courtroom back to the prosecutor yeah i've tried everything from low level of fences to homicides yep and i learned at a very early stage of my career and adult life that my actions have a direct impact on real people in a very fundamental way yeah like when i was attorney general california i was attorney general of the what what is the fifth largest economy in the world and acutely aware that my words could move markets so i take my role and responsibility as an elected leader very seriously and i know the impact it has on so many people i may never meet and that is why i engage and bring folks around so i may not be quick to have the answer as soon as you ask it about it no we know that specific policy issues sometimes because i'm going to want to research it i'm going to want to study it memorize your lines i'm kind of a nerd sometimes i get it back and some might call that a weakness especially if you're you know in an interview or just kind of you know working with a certain question and just expected to have the right answer right away but that's how i that's how i work yeah i'm a nerd i need to take five days off behind closed doors and cram for the final exam and then even if it's not the right question i'm going to give you the answer that i memorized you know it's amazing is you look at her turnover rate i think it's either 92 or 93 percent this is a lady that never reached the point five years ago where she earned a vote in the primary i mean guys she gals she tapped out before yang did yang got further than she did she i mean she is a very very i think truly an unlikable person very much so and she's she's going to get votes this time around by default i don't know if that i don't know if that's true nick i'm going to push back on that i actually think that the panelists yesterday said when they met her they thought she was charming and they thought that she was a very nice person and so i i'm going to push back on that because i think the truth of the truth is that it's not about who you like the reason that she's a national figure all of these people and i say this to people all the time if you meet Joe Biden if you meet Hillary Clinton you know what i mean if you meet these people in person there's a reason that they are at the level they are as a national figure they have a charm to them so i think that if i if we met her she i think she's a very seems like very nice lady okay what i think we need to do is get away from this whole personal attack thing that both sides do and because they're not that we need to get into the issues and so my question about this is to that to that panel of people who gathered in Delco they weren't all necessarily from there because we had people originally you know we had somebody who's at Drexel right here in university student you know university student that sort of thing but my question to any one of the people on that panel who are citizens from our area did she answer your questions fully no she didn't of course and that's the issue here that's yeah her strongest moments when she kind of came alive or when she could not talk about what she actually believes in she could not detail her policies the question is why and her strongest moments were when she was ripping into her opponent and and she was because there was the phony well placed New York Times story about Trump from somebody from years ago who's claiming the Trump was like admiring Hitler those were her like most powerful memorized moments that's a real problem she can't detail her policies you know why because what she really believes deep in her soul and her heart is illustrated by what was pulled up recently online by ironically Liz Cheney who talked about the fact that Kamala Harris as a senator was considered the furthest left left of Bernie Sanders yeah yeah she's in the Pacific Ocean so far left so she can't say what she believes because she's trying to look like she's more moderate yeah Sean your thoughts yeah no i i you know i think that she is when you get to know who she actually is people may like her facade you know they like they may they may have fallen for this little scyop for lack of a better word of of the you know that the cackle that has been notoriously cringe is now joyful um i mean even van jones said it when she launched her campaign and announced that you know when she was the the presumptive nominee that she went from cringe to cool in 24 hours she isn't normal um people may have fallen in love with the facade they may have gotten kind of you know coaxed into believing that oh okay the cackle is joy and she smiles and she's kind of you know she's got more energy than joe biden and let's contrast it but i think when you learn who she actually is i think she truly is with the 93 percent turn over right and and and what happened in 2019 with her presidential campaign not not a likable person when you when you when you meet the real Kamala Harris yeah and also keep in mind too remember before she was installed to replace joe when we look at the net favorability ratings from gallop the only person with a lower favorability rating than joe biden was harris was kamala harris you even had democrats and left wing media right talking about well how do we get her off the ticket if we get joe if joe leaves how do we get her out too and then and then yesterday harry enton is talking about where she ranks compared to obama joe and hillary with young black voters now i i don't expect her to do better than obama did but when kamala harris is 10 to 12 points lower than joe biden it's a problem old white dude hillary clinton old white lady and she's a younger african american female even harry even harry in was stunned holy cow yeah but why is that it's because she's inauthentic bingo that was it she took the word right out of my yes she's she's not relatable no and she's because why she's she's so far left that if she said what she really believes which we have all the audio clips from back in the day people go oh to no we're we're not with her right and so that that's so she's trying to fit into this box and be somebody that she has never been and she never will be and then the wall street journal well kamala likes glocks