[MUSIC PLAYING] Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. Congressmen, to leave. That's news. I don't talk to that news. At a rally in your district, people were chanting death to America. Do you condemn? Talk to Fox News. I'll take that as a no. There's a lot of pressure on Joe Biden by Democrats not to debate. In their words, they don't want to give Trump the forum. Well, the real reason is they don't want to side by side. Elect me. I'm in the 20th century. Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. The first quarter of this year, Ford lost $700 million. Is that what we can expect with binomics? Bush. Certainly, we believe that broadly, we are on the right track here that binomics is having a tremendous impact. She'll go 300 hectares on a single tank of kerosene. But country's this car from? It no longer exists, but take your foreign test drive. Put it in age. From swabs, hacks, and moon bounce beware, it's-- [MUSIC PLAYING] Howie Carr. 844, 542, 442, 844, 542, 442. And we'll have Turtle Boy with us at 6.30. There are a bunch of new motions that were filed yesterday. And the final run up to the beginning of the Karen Reed murder trial, which starts next Tuesday. And in Datum, we'll be picking a jury. It'll take a while. It's going to go on for weeks. But first, we wanted to talk about the continuing crisis over the illegal alien invasion of Massachusetts. And it's quite a mess, obviously. And it's just getting worse and worse. And as you know, there was a case recently where there's a whole-- one of the motels that's been taken over one of the dozens and scores of motels that's been taken over is the comfort end in Rockland. And on the south shore, a Haitian illegal was charged a few weeks ago with raping a disabled girl, 14 years old, who also lives in the motel. And now we're starting to hear that there's more trouble among the Haitians that have been put into that hotel. There's hundreds of them. And a woman, a mother of a student, a young elementary school student, went before the school committee in Rockland the other night and said that her daughter had been assaulted. And one of the liberal members of the school committee just brushed off her anguish testimony and smirked at her. And we just wanted to-- of course, it's getting no play in the Boston state-run media. So we wanted to check in with Representative Dave the Coast, who is from Norwell. But he represents Rockland in the legislature. Representative the Coast, thanks for being with us here at the night on the Howie Car Show. Yeah, Howie, I do have to correct you. And I made them a sludge of you, as I know, is confusing the conversation we have with it. The meeting, you know, sent you on TikTok. The meeting was actually down in Kingston. It was where? Kingston. Oh, and Kingston, I'm sorry. Excuse me, I apologize. OK. No, why is the rep up in Norwell talking about this? And the bottom line is the family and friends who are related to these people. I have a close childhood friend and the older brother. And she went up-- the bottom line is that there's a great deal of-- I guess you could say a delay in terms of the response that people have gotten, particularly that young mother. And the situation is complicated, because her husband is off quite a bit. He's an active duty with the Massachusetts National Guard. And he was actually not too long ago and deployed to Saudi Arabia for a good long tour. So she discovered that a while back, one of her children had been assaulted, and there's some question that the length of the school committee taken. But this is not unusual. As you know, this is just the type of thing that is going on for an extended period of time in the school committees, in many cases, a very unresponsive in terms of what is going on. Yeah, but you saw-- so this little girl's father is deployed in the Middle East as a member of the US military, the National Guard. And his daughter is allegedly being assaulted by an illegal alien from Haiti. And the mother and the rest of the extended family can't get any satisfaction from the local authorities as to what's being done by these illegal aliens in the school. Is that an accurate summation? Yeah, well, it's an accurate summation, I would say. And the question is, in which one of the reasons they called me was that they looked at what the laws were and whether or not we needed the right legislation for this. It seems every other week we're looking at corrective legislation for this or that, I've got to build the we're drafting for squatters because, believe it or not, I have a squatting situation in Annover, and this is not going to surprise you, but the landlords do not have actually a great deal of right here in this state. As a former landlord, no, I am not surprised. Right, you know, and we're working with Sheriff McDonald in this state that, you know, in this state, the police have no-- I don't mean to go far or fail, but I'm looking at a list of things we're right. In this state, you can assault the police horse. It's a felon, a police dog, it's a felon. If you