AP News, I'm Ed Donoghue, President Biden is expected to talk by phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today about the Israeli strike that killed seven members of the aid group World Central Kitchen in Gaza. Israel says they were targeted in error. One of the workers killed was from Poland. There are now tensions between Israel and Poland. The Polish president has denounced a comment by the Israeli ambassador as outrageous and the Foreign Ministry in Warsaw says it's summoning him for a meeting amid shocking Poland over the death of the charity worker. Israel's ambassador to Poland, Yakov Livny, pushed back at what he said were attempts by the extreme right and left in Poland to accuse Israel of intentional murder in the attack. He said on social media on Tuesday that anti-Semites will always remain anti-Semites. The Polish president and Prime Minister criticized the comment. I'm Charles Teletesma. A Human Rights Watch investigation published today says an Israeli attack on a Gaza building in October had no apparent militant target but killed 106 civilians, including 54 children, making it an apparent war crime. A spring storm has knocked out power to about 600,000 people in the northeast, mostly in New Hampshire and Maine. A woman was reported killed by a falling tree in a New York City suburb. There is snow and strong winds, but not as strong as Francis Tarasowitz is dealing with, high atop Mount Washington in New Hampshire. The winds right around 83 miles per hour, gusting to around 100. So yeah, it's pretty fierce morning out there. The other we're not used to though, if you're on the summit. Two feet of snow is possible in parts of northern New England by tonight. Michael DeWayne Smith, a man convicted of shooting and killing two people in Oklahoma City more than two decades ago, was executed, died by lethal injection today. Baseball's athletics say the team will be moving out of Oakland at the end of the season and will play temporarily at a minor league park near Sacramento until their planned news stadium in Las Vegas is built. This is AP News. Kiss is selling its catalog and brand name to a Swedish branding company. The AP's Margie Zaraletta has the story. Kiss have cut a deal worth an estimated $300 million with Pop House, the same company that helped them create the Kiss avatars that were revealed at their farewell concert in December. Pop House says fans can expect a biopic, a documentary and the avatar show that will begin in the second half of 2027. Kiss basis Jean Simmons says the band will collaborate with Pop House on the new projects. Kiss is our child and we stay with it until they drag us kicking and screaming into our grave.
