[MUSIC] Kynan just slaps it towards Conway wanted support, finally little dish up to Macklin. Cuz you get the knees on the boards again. Macklin on the first of the days. Critical moment here with 9 and a half to play. Upstairs, Kate Hall, and Vanish Dees. [MUSIC] At the back, Maxlin, with their hands off to the left. [SOUND] [MUSIC] Harry can link up with Kay Hall with Brita Teeth. Run away from Pound, has a bounce, takes on Wilson, has a second bounce, runs to 40, and third bounce, runs to 25. Hall keeps going, and stands for the legible goal. Follow the goal to the year for Kay Hall. [MUSIC] Here's a ground level, shrugs Riddell on a red right foot. Gets cool traction on the football, and now they're in another green final. >> [APPLAUSE] >> And Melbourne, I am Melbourne Rodriguez for the first time. It's a brand new flag, brand new flag. [MUSIC] Melbourne started week eight, sitting in 11th on the ladder, needing to bank a crucial win over fifth place Richmond to stay in the hunt for finals. And to the sheer delight of the demon supporters who turned up to the field of dreams on Saturday evening, they did just that. A four goal haul to our speedy goal kicking Queen Alyssa Bannon helped us on our way, leaving us needing to win our last two home and away matches to give ourselves a fighting chance at finals. Hello and welcome to the official unofficial podcast of the AFL NARM Demons, the debrief. I'm your host, Larissa, and here with me for this episode of the podcast we have Mitch and John O. >> Thanks, Larissa, good to be back this week. >> Thanks, Larissa, it's a real good week to be back. >> Yeah, it's always nice after a win, isn't it? >> And even better after four in a row? >> Yeah, and it was a really good game of football and Saturday night, even though it was down at Casey and windy and a little bit. >> And we had a good lead there in the fourth quarter and Richmond just clawed back a bit of percentage there in the late stages of the game. But other than that, it was a really solid form as I thought. >> And I did remember hearing when we were exiting the ground, people talking about a bit of it, that last three goals that Richmond got and the percentage, I think with our percentage after the big massive hits we took earlier in the year, it's probably not going to come into play this year. >> Yeah, more just the last little bit of time that they just perhaps could have, not I don't want to say tried a little bit harder, but just held on I guess less about the percentage and more about just not letting the game slip away at the end. >> Yeah, correct. >> And it could also be a fact that we were still coming back from our condensed fixture. Like we, week seven, we had the two games, week six was a short break between. >> Yes. >> And then heading into this game. >> Yeah, another quick turn out really isn't it? >> Yeah, so it could, that could have played a little bit into a bit of fatigue coming back, but another good showing for at least three and a half quarters. >> Yeah, absolutely, yep, so eight goal, 351, five goal, to five goals, eight, 38. As mentioned, bano got four goals, Georgia goal, or goal burger, as she'll now be known here, two goals, one goal to our guest from last week, Edo, and one goal to Hanksie. And had the bano live per cell, Kate Hore, Edo and GG, goal burger as best on ground. >> Best, I think, name. >> Yeah. >> Better to say we're all pretty impressed with that. >> Correct. >> What can we say about both Georgia is into a point? What would have happened if we had loss in for all season? What would have happened if we had tired for all season? >> Yeah. >> We understand the development that we've seen for a start. >> No. >> They, again, every week we say it, they play their best games, their careers. >> Yep. >> Again. >> Yeah, correct. >> Yeah, and probably, I was sort of thinking about it today, and I was thinking, you know, reflecting on last year, like I think, am I right in saying Georgia Campbell played her first game ahead of Georgia goal and she probably seemed the more advanced of the two of them, but it almost feels like Goldberg has jumped ahead of her there a bit, I reckon. >> Yeah. It is very hard to compare the two given that GC is a bit more of that ruck forward where goalie is just more of a key forward, so. