Garrett's in with us, Blessedon or Stresson, HoustonStressons.com, an IG at Houston Stresson section, cometer on TikTok and Twitter, but maybe better known for fighting with Paul Galant today. Gary got into a Twitter spad with Paul, and we understand that not everybody has Twitter. I saw, I think I saw all of this. I'm not sure. It looked like it started last night. I didn't really see it until earlier today, but Garrett, Paul Galant, went toe to toe in the Twitter ring. What happened here? John. I think the end play here is a rough and rowdy, but we'll kind of start at square one. I guess it started with you quote tweeting this NFL top five passing yards. This ends at a rough and rowdy fight? It could potentially be that way. We'll see how it naturally plays out. I mean, Jake Paul, I'm messing around. Jake Paul and Mike Tyson had a fake fight on Friday. We could make a couple thousand bucks off of it and call it a day, you know. I think you're probably selling yourself too high. Maybe a couple hundred. That's probably where you're going to see your little bag. Ten spots. Watch it. Yeah. There we go. Ten dollars. Highest bidder. Ten dollars. But yeah. So looking at it, you tweeted out top five passing yards NFL. You quote tweeted it. You said sophomore slump. You know, kind of like, yeah, he's not in the sophomore slump. And then Paul quote tweeted you some of y'all put way too much stock into total yards. He's 20th in yards per attempt. Much better barometer of how quarterback is playing. Last night was another clunker by his admission. Too much gaslighting with this team. We all know they're capable of playing better. And then I guess the gloves came off at that point. There was also like a comment in there. So I didn't see like his quote tweet until later. And then like once I saw it, like, you know, I just, I thought I was being painted in a light as like some dumb idiot who just thinks this stat is whatever and I just wanted to make sure like, Hey, like, no, that's not what I was doing. Like, I mean, if y'all follow me and watch how I post and interact, I mean, I pretty much I post everything. But when it comes to like, you know, standings and stats, like if our player in the top five or whatever, I typically post that. Yeah. And in this case, it like happened to be a time where there's obviously controversy over seed day, strout and both sides have valid arguments. I'm not, you know, saying one side's right or wrong or whatever. But anyways, I attached my opinion to this ranking. And then, you know, like you just read out Paul's quote tweet, you know, he kind of like, I felt like he was just like belittling the opinion. And then there was a common in there too. And so I just responded to those in a non, you know, threatening way just to kind of make sure, hey, like, you know, like, just to, you know, get my two cents in. And I guess it was late at night and maybe he didn't see it till this morning. And it kind of escalated from there. But I don't know, Paul, I just interacted them online. Never met him. He's pretty grumpy. Paul. Yeah. I'm sure he can be pretty grumpy from time. I'm sure. I'm sure. I love the meet him. I love the meet him. I think I got a decent grasp for his personality. I got friends. You know, you meet people over your life that have certain personalities, but, and then like the thing that like, so again, like, sophomore slump or not, like, I don't think CJ straddles, sophomore slump, we can talk about that. But my whole thing was it's not even about whether you agree with that or not. It was just how the conversation with Paul evolved to where he basically accused me of engagement farming with my post. And that I took personally. Oh, why would you. Just first check out there. To get quick. You're not a cause me an engagement farmer all the time. I mean, so it's true. If I ever do it, it's not intentional. And like, and again, this goes back to definitions like, so I perceive engagement farming as someone just saying something totally outrageous to get rage baked clicks, which is not what I was doing or ever intended to do. So that's where I kind of was like, all right, bro, like, but no, I mean, that's what that's what that's what he like where he offended you is whenever he got you an engagement. Yeah, because I am very particular about what I post. Like I don't want to be seen as some phony account that just puts BS out there. Yeah. Like, you know, and again, too, I am a fan. So yes, I am optimistic. What did you call him? You called him a bozo. Was that the was that the meanest thing you told you called ball? It was a bozo. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And I really got aggressive on that one. I can't see a lot of what I was going to work. It's kind of. My team 50s. I did do like this really weird, like character thing where like, I don't even know what it was. And then I said, he was telling me that later. Yeah. It was kind of weird. Yeah. It was. Did you see that one, Brian? Like he. No, I didn't see. I'm getting all the second. I actually haven't seen this in Iraq. It was like AOL. It was like AOL chat room where like you do like the slashes in weird ways and like different spaces to where like it looked like a heart or something. Sure. Yeah. What was it called? What do you call it? A character or a motor. I don't even know what you would call it. But like you put like a bunch of letters like a special maybe. Yeah, it was. I've never seen anybody. My question is would he take the time to manually type it out or do you have to say that? No, like those things were like you give like a bold take and it's like it's like you're ducking out and looking out from behind a brick wall. Whatever I want to do that, I literally just Google character looking out from brick wall like you could copy. You've done that? Yeah. I've never seen that in my life. Yeah, yeah. I've seen it in AOL chat rooms 20 years ago. Yeah. That really threw that. There's the prayer circle things. I just Google it and copy and paste it. Yeah. It was like that. It threw me. I did not expect to see that. And then you called them. You said you were a weird AF. Yeah. And you called them a bozo. Yeah. That was the meanest thing you said to Paul. We call them a bozo. Yeah. This is light. This is nothing. Yeah. I mean I don't call up getting called a bozo. Because he basically said, aren't you? I said I'm a fan. I guess I don't know how it, if you haven't pulled up, but basically I was like, I'm a fan. I can't find them anymore. Yeah. Like, no, no. There's like an alliance going on here. No. I can see y'all's message. I can't see like the comments afterwards. Like the threads. It's all buried between different threads. It's all different. Yeah. But anyways, like there was dialogue about, you know, your name is Texans commenter, like you can't be a fan. Like you have a radio show. I was like, I can still be a fan and like post fan stuff. It was just like a weird kind of like, so can I not be a fan and also talk on the radio about the Texans? Yeah. I didn't know there was some rule to where I had to like, you know, choose one or the other. I think Paul has some traditional values when it comes to like media. Frank, you're going to stop that traditional values. You think he has traditional values? Very. Yeah. That's all. Something. And some things. But I think he has like traditional values, especially when it comes to like media. So like, I think that he probably does draw a line between media and fan. He takes it and this is not this is not an insult. This is a compliment because a lot of people take it half ass. Paul takes his job very, very seriously. He's very, very passionate about it. It's sometimes not that not saying that Gary was doing this, but it's if someone he believes in this case is maybe, I don't know, putting a bad light on what he does, he takes it very, very personal. Not that. Yeah. I don't know that. No, I think I think what he now I think there's two different. I know. Because I do think that he is, you know, very media fan, separation, church of state. And he thinks that that's probably like an area that should not be clouded with fan. Now, sports talk radio, I think is very kind of in the middle. Like I would never consider myself a media member, not in my sports talk radio position. Yeah. I'm not going to press conferences. I'm not writing articles. I'm not an insider by any stretch of the imagination. So I think that it's a very gray area. Quite frankly, some people treat it that way. Some people don't. Yeah. He probably has the traditional view where he doesn't feel like bloggers or whatever, not calling you a blogger, but like that's not real media. But I think that nowadays, it's a very fine line in 2020, I think his bloggers get credentials nowadays. Yeah, exactly. Well, I think it's the new age of sports media, like it's changed. But I think his perspective was like, I'm assuming here, and I may be right, but like maybe he's thinking because, you know, he seems to have like his perspective on sports is like, he's the realist, takes opinion out, emotion out. So maybe he was thinking, you're a fan. So maybe that's why some of the stuff that he said in this convo, you know, like stands and, you know, basically stats make you think that someone's better than what they are specific to CJ Stroud. So maybe he's saying that like because I'm a fan that it's like jading my ability to be honest, which I think be true and I'm aware of that, but I still believe what I believe whether I'm a fan or not. I think he just disagree with your take out of there, out of the cuff, because like a lot of times you're looking for your looking for takes and it's like, okay, look at this bozo take. Look at this clown take and it's like, okay, well, I see this take and then you're going to be like the, you know, the justice in all of it. Like, oh, this is it. You shouldn't be looking at passing yards, which I mean, I actually agree with that. I think that opinion of him, yeah, Paul doesn't like stats. I think we all