vinyl records and formula one and i the more i thought about this wait a minute so the racing the auto racing i guess technically a sport that you like is also foreign by the way formula one is a foreign thing yeah right by the way lady if you like racing why don't you root for nascar that's an american racing league oh that's funny that's a good point uh we should we should break we have so much more because uh you three yenters keep sorry i know three fat mouths uh what did the panel what did the uh pundits think of last night left and right plus msmbc uh talked to um black philadelphia voters and it didn't go super well for that you know i saw this uh we will get to all of that on the other side nick if you want yes indeed calon company will continue and also i see your calls so hang tight we'll try to weave in some of your phone calls before we wrap up the hour back after this nick don greg and shawn it's talk radio 1210 wphd the nba is free honesty act she wanted to prove that security at a football game was more secure than our or than our border is that she said she said she said it on the space she said she this was not something that she determined that she was gonna do until 30 seconds before doing it and she was gonna run on the field and prove a point and she said i made it 60 yards and they stop me but these people can walk right into our country and go left further than 60 yards she said that on the twitter space but by the way when i was watching the the video i went back and watched it about 38 times in my my personal time how many times 38 and um i was breaking down the film though and i shut the i turned the lights off i went into my film room when she running you know chris brouts right chris brouts and uh you notice the security guard he's coming full speed to get her and then as he gets closer and closer all of a sudden he kind of just kind of like wraps his arm around they're like they won homecoming king and queen and they're walking off the field they were very gentle with it they were they were she's like they didn't tackle me you know thing but she's uh she she said this on twitter space is on um on x on tuesday night with when antonio brown came in as well she she came in because uh one of the one of the guys who we do the spaces with was he it wasn't intentional but he was literally next to her right and got the film the video of her walking down to jump onto the field right and um and she said she's a patriot she's a trump supporter and was doing it to prove a point yes and most men watching sunday led football that's all that we're like holy cow i'll point out that she also said you know i don't care if you like this guy or hate this guy how was your life in 2016 versus how it is now so you could say that she has a an incredibly beautiful pair of points of view yes yeah she's got um she's got big trumps uh how did they uh can we continue here please yeah that's my own means three her cop run off over talking like talking like school girls yeah no offense we are catty bunch of well you know you look at you when you talk about by the way people uh mr president you like a nice pair well i want to say that i have to say this you know uh i want to bring up nancy polos oh no when she stops he's talking she left a cup with that she left her headlights on and i picked you know that the brights are on you gotta turn them off she has the daytime running lights oh no i'm talking about please don't bother me with such involvement what did the uh what did the pundits uh the cnn pundits think of the uh of kamal harris at the town hall let's start with danabash cut 21 fill what did uh what did she say cut 21 fill go uh your thoughts well i'll just tell you what i'm hearing from people who i've been talking to uh and that is that uh if her goal was to close the deal uh oh they're not sure she did that right row you know some people have asked is she being held to a different standard oh maybe but that's maybe the world that she's living in and on the question of who she is people are understanding that a little bit more but what she will do the question about her legislative priorities name one there there wasn't one um you know some more of her personality and her sort of character uh questions about your weaknesses or uh what what mistakes did you make not necessarily the answers there having said that um any time that she can be in front of an audience and interacting with voters is a win as far as her campaign goes and they are very happy about that i don't know about that so she's got no policy and she's got no personality yet she could actually win the election that's scary times to be living in but you're sitting there and saying a standard that she's held to and that's unfair what is the standard she replaced a brain dead corpse all she has to do is prove that she's a capable functioning human being and i don't know that she's been able to do that so far in nine ten weeks or whatever it has been she's having a hard time doing that and and for bash you know she's insinuating that well because she's a woman in this world uh you know so that's what she means you know because everyone's saying now that it's a misogyny thing if she loses yes it's an incompetence thing if she loses right she's awful okay that's what that's the problem and and remember the left knows that she's awful because before Biden dropped out they were panicking about her being the next the next man up and they thought she was dragging down the tickets remember there was conversation midway through the first term about replacing her replacing her right and now it's like well she's being held to a standard it's a standard you created by the way i mean but they're you know they're they're trying to play this whole thing well because she's a woman right it's a joy read and all these other people said misogyny it's a misogyny thing it's not a misogyny thing she is a terrible candidate she has a very hard time relating to the american people has nothing to do with her gender yeah exactly uh David Axelrod what did he say as we know he's he was a big uh obama um surrogate and and helped in the campaign got 22 fill go oh wait hang on sorry Phil that's my fault oh boy