More Very Important Information in Reference to Answering During Learning or Davening.
Welcome everybody, Chin number 943 getting back to our Hilchus Brachus. Okay, we started last year learning about the ins and outs of Brachus and its Ríja, which we want to try. I'm not going to do everything but just the basics that are brought down in our sim and Regentes Vov and the Hralachis a little bit and the Piscatruvus important things to keep in mind. Before we did that, I just wanted to go through, we went through a while back a few shears ago, so we were talking about the Indian of Samaikka could answer a main in the middle of learning, in the middle of Davening, so my Samaikka long story short, we basically came out that if it's going to disrupt the person, even by Davening, their own Davening, they don't have to answer a main. I'm not talking about the Shatruvus, it's a heave, but some I hear somebody saying Brachus or something like that, in general, or I'm learning and I already Daven, so it's not going to be the answer anyways because of the fact that I'm learning now, right? So we said that Lamyse, one could answer if they want to, but definitely they don't have to, it's going to interrupt them, even by Tillim, by saying Tillim, Davening and learning for sure, and learning Barab and Bahlal, they shouldn't interrupt, but I just wanted to quote a few which we quoted last time, but just to go through it, it's such an important subject, somewhat from the previous Davening, what they mentioned, to go through it from the Dushu. So first of all, I don't remember if I mentioned last time, but interesting thing, which comes up a lot. If somebody's in the middle of Shmaness, right, and you're in the middle one, that's it, and the Khazim is saying Khadusha, so in general, you stop and you listen, Shamaikka, and so on, you listen to the Khazim, but then you continue, right? You don't say, it can't be mafsik, but you listen, and you listen to the Khadushi, you listen to a mane from Hakkaela Khadush, and so on, but Lamayse, he brings over there in Ice 10, and now it's Simmin, where he says, well, Ice 10, or number 10, so he brings from the Khafakhayim, somebody's in the middle of Shmaness, right, and that's him saying in many H. M. Raba, Khadusha, whereby you would stop for, you know, Khadushi would stop a little longer time, but the problem is, if you're going to stop, you're going to stop and it's just going to mess up your concentration, as they say. The whole Khavan is going to be, you know, your middle of a person who has Khavan and Milishman S. Reyes talking to Akkadush Barco, and his eyes are closed and he's concentrating. Now he has to stop and start listening to Khadusha, really, if a person, if he knows he's going to stop and be quiet and stop paying attention to Khadusha, he's going to mess up his whole concentration, so he brings down from the Khafakhayim, he doesn't say for sure, but Mr. B. Shahin, Mr. Shahin, Mr. Shahin, Mr. Shahin, Mr. Shahin, they would not have to stop, so it's an important thing to keep in mind also. Now we spoke about this, even to say, Emani H. Khadusha, even to say, Emani H. M. Raba, with somebody's middle of learning, he brings this from Raba, from R. Khadusha, even if you hear, not just Emani, but Emani H. M. Raba, that one would not have to be M. F. S. A. Middle of their learning, but again, he does bring, like we said, the things that are knicker, like Maedim Barhu, whereby you'll have to even move your body, stand up, or in the C. S. Kapayim, these type of things, and one has to be careful if they're in the same room to, say, with the minion. Okay, but what I just wanted to add, he brings from R. S. Alman also, that one should be, when it comes to, like, for example, Emani H. M. Raba, or even by Emani, he says one should be careful to sort of like remove themselves from that situation. If Emani is dovering, if you have another room to learn, in Lahari, that's better, like this you're not going to hear, right? Excuse me, you're not going to hear the Brahas, you're not going to hear, you're not going to come to a question whereby I have to say a mane, where I have to answer many H. M. Raba, so to learn in the other room, and that's all. Learn the other room, you concentrate better in that, so that's a better thing. Lahari, the way he brings it down, I just wanted to hear that, and then he brings from R. R. V. Ashev, that's a limited area of Shammm, and somebody's middle of learning, so now he's middle of learning, and somebody stands up and starts saying Brahas, [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] You would then have to stop and say, "Amen," to that. So over there, okay, over there, you can't really get out of it, what are you going to do? And the guy stood up, started saying [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] But if you know, minions dovening, when at the point I wanted to make it, it's a good thing possibly to go to another room, like this, you don't come into all these questions, you know, of having to say, "Amen, ameni, hei Shmiraba," and possibly losing the whole concentration, learning, whereby certain things, like we said, you have to say, "Anyways, Kadushas, they end up with someone." Learning is a tremendous thing, and one should be trying to find a place where it's, if it's possible, again, if it's possible whereby he won't have noise, he won't have people dovening, and so any one have to come onto all these different questions. Okay, so now getting back to the halokas of Rakhoshan, it's Rika, I just want to mention one, who will finish off this year now, but I just want to mention an interesting thing, which we're going to talk about. Sometimes somebody's brought, let's say, fruit, they both bring down, say, for a Lakhaz and Piskit, who, if somebody's brought fruit in the middle of a meal, so, okay, so we spoke about if somebody makes a bracha, so we said, what's a typical classic sort of case of making a bracha in its Rika, right? I have, I make a bracha, let's say, on my, on my kugal, a meal at a meal, so that you now let it do. I washed, and I made a moitzi, and I get a kazais, and everything is good. Now I get a piece of kugal, I get a piece of chicken, and I make a bracha, so you can't do that. It was already covered by the hammati, but now let's say I get, now let's say I get fruit in middle of the meal, so, so let's say, for example, an interesting case, it's shabbos, and I want to get extra bracha, so, so you have to make a bracha on fruit in the middle of the meal, right? I get an apple in the middle of the meal, I just give an example. I get some, so I get watermelon in the middle of the meal, so you have to make a bracha, but you don't have to make it after bracha, you have to make a dama, apple you make a 8, right? We don't have to make it after bracha because it's covered by banshee, but what I want to do, since I want to get another extra bracha, let's say shabbos, I want to make sure I have my hundred bracha, as we spoke about last time, it's, it's an important thing, and it's a mitzvah, actually, the person has to get a hundred bracha today, so I want to get my extra bracha, so I want to make a burn of fushers, that can make a burn of fushers, because I'm going to be benching, right? So, so I want to keep the fruit till after, I'm going to bench, and now I'll make a bracha, I have to make a jahai, or dama, anyways, so that's not a problem. The question is, when I have to make a burn of fushers, why you make a burn of fushers, you could have made it in the middle of the meal, you could have made the jahai, you could have made the ha'dama, and now, and then bench, and that's it, why you make a burn of fushers, so you're making an extra bracha, so we're going to see that's problematic, unless there's mama sisiba, unless there's a person could say, well, I'm stuffed now, they brought me a plate of watermelon, I'm mama sisiba, I'm not in the mood for fruit, but let me keep it, because I think maybe a half hour I will be in the mood for fruit, okay, so that's a different story, there's a siba, there's a reason why you're not doing it, but just some to do it for, I'm going to have an extra bracha, that is a taco running into a problem, but we'll talk about that, it's just an interesting case that I saw brought down in both farm, that we want to see if we could work on, but Ezra, thank you for listening us, welcome