know that Paul's more of an eye test guy. He thinks in a large part that stats are using terminology, like wide receiver wide receiver one is for losers. So why do you choose the way this happened? Like it wasn't intentional. Like I saw this graphic and I put the comment on there and then in my replies, I added other context to it like this, this and this, but like I can see how he sees it and sees, oh, he sees this stupid stat and he thinks that because of the stat, which is not the case. That's exactly what it was. Yeah. And that's all I'm trying to say. Like, dude, come on. And he's countering a take because there would be times where I see stupid takes. I'm like, okay, let's talk about how stupid of a take this is tomorrow on the show. I'll bookmark a lot of stupid takes and then we'll kind of dissect it later. I don't think I've ever, I've ever done that with you, but it's coming. It's coming. There was a take that I saw that someone said that CJ body language was different this year that he looks less motivated. Was that Jeremy? Jeremy is a body language expert. I am a body language expert. Now I don't think that he looks less motivated. I have seen him get like ruffled. Yeah. Like I've seen him get a little bit, you know, bothered like he was helping on the side. Yeah. I actually kind of want to see that. It means that you care. Like, I don't, I don't dislike that at all actually. Um, now where Paul called you an engagement farmers, where you got offended. Yeah. I don't think he's wrong. I don't think that he's wrong. Say, I think that we have different things on your definition of yeah. Like I personally think that anything that's posted on the internet is farming engagement, because if you're not trying to get, you know, if you're, if like, what's the point of posting? Like, what is your motive of posting? Yeah. You want people to see it, right? If you didn't care about anybody seeing your opinion or seeing what you said, you would probably wouldn't be on Twitter. Or if you were on Twitter, you wouldn't be posting at all. I feel like every tweet that is fired off is engagement farming. But if that's the case, then he's being a massive hypocrite. So it's like, well, I think he engagement farms too. I think we all do. Exactly. Again, I think so. I literally, I literally think every single post that is posted on Twitter is engagement farming. Like you're looking for engagement. You're looking for people to see it. Otherwise you wouldn't post it. Yeah. Like I don't think you're clickbaiting or I don't think that you're like, I think that farming engagement gets a bad rap, quite frankly. People automatically assume that engagement farming is doing like what that h-town critic guy does where he's going to put this flat out awful take and then people are just going to roast him in his comments and he's going to get ratioed. That's my, when I think, right, I have that negative. So that's, that's why, and because he used the word to like Slurpee posts, I'm like, yeah, I think he said. You want to know what the hell that means. Glaze, I think is what he said. Well, he said that. He said a lot of weird stuff. He said when my post was Slurpee, I don't know what that means. So that was. He said I was. He said I was. He said I was sucking up to the Texans. What it means. Yeah. It means you're sucking up to Texans. Now, again, like every single one of my posts is engagement farming. Every single one of Brian's posts is engagement farming. Every single one of your posts is engagement farming. Every single one of Paul's posts is engagement farming because you're posting it because you want people to engage with it. You want people to see it. Now what you don't do and where I think you're, you're trying to draw the line is that you're not doing the clickbait. Hey, I'm going to say something so radical. Exactly. Many people are going to comment because you see that. That's the extreme stuff. So what I did was I countered with him like, and I didn't, I didn't think his whole demico thing last week was clickbait, but some people took it as that. And so basically I, I thought he was saying mine was clickbait. So I countered, okay, with your logic, if mine's clickbait, then your stuff is clickbait too. So that's, it kind of just, that's when it got all kind of. That's going to needle for sure because that was, that was, that was, that was, the response that Paul got to that, I think was, is probably going to be a touchy, touchy thing to come and add them for that. But my thing was like, I'll use your logic and throw it back on you, that was bending yourself. But I mean, he got, I think unexpected backlash on that. And I didn't think Paul was off on that tag, but I can see how that might be a sense of true. I got misconstrued. Yeah. Yeah. And I never said that I just threw that out there like that. That's the proof of point. I didn't say anything about the top. Yeah. Like your, your motive is to like send out Texas news to the people, like, and the people that follow you. It's