Faith vs Doubt
Mat.11:23-25; Have Faith - What is doubt?
What are we? Thank you for today. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Thank you for bringing us to this hour. Let us through our mouth, Lord. Bless all of us. Tish us yourself. We keep our feet. Tish us how to resist doubt in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Pray, see the Lord. Thank the Lord for that testimony of Sister Odie. Ah, I'm so grateful, pray to the Lord. And I don't take prayer lightly in the Lord as we message to all of us. There is a song in the Yoruba land where I came from, I will translate to English to you guys. He said, "When you think your own problem is so much, when you hear the trouble of the other people, you'll be saying, ah, thank you, Lord, if you say, ah, thank you, Lord." We heard about testimonies of Barikou, that was ha, not so. We had a testimony of not today, but a tukudo, his wife, ha, thank you, Lord. Now you hear the testimony of Sister Odie. You don't know what people are going through. So you have to say, when you hear, you have to have some little hair, little hair, little hair, little hair. But when you hear the trouble of some bad people, you say, oh, thank you, Jesus, but he delivered them. He delivered them. So sometimes you have to him who I'd be your own and say, well, it's not, but it's not. If I'm hearing this one, pray, see the Lord. So we thank the Lord for that great testimony that the Lord has done, I know somebody brought the prayer request, during our time to, to our little group, I think, society's stuff. You'll be able to pray for them. So the Lord is good in his message to others. Now today I want to talk on Fifth Vassos Doubt, Fifth Vassos Doubt, I'll give some few examples of testimonies that I will consider in scriptures because the Lord taught us faith, taught us faith. But many times we have problems, we human beings, we have problems, which we call doubt. And that's what I'm going through more or less. And it's going to be the form of teaching or depression. The teaching is where you are bringing some Bible vassists, explain this, you know, just talking, talking, talking, talking, talking. So I'm going to first go to Mecca, chapter 11, verse 23. That is where I'm going to dwell on to the, from 23 to 25. Fifth Vassos Doubt, pray, see the Lord. Now, there is what we call saving faith, wish everybody that is born again, you have faith. Don't say I don't have faith. Oh, that brother has so much faith, no? Everybody has been dwelled, no, I've been dealt a measure of faith. Let's look at that before. You see that in Romans chapter 12, verse 30. Every human being, every believer, you are dealt a measure of faith. Oppospeller, if I say truly grace, give it unto me to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than the Ihoto thing, but to think, sis, subalek, according as God, as there to every man, the measure of faith. So every believer, you have a measure of faith that we, if you, that make us to be saved the first person that you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ is a fit. That you believe in the, you are saved from your sin, when you are born again, it's fit. So that's the measure of fit that is called saving faith. Of course, there is what we call special fit when you look at the gospel or the letter of Apostle Paul, 1st Corinthians chapter 12, where he was mentioning the gifts of the Holy Ghost. Then you see, fit also mentioned there, which is called special fit, which you will need Holy Ghost to manifest to do some supernatural things. That is in addition to the general faith of everybody else, okay? But now, much at a level verse 23, let's read what the Lord Jesus Christ was talking to us about in this chapter, tell us what it is today, you will see the latest story was that the Lord Jesus Christ, when he was going towards Jerusalem, the Bible said he was kind of angry, so he saw a fig, so he marched off the road to go check out that fig tree and get some food and he got to the fig tree that was just full of leaves, no single fruits on it. And you know the rest of the story, let's look at it and say, "Well, no man eat fruit from the end for forever." Now, you can say, "Well, if you, I'm going to more or less slowly come down, I want to list in the limit of 30 minutes before I'm going to do regular bread after this, but I will pray that love will help me to limit it to 30 minutes of a dish." Now, you remember, I know it's good to my house, but here you see some trees, small, small trees attached to them, the orange. Even the orange that just blows on me with leaves, you may stick at it and see some fruit that is all the time, the previous harvest, you may stick at something, maybe that's why you know when the Bible said the time of the figs was not yet time for it to produce food. You see, that you can get the old ones, there was not in there, so that's why you put a cross on that tree. Now, that was, and then you left, you went to Jerusalem. So it was going to teach fruit by that story, when the Bible said, "You are coming back the second day." It was almost of purposeless, went by that tree so that the apostles can see what is this, so you can read the old story from the beginning of the chapter 11, just first in it. But what he told them is what we are trying to talk about in verse 23, and he said, "Oh, Master, about, I think it was in Matthew or Luke said, "Look, Peter said, "Master, look at the tree that you've caused." So we've got away, we were excited, which means when he called that tree yesterday, he claimed nothing happened, nothing happened, he didn't see anything, and that is what we are going to learn from about food, about food. You know, even if you are in the normal life, you can go to your backyard and see a branch of a tree, call the branch off, and you leave the branch with the leaves on the floor. The branch seems to be okay, nothing wrong, but if the leaves are still green, the green will come back tomorrow, then you see the leaves are no more green, they are dried off. That is what food is all about, that's what he was trying to teach them. When