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, no, I think GC did play late season seven from memory. >> Awesome. >> Yeah, I think there was a game up in Gold Coast that she played her first, I mean that season, so. But yeah, both of them, their development, and to see a triple ruck tandem work this week, that was a massive surprise at the selection table to have laws, GC and, and real playing, so. >> Yeah. >> Well, what did you do with it? Let GC stay forward. >> Forward. That's the majority of the game and she just pitched a couple of times, but GC return had no answer to it all day. >> Yeah, it was great to see, wasn't it? >> And you just look at what our best, out of our best five listed, Zanks and, and Perce coming back in and just shows how, how much our injuries have, have hurt, haven't. >> Yeah, 100%. >> Both of them, I think in our best the last two weeks, come back from injury. >> Yeah. >> Like that lives return two games and she's been in the best both weeks, just phenomenal. Like the bravery that it must be taking her, I think, I watched an interview with her through the week and she doesn't, she doesn't really strike me as the type that seems too bothered by what's happened, but yeah, it was pretty full on injury by the sounds of it. >> Yeah, and, and to see that she couldn't actually fly back and she had to get the train back from, from Adelaide after that game, it was, that would have been an interesting story in itself. >> And I think a granny traveled with her guy saw somewhere, she went over to Adelaide and came back on the train with her. >> That's great, but I think there's an unique name for Perce that has to be Batman, surely. >> Not Batman. >> Batman. >> Batman, sorry. >> Bat leaf. >> Bat leaf. >> Yeah. >> Bat leaf. >> I like it. That mask is well. >> Yeah. >> It wasn't even to the older Jason Dunstool headwear when he, when he came back from that sculptor. >> We're just adding to the collection of pretty awesome nicknames that they've got going on there at the moment by the, the sounds of it. >> A hundred percent. And I'm going to argue black and blue here that Shelley should have been named in their bed. >> Oh, absolutely. What, she had 12 tackles or something and limited, uh, Mon Contee. Yes. >> Con, Conte had 27. >> Yeah, but she had no impact. >> It was at 60, you know, most of that 60% would have been a little given goes that she did number of times. >> Nine ticks, 18 handballs. >> Correct. >> Or she had no impact on the game whatsoever. >> Yeah. >> Shelly went straight to her and just destroyed her and, look, I'm not too prepared to admit I was standing on the fence in the last quarter and they may have tumbled over in front of me. And I, I may have given one a bit of a mouthful where she was, uh, yapping at Shelly there and I was just, you need to shut up because you had your arse handed to you all game. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. No, she's definitely a player that is, is an absolute superstar and then to show for, to be able to do what she did, get her own ball as well, just shows how much of the superstar Shelly is. >> Yeah. Exactly right. And we spoke about it last week. We said we're not going to stop her getting the football, but it's limiting what you do with the football, the impact with the pressure. And that was just outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Was a pretty fabulous game around. Was there anything else that stood out to you guys that you were really impressed with? >> I'll just, we've said it before, our defense just holding out like Richmond did have a bit of a period where they were getting it into our day 50 into their forward 50 and our defense just stood up tall once again and, and just limited it. Like if, if they weren't there, like Mavo wasn't there, Talia wasn't there. That could have easily been a lot higher a score that Richmond got in. >> Yeah. It certainly helped that Brennan went off in that second quarter though. Having said that before that, Goldie was- >> Goldie was amazing on her. >> Yeah. >> Absolutely destroying her. And I did say once Katie ran off the runner came around to where he was standing, he just screamed at Goldie, just back to your normal half back row, back to your normal row, back to your normal row. She was just like playing this shut down row on Brennan and it just released her and all the rest of history. >> Yeah. >> Another one that could have easily been one of their best this week, just playing that role. >> Yeah. >> Probably doesn't get shown in the, in the votes on what the AFLW awards night or best in the media. >> It's cut to all midfielders award. >> It'll come, come best in Ferris night, that