to engage. Yeah. Exactly. That's where I, that's where I'm at with it. Like I, I post these, I post the, the, the, the, the all 22s, like I'll do those on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings. And you know, I'm just posturing whenever I do that, but you're trying to do film study, like your Jeremy Branham. No, I think that you know, Paul. So it was that on that. That was Paul. How fitting is that? I told you it could be a little grumpy from time to time. Paul can be a little bit, get off my lawn from time to time, but we love Paul for it. The, like, why do I do that though? Like what is the motive that I have to do that? Like if I do love to watch the film, but I could just watch the film and not show anybody else what I'm seeing. Right. So why am I posting it? Well, other people can look at it and then we can have a conversation. I am now farming engagement by doing that. Uh, whenever I, like we, we send out questions, like while we're doing the show, like, where's Alex Bergman going to land? I will then tweet that. So we have more dialogue and conversation. So what am I doing? I am farming engagement. So I think every single Twitter post that has ever existed is engagement farming. Now, like h-town critic and what you're, you know, you're trying to avoid are these like crazy scenarios where people are just going to roast you in the comments in an effort. Like you're trying, the only thing that you're looking for there is to gaslight and to create this sensation of people just yelling and screaming at you that's going to lead to a ton of time. We need better definitions that we need. Yeah. I learned that too with the sophomore slump. That was the whole thing of the posts and you're arguing with people, but everyone has a different perception of what it means so you can't even have, you know, like I definitely, I definitely farm engagement. There's no doubt about that. Like I also don't run away from that idea. Like I understand what I'm doing and then I'm going to buy a cup of coffee with the money that Twitter pays me a few each month. Uh, seven, three, zero, eight engagement farming is one thing. Which are not doing that as engagement ranching. No, I do it. I do it. Honestly, the reason that I do it. Well, you're also providing a value to the fans like I now don't have to watch as much of the all 22. When I go back and watch myself, I've already watched 80% of it, you and now it's easy for me to share stuff. So like that's my whole take too is like we're making it easier to be Texans fans. Like that's my whole big picture with what I've been doing. The reason that I do it. So hopefully people would listen to the show like quite frankly, like why am I so active on Twitter? It's not to make my ex amount of money a month on Twitter. But you just throw this crap out there. Put it in the effort to do it. So someone does tune in and you earn that like I would if I didn't have a radio. I probably wouldn't be watching all 22 if I didn't have a radio show. But if I didn't care about trying to get like a listener from social media, I probably would never tweet. I would probably just scroll, get information, come do the show, sure I would use some of the stuff that I saw on Twitter. But the reason that I am active on social media in a variety of different ways is because I'm not so much the brand. It's more to try to attract listeners to the show. Maybe we pick up a listener a week because I'm doing stupid all 22 videos on Twitter. You know what I mean? Like I do like I do enjoy doing it. But if there wasn't like there's a motive for me. Why do I post it? Because I want to get listeners like your motive is because like you're sharing information that you see with your following, but you also want to grow your brand. For sure. So like there is your motive. And I think that's what the whole farming engagement thing is. But again, I think literally everybody does that a six three eight one only way this settled is to fight at the Astrodome. My bunny on blessing also gives good use for the dome that's Aaron in mid county. Now you were a college athlete, Paul was a taps six a flag. No, he was an older six safety and six man football in Florida. That was a six man football. Yeah, but I like to say that Ryan don't let the truth get in the way of a good story. Paul's going to take the angry baby. We'll just do it. It's an one on one route. Didn't like see if he can cover me and that'll settle. Oh, that'd be fun. That would be good. That'd be the angle. Yeah. Paul is very has a very high opinion of his flat football skills. We need to lean into that. We need to lean into that. We need to lean into that. We need to lean around five years. We can put it on social be great. We need the Oklahoma drill between Paul and Paul. He's a receiver and Paul was a second as a. Okay. Actually, no. Yeah, you're right. That was one on one. Who's throwing the ball to him? I'll do it. I'll do it. Okay. No, I think I need Tommy John, though, because I was playing a little