he calls that tree, they're not enough, they left, but to make them know what food is all about, that sometimes it will not be instant. And we are expecting instant something, many times, many times we love instant milk, you go to somebody, you see a limb man is on the wheelchair, because you are flat in your head, you are flat in the Bible, Jesus Christ, just spoke, or the apostles just spoke, and this limb man walked, and then you try to exercise his feet, pray for the limb man, it seems to be not walking, you are expecting instant, jump up and walk, and it's not happening, what else, if we get up and we left thinking, we have no power. And when you begin to shame your mind, the devil is this, do not show me that many times in my experience in life, I've been doing this for a since I was just straight from it. Where I saw somebody, I said, come out of him, and the devil look at me and I say, you are talking to me, and then run away, and I was thinking, well, he didn't obey me. And he goes, why did you say he didn't obey you? Because he didn't jump and run down the floor, and be rolling on the floor, as I was expected. He could go in with three days later, he left, I didn't know, because I was not starting yet to see what I am three days later, but he said, fate is like that, don't, when you pray, he said, believe, that's what we are going to read yet, and let's read it. Very essential to you, that Usova just say, unto this mountain, be doubly moved, and be doub casting to the sea, now start seeing the closest, forcing it, I shall not doubt in his heart as the first close. I shall believe that those things which he said, that come to pass, that come to pass. He says, up instantly, that come to pass, so from there, you know, this time, time frame involved. He shall laugh, whatsoever he said. Everybody wants that to happen, but they are trying to make us to see that there are many things that are a process, process, that's really what he said to teachers. If it doesn't happen instantly, don't think it will not happen, but where your faith is to stand firm and say, I have said it, it must be so, we'll leave you tomorrow, we'll leave you next week, it didn't give you a time reference on this, but fate is very important that you uncorn that faith on your world, but if you uncorn on it, it will happen, that's it. I have time also on my website that talks on this one over again, he says, you shall have what you say, but he says, believe what you say shall come to pass, believe your own world, believe your own world, so that's not what I'm talking about today, but I'm trying to say, I have reached more or less a tissue on this pipeline, it was in some of my video and demand, if you go to my website or my video and demand channel, you will see some ones on this, we are teaching, teaching and teaching, that's, believe what you say, many times, believe what you say, so that is very important, but now what I'm really trying to talk about is where those doubts come into play. What I just described to you here, when I said, after you come and you reach and you just help personally, if you need to change, it does not obey you, not develop some of you, when you begin to think that when you are doubting yourself, you are doubting your authority, that's it, an example of doubt, because I'm comparing faith with doubt, fate with doubt. Now, let's look at this, where I'm going to come back to this, about 24 and 25 because they are very loaded, very loaded, but let's look at this same story in Matthew chapter 17, verse 21, because when you talk about fate, there is aspect of fate that we need to talk about, which is, which I'm, if I'm not, I'm not missing myself, I'm not going ahead of myself, but I want to talk about fate and fasting, what does I go to do, what does fasting go to do with your fate, that's why I'm trying to bring these two together. In Matthew chapter 17, verse 21, it was similar story, if you go ahead before this, or 21, you are talking about the same story where you commanded the devil and the three and the middle and the asking, and you were telling them, because of your own belief or something like that, then he mentioned in this place, how be it means by the way, by the way, that's what how be it means to me, this kind, where this is not in the tree, this is the last time when they were casting out devils, the apostles were there except three or three or then when we wrote these guys to the mountain, as much as of 17 story, we went to the mountain and we came back overnight, the second day, and the nine apostles that were left, somebody brought his son that was lunatic to this apostles, that if you cast the devil out and those apostles, nine of them, were trying their best, and they have done how to do the same thing, they have done miracles, they have cast the devil, you can just cast in their mouths, but now yes, they kiss and they try and try and try and, you know, they were screaming and yelling, pulling, and you know the scribes, the Pharisees, came back, shouting, oh, I remember somebody did that to me some time ago, when I was in Nigeria, they said, stop it, if you have this power, you tell this man to stand up now, shouting me, that was what was happened to the apostles, on that day, the Bible said, the scribes came by questioning them, because the devil didn't live, and they tried everything they knew, when they got to the party time, the logics cast with Peter James and John came, oh, I made them day, the first day, what was I asking my disciples, that's why the first day, all these scribes, so when they saw Jesus, they kept their mouth shut, and then the man that brought the son said, Master, this is what is the situation, I brought my son for you to hear them, and the disciples couldn't do it, the disciples said, in the end you read the old story, he said, he sent the devil out, then the disciples came privately and asked, why couldn't we do it, why couldn't we do it, which you and I should be asking us in the law of Benetai, if you have any issue with something around the Lord said, the first thing he told them was because of