might get her a bit of a few votes. >> Yeah. >> So it should. >> Yep. >> Yeah, no, there was another good game from Goldie for sure. >> And it was a decent crowd there, so good as that day night at Casey. >> Yep. >> Just to go over 2000, which would have been our biggest at Casey, you know, in a while, I'd say without knowing off the top of my head. >> Oh, well it was perfect, it was perfect conditions for football. It was at least the first time I think I've ever been out there where it hasn't been handling a 30 kilometer L win. >> No. >> There was barely any breeze. >> Well, it, there was. >> But Casey, it was barely any breeze. >> Casey was very, yeah, so, what we had, it beat out North Melbourne record, North Melbourne crowd by three. So they, we also got a tick over 2000 for North, but apart from that, it's been 1500, 1600, 1900, 1900 against that away last year, 1400 against dogs, and then a couple of pretty poor ones. The dogs that got 2150 the first time they traveled down to. >> Yeah, the long-awaited to Casey Fields for the dogs. What did you guys think of the crowd, did you think that, like, there seemed to be a fair few Richmond people around, but hard to gauge whether, how many of the 2000 that were there where Melbourne and how many was Richmond. >> It was a 70/30 split for Melbourne, but. >> Yeah. >> The Richmond fans were very, very vocal, especially where I was standing around there. I must admit, they, they were into the umpires a little bit, and when you look at it, and it's 23 weeks to six for the game, 10 to one at half time. >> If it were, if it was the other way around. >> Would be, would be, probably have to go, yeah, so. >> But, I will say this, and I'm taking my Melbourne glasses off right now, I got home and I watched the replay straight away, because I wanted to see it. Every single free kick we got was there. Every single one was there. All six that they got were there. We probably got away with a couple that should have been paid in front of their goal, but. I didn't think they missed too many, but we should have given away. It was only two or three. >> I think it's just the case that the umpires are just, as we said earlier, just not. >> They're not the top action one. >> Yeah, correct. >> But, just a quick go back to the crowd, the fact that Richmond actually had a banner themselves, first at Casey away team for a while, and then they set up at the opposite end behind the goals as well, so that was very good from Richmond, so. >> Yeah, yeah, the other overlap there with Richmond is just touch on Sarade, who played her first game, X Richmond listed on Richmond's list, didn't play with them, but played her first game with Melbourne on the weekend as well, so that was really nice. >> Yeah, correct. >> And played a good game. >> Yeah, correct. >> It was very sure, very composed. >> Yeah. >> It was just a good all-around game from her, especially for your first game, you'd be nervous. >> And I think playing against her ex teammates as well, I spoke to her briefly after the game, and I said, "How many of the Richmond girls do you know?" and she said, "Oh, all of them." >> Yeah. >> So, that's always tough, I think. >> Exactly, right. >> We've got to touch on Zankz as well, she said on the squad last week that her main goal was to compete and bring the ball down, she didn't lose one contest on the weekend, she either split it or she marked it, and she, her pressure directly resulted in our first two goals. >> Yeah. >> Directly. >> Yeah, it's great to have her back. >> Yeah, all the all the inclusions that are coming back in now, it's a really nothing I said at last week about the, you know, the selection dilemmas, and it's there again, really, isn't it? >> Yeah, and definitely this time of year, when we are sort of, we've been saying it off air, Destiny is almost in our own hands with the way that the fixtures is for the last two games, Richmond and Aciden playing each other this week. And to be able to get these players back in, at this time of year, it is giving us that momentum that we need if we are to sneak in and play finals. >> Yeah. >> Well, absolutely. Mitch and I have a little bit of a, it's not a disagreement, it's just a different point of view. And then you go, I, I still family, we win both, we'll play finals. >> Yeah. >> Because, >> So without it, depending on any other results or just, we have two wins. >> Win both. >> Win both, because. >> Obviously. >> But then we should play each other. >> Yeah. >> We