Hexcrawl 85 - Runedarth Battle against the Direlord Hordes

Grom leads Gemwin, Jhank, Bors, and Hokan, along with a few archers, to invade the territory of the Direlord tribe and take back the halls of Galloglar and Yund for Dwarven glory! They get into a mega-battle against dozens of goblins, orcs, and a couple of ogres, almost dying again and again. After a short rest, they clean out the remaining humanoids and secure the stairway against further incursion by the Direlord tribe.

And then we would come to the back way and like try to force them into that line, like trap them into, you know, have a way to escape. Yeah. But they do have a way to escape anyway, because you, you are aware that this is only one of several levels that they hold territory. That's true. So no matter what, going up. So if you refer to your notional map, yes, right, they hold part of Gallaud Lauren Young, but they also hold the halls of Longbeard and the art crown, yes, quarters or whatever. Right. And so those are all cool. Okay. And so like, not, not to put too much of a damper on your plans, but their main treasure patch is probably not down here next to the dwarves. It's probably up in the heart of their territory. Yeah. That's really going for the. That's what they would like us to think. Right. Clearly. Right next to the smart money puts it right here at the front line. Yeah. Because they're not going to suspect it. Right. It's believed with it like the army. The closer we are to danger, the further we are from heart. It's going to be like, but clearly that the said treasure chest must just be mimics. Right. They'll avoid it. Yeah. Okay. I'm waiting for the, the graffiti on the dwarven sign to see like, what was the dwarven sign and then how did they deface it? Yeah. Yeah. I'm prepped for that. I wonder which one has the goat bite. So, every goblin within five feet of me must make a DC 14 con saving throw or take, um, five points of damage. Okay. I'm gonna say that there are four. Okay. I did. What, sorry. What was the DC on that? Uh, 14. Okay. And they will all take that. And what, sorry, you'd say that damage one would be five. Uh, thank you. Uh, raise. Okay. Um, all right. Grom leads Gemwin, Jhank, Bors, and Hokan, along with a few archers, to invade the territory of the Direlord tribe and take back the halls of Galloglar and Yund for Dwarven glory! They get into a mega-battle against dozens of goblins, orcs, and a couple of ogres, almost dying again and again. After a short rest, they clean out the remaining humanoids and secure the stairway against further incursion by the Direlord tribe.
