but the question is who is our God? We have a song in our song books and it's well it's done in our song books but it is in a lot of song books and it's our God is an awesome God. He reigns in from heaven above with wisdom power and love and our God is an awesome God but who is our God? We sing songs like our God is an awesome God and we exclaim how awesome our God truly is but if we don't know who our God is then who are we exclaiming as awesome and Psalms 46 and verse 10. I'm meant to use it as our scripture reading this morning but Psalm 46 and verse 10 says be still and know that I am God. That's what I meant to use as our scripture reading I just forgot to put it up but turn with me if you would to Isaiah chapter 40 let's discuss who is our God. Isaiah chapter 40 and verses 18 through 23 once again they'll be on the board verses 18 through 21 are up here on the board but I do encourage you to turn your song or in your Bibles to it it says to whom will you like in God or what likeness compare with him an idol a craftsman cast it and a goldsmith overlays it with gold and cast it for silver chains he who is too impoverished for an offspring chooses wood that will not rock rot he seeks out a skillful craftsmen to set up an idol that will not move do you not know do you not hear has it not been told you from the beginning have you not understood from the foundations of the earth and then I'm gonna swap over versions here we're gonna I'm going to be reading out of the King James version for the last two verses it says it is he that siteth upon the circle of the earth and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers that stretches out the heavens as a curtain and spread them out as a tent to dwell in that bringeth the princes to nothing he makes the judges a verb as vanity so who is our God right to whom will you like in God and who are you gonna compare him to right are you gonna compare him to an idol right because a craftsman cast an idol he overlays it the goldsmith sets it in gold silver chains are cast upon it better you gonna craft it take he who is too impoverished for an offering that chooses wood that will not rot and then seeks the skillful idol in order to build it up who are you going to like in God too for do you not know and do you not hear it has it not been told to you from the beginning who God is that he siteth upon the circle of the earth and the inhabitants thereof are grasshoppers all right we look back to this picture from NASA and this is our earth and the moon from a satellite in NASA now you notice there it's not very big now granted the further I get away the smaller everything seems but the earth's not very good earth not very big right and so you think about God God sits on everything he controls everything all of us inhabitants of that tiny earth right there this is our moon is tiny spec is our moon I don't know if you can see it all the way in the back it's so small I'm getting a lot of head change so can you at least see the earth perfect we can see the earth but not the moon but that's the point right it's so small and yet if you look up in the sky it doesn't look that small doesn't a lot of space between us and yet do all this space right due to all of this vastness of space all these heavens as they are called in Genesis God sits over them God sits over this space he sits over everything we're grasshoppers in his sight truly to him this world is nothing and to us this world should also be nothing let us continue on turn with me to Romans chapter 1 Romans chapter 1 it almost fit almost fit we'll have to get it to fit next time I'll play with a little bit more I updated it I got a nice screen for the computer I updated it and then it's been angry ever since and everything's not working very well my Romans chapter 1 in verses 18 through 23 it says for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who bind their unrighteousness suppress the truth for what can be known about God is plain to them because God has shown it to them and if we stop right there it makes it very clear how do we know God or what do we know about God everything God has showed us that's all we're ever going to know about God is whatever he tells us because we're grasshoppers a grasshopper can not comprehend God a grasshopper in our world is not going to be able to comprehend a human what is that thing like they're only about yay big unless you get locus they're a lot bigger but still they don't have the mindset they can't understand just for his invisible attributes namely his external or his eternal power and divine nature have been clearly perceived ever since the creation of the world and the things that have been made his invisible attributes those being his eternal power and his divine nature ever since the world has been made you can see it you can walk outside and you can see it we live in a desert right we get rain very rarely and yet we still survive right you drive two hours I believe it's southwest and you hit the mountains right and so you really from here you can see all of God's creation you might have to drive a little bit two hours but you'll see all of God's creation you'll see truly how strong he is not only how strong he is but if you look into the Old Testament you can understand his grace his nature our good God is or let's continue on it says so they are without excuse for although they knew God they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him but they became futile in their thinking and their foolish hearts were darkened claiming to be wise they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things so here right there without excuse we are that they and how do I know we're that they because God has been shown to us ever since creation God has been shown to us ever since creation from the day