should play Hawthorne in the last round. >> Yeah. >> We could probably lose both and then we jump a game ahead of them. >> Yeah. >> Essen and probably aren't going to lose in the last round. >> I hope they have. >> They've got Carlton in the last round. So just looking at the sort of, what, fifth, fifth and ninth. So Freo currently fifth, sixth and three, they played GWS away, which you'd expect them to win, and then the Bulldogs at home, which you probably expect them to win both. So that will probably lock in a fifth by spot unless something could happen and they jump out of light, like, hypothetically, if North beat Adelaide this week. >> Which is not. >> Which could be. >> As a round as a possibility. >> I was sorry, North, yeah, North and Adelaide this week. Freo could jump into the four and Adelaide slipped to fifth. So that, it's almost an Adelaide Freo, fifth, fourth and fifth spot. That's the, well, depending on the results this week. Richmond have Essen and then Hawthorne, so they could win one, win both, lose both. >> They lose both on Mr. Fong's. >> Yeah. So that could put them at what, six and five if they lose both. Port Adelaide have Gold Coast away and GWS at home. You'd probably expect them to win both, many nays right into sixth. Obviously percentage there being a question. Essen have Richmond and Carlton, as we just said, they'd probably, they'd probably beat Carlton in the last round and then that 50-50 game this week against Richmond up in Darwin. And then us playing against Hawkes up in Cairns, which going through who Hawthorne played this year, they haven't really played anyone outside of Adelaide, who they lost to. >> Yeah. >> And then Collingwood, we got, Collingwood at home, so theoretically, if we do happen to lose a tight one to Hawthorne this week and absolutely pants Collingwood and Taram a new one, we can still sneak into percentage, but we are relying on Essen to get done. And I think I saw it's about 130-point turnaround between us and Essen. >> Which is not the other round was a possibility, but it's going to be tight. So let's just beat Hawthorne, let's pants Collingwood. >> And see what the other results do. >> Well, I did have a laugh with Mitch before because I was like, hang on, I want to see what's going to throw the result either to Richmond and Essen and have a draw. >> Yeah, but what does that do? >> Now, Richmond and Essen have a draw on where we win both, we'll finish 7th. And Richmond will finish 8th. >> So the draw between them is actually going to be well for us, as long as we win both. >> Yeah. Yeah, I think for the last two rounds, first point of if we want to play finals, we need to win both. >> We win both. >> If we lose 1, then it's relying on results, if we win both, we're still relying on results in some way. >> To an extent. >> To an extent. >> Like, if Essen beat Richmond this week and then Richmond happened to get over Hawthorne, and we win both, we miss it. So girls, if you're listening, win both, please. >> I have no doubt that's what they want to do as well. >> Mitch wants another trip to Perth. >> Yeah, if we sneak into 8, it'll be another trip to Perth. >> Did I hear you and your dad -- someone's saying that your dad's gone to Perth four times this year? >> Yeah, so if that does happen and we do have to play in Perth again for the first week of finals, and dad decides to go, which would be surprising if he doesn't give him that he's been to literally every other game this year, men's and women's, yeah, it'd be his fourth trip to Perth this year, myself would be my third. I didn't go to the men's free-o game. >> Yeah, that's impressive because I used to live in Perth, and it's nearly 10 years since I moved back here, and I have not been back once in that space of time. >> Yeah, it's just been lucky that we've sort of been able to build up points and stuff because it is a bit of expensive trip. But like for the -- the game ends free-o, free-o over early in the year, we both use points. >> Yeah. >> Well, there was some points off his own for Virgin, and we got business class on the way over, and we got girlfriend Claire as well, there's three of us in business class on the way over, one A, one C and one D, and on the way back we got a bit of extra leg room, so beauty about flying all over the country to watch our lovely teams. >> Yep, you've built up all those frequent fly points, Mitch. >> Yeah, correct. >> Yeah, so we've chatted a little bit about the latter positions and what