And he would pull the players and say, hey, listen, Dexter, we can't do what we need to do because you out here being an individual and, but he had to have tough conversations that sometimes the coaching staff, your voice would work for Rico where Austin's may work with Nick and you have to be open to it. And you have to, but the commitment is your feelings and your ego aren't as important as the ultimate mission. Right. And at some point, every team, every organization has to just say everybody's responsible, player, coach, et cetera. Let's get it done.
