Bava Basra Daf 135
This is the first time in the Daf, concerned for rumored Aedim regarding Yibim. A man who was presumed not to have brothers claimed the same when he was dying. He says no Khashash of Yibim. Abiyah asks that there are people saying that they are Aedim and Dina Syam, who know that this man has brothers. Abiyah says a quote of Rehannina about a Shwuyah regarding Akayin, that even though they are Aedim in the north, if they are not here today, we are not Reishish for them. Abiyah says maybe that's only regarding a Shwuyah, that we are Makul and her in other ways. Should we make a regarding in Aishish? Rabbi said we should be Reishish. Second, singing in the Daf, if one man says Aedim, the others are not required to share their state with him. The Mishnah says that if a person says Aedim, the other brothers do not cheer the Yerushah with him. That admitting brother does have to give part of his Yerushah. The Mishnah's love of that brother dies, and he has other property, all the brothers are Yerush. Thijmah asks, what are the other brothers saying? If they agree that he's their brother, they should all share their state. If they say he's not their brother, they shouldn't be Yerushim in the Saifah. Thijmah answers, they say, we don't know. Rava says this proves that if a person says Manali Biyotra, and the other one says I don't know, he's potter. Abayhi desu giz, because this is like a case of someone saying Manali-Aqabi-Aqah. You owe somebody else a Manai. Here the brother himself does not know if he's their brother, and it's only this brother that's saying he's their brother. And therefore there's no Ra'a. Third, Sogana Daf, a Shwimmera giving a gift with a Shtar. The Mishnah says if a person dies, and a Daitiki was attached to his thigh, we don't follow the instructions, because it's possible he only intended to give it with a Shtar, and ain Shtar-laqamis. Abshiz Vikot sir, Belozar saying, that if a Shtar-laq says kiss vu to new Manali-Laplani, and he died before it was done, we don't carry out his instructions, because maybe he only intended on being marketate with a Shtar, be ain Shtar-laqamis. Abiyotra says, be careful about the Sa'laqam. Abbavah, quoted Abiyotra, saying it should be examined. And if Dimi explains that we examine to see if he was enhancing the person's kayak, meaning he added the Shtar as a proof, not as a precondition for the gift, then we do write the Shtar-laqamis. And the Gomar explains, if the Shtar-laqamis says to also write a Shtar, that means he's enhancing his power. Zukr-flafab-aslaf-kaflamid-hey, the first sa'laqamid-af concern for rumored aidim regarding Ybim. Second sa'laqif, one man says to A'ri, the others are not required to share their state with him. Third sa'laqif, shtar-laqif, by giving a gift, would a Shtar. Decimfab-aslaf-kaflamid-hey is kola. When the woman whose dying husband said he had no brothers, spilled her kola. After hearing the raidim overseas that says he had, it splashed onto a man telling his brothers dividing their Yerushah, that the man standing beside was their brother. As the brothers discussed, what they should do when their father instructed them, write and give my soda machine to Pliny, and then died before it was done. Kola reminds that of daf-kaflamid-hey, the woman who heard that there were aidim overseas reminds the first sa'laqif in the daf, concern for rumored aidim regarding Ybim. The man who was telling the brothers that this is their brother reminds the second sa'laqif in the daf. If one man says to A'ri, the others are not required to share their state with him. And they were discussing what they should do when their father instructed them, write and give my soda machine to Pliny, and died before it was done, reminds the third sa'laqif in the daf-kaflamid-hey, a sh'laqif in the daf, a sh'laqif in the daf, a sh'laqif in the daf, a sh'laqif in the daf.