put assault a police officer, it's a misdemeanor. So we're once again filing legislation, I've always filed it, but Sheriff McDonald suggests an improved way to do it. And it makes a lot of sense, so we'll have a lot of support from the Boston Police Association, Fraternal Order of Police, and so forth, for this type of legislation. But back to what's going on with school committees, it's unclear whether they have any legislative, any, you know, lawful reporting requirement to parents, and what that is. So we're taking a lot of that, and we may, depending on what we find, file additional legislation to address this problem. Now, you do represent-- you do represent Rockland, and you said that you've gotten some documents from the police department in Rockland as to how many 911 response calls they have to make, and all the first responders have to make since this hotel was taken over by the illegal aliens. What is the situation with the 911 calls in Rockland since the comfort end became the flop house? Well, I've got to be careful with you, how it's because the numbers I get, you being in, you know, I've got to be confidential in terms of where I'm getting them. But let's just say that the between the police department and the fire department, they might as well both put a substation down in the area. It probably would save on gas. It is a regular occurrence, and as we've discussed before, regarding the cost, the state, and to their credit, the young men and women who work directly as bureaucrats with the governor's office did a terrific job providing me with the lodging costs and the cost of feeding. What they don't have-- and I can't fault them for it because it's so tough to calculate right now-- is the soaring cost of medical treatment. There's a learning curve involved. When people come here, they learn to dial 911, and they go usually to South Shore Hospital and get right in front of the line for any type of malady they have. But now they're learning and going towards a mass health situation where they can address orthopedic problems and get oral surgery and done the work done in dermatology. It is a long list, and I have a couple of corresponded nurses who work at South Shore, and they say it is just unbelievable. That they're just overwhelming South Shore Hospital like they're overwhelming every other medical facility in the nation, basically. Well, unlike you or me, the dental work, and I go, it's all free, at least as far as what they're concerned, it's all free. I was telling you this morning, I had dinner on Sunday night with some people that are very well-to-do, and they were complaining about their dental bells. And I told them, I said, if you were an illegal alien in Massachusetts, you wouldn't have to worry about any dental bells. No, no, you certainly wouldn't. You wouldn't have to worry about a number of things. And it's an improvement. Now, understandably, many of these people coming from Haiti may not, never have received any type of medical treatment for anything, ever. And so they're here now, they can get everything free. They've got plenty of time on their hands to do it. And that's where we are. So the cost of soaring, you've read in the Herald, which has been doing a great, great job in terms of covering the budget problems, where we are now. And it's going to be interesting to see how this develops. More specific back to the school system. I am just looking. And again, I'm working with several teachers locally, because you always want to go with the subject matter expert. When you're dealing with this type of thing, to see what they need, what's needed, the language required, again, if any. But if this is the case where, legally, school committees and organizations are allowed to keep the fact that they are-- that someone's child is sexually assaulted. We probably ought to-- there probably ought to be some recourse and some further guidance from the legislature to lose clearly. If your child is in school and they've been sexually assaulted, you should be told about this. You shouldn't be finding out in April and May about an incident that occurred in January. And this mother was not told that her daughter was sexually assaulted in an elementary school in Kingston. It appears as though it hasn't been. I will probably be meeting with them next week, probably on Monday or Tuesday. We're going to sit down. And again, I've got-- there are a couple of lawyers involved already. One name you would recognize. And we will see what needs to be done, if anything, but we'll have something crafted. And as no questions, there'll be a lot of folks who are cosigning on this one and co-sponsors. And she-- why can't the mother just call 911 and get the cops involved? That's a good question, Howie. But it's another interesting facet to this. Just how responsive. And again, I don't want to speak to the police. All my interactions with the police on the South Shore, but nothing but positive. And they may be dealing under a different set of rules. Certainly, since the child is so young, they have confidentially