your unbelief was 20, he made was 20 of that same chapter 17, I mean, when they came to Jesus Christ, privately I said, why couldn't we cast that devil out, it was wrong, privately, we did some demo before, and Jesus Christ said, because of your unbelief, or very listen to you if you are faith, as a grain of monster, you shall send to this mountain, you see that same Bible verse was put in the center, we read in Mark, remove ends to Yondha place and shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible unto you, when you say, well, he said he said, I don't believe what, if you have faith as a grain of monster, at all we talk, we have faith and that's why we won't believe in him, you have to believe before we can't believe in you, let's just have to have some faith, because there are many that don't even follow him, so he's saying there are different levels of faith, let's say measure of faith that everybody has to just believe, we say, well, they still have unbelief, and he says, if you have a grain of one that is just a small, so which means the one they have that's saved then that make them to follow him was telling us the biggest grain of monster, hmm, the best you can be, you will be able to do this, if you have that grain of monster, then he gives verse 21, that's really why I'm trying to compare, make it to see the link between little faith, no faith at all, and it's my trying to give them a hint, it's a hint, by the way, obvious, this kind, we're not aware by prayer and fasting, you know, you don't look at it, you don't push much about fasting, you find the disciples of justice came to him and said, you guys are just eating, we're fasting, we're fasting, we just have to, because you're just eating, they told you, because you're disabled, they're not fasting, you've got the tough fasting, this is the only way you can get this thing down, but just like I said, when this, when the breadgroom is going, they are fast, but right now, they don't need to, yes, don't know all the fasting, because I don't know all the fasting that he needed to do, 40 day fasting, but he didn't teach them, I said, you must fall, no, he let them go, he said, but when I am gone, they will fast, so to make them know that it's going to be necessary, he put our beat for them, our beat, this kind, that that, okay, but what does fasting do for us, now that I come back to defeat and doubt, beat and doubt, I am trying to make you see the correlation, comparing what is fit and all those things, doubt is our doubt, in doubt is from getting something done, what fasting we do is it trims your soul down to be able to quench that doubt, because what is doubt, doubt is a kind of a emotional thing that comes because of what you see, following the eyesight, or what you have been hearing in the news, and all those things that make you not to be able to exercise your authority, you are afraid, or it's a bit fear, it could be walking by sight, so all these things are created out, that means what we are used to, take for example, if somebody comes with the mash it, and you know, it's a mad person, and it's going to just cause somebody to say it over again, and you say you have faith, you say I'm good to command this mad person to put this mash it down, and it's coming straight towards you, what to make you to fear, because you know what mash it does, because you have seen that mad person right around you, that you are not of faith and doubt, that's where it comes, do you have the faith of Jesus, let me go command this, but it's coming straight towards you, now where do you stand? You can say I command this fellow, but if some train of doubt fear is new, that is not defined in the faith, that fear of the mash it, it's not defined in that faith, so that is where the fasting is to crucify the flesh, the fasting, you say this kind of way, by fasting, the fasting crucify the flesh, that is reacting to what you know will happen, if this fits us over, and you are reacting to it, and that's why you are free, you will do your command need, put that in time, but you are ready to run, that is going to crush the faith, so you see what I mean by doubt and faith, you don't mix, but the first thing is to crucify the flesh, that it does not rise up at all, this man can cut the man down, with your faith, and the faith that the doubt has been crushed, the Lord will respond, because you are dealing with the Lord that is seeing everything, he is one that is going to make this stand up, he is one that is going to arrest the situation, but your doubt is uncapping the Lord, your doubt is smaller than the cup in the Lord, so that is why he said, if you don't doubt the much that I live in that way, you say on to this mountain, believe in your heart what you said, you don't doubt in your heart, because that doubt in your heart is I always use an example to describe this in our generation, you have a cell phone, not so everybody has a cell phone, and there is one call, voice activation, you want to activate, you can turn your cell phone and call Google, or if your own is iPhone, Siri, and you speak to it, so your voice is going to activate something, what is the capital of Kenya, you need to tell you, capital of Kenya, but suppose you couldn't get what you said, what is the capital of Kenya, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, just doubt, you just more do it all, so I have Google or Siri does not understand what you said, so that is how your faith also can be confused by the doubt, you don't know what you mean it, that's why I said believe what you see is a capital pass, so that is another example of how to describe what doubt will do to our faith if we let it, so there are some sort of form of doubt, also that we need to, but fasting lifestyle or a long fast that you have done before, destroy this doubt and make your faith to be stated, and make your faith to not doubt, because doubt is reduced because of the crucifying of the flesh, your fasting is one way to do that, now let me go to one or two things that we, before I go, before I get too far, here's an example, let me give you a small