you were born you knew God because you were born you had the breath of life put into you you have a soul which means that you know God or you know what God is right God is the Creator and so we are without excuse and we cannot claim to be wise because then we are a fool because God is wise if we do not honor God then all we're doing is claiming to be wise saying we don't need God we already know it that's what they're doing we don't need God we already know it and because we know it will make our own gods that we can be smarter that we have control over and then they create idols and Max chapter 17 and verses 22 through 29 this here is verses 22 through 25 as I had to split it up to fit around one page that's so Paul standing in the midst of the arabagas said men of Athens I perceive that in every way you are very religious for as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship I found also an altar with this inscription to the unknown God but therefore you worship as not unknown this I proclaim to you the God who made the world and everything in it being the Lord of heaven and earth does not live in temples made by man nor is he served by human hands as though he needed anything since he himself gives all or gives to all mankind life and breath and everything let's just stop right there the God who made the world in everything in it that's who God is right the Athens or the Athenians the men of Athens in the arabagas even worshipped God because they knew something had to create at all and they worshipped gods of light they were the Romans so they had gods of light every single planet had its own God so they worshipped a lot of different gods but they said there's got to be somebody we're missing because not everything added up right they worship oh I don't remember the god the god of the sun's name right and then Saturn was a god and Neptune was a god Venus Pluto Mars they were gods that's why we have the names of the planet we have because they were the Roman gods right they worshipped the planets and I don't ever remember what the Sun was but they had the god of the Sun as well and then of course you have to greet gods that control them all as well and they said well not everything adds up there's something worth missing so we have an unknown god somebody we don't quite know who is but he did something because not everything's adding up and so they have this unknown god and Paul says here's who he is he is the God that made the world in everything in it being the Lord of heaven and earth he doesn't live in the temples made by man he doesn't live with your idol to your the unknown god I mean he doesn't live there he's not served by your hands because he doesn't need anything because he gives everything to man he gives life breath and everything it says at the end of verse 25 now look with me at verse 26 and continuing it says and he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth having determined a lot of periods in the boundaries of their dwelling place that they should seek God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him right that's the that's the end of his point not only did he give man everything he used one man to do it he used one man to make every nation and every single one of us came from one man is essentially what he says he says he determines who's in power he determines how much land you get right he determines how long you're gonna keep that land how long you're gonna live and the reason he does is that's what you seek him that's why he does it so that you might understand that something else is in control this isn't happen chance let's continue does yet he is actually not far from each one of us for in him we live and move and have our being as even some of your own poets have said for we are indeed his offspring being then God's offspring we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone an image formed by the art an imagination of men but think back with me back to Isaiah chapter 40 and verse 18 right who will you liken God right and here it says we not ought to liken or think that the divine being that God is like gold or silver or stone he is not an image formed by the art an imagination of man right that's what it says this is who God is that he's the creator of everything he gives man everything and you say aspen I still don't understand that's fair that's fair go with me to John John chapter 4 verses 21 3 24 it says Jesus said to her woman believe me the hours coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the father you worship what you do not know we worship what we know for salvation is from the Jews but the hour is coming and is here now or and is now here when the true worshipers will worship the father in spirit and truth for the father is seeking such people to worship him God is spirit and those who worship him must worship him in spirit and truth it says woman believe me the hour is coming well the hour is coming for what whenever you don't have to go to a mountain you don't have to go to Jerusalem the worship God or worship the father as this is Jesus's words right says you worship what you do not know right you worship idols that you don't know or you should this or you worship that but you do not know but we worship what we know for salvation is from the Jews we worship what we know we worship God so you have to ask yourself do you know who God is do you worship who you do not know or do you worship who you know as you say I'm still not quite sure I understand so let's look back at our song our God is an awesome God he reigns from heaven above with wisdom power and luck that verse wasn't supposed to pop up yet but turn with me to Isaiah chapter 55 Isaiah chapter 55 for our God is wise right this God who created everything is wise and Isaiah chapter 55 and verses 8 and 