rules. But I can't imagine it would not extend to the parents. But right now, as it stands now, the individual who perpetrated that, nothing was done to them. They're still attending school. And that's the consent of another part. It's great to be an illegal alien, isn't it? In Massachusetts or anywhere in America. But especially if you're an illegal alien in Massachusetts, you can just assault and do whatever you want. You live for free, free dental, free medical, free everything. It's just astonishing. Representative DeCoast, it's time to get some Republicans in the legislature. That's what we're working on. As a matter of fact, right now, shout out to the Hull Republican down committee. Republicans are reforming down in hell and having a good meal at one of the great Hull restaurants down there right now as well. All right, David DeCoast. Thanks, and keep us informed about what happens next week with this meeting to find out what's going to happen to this alleged perpetrator of this sexual assault on this little girl in elementary school. We appreciate it. We appreciate you being with us on this. It's a terrible topic, though. And elections have consequences. And catastrophic elections have catastrophic consequences. Once again, we learn that. Thanks for checking in. Representative David DeCoast. Happy to be here. Thank you. I'm Howie Carr. [MUSIC PLAYING] The Howie Carr Show will be right back. Simpson's death? No great loss. Good riddance. Never speak ill of the dead or O.J. who? No great loss. No great loss is a 26% good riddance, still in the lead, 48%. 17% for Never Speak ill of the dead and 8% for O.J. who? OK, 844-542-844-542-781. I just paid a $4,000 outstanding bill from 2023 that another of my two dental insurance plans that didn't pay. And then the guy says he's a veteran, and he can't get it. He can't get anything. I'm a disabled, retired veteran with 36 years of service, but I can't get free dental, FJB. Here's another one. My wife and I are retiring next year, and we'll lose our dental care. How do we sign up for the illegal alien policy? I talk about this all the time on the show and just with people on the street. And the free dental bugs people, even more than the free dry cleaning. I mean, everybody's had to pay dental bills. Or everybody has hustled to make sure that they get on dental insurance plans. In the thought that you come into the country a criminal and just flop, no intention of ever working. And you get free dental care. And in many cases, the dental trucks are actually coming. You don't have to sit in an office. The truck comes to you and they give you whatever you want. It's astonishing. Andrea, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Andrea. And infuriating to-- Hi, Howie. Hi, Howie. I live a 20-minute walk from the comfort and I go by this. Several times a week, they have now covered up the signage. Yeah, I've done that everywhere, I think, or a lot of places. Yeah. OK, well, in any event, I also live a 20-minute walk from the social hospital. Now, social hospitals and emergency room have been packed for years, partly because the Quincy Hospital Emergency Room shut, Norwood is shut right now. I think something with Milton might be. But in any event, there's no other hospital anywhere around until you go down a Plymouth. And this bed is real deaconess, which is small. And if you have a certain thing that's wrong with you, they have to ship you to Boston. So last year, my husband wasn't feeling well. He had a lot of abdominal pain. And it seemed so bad that I called an ambulance. Ambulance comes down, two people in it. They gave him like a mini interview and said to him, it doesn't appear to be a heart attack. Are you sure you want to go? You'll have to wait hours and hours. But if you really want to go, we'll take you there. He decided to stay home. So that's what they're doing. If you go and social health systems online, you're going to see a little notice telling you how busy it is and to find someplace else to do. And now it's for the dental. We have a lot of dental bills in this house with its-- I know. We're all ready. We're all ready. I know, we're out of time, Andrea. We'll keep talking about this. We come back turtle boy on the care and read case. Last minute motions, I'm how we got it. [MUSIC PLAYING] Live from the Matthew's Brothers Studios. 844-542-4239 says, where do the illegals get the dental? Could I just walk up to one of these trucks? Wouldn't that be something if one of these trucks was parked in one of those parking lots one morning on a weekday? And suddenly, American citizens stormed the truck demanding the same free dental care that they're paying for for illegals, but they're not getting themselves. 