White male age 63, weight 180, white hair, green eyes, glasses, panther tattoo on right arm. Wanted for violating the sex offender registry. He has a long arrest and prison record dating back to 1992 in decent liberties with a child DWI assault on a female communicating threats. Anyone with information on Raymond Ford Haley is asked to call 911. May it end town council meets today at six at the municipal building downtown.