9 it says for my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways declares the Lord for as the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts all right so God's wisdom is not the same as man's wisdom my thoughts are not your thoughts and we do not think the same of God because we are not as wise as God neither are my ways your ways we don't do the same as God because God thinks things through frankly a lot better than any man ever will right God is wise and solve while for 24 now you can read that verse it says oh Lord how manifold are your works and wisdom you have made them all the earth is full of your creatures in wisdom God made everything he made in a particular order and the fashion it was made and the shapes and the figures how exactly everything works through wisdom he did that so that his world might continue go with me to Daniel chapter 2 I didn't put it up there but Daniel chapter 2 in verse 20 and 22 says Daniel answered and said blessed be the name of God forever and ever for wisdom and might or his this is a prayer or not a prayer this is a response of Daniel to the king says and he changes the times and the seasons he removed it kings and seteth up kings he give us wisdom unto the wise and knowledge to them that no understanding he revealeth the deep and secret things he knoweth what is in the darkness and the light dwelleth in him but this is God blessed be the name of God forever and ever for wisdom and might or his this is Daniel right Daniel is a servant of God he was thrown into a lion's den for God and he came out now this hasn't happened yet but it does happen right it says he changed the times he makes sure the seasons all change he establishes kings he tears kings down right it says he gives wisdom unto the wise and how can you give wisdom to somebody if you don't have more wisdom and God is wisdom God has all wisdom and understanding turn with me to Job chapter 38 Job chapter 38 the first seven verses this one is up here Job chapter 38 verses 1 through 7 it says then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind and said who is this that darkens counseled my words without knowledge dress for action like a man I will question you when you will make it known to me where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth tell me if you have understanding who determined its measurements surely you know or who stretched the line upon it on what were its bases sunk and who laid its cornerstone when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy this is what the Lord says right were you there when I lay the foundations of the earth were you there did you determine its measurements right and if you didn't who did I'm sure you know right I'm sure you know who did it and who stretched the line across it why were its bases suck right who lays its cornerstone God asked us he says Job who did it and he says I'm sure you know who did it but he did it that's why he asks he's not asking saying I have no idea he's asking saying it's mine I made the earth I laid its cornerstone I measured it I made sure everything fits that's what he's saying says I did it so worship me because I have the wisdom to do it I have the power to do it and Ephesians chapter 3 verses 9 and 10 will be in the new King James version for this and the reason we're in the new King James version is because it says exactly what I exactly really how it's translated it says it a lot more smooth it says to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery which from the beginning of the world has been hid in God who created all things by Jesus Christ to the intent that now until the principalities and powers and heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God so this God who created all things by Jesus Christ he created every single thing with a plan that plan was to sin his son to die right to the intent that now into the principalities and powers and the heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God he made all of this for the point that his wisdom might be shown that's why we have the Old Testament is that everything fits together when you get to Jesus Christ every single piece is going to fit you can build up from Genesis one one Matthew chapter one verse one and get Jesus Christ in every single book in every single book in the creation you can see Christ or the Lord's plan because he tells Eve his plan his plan is Jesus Christ and whenever you understand that whenever you look at the Bible whenever you study the Bible whenever you follow Christ you understand the manifold wisdom of God so God is wise he reigns in heaven above with wisdom power and love again it's broken today so now we have God's power in 2nd Kings chapter 20 second Kings chapter 20 and verses 1 through 3 it says and those days was Hezekiah sick unto death and the prophet Isaiah the son of Amos came to him and said unto him thus saith the Lord sent thine house in order for thou shalt die and not live then he turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord saying I beseech the old Lord remember now how I have walked before the in truth it was a perfect heart and have done what is good in thy sight and Hezekiah wept sore and it came to pass before Isaiah was gone out before Isaiah was gone out into the middle court that the word of the Lord came to him saying turn again until Hezekiah the captain of my people thus saith the Lord the God of David thy father I have heard up I have heard thy prayer I have seen my tears behold I will heal thee on the third day thou shalt go out thou shall go up in unto the house of the Lord and I will add unto thy days fifty years and I will deliver thee in the city out of the hand of the king of Assyria and I will defend this city from my own sake and for my servant David's sake you say I spend