844-542-42, the Karen Read Murder trial starts in datum on Tuesday. And the prosecution and the defensive filed a bunch of last minute motions to figure out how the trial is going to be run. And it's very interesting that turtle boy, who we have on sometimes, he's the blogger who's been covering this case. He's been doing most of the yeoman's work of the press. He wrote on his website today, tbdailynews.com, that they were basically trying to shut down Karen Read's defense. And I thought, oh, well, maybe that's a little bit of hyperbole. But then I read the motions in the turtle boy. It really does look like they want to shut down every avenue of defense for Karen Read in the to fight these murder charges. Can't say a blame to Maui. I mean, Karen Read's defense destroys the Commonwealth. If she's allowed to argue that the facts of the case, there's absolutely no chance of conviction. And not only is there no chance of conviction, they're going to come out of this with a lot of egg on their face. They're going to look stupid. Their state police investigators are going to look incompetent. They're going to get exposed doing this. So they're quite literally trying to prevent them from-- I mean, the biggest one is that they want to get rid of the third party culprit defense, which is every defendant has a right to a third party culprit defense, which is her entire defense, that someone else did it. And on top of that, they want to ban any mentioning of the FBI investigation because they were left out of it. Well, that's the one that really gets me. So she's charged with killing her boyfriend, the Boston cop, John O'Keefe, with a car. Now, the FBI, as part of the US attorney's investigation, has come to the conclusion that his injuries were, quote, "inconsistent with being struck by a car." So it seems to me just if they can put that before the jury, that in itself is a reasonable doubt introduced. But the state doesn't want the defense to be able to introduce evidence that's been produced by the federal government. I mean, it seems kind of relevant, Halley. In a case in which a woman is being charged with murder for running over someone with their car, that there's evidence out there that says that, no, this isn't true. And the Commonwealth just doesn't want them to be able to present that evidence, which would literally just end this whole thing to begin with. Because they said that he didn't get hit by a car. So case-- Isn't that what's called exculpatory evidence? And doesn't the defense ever-- The defense has a right to get the exculpatory evidence. And then, of course, if they get it, they should be able to use it, right? You would think so, but their objection seems to be that they were left out of this. They're very upset when they found out that Karen Reid's attorneys were meeting with the United States Attorney's Office. They're basically saying that the Commonwealth is the victim of a conspiracy between Karen Reid, the federal government, and something called Turtle Boy. But that is what-- they're the actual victims of a conspiracy here, and the FBI is bad now. They don't like the FBI now, and they don't like the United States Attorney's Office, and they're being picked on them. It's like, do they think they're sovereign? Norfolk County seats from the Union. This is quite literally what the US Attorney's Office exists to do is investigate local corruption in small town counties, like Norfolk County, where the counties get away with all sorts of shenanigans. And that's why you have to have federal oversight. Well, another thing is that they're down on the FBI in one case. But on the other hand, they're using the defense that the FBI always uses when Congress wants to investigate FBI corruption, which is that there's an ongoing investigation, so they can't talk about it. So you have the lead prosecutor-- for those people who haven't been following the case as closely as others have-- his name is Michael Proctor. And he's another one of these townies from Canton. And he's very close to the people he was investigating. And one of the-- one of the texts, the FBI got his phone, and they looked at his texts. And one of the people who was accused by the read defense of being involved in the death of John O'Keefe, she apparently texted the state police investigator who works for the DA and said, would like to give you something after this is over. And he texts back, it would be better if you gave it to my wife. And now he's under investigation by internal affairs. And they say, well, you can't use that. He's texting for a gift from one of the people he's supposed to be investigating, because there's an ongoing investigation. It's deja vu with the FBI, and Peter Strzok, and Comey, and Lisa Page, and McCabe, and all the rest of them, and the Russian collusion hoax. That was their defense. I mean, they don't want any-- I mean, all the stuff you just need here that they don't want coming up. They don't want you to mention that Michael Proctor is under internal affairs investigation, because what's a jury going to think when they hear that? It's an ongoing investigation. Again, that's just what the FBI says when they get called before Congress. Right, right, right. So they don't want you to mention all of the really shady things that are going on in this case that prove, in their opinion, that Karen Reed didn't do this. They don't want you to present