we need to do, spoken a little bit about the crowd attendance at our game. Just a few things to pick up on other crowd attendances, the big turnout for the Derby or the Derby, whichever you want to -- >> Derby, MWA? >> You're from Perth. >> You're from Perth. >> I can never remember. I'm not from Perth. >> Yeah, but I'm not from Perth. >> Derby and WAW over here. >> Yeah, so they had over 6,000 at that game, which was pretty impressive. I mean, obviously, to local teams, they should really turn out in numbers. >> When you compare Carlton versus Western Bulldogs to Melbourne based teams, only getting 1,300 at ICON, another good shout-out from Port Adelaide faithful getting out to Melbourne against St. Cooler just under 2.5. >> Yep. >> A crowd at Windy Hill for the Essendon North guy. >> Yeah, well, that's sort of a four thousand three hundred and sort of the northern suburbs -- >> Yes. >> There's Derby for us. >> Exactly right. They don't like each other in the northern Essendon. They never have marshmallows, anyone? >> Yeah. >> Another good Sydney turnout, 2.5 there at Henson Park, so -- >> They're really getting behind their side up there, this one's supporters, which is great to see. >> They're actually now -- because last year, obviously, they got on a good run and their crowds were kind of correlating with their form and they have dropped off a bit this season. But yeah, hopefully, their numbers will continue to -- >> Yeah. I would probably suggest some of the numbers might be a bit lower with sort of two Melbourne based teams playing up in Cairns on Thursday night. You got two Melbourne teams playing in Darwin on Saturday night, so -- >> I think the Darwin match will be a big turnout. >> Yeah. >> I reckon it will, but you probably don't get a lot of traveling fans up there. >> No. >> There's not many of us traveling up to Cairns from our point of view. The Western Bulldogs, St. Kilda game at Ballarat, also might get a bit of a lower drawing crowd, although Bulldogs do have a bit of a following out there, and it's only -- >> They do play some major matches out there. >> Yeah. >> Two hours away from Melbourne, so -- >> Yeah, the goal probably end up at the Cairns. >> But yeah, so hopefully the crowd -- they see what's happening with the crowd numbers and decide to move the fixture again, so it's not clashing and going so late and footy fatigues. >> Yeah. >> We don't need to really get on to fixture again any -- >> There's certainly been a lot of noise in the media about addressing it, so who knows what's going to come on, but hopefully, you know, they think of the fans and -- >> And they think of it, yeah, until -- >> The players. >> We're talking about the same AFL here that just completely know what the fans want all the time. >> If they want to listen to the fans, same weekend, same opponent, same state. >> But again, since when's the AFL actually listened to the fans? >> Correct. >> Yep. All right. So this week we've got Hawthorne, who was sitting in second on the ladder, up as Mitch mentioned, up in Cairns, so Hawthorne's home game? >> Yeah, so it's a Hawthorne home game, but the way I see it is that, especially in a fixture that we've got 11 games, some teams have six, some teams have five, this is the perfect opportunity for there to be sort of a neutral ground, so each team are playing five and five and a neutral, same with the game in Darwin, so they've evened it out a little bit, even -- I know it's a Western Bulldogs game at Ballarat, but that's still technically neutral ground, given that neither team play their regular home games. >> Yep. So Hawks have had eight wins, that one loss came against Adelaide. >> Against Adelaide? >> Yep. And that was in Adelaide. >> Yes, that was in Adelaide, so. >> So they've got on a pretty good role this year, hopefully this is the opportunity to put a stop to that. >> Well, do you have any other side of the plate that's in the '80s, Fremantle, and they won that boy? >> Yeah, so -- >> A kick and a half. >> In some ways, they've had a bit of a soft draw, really. >> And once again, that just comes down to the featuring about where we're going to play literally each of the top, excluding us each of the top 10, in the L11 games, plus GWS, plus Collingwood. >> Yeah, yeah. And I guess as one of the newer teams, they've probably been given a little bit of a -- >> Yeah, I think, especially the first two years, they didn't really have the greatest of records, so if you chuck in that. >> Yeah, I fell trying