But there's only one feeling like knowing your banker personally, like growing up with a bank you can count on, like being sure what you've earned is safe, secure, and local. There's only one feeling like knowing you're supporting your community. You deserve more from a bank. You deserve an institution that stood strong for generations. Think of Colorado. There's only one. Remember FDIC. At your job, do you ever have to deal with a nose roller? How about a snub pulling? Well, if you're installing a new conveyor belt system, dealing with the different components can sound like you're speaking a foreign language. Luckily, you've got a team ready to help. Granger for the ones who get it done. Good morning, L.A. How are you doing today? I'm good, man. How you doing? Absolutely fantastic. Let's sell some tickets to WrestleMania, dude. What? Let's get the world to Las Vegas. Yes, indeed. Tickets are on sale now, so everybody's got to get out there and get some. It's a big show. Matter of fact, it's so big. We had to do it over two nights. As a matter of fact, a lot of people talking about this, it's John Cena's last WrestleMania. So you want to get there. You want to make sure you see it. Tickets are on sale now, as I said, and it's in Las Vegas. You can't pick a better place for WrestleMania. You know, dude, one of the things that I love about the WWE is how real and authentic you are when it comes to the transparency of the sport. You're allowing us to go behind the scenes nowadays. And I think that builds a better fan and better support. Well, I mean, you know, I guess there's a lot of debate about that. A lot of people would say that. And I think it depends on how and when you do it, that it can be good. I mean, you know, because I mean, of course, in some ways, you don't want to show all your tricks. I mean, if David Copperfield or whomever the named new magicians are that's out there, that's a dated reference on. But, you know, whomever they are, you don't want to show how all the magic is done. But at the same time, you know, let the people in a little bit, you know, might not be a bad thing. One of the things that we're learning, though, is that every night leads to the big night. In other words, that storyline is so, so important. And you got to get the fans to talk about it so that we can spread the word about it. Yeah, and I mean, a lot of that comes down to the personalities involved, the action that's happening and all that kind of stuff. So when you're talking about storylines or this, that whatever, sometimes it's just a matter of, even if you don't have much of a storyline going, so to speak, it's you've got to put everything out into that into that performance, so to speak, where it's like, okay, well, I'm going to make some noise and make sure some people are looking my way. Being out there in Vegas, that means people are going to be playing with those numbers. And it's like, and they're going to be watching your nightly wrestling matches and the numbers could change in Vegas each and every day. As they usually do and speaking of numbers, I'll probably find myself at a crap stable every now and then sometime during that week. That's my game. Well, I'm out there. Maybe a little poker, maybe a little blackjack, but definitely shooting some dice. But yeah, man, I mean, everybody's going to analyze everything. You know, you never know what can happen between now WrestleMania. That's a wealth of time. And at the same time, it's going to get here in no time. It's really weird how these things work because it's, you think about April being so far away, but my God, man, it shumps at you and it gets here real quick. Being so humble, how do you stay so humble in a world where we're all looking for these big superheroes and Marvel characters and things, but yet you're always down to earth. Well, I guess it depends when you catch me because some people probably say the opposite. Man, but for me, it's like if I was going to attribute that to anything, it's probably just the fact that I've kind of been, you know, struggling and on the outside long enough to kind of have my bearings about where, you know, nothing was ever handed to me, nothing was ever given to me. I was never anybody's guy. I was never, you know, the chosen one or anything like that. So for me, it was just always like, all right, well, I know how to grind. I know how to make things work when things aren't quite working anyway. And so I guess maybe in that regard, it's just kind of there's no way to really get your head in the clouds when you're busy having your head kind of down and grinding. But there's only one feeling like knowing your banker personally, like growing up with a bank you can count on, like being sure what you've earned is safe, secure and local. There's only one feeling like knowing you're supporting your community. You deserve more from a bank. You deserve an institution that stood strong for generations. Bank of Colorado, there's only one. Granger for the ones who get it done. When you talk about WrestleMania being in Vegas in April, I mean that's still plenty of months ahead of us. But to prepare for that, I mean you've got to be in there physically, so you've got to take care of that body every single day to make sure that you're there in April. Yeah, it's a 24-hour day job, really. And this is stuff that's come up in my personal