any of that. And why is that? If you have nothing to hide, if your case is rock solid, then why don't you want them present all their evidence? And if yours is better, then you're going to convict your entry. But they know, because all they got, how, is this aruba trip. They're obsessed with this trip to aruba, in which Karen Reed apparently got into a fight, which on a key could accuse them of kisses, smooching someone else, God knows what. So apparently that makes you a killer now. That's the best they got for evidence, the forensic evidence. Don't you think the average juror is going to say, well, I've been in worse tips with my spouse than that? Oh my god, Harry, I just did 60 days in jail over a much crazier woman than that. Are you kidding me? Like, jeez Louise, it doesn't make him a killer. She called him a bodily orifice, or he called her a bodily orifice. And that's supposed to be a-- and this happened 30 days before the death of the Boston police officer. How about this thing about how long to die in cold? Now, hasn't the FBI and the feds said that it actually was a Google search at 227 when O'Keefe was still alive? Is that not correct? That's correct. And the defenses expert said the same thing. The commonwealth has two experts, neither of whom refute that. They both say that it's unclear how it happened at 227, but it definitely happened at 624. Nobody disputes that she also searched it at 624 after the body was discovered. The argument of defense is that she Google that it's 624 to kind of mask the one at 227 that she deleted. So then if this motion by Norfolk County, the prosecution, was accepted to ban all the federal grand jury investigation, then the defense couldn't put in that the FBI also agrees that this woman Google searched how long to die in cold at 227. So I mean, again, that's another piece of evidence that would lead most jurors to assume reasonable doubt, right? Yeah, there's a puddle of a reasonable doubt in this house in this one, Halle. I mean, you've seen people walk for a lot less than this. I mean, Casey Anthony walked in this whole lot of stuff pointing directly at her. I mean, O.J. walked. I mean, this woman, it's just like, Lexus just don't have teeth. And John had dog bites on his arm. So riddle me that one. Apparently, when you get mad at your boyfriend in Aruba, your Lexus suddenly grows a set of teeth. And you can run him over and cause absolutely no bodily injury to anything below the nose except you got dog bites on your arms. Apparently, when you get mad at your boyfriend in Aruba, that's what ends up happening. So what else is the prosecution trying to suppress in terms of defense evidence? Well, they don't want me coming up. They don't want to talk about me. There's a turtle boy motion in there. I feel flattered that they don't want any introduction of any stories that I published. Now, why is that? Well, probably because on September 25th, I published a story with a picture of Jennifer McCabe's car at the Proctor Household, despite the fact that meatball moracy a month prior to that said that there's no personal relationship between the Proctors and any of the witnesses in the case. I got a picture of Jennifer McCabe at our house. I proved that. No other media outlet wrote about that. The Boston Globe, nobody wrote about that except for turtle boy. So they're trying to suppress all turtle boy articles so that this relevant information can't be brought up a trial. So what are you going to do with the-- are you going to be at the trial? You can't go to the trial, can you? Are you allowed to go to the trial? You know, I mean, it's like as long as a certain individual doesn't show up with a piece of paper in their hands that we're trying to get fix that fix out. A woman who got you a lot-- I'll be attending as much as I can. I mean, I can't go every day, but I'd like to go for the bigger days, certainly. What's the-- if you can tell me what's the status for the first day? I mean, is this the 500-- It's 200 feet now, right? It's 200 feet cone of silence, right? Yeah, actually 100 yards. So 300 for me, I got to stay away. But on the first day, it's just going to be jury selection. So it's not like anything's going to be on TV or anything. They can't show the jurors. But other than that, I mean, this whole thing is going to be televised. This is going to be the biggest trial in the country. No, but what I mean is, is there going to be a demonstration outside, just as a show of support for jury review? Oh, the demonstration. So that's actually been a deal to the single justice SJC. The Commonwealth has, till tomorrow, to file their response. Mark Rindaz-- attorney Mark Rindazza-- Robert Gloucester. He filed an originally a motion to be heard in court, objecting to this. Auntie Bev didn't hear him. She put 200 foot thing in. He has since appealed that. He's got like 500 plaintiffs on this who are explaining the various reasons in which they want to protest, because you know, you can't protest for climate change hour. You can't protest for anything down there, for Trump, for