their hardest to balance the fixture in an imbalanced way, where you don't play everyone once. >> So -- >> There's just no possible way for it to be a balanced offer when you're not playing everyone once. >> Yeah, correct. >> It's impossible. >> And then -- >> And then does that end up throwing up this kind of thinking that actually you've got skewed data in terms of who are the best teams that are sitting in the '80s? >> Correct. About the first year that sort of it came to the full '18, where North Melbourne finished 8th, Richmond finished 4th, Richmond lost the first week to Brizia, I think it was. And then they played North, who had beaten 5th place, and then 8th place North Melbourne, beat Richmond to then play us. >> Us in the prelude. >> In the prelude. >> And did it countable? >> Correct. >> Probably the -- I think it was Brisbane Adelaide on one side, and then us in North on the other side, and that just showed -- >> Yeah. >> That was the top four of that year by far. >> Absolutely. >> But the Richmond got the easier run, meaning they finished higher. >> Yeah, I think North ended up playing as Brisbane and Adelaide during that season. >> Mm-hmm. >> And I think Lost all three of them. >> Yeah, correct. >> And that was their three losses. And I think we even said on here, we said, "Well, North are a false A, they should be hotter." >> Yeah. >> That could easily happen again, like Hawthorne have locked in a top 8th spot already. They're most likely finishing the top four, just the way that their percentage in their amount of points that they've got and who they've played in the last round. But we could sneak into 8th, based on the -- our four losses have been -- no, our -- yeah, our four losses have been to Brisbane North, who are going to be top three. >> Yeah, three over there. >> Over there, which we should not have lost. >> Yeah, we should want to know. >> And then Essiden, which we only got flogged because we had -- >> That was probably the peak of our injuries. >> Yeah, correct. So we had no one on the park. So you take those four out, we -- we even have those four, we're out there and -- >> Yeah. >> And then top four contention, rather than trying to sneak into a top 8. >> Yeah, absolutely. So one thing that Hawthorne have done in the last couple of years, since they've come in, is they've really plundered other teams' lists and they've recruited really well. And I think we know some of their best players are -- some of the players that they've recruited from other teams who are well-established in the competition. >> To a point, like, they did also draft pretty well. >> Yeah. >> Jeff, Jasmine Flaming. >> Jas Flaming, and even early on as a expansion signing, not directly from a different club, but Tilly Lucas Road as well, just coming in and performing well that mature head just has been a wonderful one. But then, as we just mentioned, they've taken two from Brisbane and two from us and Bates and Bodey, who -- Bodey is not going to be ready this week, so it's one less headache that we've got, but Bates is a star, and then the two that they got from us in the off-season in Casey Serif, who may play this week, first came back from her leg fracture, I think it was round two or something, so she's -- >> Yeah, she should be lacking a bit of conditioning, you think. >> But she's available this week, and then Westie, who's probably been one of their best players this year, we definitely missed through our injuries this year. >> Yeah, absolutely. And what it's done, though, with them getting all of those girls, I thought they had just a little player by the name of Caitlin Ashmore to get off the chain, who is a pretty handy footballer or self, like, when you're not talking about her in the top four, they've got depth. >> Yeah, and that's, I think, one thing they were lacking in the first two season was that depth. They've now got it. >> Yep, and I think just kind of glancing an eye over the Irish recruits, I think Aileen Gilroy has been playing really well for them as well. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So -- >> Yeah, that's one thing that you've seen this year, is that the Irish recruits coming in. Aileen would be very -- wouldn't be surprised if a couple of the Irish girls do happen to get in the top 10 of the W awards later in the year. >> 100%, and just a quick side note on that, they reckon there's going to be international rules for the girls. >> Bring it in. >> They really want to -- well, there's actually enough girls playing in the eight-end sides to make their own AFLW team. >> Yeah. >> So -- >> We spoke about it earlier in the year on the podcast from memory. