(upbeat music) - Welcome to Skygazing with Carolina. Do you like light shows? Well, the next two weeks, we Sky Watchers will have plenty to see. Not one, but two autumn meteor showers will reach their peak. The Northern Tarrids and the Lannids. The Northern Tarrids will peak on November 12th and the Lannids, November 18th. So mark your calendars. Now, while some shooting stars are visible now, the meteor showers will peak as our planet Earth moves through a stream of asteroids and comets. So remember to pull up some lawn chairs, pop some corn on a dark clear night, far from any light pollution and enjoy the show. (upbeat music) - Short cast club.