Biden, whoever. You can't hold a political sign in your store, or any sort of cause in your store if you're within 200 feet. It's unconstitutional. So they're bringing that to the SJC, because Auntie Bev is not the final city. The Constitution is, and this is why we have judicial review. Guy, I was thinking, can you even, according to the terms of this order that Auntie Bev has issued, can you even, when the trial starts, can you watch it on TV, or is that taking part of the demonstration? If you're within 200 or 300 feet of the courthouse. I mean, you might be able to watch it. I mean, like if you're standing outside on your phone, I would assume you'd be able to watch it. I mean, I'm sure she'd like to make it so that it doesn't, you know, this isn't broadcast to the world. But it's going to be. There's going to be a pool television person in there who will be streaming it. So, you know, people like me will be on YouTube when we're not in the courthouse, and we'll be live streaming it and doing commentary with it. And because it's going to be must see TV hourly. I mean, this is what we've been waiting for. I've been writing about the story for a year, nonstop now. And it's finally here. We finally get to see these people on the stand, and they have to get cross-examined by the defense. It's going to be must see TV. It sounds like they're going to object to, the prosecution is going to object to every question that's asked in process. Oh, I'm sure. And you're going to see, you're going to see prosecution witnesses taking the fifth for the first time ever, the lead and best of years now plead the fifth. And how's that going to look to a jury? I've seen it happen only in hearings, though, where I've seen cops take the fifth. But that's never in a trial with a jury there. That will be a new experience for almost everybody, including most of the lawyers. OK, so where can people go to follow you, Turtle Boy, and where can they go to contribute to your defense fund? Because you're still facing all these charges. By the way, they're just using-- they're just saying, you can't trust Turtle Boy. He's been indicted, like they're on the level. Like any of these people on the level. Go ahead. Yeah, you can go to tbdailynews.com or my Twitter account @doctorturtleboy, D-O-C-T-O-R, Turtle Boy. My Gibson goes pinned to the top of there. You can follow us on Facebook. YouTube, Turtle Boy Live, all over the place. All right, Turtle Boy, good luck with the-- I hope this trial comes out well for everybody concerned. We'll be in touch anyway, though. But I just want to check in with you on these motions. Thanks. We'll be talking again. Thank you, Turtle Boy. Good luck. OK, 844-500-4242. I'm how we car. The emperor of hate, how we car, is back. In his book, O.J. Simpson says that he would have taken a bullet or stood in front of a train for Nicole. Man, I'm going to tell you that is some bad luck. When the one guy who would have died for you kills you. That's good. 844-500-4242. That is the toll-free number if you'd like to join us. We heard from farmer John. He's one of our Connecticut listeners. He's a dairy farmer. We started during the Carter administration and survived every administration since. Biden administration has taken us out. The cows left last Monday, 44 years for nothing to leave my kids. I'm sorry, Farmer John. Sorry. 844-500-4242. This thing about not letting in exculpatory evidence. I don't know. Do you remember Ted Stevens? He was one of the original senators from Alaska, I think. Or maybe he was a rep and then he became a senator. But he was in since statehood. And the feds went after him. This was during the Bush administration. Democrats went after a Republican senator and they took him out. And the reason they got a conviction was they suppressed exculpatory evidence. They had evidence that proved he was innocent and they didn't let the defense. Ted Stevens, the guy who'd been the senator, or rep for 40 years have the evidence. And he was defeated in the election because they didn't turn over the exculpatory evidence. And then they turned it over, but it didn't help him because he'd lost his seat and then he was killed in a plane crash. And the prosecutors that did this, they were slightly disciplined. But nothing really serious happened to him. They destroyed a guy by basically fixing the case. And I mean, how can the prosecution even ask the judge not to allow this evidence in from the feds, from the FBI saying that this woman is charged with murder and the FBI is saying that their accident reconstruction experts say he couldn't have been killed by a car. And they don't want to allow that. And they don't want to allow the fact that the lead prosecutor for the district attorney's office is under internal affairs investigation. They won't say what for, but what else would it be for other than these text messages where he's soliciting a gift from one of the people that he should be in or the defense says he should be investigating. It's just amazing that this is going to be a very, very intriguing case.