this doesn't quite explain power at all it does no it doesn't use the word power I'll give you that much but this says Hezekiah was sick to the point of death Hezekiah is going to die so Isaiah the son of Amos came to him and said the Lord says get your house in order you're gonna die the Lord has now told you that you're gonna die and as a Kiah turns and he prays Lord don't let me die look at the things I have done in your name and I have been perfect to your will Lord let me live a man sick unto death he's going to die from the sickness the Lord heals not only does the Lord heal him the Lord says you have fifty more years of life the Lord extends his life fifty years that's not something any of us can do you can go to the doctor all you want doctor I'm sick heal me right doctor I have cancer heal me and for the most part the doctor can heal you well there are definitely some stages of cancer and some cancers we can't heal but for the most part you can be healed if you go to the doctor but the doctor can't look at you and you say you know what you're gonna live for another 50 years guaranteed not enough you know the rest of the story of Hezekiah but Hezekiah does live another 50 years and he dies the Lord extends his life if you're the not only does he extend his life to 50 extra years he takes his people his kingdom away from Assyria I may have been enslaved by Assyria for a while now and he takes them away 15 I'm sorry I kept reading it wrong 15 years not 50 years that's still the point still valid we cannot sin expand somebody's life 15 more years but I just kept her I don't know when I read 50 I looked up at it and I was like that doesn't look right we're gonna move on way those addressably different numbers he extends his life regardless and not only does he extend his life he removes them from Assyria he removes them from captivity and he keeps them out of it and he says for my sake and for David's sake I'm gonna defend my city like my city won't fall and in verse six it says I will add unto thy days 15 years and I will deliver the in this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria it says it again I will deliver it that's power right there it's not a I'll try to deliver it or you might live another 15 years it's you will live another 15 years and my city will be free that's what it says now let's look at verses 8 through 11 says in Hezekiah 7 to Isaiah what shall be the sign of the Lord or what shall be the sign that the Lord will heal me and that I shall go out up into the house of the Lord the third day and Isaiah said this sign shall they'll have of the Lord that the Lord will do the thing that he has spoken shall the shadow go forth 10 degrees or go back 10 degrees and Hezekiah answered it is a light thing for the shadow to go down 10 degrees nay but let the shadow return backward 10 degrees and Isaiah the prophet cried out to the Lord and you brought the shadow 10 degrees backwards by which it had gone down and the dial of a has now this might not make much sense to you what does it mean your shadow moves of course your shadows gonna move 10 degrees as the day goes on no this shadow it's talking about would have been a sundial this would have been the clock he said well it's a normal thing for time to move forward make time go backwards so he does he reverses time ten degrees now ten degrees is about three or four minutes but he extends the day three to four minutes by making the clock go backwards that's the sign God said this how do I know God said this because God will reverse time or extend the day that's what he did and he extended the day he moved the sun backwards now that we can not do as humans you can take your clock and you can dial it the sun's not gonna move if you have a sundial it's not gonna change you can turn your sundial and it's not I guess the time will change at that point but it's not the same because they don't touch the dial of a has the sun moves and the shadow changes we can't do that as humans and second Peter chapter three second Peter chapter three versus ten eleven and twelve it says but the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night in the which the days show pass away with a great noise and the element shall melt with fervent heat the earth also in the works that are therein shall be burned up seeing then that all the these things shall be dissolved what manner of persons I need to be in the holy conversation and godliness look for looking for in Hastings unto the coming of the day of the Lord wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved and the element shall melt with fervent heat seeing that all these things shall be dissolved now I don't know how many of you know the melting point of some alerts so as long as my memory serves me correctly in order to melt copper down you melted it about 300 degrees Fahrenheit not bad right you're like hey I can get that in my oven I can get 450 500 in my oven okay let me change it things up for you let's melt some tungsten another metal on the periodic table of elements let's go to 1200 degrees to melt some tungsten it only continues to get more and more and more up to the point in which you get to some elements like uranium titanium we will have I believe helium in order to get into its liquid state you freeze it in order to return it back to its gaseous state you have to heat it up now that's only done at about 95 degrees that puts it into a gas that doesn't destroy it the Lord said I will melt it that's what it said you have to use so much heat to melt every single element and you can go outside get a spoonful dirt and throw it in a pan figure out if you can melt dirt you can't I'm gonna promise you you can't you'll probably actually set fire before you melt dirt you aren't gonna melt dirt and yet he says he will melt heaven he