boy i i need to have i need to have a meeting with myself i i agree he's having a bad you yourself and i in a good in a conference from a 1002 sir yes this is when David Axelrod i think you're probably gonna go to when he talks about the word salad yes yes and here's somebody who who is an obama guy yep and a bigity big with the democrats so when he says this yep ouch but Axelrod speaks why it is well be obama speaking cut away cut away that's a very good perfectly but cut 22 Sean got all right Phil got on abortion rights because she feels passionately about it she could be clinical on some of these economic issues she was great on the long-term care for the uh for for the elderly to help people in the sandwich one of them put on her sweater and her findings the things that that would concern me and then i she did one thing at the end that i thought was really important the things that would concern me is when she doesn't want to answer a question her habit is to kind of go to world word salad city and she did that on a couple of answers one was on israel and it's an answer direct question if you be stronger in israel then trump and uh there was a seven-minute answer but none of it related to the question he was asking and so you know on certain questions like that on immigration uh i thought she missed an opportunity because she would acknowledge no concerns about any of the administration's policies uh and that's a mistake sometimes you have to concede things uh and she didn't concede much but i'll tell you something uh at john king mentioned bill clinton no one's going to be bill clinton but you do want to relate to the people in front of you she didn't do a lot of that she didn't do a lot of that she didn't ask them questions she did not address that by peculiarly again uh so she was giving set pieces uh too much but she said something at the end uh that i thought should be actually a frame if they want to go down this road this is a great frame she said he'll have an enemies list i'll have a to-do list and the to-do list is going to be the concerns you mentioned tonight i think that is a fundamental argument here what is your what is that what are their respective motivations and are they and who's going to actually work on the stuff that is going to impact positively on your life hey he was to dance point that's a very good point he did keep repeating that and his point was was like he was like combo if you're listening keep going with that you know what i mean don't help her yeah don you'll give you first crack your thoughts on word city salad word salad city or work yeah that's it man i i mean when when david axelrod says what he just says it's brutal and they all know it you saw their fake amount you know and because they're root you know they're rooting for her of course by the way uh newman price get to work on word salad city to the tune of paradise city by gods and roses yes thank you thank you sorry don't keep up with us newman yeah i mean so what he's saying is what we should be saying in other words uh and i was just like writing in the chat to sherry because i'm trying to multitask her but in other words the sherry's like dawn she's not likable my point is this oh god stop answering the chat i know but it's like maybe what you're thinking it's maybe what you're thinking that if we just focus on what he just focused on her policy if she can't if she can't even in a moment with with p can you imagine any other candidate in that moment to relate to that crowd i mean for me if i'm that candidate bill clinton would have been down holding the hands of Pam and sure i know i'll feel your pain right that's pretty good don't i was pretty good i take that as a cobbler from somebody who's the best at somebody does a bit of jam but seriously and i think and you know you think about trump i wish trump would have done the event he would own that room because he would have ripped through the details of his details and talked about his details and he would have ripped her for not giving any detail not answering any question so the point is stay on point yeah to talk about you know whether she's likable or not that's not the point the point is her policies first of all we don't know what the hell her policies are number one and number two which so all we can do is look at her track record to have actual rods say that about her what is he saying she's not likable she's not relatable she's not answering the questions she's not qualifying she's going around and around repeating herself in this crazy world set where it's salad i can't think of of a worse thing to happen to the democrat at the top of the ticket you know shawn there would be a lot of glorious ways to see the reasoning be why she could potentially lose and we'll never really know i mean yeah exit polls maybe it's the black vote maybe it's jewish vote hispanic vote young old whatever it might be but in the world of identity politics which which they created i mean they've replaced joe biden with an incompetent unlikable individual and forget whether or not kamala made the mistake with the wrong vp maybe the power brokers chose the wrong top of the ticket they could have Gavin Newsom if they wanted it right could have had josh appearance probably a better option over Gavin Newsom but they didn't do that because they could not bypass somebody that checks off two boxes for another white man yeah that's it they couldn't the dei you know you live by dei die by dei and that's exactly what happened and to hear axle rod say what he said on cnn about word salad city and we knew that was one of the biggest criticisms of kamala harris for the last three and a half almost four years right that's what she does and and what he said is is the truth and you know that when he speaks he's an obama mouthpiece right so you'd like to believe i i think that barack obama feels the same way about her and i think if you look back to july 21st when joe biden dropped out of the race it's why he declined to endorse right away because he he and his in his heart of hearts did not want it to be her at the top of the ticket and his way out would have been to say let's have a process but joe biden endorsed her out the