test T morning, when I say, what is doubt, an example, let me give an example, suppose you, I just said suppose I have not given my own testimony, suppose you wanted to go do something, and as rain is about to start, see I need to do this and you, so you command, because you are a believer, you are a Christian, you command that this rain must not fall in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, you just command it, this rain must not fall, Jesus stop this rain for me, I need to do this outside, and that's about to start, it was reminded you, oh, by the way you have a umbrella in the car, umbrella, what's umbrella for, what do you raise, oh, yeah, and you went to get the umbrella, what did you just do, tell your authority, that's what doubt is, I had that experience, not similar, the same experience I just gave to you, in Nigeria when I was still preaching about, I drove to a place, I'm packing my car, and most of the time because Nigeria rain is coming, so I have a small umbrella and already passing just sit in my car, but I forgot that umbrella and that day, and I have to drive to a place and walk about the half a mile, because the road won't get there, I need to inform somebody that hey, we know baptism, we have to do baptism for everybody, and you wanted to do baptism, so call ourselves today, we are not going to do baptism tomorrow, but we are also announcing it to this lady, in those days there's no food, someone will say, why don't you call him a food, no food, in those days, wonder how did you guys live, when there's no cell food, and yeah, my wife always started with that, how do we live without cell phone, in those days, even in the 1980s, in America, come to the airport, how do they know you're coming, you may have to get there and wait and wait and wait and find out they're delayed, it's no more coming today, tomorrow you go back home, right now you can just call on your phone, so that's for this young girl because you don't know what you're talking about, when you say, why don't you call on your phone, you have to drive, okay, that's what's for this story, got there, panned, I need to walk, and I saw the cloud, it's so heavy, and the wind blowing, I said yes, go to rain, if I get there, it's gonna wet, and I said, in the name of Jesus Christ, no rain, until I go to that place, I'm gonna walk back, I'm gonna walk over there, in Jesus' house, I'm about to get out and close the door, they will remind me, oh wait, you don't need to pray, it's umbrella, oh yeah, umbrella, pick it up, then the Lord reminds me, if you pick out umbrella, you just cancel the prayer, what? I have to decide, which one do I want to do, now to believe, my prayer I just said before I charge up the car, so I say, I call on damn the consequence, I told you umbrella, I said, I've got a damn the consequence, I'm going to go, it's strange me, I'm ready, but no rain, and I left, I went, walked here, I came back, and I was no rain, in fact, you didn't just believe it, no, the car just disappeared, they were just teaching me, that was teaching me what is fit, and what is that, by that example, because over and over, because I was preaching from village to village, and I ran into that over and over again, got to this town, and I got to the town, and I was spreading my wires, because in this, I was no more using the permanent speaker, because when I was using the Jeep, I have a permanent speaker on the Jeep, but I only need to turn it on, but when I got all the, get rid of the speak of the small Jeep, and I was using my regular car, we got to the village, I will pull the amplifier out, spread the wires, get the speakers, put on the top of the car, and while I was doing that, the market everybody was running rain, and the day we say, you know, I'm going to appreciate today, everybody is running away from the market, the rain is cloudy, it's heavy, the wind is blowing, and I'm spreading my wires to a bridge, and it's top price, and I say, no, this rain must stop, I must preach here today until I live, no rain, they say, oh, and the market was scattering, I just, I don't mind at least, kept spreading the wire, I could take me 15 years to get the wires out, and find this, you know, and connect this into the battery, because I refuse to stop spreading wire, somebody will say, wait, why just switch, with and see what I do, rain will be you, and stop the wire, I know, if you switch, then you just doubted your authority, or you see what's fit and doubt is, you have them and they say, I'm not going to, I'm going to keep spreading my wire, and that was it, I spread the wire and the rain just kind of disappear, no rain, not really, it's a good rock, and people went back to their market, and I stayed there for another one hour, I wish it was, you know, I was just showing that, using that to tell me what fit is, what doubt is in those days, and it went on and on, so these are examples of what it means, when you say fit and all, you can bring that to your own level, when you are trying to do something, ideas will come to counteract what you are trying to do, that you are believing God for, ideas from the devil, we call it the devil, it will be what you have learned, what you know, what you have seen in the world, and what was that we see, that's why he said we are to walk by faith, and not by sight, 2nd Corinthians 5.7, 2nd Corinthians 5.7, 2nd Corinthians 5.7, what we want by faith, not by sight, that is, if you are going to, if I'm going to be victorious, you're going to be walking by faith, and not by sight, and what I've just described to you, those examples of doubt, they are walking by sight, I saw the cloud, yeah, I saw the wind, I saw the body running, that's just walking by sight, if you know I have commanded that we know it, then we make those things happen, so we distribute to make you change, and if you don't change, then you are walking by faith, and the Lord, that is going to make it happen, it's watching, it's full of the sounds, if you doubt, you walk the way, and if you don't doubt, the devil is not trying to make you doubt, if you don't doubt, then the