Článek Lucie Novákové. Každý správný zahrádkář zná dobře svou zahradu a dokáže v ní pojmenovat každou rostlinu. Základem je ale také znalost samotné půdy, která se na zahradě nachází, protože právě ta určuje další postup v zahradničení – ať už jde o výběr vhodných druhů rostlin, nebo samotnou péči. Každý druh půdy má svá specifika, a pokud se jim přizpůsobíte, můžete si vytvořit malý ráj.
Máte na vaší zahrádce půdu lehkou, středně těžkou nebo těžkou? Anebo podle jiného dělení hlinitou, jílovitou, písčitou, kamenitou, vápenatou a rašelinnou? Je to podstatné pro to, co a jak chcete pěstovat - stejně jako pH půdy, podle kterého se půdy dělí na kyselé (pH 4,5-6,5), neutrální (pH 6,5-7,3) a zásadité (pH 7,3-8).