door when he walked out the door he tapped her and said she's the next man up she's she's vice president you know she's the one i'm i'm getting behind and that's screwed up the plan they could have gone with a better candidate but biden didn't let them i don't think obama has ever liked kamala harris he's being an a team player now and what has he been reduced to you know i call him stale potato chips because you remember what it used to taste like a lot of people used to enjoy it but it's stale all right it's like i can't even pretend i like these anymore they're so stale what's worse stale or soggy potato chips soggy yeah soggy sucks soggy's bad yeah yeah but and as far as the whole combo thing let me let me just and i know we've talked about it was a pipe dream but everybody thought there was still a sliver of a chance a percentage shot that it would happen and it didn't and it was a long shot with michelle obama do you think after june 27th and that disastrous debate or maybe even before that before it became kamala do you think anybody actually reached out and had a conversation of hey i know you hate politics i know you like your personal life but just kind of sniffing around any interest do you think that conversation was ever had with michelle and they had to settle on kamala totally i think it absolutely because she's the only she was the only one that would have made sense at that time it's flashy right big you know grand slam home run people would have melted the hearts would have melted over over michelle obama right that she has a very high favorability rating on the left and you're dealing with it you were dealing at that point with a dejected democrat party unmotivated if it was michelle uh you know they they would have been excited i think people reached out and and obviously she doesn't want to do it because if she wanted to it would be her without without question she doesn't want to do it she hates politics she doesn't why would michelle obama want to want to have to serve in that role she already kind of has the influence now right without having to do the job of the president for the four years that she would have to you know travel and deal with the world leaders she doesn't have to do that she's she's had a great life yep not to mention she doesn't like politics but i do think those calls remain yeah i do think so by the way since this is kind of a winning formula you want to continue with this into the nine o'clock hour i i have a ton more yeah let's keep it going philadelphia uh these philadelphia voters interviewed by msnbc i still want to get up to that yeah yeah dana white on the current state of america mmm mick foley oh boy more rastler or and has an a voters alex wadner went out to talk to fill it out with your voters african-american i believe this is cut to fill um let me make sure i have your pot up there cut to fill go i agree with the idea of mass deportation largely you have criminals in this country who are destroying our nation they're uh coming in here getting earmarked bills and policies to open up businesses get free housing get access easier access than those who are legally immigrated to this country to welfare and other benefits so like as a taxpayer we have to pay for these guys to have luxuries of life and we don't get anything especially black americans who suffer so much in the system under democrats we don't get anything that's insane you talk about spring for ohio and the whole thing with the fluff talk of oh grabbing the sound bite about Haitians or whatever is eating cats and dogs y'all trying to change the narrative of what he's really talking about change the narrative of really what we're talking about right around us that's what we should be discussing no this here this is what we're discussing this here this is america and this is what america is about and what we're discussing so because i i i i'm told i have to play by the left rules so does that make that individual racist yes okay i'm just trying to keep up with the way you know Hitler because if i say it i'm racist you know i'm wondering if that individual says that if he's racist or if he's just got it all figured out yeah he's also he's he's definitely a uh a Nazi a threat to democracy and now i think that that was on msn correct that was on msnbc right yes sir there was a disclaimer that they played before that uh oh that they said uh well just so you know what you're about to see what you're about i'm paraphrasing but this is what they were trying to say this is not a representation of black voters in philadelphia as a whole wow this is just what we found wow it's like that i'm paraphrasing that's not that's not word for word what she said right but i think they played this i saw this uh this clip on social media and there was a disclaimer that they had to put in there to say right like you know these black guys aren't all the like the rest of the black guys um what if they are though yeah what if they are well maybe is it because because warning what you're about to see could be considered like like they're cutting somebody's leg off on like uh you know a doctor show that's cool like it's gory content it's like in the 80s uh those sitcoms you have a very special episode this this is a very special episode it does not represent all uh the points of view of all black america oh my god yeah that's that was that clip it happened uh it happened on msmbc and they they aired that little disclaimer that said you know we spoke to black voters in philadelphia but this does not represent all black voters in philadelphia i can't imagine what like a 59 year old white liberal woman in new town was thinking as she she saw that clip on msmbc last night she probably threw herself a hissy fit in her bedroom i like that he used to do town too yeah that's that's my official go-to i think i got that from you actually i think new hope or yeah new hope you're always bringing a redner red brin brin more it's cut 23 here this had a philadelphia black men feel about barack obama telling them that they better vote for kamala cut 23 phil go and i just wonder for anybody who heard that like what they thought of that i was people and it felt like a moment where