life. It's just like, "Ah, you have to go to the gym today." It's like, "Yeah, yeah, I kind of do." Because I try and stay in there probably about six days a week. And as far as trying to keep my nutrition and everything, Pete, and that's how I say that I don't dab on some donuts every now and then. Or some different other treats and pizza, stuff like that. But for the most part, everything's pretty clean. A lot of meats and vegetables and stuff like that. And at the same time, just making sure, like you said, that everything is tip-top, peak conditioner as far as making sure I can go. I'm not going to be sucking wind while I'm out there, but also that the muscles are firing on all cylinders. I was going to ask you about that, because that's dry air out there in Vegas. And with all the traveling that you guys do, how do you prepare the lungs for that? Man, there's nothing special, at least on my end. If somebody else has a secret, let me know. But for me, it's just kind of a business-usual. You just kind of adjust as you go. But at the same time, I lived out in that West Coast for what? 11, 12 years I lived in LA. So there was a lot of time. LA kind of has a very similar climate. It's not quite as hot as Vegas can get. But similar, where they're both kind of dried desert air kind of things. So I'm kind of used to that in a way. And maybe I've gotten not used to that since I haven't lived in LA for the last three years. But I think it might be kind of like riding a bike where if I haven't done it in a while, I could probably just get on the thing and get moving and I'll be good. Because you're such a well-focused wrestler, do you ever get the opportunity to think about that future? Are we going to see you on Netflix? Are we going to see you in movies? Are we going to see you as a writer of your own putting books together? Oh, wow. You know, I don't believe in any of this, and I'm honest, but a friend of mine went to a psychic when she visited me in LA like forever ago. It's had to have been like 15 years ago. She just said, "She was dead said I'm going to see a psychic." And I was like, "Yeah, fine. I'll take care of a psychic." So I take her there. And the lady was trying to sell me because she knew I was the local. And she wanted to read my poem, and I was like, "I have no money. I'm broke. I can't afford it." And she was like, "If $5 I'll do a poem really." And I said, "Fine." And I sat there, and if I'm honest, it was very relaxing. I'll have somebody touch my poem and tell me stuff all day. But while I'm sitting there, she said, "You know, you're not going to be known for your wrestling," which she would roll on one end. But she said, "You're going to be known for your writing." So I don't know. Maybe I'm going to make this lady correct. Maybe I'm going to make her write at some point, and maybe my writing will be my strong suit. Who knows? But as far as getting into movies, TV, all that kind of stuff, I don't know. For me, it's not an end all be all. If it happens, I'm good with it. You know, I've done different commercials and little TV shows and stuff like that. People will pop that up all over social media and whatnot. So we've seen a little glimpses of that. So it's something I'm open to, but it's not something that I'm, like, feverishly chasing down. Pro Wrestling is that one sport that every generation has something to share. And I grew up in the age of Nick Botwinkle all the way up. Who was one of your inspirations and influences? Oh, my God. I mean, immediately from when I was a kid, Hulk Hogan. And then, you know, you get into, you know, the later years after that, Bret Hartshan Michaels, Austin, The Rock, Ric Flair. Ric Flair really didn't come to appreciate as much until I got into the business. Jake Kaysnay, Ratti Piper, Macho Man, like all the, like, I can't narrow one down. I mean, it's all these guys, but it's, it's all of those guys somehow have influenced me to do this. I have cut more commercials with Ric Flair because he's here in Charlotte and it's a, he's, he's a blast in a production room. And it's just one of those things where it's like people go, why don't you release your, your tapes? I'm going, I don't want to do that. That was a moment between Rick and I. And I'm sure you have those same things when you go into a studio. Well, yeah, I tell you what, I did a commercial with him a couple of years ago for, I think it was a car shield, I think. And, and, man, I tell you what, working with him is great because he doesn't want to do a whole lot of second and third, fourth and fourth. We'll do a take and they'll be like, all right, let's do another one. I'll be like, no, no, that one was good. And I'm like, all right, Rick, let's get us out of here. Good. So it's, it's solid. Well, congratulations on WrestleMania 41 in Vegas. Looking forward to seeing you in that ring, sir. Thank you, man. As I said, tickets are on sale. Let's get them. It's two nights in Vegas. You don't want to miss it next April. And like I said, it's John Cena's last WrestleMania. And who knows what'll be happening with this man LA night at WrestleMania. Big things coming. Well, you'd be brilliant today. Okay. Thank you, man. You do the same. Thank you. Well, there's only one feeling like knowing your banker personally, like growing up with a bank you can count on, like being sure what you've earned is safe, secure and local.