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And I think someone had spoken to Goldie about it and in an interview and asked her and she said she was really keen on the idea, so watch this space, maybe. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. >> But I'm still not sold on Hawthorne though, I think. >> Yeah, I feel the same as well, actually. >> Just who they have played, I think more to the fact that who they lost to in Adelaide play a similar brand of footy to what we play. They have similar dimension key forwards, key backs that we do. I just -- I don't know where the Hawthorne have got -- and I know that they're a high scoring side, but are they going to be able to keep 10 goals against out of fence? And not sold that they can. >> I like the sound of that. >> It's going to be a very interesting game on Thursday, and as you just said, they are the second highest scoring team of the year, only nine points behind North, who are absolutely firing on all cylinders. >> Yeah, they're percentage is amazing, isn't it? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. North -- >> That's incredible. >> -- 336% -- >> Mm-hmm. >> 537 to 160. >> Mm-hmm. >> And to put that in perspective, we've only scored 278 ourselves who previous years will have that high scoring team, so yeah, it's definitely been a dominant season from the Kangas. >> Mm-hmm. Yeah, absolutely. >> Certainly has. >> Yep. Okay. Are we ready to talk predictions? >> Yeah. I think so. >> Okay. If we hadn't have given up the last three goals last week, I wouldn't have been banged on with more prediction of 32 points. We were 33 points up. We're five in this way. >> Yeah, we did have a good lead there. >> Yeah. >> Into the fourth quarter. >> Yep. >> Okay. So just a quick one. So Thursday in Cairns, it's going to be a mostly sunny day, minimum of 22. >> Yep. >> Maximum of 32. >> What time's the match? >> What's the humidity level? The match is 645 local time, which is 745 here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> They're not daylight savings state. >> Correct. And I don't know why. It would be very nice to... >> You want to know why? Because half of them, half a Queensland belief is they have daylight savings, their curtains will fade. A kid you know that is a legitimate reason. >> Or is it that the cows will get upset as well? >> Yeah, that too, probably, but yeah, whatever. >> Yeah. >> So 645? >> Yep. So 745 local, I'm just trying to get the humidity shouldn't be too bad at that time or not. >> I think it might be humidity, here we go, tomorrow, Thursday at 6 p.m., 65% humidity at 7 o'clock. >> No, that's not too bad for Cairns. >> And then 72% by the time 9 o'clock rolls around and they'll be sort of... >> The game will be done by then. >> And the game. >> It'll be a bit dewy, I would say, a bit slippery. We've been playing a bit of a run-and-gun game all game recently, so we might have to back off a little bit with that if it does start getting slippery and it's not too low. My prediction for this week, Melbourne in a tight one, four points. >> Ooh. Okay, so less than a goal. I agree, I think it's going to be a tight one. I reckon we've got a really good chance of winning this and I am going to predict that we're going to win by two goals. >> That will win by 22 points. >> 22. >> All right. >> Yep. >> Thursday night in Cairns. If anyone's in the area, I know Michael's up there this week, but poorly planned holiday. He's leaving on... >> Did you even sell the football draw this way and went? >> No, no. We got a bit of a bone to pick with him. It's the first thing you do when the fixture comes out, you check any holidays and try and book your holidays around that. So anyone that does listen in Cairns, thank you for listening and please get down 645. I'd suggest the gates. Actually, no, the gates open at four. There is a pre-match game on. I'm not sure what it is on top of it, I just do know that it's a pre-match, so gates open at four. >> Yep. >> Get up to Cairns if you can. >> Yep. >> Get to the game. >> Sit in on your couch. Make sure you watch because the broadcast numbers are definitely one of the factors that people, the AFL are looking into, so if you're not going to Cairns, not in Cairns, watch it on your TV. >> Make sure the TV's on. >> 745 for those in Victoria. >> Yep. >> Go, Dees.