it's like view inwards better get in line wow and do what we say and it felt like the dema him as the czar of the democratic party coming down to say go get these inwards in line and the general tone of it was disgusting it was abhorrent i don't respect it i didn't like nothing about it and kamala two days after that is like we love our we love our black men we we had programs and things that we roll an outfit and she rolled out policy you know well i'm tired of the good company i'm tired of it yeah i mean i look there's definitely a segment of the black population that is offended by the fact that you just assume that every black person listens to everything obama says as gospel and marches to that beat it it was bad enough that obama did it and steven a smith of all people for me as p_n_ came out in land based at him for for speaking down saying don't don't say it's misogyny if you know this is steven a's words if the brothers don't want to vote for kamala it may be it's did you ever think that it's not misogyny that it's policy that they don't like her policy has nothing to do with her sex her race or gender or anything like that and now to double down on this spike lee has been back on the trail they brought spike lee back at the next guy yes the the film director of the whole bit and he's out there lecturing black men that they need to get on board with kamala harris that i mean that that's really embarrassing that they they had to go to spike lee at this point that's that's ridiculous that there are a lot of people hard to know he who he is right now as the next guy right right now the guy who wears the weird glasses at the courts record yeah yeah uh let's go back i have a few more from the kamala harris town hall last night on cnn and for those uh late risers who nine ten if you're just joining us where the hell have you been good we start at six a.m. thank you for all the uh a a uh a member i guess that's what you call the town hall attendee uh asked about packing supreme court and she did her we can study it okay what it means which means which means i'm not actually going to do anything or i don't want to say i'm going to do it right in public that's the what we'll study it means cut 20 cut 20 feel go i appreciate that you did acknowledge that we are a country that is faced with problems and issues with the supreme court being played with issues would you be in favor of expanding the court to say 12 so each justice has only one circuit court other than chief justice to assist in making judgments more balanced well to your point i there is no question that the american people increasingly are losing confidence in the supreme court and in large part because of the behavior of certain members of that court and because of certain rulings including the dobs decision and taking way a precedent that had been in place for fifty years protecting woman's right to make decisions about her own body so i do believe that there should be some kind of reform of the court and we can study what that actually looks like but i do believe but again let's just while you raise the point of the court understand that again in 13 days the american people will decide who is the next president united states in 13 days you will decide who is sitting in the oval office on january 20th and on one hand you have in donald trump someone excuse me she's speaking sorry sorry not advice to be unstable and who as we have established and the people close to him have established his unfit to serve somebody who on january 20th you can be sure we'll spend full time like we know and we've seen the image mentally of him sitting in the dining room off of the oval office watching for hours as people violently attacked the capital you can be sure because he has said he would weaponize the department of justice to go after his political enemies that you can look at a donald trump in the white house after january 20th sitting in that oval office plotting his revenge he has talked about the enemies within we haven't even raised that subject anderson anderson the enemies within he's talking about the american people yeah he's going to put you in a case he's talking about journalists judges nonpartisan election officials he's going to take rachael madder off the earth he's talked about as john kelly has talked about can he send the military after peaceful protesters butcher the baker the candlestick maker and he's going to sit there unstable unhinged plotting his revenge plotting his retribution creating an enemies list i'm going to tell you my list will be a list of how i address and continue to address the issues that you all are raising this afternoon and evening it will be a to-do list about how we can impact the american people and lift up the american people and address some of the challenges that we continue to face i want to get whatever list she's handed will be handed to her from the same people that are running the country right now because it's not her or joe but you know when we talked about the clip with the border she'd love to bring up her days as an attorney general or a prosecutor her law background right when this have been the more applicable setting for her to talk about law since the question originally was not about donald trump there was a question but it was about the supreme court i don't know she's a lawyer i would think she would have something to say about the highest court of the land and she's like i can study it i'll get back to you later let me get back to bashing donald trump it's a terrible right it's the strategy behind like i don't know maybe tds and um abortion carries the day and that's enough for her to beat trump i don't know we'll find out in 12 days but boy i tell you what if she's an expert on law that would have been the time for her to talk about the supreme court and she she whiffed on that one too she whiffs on everything and and i think you brought up a good point about the tds i'd come back to a quote from rfk where he said you know who needs a policy when you have trump to hate and that's that's that's that's it in a nutshell you know democrats and and but i think i think people are getting tired of orange man bad right because because