is going to melt air he's going to destroy everything every element shall melt with fervent heat he's going to melt oxygen you can't do that in your oven either don't try it's just not gonna work it's a waste of time that's not something man is capable of doing if you go back to the beginning of the passage and verses three through seven and verse five it says for this they are willing they willingly are ignorant of that by the word of God the heavens were of old the earth standing out of the water and in the water by the words of God the heavens were old you know science that thing that says the world's two billion years old by the words of God the heavens were old yeah I believe it God said it God said hey let's make this about two two million years old perfect well we'll just make it hard on everybody from now on not really but God made it old means that rock that's two million years old yeah probably is two million years old because God made it so not because it's been here for two million years nothing's been here for two million years like God made it so I mean God drowns the world with water we can't drown the world with water either there's not enough water in the world for us to do that and yet God did it God is powerful in Revelation chapter 21 verses 1 and 5 then verse 1 it reads and I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more seed and in verse 5 it says and he said upon the throne and said behold I will make all things new and he said to me right for these words are true and faithful not only does God say I've already created the world once says not only have I created the world once but I have enough power to then destroy that world and still remaining power to build a new one I make all things new that's how powerful God is and then of course he reigns for heaven above with wisdom power and lastly love the Lord reigns love for I'll tell you right now the Lord wasn't joking when he kicked him out of Eden he didn't say no I'm kidding guys come back on it no he said you've sinned against me leave said you no longer get the easy life he knew that the stage was set for a son who was our Savior Jesus Christ to die a horrible death for us he wasn't kidding right he said if you're gonna do this you're gonna die how they did he kicked him out he said you didn't listen to me I've loved you you didn't love me back now I'm gonna send you in the world I'm gonna show you my love every single day because you aren't gonna die to the wilderness nothing's going to kill you in the wilderness you're gonna die to old age I'm going to make sure you survive he wasn't joking go to John chapter 3 John 3 16 everybody knows that one but how about 16 M 17 says for God so loved the world that he gave is only begotten song that whosoever believed in him should not perish but have everlasting life for God sent not a son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son well that's interesting isn't it because he didn't give his only begotten son to condemn the world it says but to save the world which means he didn't give his only begotten son to save those who were already saved he sent his son to save everybody that it's sent that's why he sent a son because if you send somebody to save everyone it's already been saved then you're condemning the rest of everybody he didn't send a son to do that he sent his son to save everybody to give everybody that same love that he's given his people up to the point which he gets sent his son Romans chapter 5 and verses 6 through 8 it says in hope make if not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us for when we were yet without strength and due time Christ died for us died for the ungodly for sacredly for scarcely I can read today for scarcely for righteous man will one die yet per adventure for a good man some would even dare to die but God commanded his love to us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us right says for scarcely will a somebody die for righteous man I think about the best person you know what you die for probably not you enjoy your life I'm sure all right what about just a good person would you die for just a good average Joe you know they'll open the door for you in a Starbucks maybe in a bite of coffee how about somebody that's spat in your face spat in your face they've nailed you to a cross they've called you a liar every every step of the way they've done nothing but ridicule you would you die for them the answer to that should be no no if it's a yes I feel like there's a discussion that probably needs to be had with your therapist but Christ came and God said all those people they're gonna spit in your face they're gonna ridicule you they are not that I love you and they're gonna hang you on a cross to die they chose a murderer over Christ they were given the option release the God Christ or at least the murder they said give us the murderer hang the man they hung Christ instead of hanging the murder the man that actually deserved it and yet he still died at any point in time he could have called the Lord said Lord take me from the cross I don't want to do this anymore send me angels at any point in time and he did it he praised once says Lord do I have to do this and the Lord says yes and he doesn't he doesn't ask questions go with me to Ephesians chapter 3 Ephesians chapter 3 and verses 14 through 19 it reads for this cause I bow my knees unto the father of our Lord Jesus Christ of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named that he would grant you according to the riches of his glory to be strengthened with might by his spirit and the inner man that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith that ye being rooted and ground in love may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and depth and width and know that the