Lord will just make it happen, amen, amen, praise it a lot, so that is what's fit and doubt we are bringing this today, to make you see that sometimes when you look at yourself and say why are you in this apple, go back and shake, what is, I pray, when I pray, the way it stops, the way I was expected, go back and shake, maybe there was a doubt somewhere, some on the clear doubt, you have to shake yourself, see, that's what the opposite say, why couldn't we cast out the devil out, and say some unbelief, they may not see the unbelief, but if they look back, they might find out why they were commanded out the rule, something was registering their mind, and their mind, but it's making them to doubt their authority, or maybe because they see, they will scream and yell, and the thing where it's not full of demons, when you say how it's not full of demons, then you just doubt your authority, I remember if somebody, this is my wife, forgive you, I'm good, I remember my little boy was small, he was five years old, and my wife told me that, when I spanked the boy, he seems like he's not feeling it, but the girl's, once I spanked the girl, he was screaming, so she thought, spanked the girl, so I begged this boy, I said no, it's just tough, trying to make you feel that, it didn't feel it, so you give up, but the girl's, before you spanked them, they are screaming and yelling and screaming, so he thought, well they are responding to spanking them, ready boy, this is okay, so I said, well I have to show you, pull the boy's ear, go do it, the boy's, now you see, my mommy is my friend, no he's not, he's telling you to do it, so what I try to say is that there are some spirits that are going to disobey, and they want to disobey, but you have to stand firm, that's what I know you say, this kind, you get on the bed by praying first, just an example, the same way the boy that you think is not feeling it, he feels it pain, but he is having more, he sees it pain more, so that's why he's not crying like the girl's, see what I'm saying, so what I'm saying then is, you got to maintain your stand, you got to stand firm when it comes to fit, that's what fit is, that's yes, fit is, I'm an over common, and I have the torch of Jesus, and I'm not going to bulldoze devil, he's screaming and yelling, looks like, looks like it's not a being, but I have said it, it's your up, I remember a testimony with man of God said, he said it, commande his spirit to come out, on Saturday when he looked like nothing happened, and they wheeled this woman away, then through three days later they came back saying, this devil is coming back to this woman, he's all rolling on the floor, everything is screaming, and they came back to the pastor again, pray, pray, pray, Saturday was when he decreed, the ward of command has been given us already, that devil has to live, I don't need to pray anymore, I don't need to pray anymore, but don't remember when just guys, because of them, they without the force is ruled and not depends on the force, he does, what's happening, it's happening three days later, but many of us, we think the pastor, who died before us, they will know, it's responding, we say, three days later, he said, when that trial in, sharing the woman down, he's done, they will ever come back, that was what happened, it took three days before it started manifesting, so we are learning from other people's experiences and saying, yeah, that's what God is saying, say it, believe what you say, I come to pass, learn that in your heart, and you shall laugh what you say, amen, man, let's go back to Mark chapter 11 verse 24, before I wrap it up, because I'm looking at it, Mark chapter 11 verse 24, now in this verse 24, the law was given us another caveat, the first one is they just say to this mountain, learn that what you see, believe what you say, I come to pass, you shall laugh what you see, you didn't say pray, you say just say it, there are some things you just speak, you don't need to be praying, what is prayer, prayer is talking to God, the first one is they just say to the mountain, the mountain can be your sickness, the mountain can be the job you are looking for, the mountain can be the devil you are casting out, you are casting the devil, you are saying to the mountain, those are same, but now in this one you are praying, when you pray, you are praying to God, the Father, Father, do this for me, you are not talking to the situation, you are talking to Father, and there's a different caveat, look at that, therefore I say unto you, what things do you desire when you pray, when you pray, I talk to Father, whatever you desire, first time you have to desire this thing seriously, believe that you receive them and you shall have them, so just learn that there are clauses in that, believe you receive that means when you pray, believe you got it now, because the Father is hearing you, you tell the Father, that is not talking, you are not talking to the mountain, you are talking to the Father, when you are talking to the mountain, you are not praying, you are saying to the Son of God, use the mountain, move, then you believe what you say, I come to pass, and now in this one you are praying to the Father, what you desire yourself, this one I want Father, I want you to do this for me, but say, believe you receive them, that is many times we have many of us there, we may say, I thank you Lord, if you don't know you have received that, you should be able to thank him also, thank you Lord, I believe you, I receive them, I believe I receive them, this is a you shall have them, now you shall have them is now a time, there's a lot of time frame they didn't tell you you have it right now, they say you believe you receive them, because sometimes when the Lord says, hey it is, it's in the Spirit, but that's not manifested to the physical, but you want to manifest to the physical, and that is the you shall have them, but you can shortcut that if you doubt, I use like an arrow, but I shoot and the Father is okay, I use the arrow, and before the arrow gets to the target, there's a time delay, no sir, in the physical