the last four years we've seen you know the price of eggs go from uh a dollar seventy six a dozen to your right arm for a dozen right like you've seen you've seen you you come out of the supermarkets and you feel like you're getting hit over the head with a rusty shuffle it hurts right and people understand money we need it every day we use it every day the cost of everything has gone up our wages have been kept pace with it and and they get it so people don't want to hear well donald trump is bad people want to hear how are you going to fix this right even if you caused it how are you going to fix it and you can't fix it by by yelling about donald trump so i think even the tds aspect of everything or the yeah i don't like him but uh you know i could have a stake a couple times a week right right and then you know when you talk about the cost of living and groceries i know she was asked about that last night and then she starts bloviating again about you know the price gouging concept which we know is not true because these grocery stores are working on like one and a half two percent margins right right um can i play this this is the tonic burrino mentioned this yesterday nikael so this is this was captured on a ring doorbell some unhinged woman you went to uh the house of somebody who had a trump sign yes and this is not my mother-in-law outside of their uh outside of their house rang the doorbell and asked this person why they're supporting Donald trump i showed this for my wife yesterday while she was working i'll tell you what when i when when when my wife and i finally have our home when when that comes and hopefully it's soon yeah i'm getting a ring doorbell i want this to happen because i would have answered her like trump oh i would have said you can't imagine that i want to say listen to me you came to the wrong house okay you came to the door you came to that how could i help you you came to the room you want to you want fries with it could you imagine this lady's reaction if she heard trump's voice through the doorbell it would be amazing it would just have it would well why don't we do this why don't we play this uh and then maybe mr trump can respond yes yes this is a uh this is a a severe case of tds uh this woman going up to a random house and yelling at them for having a trump sign out in front of them uh cut eight so go hi i come back to know how you can vote we can't answer the door right now but if you'd like to leave a message you can do it now change fault are you the one that walks by here and are we screaming people uh no i haven't watched that recently okay people walk by and scream yeah i i'm not supposed you are going for the devil don't you know is that no why are you wearing for him um because i believe he is the moral candidate oh my god you for that all right god so now i think that's hysterical but let me just that and i'll be the guy that i'll take the stocker roll and throw some cold water on this because i said this to my wife yesterday is there a chance that that was planted and that was fake like staged because and not to say that this wouldn't happen because when this these things happen it's always the left flipping out because you're a trump supporter i've true true case study i don't think i've ever seen a trump supporter flip out on a harris or biden or democrat supporter at somebody's doorbell camp but she says of all the things and you know this is not a shot at trump but i don't know that he's necessarily the most morally astute individual that being said like you said i'm voting for the moral candidate not not because his economy was great are we a global piece or a secure order it's a troll is that okay it's a troll but do we think that is authentic i'll be the jerk you can rip me on twitter and youtube almost too good to be sure it is it is it is but we've seen we have seen like what in 2020 when i was in the supermarket with my mask on because you had to do that yeah i had the trump pants mask and i had because i was like if you're gonna make if you're gonna make me wear a mask yeah i'm putting trump you know i'm gonna wear one that says trump pants you know donald trump's campaign was selling them oh yeah you know so so i did that and i i i kid you not i was i was just i was getting pork chops okay and a woman rolls her eyes at me and scott i said now what is your problem okay what do you got sure what it's your mask and i said so oh wait which one do i have on today it says trump but i said i said taliban on it i'm sorry man i said oh it says trump i got you to say his name i could take it off i could take it off no no no so these people exist oh yeah put that up in stage a hundred percent but i i am gonna lean in the direction of that's an authentic interaction and and uh and answering that yeah i'm voting for the moral candidate is definitely ironic even though we know he's perfect i'm a perfect person i've never done anything wrong uh because when you're famous they let you do it you know what i'm talking about you know what i'm talking about it's very true i would have told her no i'm not voting for the devil she ran in 2016 her name is crook-a-teller he is the cayling company podcast from dark radio 1210 WPHD and on the free on a c-app on election day coming up to election day going into election day we always hear about maricopa county right in that that's our zone uh that's our zone all right that's correct um well they have announced well let let me play the audio clip let me play the news clip there and then you guys can comment on it uh how long it's going to take for them to tabulate their votes in maricopa county cut six fill no this is cut five i'm sorry this is cut five fill go anyway very tight races here in fact maricopa county setting the stage that tabulating all these votes may not be an election night thing it may take days wow well 12 news journalist calling to quora explains that county leaders are asking voters for patience and to be prepared tight races high interest in the election and a two-page ballot are leaving maricopa county officials warning of lines on election day and also warning it's going to take them 10 to 13 days to tabulate results two pages and an average