I don't know who, I don't know who could have resisted that. I mean, they, if, if you remember the way, I mean, you talk about Armageddon, it was being, it was being portrayed as, as Armageddon, that everyone was going to die and that he had to do something. And, and you know, I mean, in, in a perfect world, he would have fired Fauci and just said, this is, this is BS. But I just, I don't know if that was, I don't know if that was possible given their, given the reality of, what was, what was going on at the time. And, and, and you know, it's, it's interesting too that, that you know, his, his family is so, so down on him for, for running for president and, and crossing Joe Biden. I mean, how many, how many members of how many of his relatives now does Joe Biden employ in these, you know, there's Joe, Joe, Joe, Joe, as I call him, the former congressman, he's like the special envoy in Northern Ireland. I don't know if he's getting paid or not, but he gives him a title. Caroline Kennedy, his ambassador, and I think there's a couple of other members of the family that are on his, on, on his payroll. And they, they, they just were determined to keep, to keep Robert F Kennedy Jr. off the ballot and make sure that he couldn't, he couldn't compete in the democratic primaries. And again, I think in many ways, I think it backfired on him, because it, it certainly backfired in, in, in Florida by doing away with the primary. They, they lost a bunch of offices, a bunch. And, and you know, and I understand the beautiful people in DC, they don't care about municipal offices in, in Florida. But, you know, they, they, they threw away, they threw away a lot of politicians and a lot of, a lot of local municipal county power in, in the sunshine state, the third largest state in the union. Johnny, you're next with Howie Carr, go ahead, Johnny. Yeah, how a great interview. And you know, I appreciate you having him on. He made a lot of great points, especially with the COVID gibberish. But I, I could never vote for him just for the, for the global woman nonsense. Because one of your old guests, you always had Dr. Richard Blintson from MIT. Right. And he's my go-to guy. When everyone talks about global warming or climate change, I go to Dr. Richard Blintson. You know, his and him stupid. We're, we're in a warming cycle. The, the plasticine epic just ended. Maybe, maybe not, maybe not extinct animals, but some of those extinct animals are going to come back though. Howie, without getting into Biden's deficiencies in this regard, do you think Kennedy suggests in that Trump might work a little bit more to perhaps cool some of the polarization rather than increase it? Might be a good thing for our country. Well, you know, again, if I had had him for a little more time, I would have said, you know, what, what about Joe Biden? I mean, I think Joe Biden, you know, he's always talking about the, you know, the mega Republicans and the, the white nationalists and the white supremacists. I mean, he's always, I mean, he's a very divisive guy. He's as divisive as Trump. You're, you can't, Howie, you're absolutely right. But just because Biden does, it doesn't mean Trump has to do it. He could cool it down just a little bit and maybe get a little bit higher on the moral ground than Biden is. He doesn't like, for example, I've heard Trump refer to opponents as pigs and, you know, poisoning the blood and all of these things that he could be cool. He's talking about fentanyl when he says poisoning the blood. I mean, that's, that's his, that's his rhetorical style. I mean, why are you complaining about Trump when, when Biden is, is the, I think Biden, his rhetoric is, is more, is more poisonous than Trump's. And how about his actions? How about all this law fair that's going on against, against everybody? I mean, and again, the law fair is going on against, it's in different ways. But, you know, Bobby Kennedy is having to put up with it himself, you know, they're keeping him off the ballot or they try it. They basically threw him out of the party. They won't give him secret service protection, even though he's in danger. I mean, I would say that that's a lot more poisonous than Donald Trump just, you know, tossing off one liners about his opponent, Steve. Come on. I don't like Biden one bit, but I wish both of them would think a little bit more about the country than their own political careers. They're politician, Steve. Come on. You can't, again, Trump is held to a different standard than that Biden. Biden is, Biden is allowed to. And again, they have all these fact checks on Trump and they had all these fact checks. They still do to a degree. They never have any fact checks on Biden. He's always lying about things. The joblessness is, numbers are going to increase tomorrow, apparently. And the stock market was acting ahead of schedule and they shed 500 points. I mean, this economy, it used to be seven stocks that were carrying the whole stock market. Now it's four stocks, four. I mean, we're not in a good financial place right now. We're not in a good place with our societal problems, with all these illegal aliens across the border, crime out of control, foreign