President Biden says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's approach to the war against Hamas is mistaken. What he's doing is a mistake. I don't agree with his approach. Arizona can now enforce a 19th-century abortion law based on a state Supreme Court decision. The 1864 law in Arizona criminalizes all abortions except when a mother's life is at stake. That also means there are no exceptions for rape or incest. White House press secretary Kareem John Pierre said. One-third of all women of reproductive age now live in a state with an abortion ban. And all of these bans, including the one upheld today that was upheld by the Arizona Supreme Court, are a direct result of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. I'm Haya Pangewani. Abortion will be a central issue in the battleground state for the 2024 presidential election. Millions of people in the South are seeing some severe weather. Nobel Prize-winning physicist Peter Higgs has died. He was 94. Higgs won the 2013 Nobel Prize in physics. For the theoretical discovery of a mechanism that contributes to our understanding of the origin or mass of subatomic particles. In 1964, Higgs proposed the existence of the so-called God particle that helped explain how matter formed after the Big Bang. It came to be known as the Higgs Boson. Its existence was confirmed in 2012. I certainly had no idea that it would happen in my lifetime at the beginning more than 40 years ago.