of 79 contests per ballot we are expecting heavy turnout this year and so that's why we're really encouraging people to vote early two weeks out from election day and some votes are in more than 400 000 people have cast the ballot in maricopa county that's out of an anticipated 2.1 million voter turnout this year we are seeing a little bit of a lag of where we were in 2020 but the last few days we've actually seen an uptick in turnout so i am expecting that we will start approaching very close to those 2020 numbers what can impact the amount of results released and when early ballots dropped off on election day our races will be close and on election day lines are expected even with an increase in vote centers and voting booths at those vote centers if you're going to vote on election day vote vote in person and use that on-site tabulator so that those votes will be tabulated on that evening as opposed to dropping off your early ballot on election day the county adding more high-speed tabulators more election workers we're increasing staffing at our ballot processing as well because again we're handling double the number the sheets of paper and so we are looking to both have extra shifts night shifts if necessary in ballot processing and then in the next step that takes place in election administration and that's through tabulation but tabulation expected to take time we do expect that it will take between 10 and 13 days to complete tabulation all right so in the words of republican senator john kennedy from louisiana can we understand so maricopa county has a population of 4.4 million people by my research last night because i saw this clip last night it is the fourth biggest county in the country it's a phoenix right yeah it's a massive county but they have a population county-wide 4.4 million people they're going to need a week and a half to two weeks to count yet florida the state of florida has 24 million people they have six times the population and they will wrap up their tabulations by about nine or ten o'clock and two time zones on election day and two time zones and so on i think there's countries that wrap up in 24 hours forget states countries that can do it quicker than counties no it is i want is doing it i want yeah it is maybe that's maybe that's where our tax dollars are going so there are uh you know elections can be counted on the same night it is have they ever heard i need to ask maricopa county have you ever heard of the show sesame street okay i got along very well with big bird uh i can along very well with the count you know the count count i taught them how to count one one vote two votes three beautiful votes uh uh uh seriously okay it it isn't hard to count all right like the fact that they're saying that it's going to take 10 to 13 days they could speed it up and and everybody has known that maricopa county forever has been the most corrupt most ridiculous most disastrous county in the country every time there's an election being held whether it's a primary a mid-term a presidential election school boards in maricopa county they probably have no idea who won like it they're notorious for that okay they you would think the public pressure would force them to fix it the only reason they're not fixing it is because they don't want to fix it okay it is if you look at this and and chalk it up to just sheer incompetence at this point there is no hope for you going forward none none whatsoever if you if you think this is an innocent mistake where people have identified that maricopa county every single time we do an election has problems and now they're telling you that a county of four million people and all of them aren't going to vote so maybe two million of them will vote can't get those votes in before states like texas states like florida with much larger populations multiple time zones but maricopa county can't do it they can do it they don't want to do it that's the point you know it's amazing dawn is you have laura trump who said we need one hundred thousand poll watchers this election she's actually received two hundred thousand it's like united time right with the manufacturer rebate instead of a hundred you get two hundred right about that so two hundred thousand people here's what you do laura trump take sixty thousand of them and stuff them in maricopa county you can say i just need you to keep your eyes on everything for the next uh two weeks you've been reassigned maricopa this is what i don't even know if i can say what a slapstick county it is well i don't know if that's fine some of them the goal is 500 000 that they would get i mean they've already gotten i'm just getting a text from somebody um they the last they heard they've already knocked on 270 000 doors their target is 500 000 doors they're just trying to knock on doors they're trying to get more volunteers they need the help so if you can please go to you know protect the vote dot com swantha vote dot com trump force 47 but they're looking for more volunteers uh let's talk about how close to the race is because i think do we all shawn i i know where nick and don't stand but are you under the assumption that this is going to be a close race or do you not think it's going to be a close race i think it's going to be close um you know the the trends are telling us that maybe it's not as close as we originally thought but i don't like thinking that way i i want to say you know what it's going to come down to one vote so everybody go out there and do it you you treat this election yep especially right here in pennsylvania as if you are the deciding vote you have to get it done amen okay early in person that's what i would prefer people do because you know that the there is no i'll just vote on november sixth right like there is no tomorrow if you screw up something happens on on november fifth i mean i love the weather right there where there's a hurricane potentially again gonna bear down on florida around election time okay so and it's not set in stone it's obviously you know we're 13 days out but but or 12 days out but you don't know what may go wrong on election day act as if you are the deciding vote don't even act it believe you're the deciding