policy. It's insane what we're doing. We're not acting as a rational player, either in Ukraine or in Gaza. I mean, why are we pressuring Israel to allow this entity that wants to destroy them? I mean, even Bobby Kennedy is saying the same thing. Why would we stop Israel from this? Not no one could have done it, but was anyone going to ask the United States and the allies to pull back from destroying Nazi Germany in 1945 or destroying the imperial Japanese nation in later 1945? They started the war. The Axis started the war. Everybody can start anything in life. You can make any kind of risky move you want, your call, but you can't end it. You can't be sure how it's going to end. Gaza started it and they, I'm sorry, they have to pay the price. Israel would be insane not to destroy them before they could, because if they get off their backs, they're going to try it again. You know they are, especially if they get away with it. But I think the thing that strikes me about him is he's been steer. And that's something that's very rare today. Yeah, I, I think he is too. I mean, he has a, he has a, shall we say, a checkered personal life in the past. But, you know, I, I think, I think right now he's trying to do the right thing. I mean, I, I got him to, to autograph the, a book about Dr. Anthony Fauci. That's a, that is a really great book. I mean, he, he put that book together and he just, you know, it's, it's an indictment of, of Fauci and what, what a phony he is and how destructive he's been and how destructive his policies were. And, and you know, he, again, I, I disagree with him on a lot of issues, including fracking. And, but, but you know, the, the COVID issue is it really is a core issue. And the fact that he's willing to give Trump the, you know, to tell, say the Trump, Trump knew, knew what was wrong. Again, Trump got rolled, but, but sometimes, sometimes in life things happen to you and you, you just, you know, you, you get rolled. That's the simplest way to put it. 844-542-4274. But if you're going to allow that, but you're not going to allow people to smoke menthol cigarettes, does that make any sense? I mean, you know, again, no one should be smoking cigarettes. Maybe menthol cigarettes are more addictive. I, I use the smoked cigarettes. I never liked menthol cigarettes that much. But I mean, who, who were you to tell someone that they can't smoke cigarettes? And by the way, all the same people that want to ban menthol cigarettes are all in on, on, on legalizing pot. And this isn't like the pot of the 70s, a lot of which was, was homegrown, shall we say, you know, and was a very weak potency, low THC levels. This is, this is strong stuff. This is, this is, short term and mid term, maybe, maybe cigarettes will kill you over 30, 40, 50 years. But it's really, really bad to have these kids smoking, smoking weed. How's it going? Good. Hey, Howie, you know, I can't understand how-how does a deep state-they always talk about the deep state. How did this all come to be? I mean, you know, it's-you never used to hear that 30-some years ago, but it seems to have taken root and- I think we just never heard much about it, but Rob, I mean, the deep state's been around for a long time since at least World War II. You know, the CIA came out of World War II when it was OSS. And, you know, a lot of people think that the CIA killed RFK Jr.'s uncle, you know, Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was starting to wake up. He was a-he was a-he was a Cold Warrior, you know, pretty much his entire political career, but he was-he was changing a little bit, you know, and-and suddenly he's taken out by this-by this guy Lee Harvey Oswald. You know, some people think it was the-the mafia. I tend to be more inclined along those lines, but it could have been the CIA that-that did it, man. It was a-it-the-the deep state's been around for a long time, but I think they've gotten a lot more power. And, you know, shame on us for giving them power, like the Patriot Act and the-and the FISA courts, the-the-the-the warrantless surveillance legalization under the Patriot Act. And, you know, just going before the secret FISA courts, and it-it's just-it's-it's on us for-for allowing it, you know? I mean, the people who told us after 9/11 that, you know, we shouldn't give the deep state this kind of power. And-and, you know, I'm-I'm one of them. I said-I thought, "Oh, it-it won't be that bad." Yeah, I believe the, uh, uh, service that-how he's got the protection is the, uh, Sheriff's Service. The what? You mean the Marshall's? Uh, Sheriff's Service. No, not Sheriff's would be local. I think he's got-I think he's got some kind of federal federal protection. But it would seem like the Marshall's would be the most-would be the most logical one. But-but, you know, again, all of-all of these agencies now have their-have their own police forces. In-in DC, it's like, uh, there-there must be at least a dozen different-different police forces. And, uh, you know, our law enforcement, I should say, they're not a technically police. But, uh, everybody has got, uh, and-and, you know, like the Secret Service has got uniform, they got plain clothes.