world, get the bow and arrow and you shoot at the target, when you shoot the arrow, the arrow is flying, it's the way, nothing can turn that arrow back, it's good to hit the target, but in the spiritual world, your doubt can turn the arrow back, understand that, and that is why you are not to doubt, believe you have, you have received them, when we need to thank him that I receive it, thank you Jesus, but two days later it's still can see in the spiritual world that arrow can turn back, or miss the target, all right, because you doubt it, just flip the target, so remember that, don't doubt, believe you receive them, when we give a thank him for as long as you are still with him, unless you don't believe you receive them, when you pray, believe you receive them, then you shall have them, so that is the second caveat that I want to point out when it comes to feet and then doubt, now verse 25, verse 25 is where we are going to wrap it up, but it's a test, verse 25, now what do you see, what's the first word in that verse, you would have said, well why did you pull this one here, look like we are not going to get anything, or give, the key thing, why, because you are asking the father who is love, girl is love, to do something for you, you go out of his way to get you something, they say, well you do this for me, also, you do this for me, his father is telling you to do this for him, if I want, he wants the father to do this for you, but you do this for me, or give, where do you say, well that might hurt me, I can't forgive him, just give me what I want, because the man that hurt you so much that you don't want to forgive, you don't know God is using that mother to bring you to your glory, many times we don't realize that, remember the story of Joseph in Egypt, he is brought us, he tells him so much this, wanted to kill him, because he said, I had a dream, you are going to be bound to me, ah, you don't want to say that, he is the youngest of the, of the, of the level, so they say, let's get rid of this dreamer, and then with some of the new killing, we are selling them out of the father, when they thought it was in the father's house, we are going to be bound down to you, how much money has already been being like that, the father loves him when everybody is, oh, just make them, make them to hit him, then it's having a dream that God is saying, you are going to be bound to me, ah, that's dope, so they want to get rid of him from their father's house, so they sold him to slavery, we created, we could have hit them, of course, to manage them, but you see, God used those hatred, those boys hurt for Joseph, to get Joseph to become prime minister, because if he was still in his father's house, whenever I get to Egypt, you don't have a university there to go and learn something there, and his father loved him somewhat, I won't even let him get out of his sights, so the only way he could get out of his father's house was for those boys to sell him, but I can't let him, they have to hate him so much, so sometimes God uses this man that you think is doing this equal to you, God is in need directly now, because God does not do evil, but indirectly he's using them to bring you to glory, that is what the Lord just got said, look at the Lord just got himself, if there was no crucifixion, you and I will not be saved, you and I that are sitting today, the war will not be saved, but the Jews have to hate him so much to crucify him, they have to, because if they didn't hate him, suppose the eye priest and those who just believe in him, there was no crucifixion going to be allowed, nothing, let's just make you king, we all love you, you know, that's why they allow them to hate him so much, and they say, crucify this man, when Pilate said, no, I don't know anything wrong, it's a if you let this man go, we are going to report you so this way, that's what you are saying, that you don't be an officer's friend, so they hate him so much, they crucify him, but you see, God was using that to bring the old world back to him, otherwise we will not be saved, so what I'm saying then is, when God says forgive, he has to, plus why he says, father forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing, that doesn't mean that they will not be punished, but say, you forgive them, that is for you, me and you, we have to forgive, because they do this for me, because you are not forgiving them, it's like, you are not forgiving the father that is using those people to do those things, because if the Lord does not allow those people to hate Christ, there will be no crucifixion, if the Lord did not allow the brothers of Joseph to hate him so much to sell him into slavery, there will be no saving of Egypt, and it was being sent, according to the Bible, it was sent to Egypt to save him, his parents, his family, and the rest of the world, so remember, when I got said, do this for me, or give, or give that man, forgive that woman, that you know he is the one that is behind it, or he let you get fired, he did this, you are hitting him or her, you forgive, then I can do anything you ask for for you, please the Lord, so this is a key thing when it comes to answer prayer, so as I was talking to you, may we call somebody that you know you have problem with you, you have not forgiven him or her, you do not know he is in that man, not that man, or forgiveness is what is in your prayer, not the man, not know about it, not the woman, not this person, not that person, the devil may be using those people, right, we are not saying they are not responsible, they may be responsible, they may be really doing it, the devil is using them, like God is saying, oh God what does, just forgive them so that I can answer your prayer, because God is going to use whatever they were doing wrong against you to bring you closer to himself, bring you to that glory, because we are shooting for your glory, to be sons of God, remember that, and that is what you don't want us to think about, and I am going to wrap it apart now because I want to shut it 30 minutes, because we are going to do breaking of bread in a