love of Christ which passes knowledge that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God for this reason I bow this is why I praise what he says and it's not a all the stuff before although I'm sure some of it is this is why all that he says here is why that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith that you will be rooted and ground in love and will comprehend the saints right that you will know the love of Christ that is why he prays that you might be filled with the fullness of God that you might understand that God's love for us got a couple more verses for you and then I'll be quiet I'll tell you right now everyone's gonna acknowledge God every single person's gonna acknowledge God again that wasn't supposed to pop up that's found in Isaiah chapter 45 and verses 18 through 23 Isaiah 45 and verses 18 through 23 it says for thus says the Lord that created the heavens God himself that formed the earth and made it he hath established it he created it not in vain he formed it to be inhabited stop right there with me what we'll pick it up here in a minute who is God the Lord that created the heavens that's who God is for he himself formed the earth and made it that's his power he created it not in vain but he and he formed it to be inhabited that's his wisdom he says I am the Lord and there is none else I have not spoken in secret in a dark place of the earth I said not unto the seed of Jacob seek ye me in vain by the Lord speak righteousness I declare things that are right assemble yourselves and come draw near that you are escaped from the nations that they they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image and pray unto a God that cannot safe so who is God the one who created heavens what's his power he himself formed the earth and made it what's his wisdom he formed it to be inhabited he didn't just pick up a rock and say hey that looks pretty now we have an earth says hey that looks pretty now I have an earth hey it's kind of cold now I have a heat source now I have an atmosphere now I have land water food he made it so it can be inhabited and that he loves them so much assemble yourselves and come drawn near together that you might escape the nations for they have the knowledge of a God that cannot save says I love you enough they'll save you come drawn near to me now let's continue says tell me and bring them near yay let them take counsel together who has declared this from ancient times who has told it from that time have I not the Lord and there is no God else beside me adjust God and a Savior there's none beside me look unto me and be he saved all the ends of the earth there's his love again look unto me and be he saved all the ends of the earth for I am God there is none else I have sworn by myself the word has gone out of my mouth and righteousness and shall not return that unto me every me shall bow and every tongue shall swear God says this is who I am I am all powerful I am all knowing I am wise and I love the world I love my creation so much so that every knee unto me shall bow that everyone will utter my name so what it says and Romans 14 verses 11 in 12 Romans 14 11 and 12 it says for it is written as I live saith Lord every knee shall bow to me and every tongue shall confess to God once again it says it again and then every one of us shall give an account of himself to God once again he says everybody's gonna know who I am everybody's gonna have to look me in the eyes and tell me why they didn't listen that's what he says in the next scripture I wasn't supposed to pop up yet is Philippians chapter 2 verses 9 10 and 11 it says where for God also hath highly exalted him and hath given him a name which is above every name that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow of things in heaven and things under the earth and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and the glory of God the Father it says every knee shall bow not just every one of our needs not just every human every knee shall bow of everything that's in heaven the angels shall bow Satan shall bow all of his angels shall buy and the things under the earth the worms the moles the rats every animal of the earth shall bow everyone and everything will know for our God is an awesome God and Revelation 21 3 through 7 that's gonna be the last scripture this morning and I'll give it to you in Revelation 21 3 through 7 it says and I heard a great voice out of heaven saying behold the tabernacle of God is with mint and he will dwell with them and they shall be his people and God in self shall be with them and be their God and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death neither sorrow nor crime neither shall there be any more pain for the former things are passed away and he that sets upon the throne said behold I will make all things new and he said unto me right for this for these words are true in faithful and he said unto me it is done I am Alpha in Omega the beginning and the end I will give a calendar to him that is a thirst of the fountain of the water of life freely he that over cometh shall inherit all things and I will be his God and he will be our son for I tell you brethren if you didn't know God our God is an awesome God he reigns on in heaven above with wisdom power and love so be still and know that he is God brethren if you don't understand who God is or maybe you didn't before and you were baptized not knowing who God is you have to ask yourself were you baptized for the right reason or were you just baptized because it was the fun thing to do if you didn't know God then you didn't know that God gave us the option of repentance the option of salvation if you'd come forward and stand or as we stand and sing and ask for prayers or repentance from the congregation if you feel as though you need some
