This is AP News, I'm Rita Falle. We'll begin with the big storms that have been moving across the nation. The AP has done a water. And Louisville, Kentucky Mayor Craig Greenberg said in a news conference carried by WHAS that he's declaring a state of emergency for Jefferson County. There is definitely significant damage to homes. There's significant damage to fences, to trees. The storms prompted tornado watches overnight in parts of Kentucky. Ohio, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia, where in Dunbar, Ronnie Howard told WCHS he was at work when Tuesday's storm blew over a huge billboard that landed on top of his car. This strike was not carried out with the intention of harming W.C.K. aid workers. It was a mistake that followed a misidentification.