few minutes, now with all of those said, with all of those said, let me point to one particular thing here, that the Lord wanted us to remember also, before I go there, let's go back to this story of the Hebrews, in numbers chapter 13, numbers chapter 13, verse 31 of that you just feel good, just talking a little bit about faith and doubt also, between faith and doubt still in the same level, numbers chapter 13, we know the story of this Hebrew Israelites, when the way in the wilderness, and most he told them to go and spy the land, and bring this result, and we know the rest of the story, many of the Bible scholars, two of them brought good results, or good report, Joshua and Caleb, and the rest of the 10, they brought evil reports, what did Bible call them, now what can we learn from this, these people that brought good report, they were saying, let's, they saw the same thing, the sorry giants, the land was good yet, but the sorry giants, and they say, well, our God, I said we are going to understand, let's go get it, so they were seeing God, they were following God, while these other people, the 10, they saw the giants, the sorry, the land is good, but this giant, who, we cannot handle these giants, we cannot handle these giants, but they were not seeing God, they were seeing their strength, and their emotions, and what is that, the doubt of what you have seen, what you know about the giants, they are these are 10 feet tall, they are taller than us, we are like grasshoppers before them, that is the doubt, what you can see, they are walking by sight, while Caleb and Joshua are walking by feet, that hey, God I say we own this place, giants are not giants, so you see God in your situation, and you confess God in your situation, and that is fit, while the other people that were seeing, they are forgetting God, they are seeing this situation, which is the giants, so yeah, it's a good land, the giants have suffered, oh look, look at themselves, we are like grasshoppers, that you are looking at this situation, you look at this situation, look at the God that is bigger than every situation, that is what fit is how you access your face to look at him, and consider him that is bigger than anything else, and keep confessing it, keep confessing it, that is this, your deliverance is that you are confessing this God has made here, not considering this situation, remember that, now I wanted to wrap it up with first Corinthians chapter 10, first Corinthians chapter 10, we are opposed to Paul, one of us, because that is for the whole entire world to look, opposed Paul, we are going to go through it quickly, and instead what's happened to the people in the wilderness that we are talking about, tomorrow for a bread from verse 1, I will not have you the big round out that all are for us, that is all this, visualize all the believers, call them believers, all are for us, were under the cloud, and all pass through the sea, go on, and we are all baptized unto Moses in the cloud, and we see, and did all eat the same special drink, and did all drink the same special drink for the drunk of that spiritual rock that followed him, and that rock was Christ, verse 5, it's what we are going from verse 5 to the next few verses, but with many of them are which were, but with many of them God was nowhere pleased, for they were overthrown in the wilderness, now that is the same thing we have to think, and say we want God to be well pleased with us, so he's listening, some of this thing, the deed wrong in the wilderness that God was nowhere pleased, which we need to take heed unto, and that's why how to protect our feet and down, as you let your doubt be of mourning in your feet, and you are God is not going to be well pleased, because say without faith it is impossible to please the Lord, without faith it is impossible to please the Lord, and you see he said these people in the wilderness, they were God was nowhere pleased, because of all these things they were doing, and many of the time you think that what you are doing is just the sin that is well no sin, basically this fear and doubt thing that we just described in the notion, to God, if you keep doubting him it's like a sin to him, the sin is something that is not pleased with the God, for the Father not so, so if you keep doubting and dropping feet it's not going to be well-pleasing to him, you know, you see, it's not like those who went are committed are not sure, that's not like those who went are really still, basically, if you keep doubting, I'm not excited, then you are going to be well pleased with the Lord either, so that's why we want to see this that I possible was telling us here in verse 6, he said they were over 12 in the wilderness, now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lost after I was this, as they also lost, the first thing they mentioned was the lost, which we don't lost brings all the sin that we have, no this one has sinned, lost all the flesh, lost all the eyes and that make them to want this more than what God would tend to have, now he's called it lost, "now let me idolate us," as was some of them, as it is reading, people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play, what do you want to mean, that means they are worshipping itself idol action, they worship itself, because he said he ate and drink and started to play, but you have to go back to somewhere where I wanted to analyze these things that he did and now we can overcome this, but now he lost the way, just talk about it and that, we are more entitled to, because he said this is for our examples, but at the end of the day one is come upon us, but consider chapter 10 and what are possible, this led us one interest, and he went for that, he said, "nine of our letters called me for an occasion," as some of them called me, and I'm fairly, one day, three and twenty thousand, that was it, well for an occasion, we know what is for an occasion, it's spiritual, for an occasion, we mean worshipping something else, God is not to be the black room for the church, the black room for the church is God, so anytime God is talking