vote and get your vote in before that anything can go wrong please well to that point uh shawn uh the harry end who we play here i mean like look he's he's a he's a cnn data analyst totally count take it for what it's worth but he he thinks that the so-called democrat panic is quite overblown because this race is so close cut nine phil go no it's one of these funny things depending on which week i get different friends from different sides of the hour coming back to me one week it's the republicans wearing this week it was the democrats that were wearing but then you look at polling like that and then we take a look at the race of 270 and i should point out the race of 270 the path of 270 for cola harris is very clear right now you know you talk about wisconsin let's turn that blue all right that gets harris of 236 electoral votes how about michigan will give her blue there 251 electoral votes how about pennsylvania look at this to 270 electoral votes if those washington post polls are in fact correct and so she has a very clear path at 270 electoral votes of course erin i don't just like looking at one poll i like to look at an aggregate of polling so let's take a look at the recent aggregate of polls in these blue wall states now what do we see we see very close contests it's actually closer than the washington post polls but again less than a point lead for harris in wisconsin less than a point lead in michigan less than a point lead in pennsylvania but the bottom line is cola harris based upon these polling data both from the washington post and in the averages has a very clear path at this particular point just based upon those states to 270 electoral votes the bottom line is i don't understand the democratic panic right now because the path is clear it's clear and and just to make it very clear for people that would mean she doesn't need to win any of the other states you have there which includes north carolina navada arizona george i mean that's that just to put an emphasis on it but north carolina is is must win for trump in any path yes to 270 i know uh you've got early voting in north carolina that has started also in georgia and it has shattered records in both places in georgia though what is the number now ari more than one and a half million okay and i had seen somewhere that that we had double digit percentage point uh double digit of uh you know who voted before could be 13 percent or so already of the electorate i mean those numbers are pretty stunning so what are you looking for in georgia yeah what am i looking for in these states i mean look i think we're going to have a very close race in georgia look at this we got a point leaving the polls there for donald trump well within the margin ever less than a point in north carolina two-point lead for donald trump again well within the margin of arizona less than a point lead for kamala harris in navada so you know even if we gave you know donald trump say wisconsin michigan pennsylvania you can still in fact at kamala harris to 270 by giving her north carolina georgia arizona in navada so again i don't understand this democratic panic baron well there's there's no chance that trump would win pennsylvania wisconsin michigan and then lose the southern states that would be upside down world um so i mentioned what it looks like if you don't get pennsylvania so let me give you the scenario for both if kamala harris wins pennsylvania trump's likeliest path to victory appears to be taking arizona georgia north carolina and michigan should trump win pennsylvania harris's likeliest path to the white house seems to be wisconsin michigan navada and then either georgia or north carolina uh i will go on record and say this i think this is going to be one of those years where we buck the trend historically we've been told that pennsylvania michigan wisconsin they typically all fall in line my gut feeling right now is that it will not be a clean sweep for either one of them i could see trump winning pa but losing michigan or wisconsin or i could see harris winning michigan and then not getting pennsylvania or wisconsin you know or maybe trump wins arizona doesn't win navada or something like that there are multiple paths all over the place for harry anten to come out and say he doesn't know why they're panicking well they're panicking because it's close if i was a democrat and i had all the mainstream media all the print publication mainstream media uh facebook instagram tiktok youtube in my corner and it's a tight race and you know that donald trump historically has overperformed the polling right in 2016 it was a nine point over performance a nine point miss on behalf of the polls in favor of donald trump after the fact in 2020 it was a five point miss so you figure it reduces that you know that the miss reduced by half well if it happens again and it's a two and a half point miss you're looking at blowouts in pennsylvania and and michigan and wisconsin where maricopa county and their shenanigans are irrelevant because all donald trump has to do to hit 270 he's got to win the 2020 states that he won okay i got my map up he's got to win the 2020 state study one all's he's got he's got a flip georgia hang uh hold on to north carolina and win pennsylvania that's 270 okay not including which uh michigan and wisconsin at all not including maybe any rare uh flips that you might see i happen to think there's a chance in virginia there may be a chance in minnesota i'm not saying he should spend time there but you know if if one of those states you talk about you talk about bucking the trend if virginia comes off the board for the democrats if minnesota with tim walles comes off the the board for the democrats things get really crazy so why are they panicking because it's close and they have spent a billion dollars i'd be panicking too if i spent a billion dollars and i wasn't in the lead tremor and they've said spent them two to one one point one billion to six hundred and forty million since july 21st yeah all right we'll come back we'll get to uh your voicemails today in music history and what's on tap for the dawn show coming up at the top of the hour as that wraps up a two-hour edition of what's
