If you were one of the few that got sick during the eclipse or after the eclipse, it just means that your ancestors and spirit guys cleaned you the hell up. No, mine. And then that day I went home and I started to, I went down a rabbit hole like Eddie does every single night on TikTok. No. And I came across this video and it just made sense because I haven't been around anybody that's sick and I feel like recently I've been more cautious as far as washing my hands because there's a lot of people that have been sick around us. So I've been more precautionary. So you think it was a portal? It wasn't really the moon blocking the sun. It was a portal where, like, your ancestors connected with you? Just energy flowing from all over. It is here. Energy. Yeah, good, bad energy. Hey, what's up? Shaboy. Thank you for having me again. Happy to help our listener with his legal question. Our listener hit us up as an only move via DM on Instagram at Shaboy show. And he wrote this. I have DACA and this weekend I was involved in a hit and run accident. I crashed into a part car because I fell asleep at the wheel. Once I woke up after the crash happened, I freaked out and I took off. Somebody reported my license plate to the police. Now I need help, gracadios. Nobody got hurt, but I'm really scared that I could lose my DACA status, which is deferred action. This is a tough situation right here, Luis. You know, what can we do for him? And I'll connect you after we speak so you can talk to him directly. But what kind of hope can we give our listener? Yeah, no, this is a very difficult situation. Upon the Reigen is in Dicomentado. You know, dina estápez legar aquían es bayes. And they pick up a criminal case. That puts them at great risk for potentially being deported. Our listener here, he's DACA. So he has what kind of like a placeholder. DACA doesn't actually give you legal status permanently. It's just for right now, we don't know what's going to happen. It's just for a temporary thing. It's supposed to protect you from getting deported and it allows you to work legally in the US, correct? Exactly. It's just a temporary fix. We don't know if there's going to be a permanent fix down the line. But for right now, it's just temporary. And the problem with DACA is it's very, very easy to lose. Almost any type of criminal charge, if you're convicted, can lead to you losing DACA. And for our listeners here, that means he won't be able to work. That means he could potentially be deported. It opens up all these other consequences that normally someone who is in the same situation, but who is a citizen would not even have to worry about. And also with the, you know, so we can, you know, so we can, um, pal, calamaries and El Tiangis right here in La Poulia can hook him up with a green card that will allow that you will send him my info. I'll pay for his green card. No, me too. No, no, no, let me cast trick us, bro. Please. I apologize about that. Abogado Luis. What advice do you have for a listener or anyone going through something like this? Well, our listener needs to do he needs to really get himself a good defense attorney. Fortunately for him, a hit and run is not a very serious offense. There are multiple options for him in order to just get the case dismissed. If there's some type of damage that the victim is claiming, he can try to work out some type of arrangement with that person where he pays for the damage. And then sometimes the district attorney will dismiss the case if they show proof that he paid for the damage. Another option for him is, hey, just because, you know, they got his license plate. Did anybody see who was driving? So we don't know just because a car was registered to you doesn't mean you were the driver. How many times do you let someone else drive your wife or friends? Many people could be driving that vehicle. So maybe the people can't even prove this case. So those are arguments, a good defense attorney would make. If it's an important family, I don't know if there's a person in the commentada or he needs a status, the DACA, I don't know if it's a criminal. I don't know if it's a criminal, but I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal. I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal, I don't know if it's a criminal. [SPEAKING SPANISH] That's 1-800-333-3676 or on Instagram @thefinsora. So Abogadoluis, our listener, has some hope that he could still maintain his DACA status. That's what you're saying. Absolutely. You know, there's something that we like to say, say no faith, no case. So nobody saw him, maybe we can get it dismissed. It's a very possible outcome here. [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] That's terrible. No, don't say that, Abogadoluis, give us all.