about the church is now worshipping or honoring the rulers of the world, the rulers which is the big man, that will be caused, which of all occasion which some churches are already guilty of, because when you begin to want to please the mayor, the governor, they said the president is coming to town, and he's going to visit this church, and you begin to let it rule, let it cap it, see God is good to visit, that's becoming worshipping of our man, so you can extrapolate, that's an example, because that is what it will boil on to when it comes to spiritual education, not to go to the physical world, now he says, "I would have come to the application and they will destroy it," but now he says, "Nylon, let us thank Christ," as some of them also attended and were destroyed of happens, now there are some places where we can go back into the Bible, give us some things, where those things stands, are we tempting God, if you ask for this, am I tempting God before for that, or I'd like to go here, and that's why I said it's good to be on the come moment in my morning, he said they were now saying it behind Moses, they were crying on my morning behind Moses and Moses's school, he had damn career, growing up, Moses was pissed off, he was gee, this body is too much for me, I'm not the father of all these people, so they said, "I'm not a moment, I guess we are a moment against God, who is leading us," so that's what my morning will do, and we have a slew of stories on the example of Gal Gadot, but let's just summarize it, he said, "Nylon, all these things are put onto them for our examples, and they are written for our admonition upon whom the ends of the world are come, we are for let him, that thing can stand a ticket, lest he fall," now that is weird, so I'm excited how to overcome all of these moments and things happen, but starting, there are no temptation taking you, but such as is common to man, God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able, but really temptation also makes a way to escape, as you may be able to be wise, so I'm going to wrap it up with you, without going further into these examples, examples of how to overcome all these moments in temptation, and for the CPR, for the kitchen, and those of us, this is not for another time, but he said, "No temptation has come upon you, that is not common to man," just like I said, you hear this one, they say, "Well, that was happening in their life, oh God, I've missed it," you also have your own problem, your own testimony, wow, it is common to man, that God is promising us that he is going to stand, and no one, that's over, no one, not tempted to come over that, it's not going to say, "God, we make a way of escape," all we need to do is to make a look for that way of escape, that way we are able to be right, raise the law, and sometimes, like I said, the law we allow people to go through something that knows with the teachers, provided you be able to be right, as a song that I listened to, I like it, it was the Nigerian song, we had this Christian musician, the cross that you are called to be, the bigger the cross, the bigger your glory. See, the language that you see across you has to be, can you suffer that cross for you to be near 23, which, as I said, the glory he was going towards was so huge, it was good to become the king of the universe, if your cross is so small, which is everybody is carrying across, everybody, you are not, we are also carrying across, whatever God calls you, that you are suffering from the cross, if your cross is so small, you are to carry it and be successful, your glory also may be just small, but at least, if you succeed, successfully carrying the cross, you get into a glory, if your cross is so huge, that means God is calling you to a bigger glory, when you overcome and you cried across successfully, the glory is going to be great also, so that is what you should remember, and God said, he said, he said he is faithful, we will not suffer you to be tempted, above the gia able, so that Bible verse is what this thing has to be seen, that we are carrying across, one of our teachings, we are trouble, the cross, and the bigger the trouble as the cross, the bigger the glory God is going to give to you, so when you see those people that are being persecuted in the Middle East, and they were being caught ahead up, and these two farmers confess Christ, the bigger the glory, so press it a lot, press it a lot, so when you see your whatever you are going through, just know that God has said, he is not going to allow you to be tempted, above you that you are able, and he is going to make a way of escape, press it a lot, let's stand up, let's stand up, and press it, let's just stand up, it will be the end of the salmon and we are going to go into the breaking of bread in a few minutes, so just talk to the Lord, we talk about faith and doubt, and just give us a clue that even those doubts you can overcome by being a lifestyle of fasting, you have to challenge yourself to some longer fast, and that will crush the doubt, without your faith condition, they will talk about the morning that's it, there are all those things that is going on in the life, in the world, like a cross, visualize that you didn't see God in the amidst, they didn't, that's why they messed up in the days, in the wilderness, but we know that God is able, and it's what is given to us, you said that all those things, they are common to man, they are common to man, but you will not allow you to be tempted, above your strength, above that you are able, with the same tenderly you make a view of escape, talk to yourself and trust in you, you make a view of escape for me for anything I am going through, and it will make a view for you, if I will thank you Lord for this exercise session, I just pray long ago that you want to have Lord, and teach us more yourself how to exercise our faith and how to subdue the doubts, and don't believe that we try to rise up, in the room of our Lord Jesus Christ we pray, amen, pray see the Lord, pray see the Lord, oh, [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music]