softball. Hey, I was a great intramural quarterback. Yeah, good. I'll be wide open. Just toss it up. There you go. There you go. I think I can throw a 10 15 yards these days. 7308. I prefer ethically sourced organic engagement. All right, let's get to blessing or shreds enough, Paul. What are we blessing or stressing today, Garrett? That was fun because I mean, my first topic was way more entertaining than you got. Yeah, of course. I might as well go home now. My first one was going to be Paul Glob, but I was going to do it jokingly, but we addressed it. But no, I mean, I look forward to meeting him and, you know, all that dialogue. There's no, you know, ill will towards each other. I'm sure he's the same way. It's a Twitter deal, but as far as blessing or stressing, are we blessing or stressing the win over the Cowboys? And this sounds weird, but, you know, being online and seeing fans and just kind of the way this whole season is gone and the way the game, this game gone, even the way this game went, even though we ended up winning by 24 points, 34 to 10, I believe there were still fans that probably walked away, not happy. So I am blessing the win. A win is a win. First off and foremost, I know people hate hearing that, but a 24 point road win, whether it's against a terrible Dallas Cowboys team or not, historically about on the road or not or at home or not, it's still very impressive. Even though the game was closer than we liked until we broke it open with that offensive touchdown, I think part of that too was that was the entire game plan going into the game. I had mentioned with you guys last week, it was very similar game plan going into it as a Patriots game, lean on your defense, conservative on offense, run the ball. And to me, it played out exactly how I thought it would. Cooper Rush looked like he was a world beater. But I think that was intentional. I think Nico Ryan's knew that he wasn't great and it was a bend, but don't break approach. We didn't blitz blitz five out of 55 times. So we just relied on a four man rush to get there and we allowed him to get the underneath until he eventually messed up, which he did. So I'm big blessing it. No, I'm blessed in it too. I've heard a lot of people kind of they didn't take a step forward or blinkers wasn't that high with the Victor, which I do understand the big picture approach. Like do you feel more confident about the Texans Super Bowl chances after beating Dallas? I think it's fair to say they're they're they're they're the same. They didn't improve that those odds for you, but you needed to get right game. You could have rested the starters late if you wanted to like I know that they wanted that second half offense to touchdown. So they left the starters in there, but an easy road win in the NFL is an easy road win in the NFL. So yeah, I was I was blessed in that and plus like everybody wants the Texans to be at their absolute best in mid November and it'd be great and you would have a lot of confidence with the team, but you don't win in the playoffs by being the best team in the NFL on November 18th. Like you're trying to work your way to being the best. Now there are times in the NFL where the team starts the very best and they finish the very, very best, but I'm not going to blast the Texans for being the seventh or eighth best team in the NFL at mid November. Let's see what they look like whenever January football rolls around. Yeah, I'm going to bless it as well because like Jeremy said, I, I, I'm not worried about yet what happens in January and mid November. Like the team that takes the field in November 18th against the Cowboys isn't going to be the same team that takes the field in January, both because of injuries, both because players either regress or get better over full season. So I look, try to look at as a more singular one game event in that one game they went on the road and won by 24 points and they have a chance now with the, the Jaguars and the Titans coming up to get to nine and four going into the by and at that point, if you take care of business, everything's in front of you. So I'm going to bless it. Yeah. And then I guess we didn't even mention the fact that it was just, we beat our in-state rivals. I mean, that alone. Yeah. That alone makes it a blast. Sure. The Cowboys that their little brother. Yeah. And it's funny too. Like the discourse online with the Cowboys fan is, you know, leading up to like, Oh, if we beat you and then we lose, it's like, Oh, well, of course we like that even let you like say like it's like the game doesn't even count because they're bad. Yeah. I just found that interesting. We'll wait to them because we already stink. Yeah. That's, that's a loser mentality. But yeah. So next up I got, um, are y'all blessing or stressing the idea that we can let dejected Cowboys fans that we just talked about switch to being Texans fans now, the seasons in the drain? Would you bless that or stress that? Okay. Okay. Is this happening? Uh, well, for one, my wife is a Cowboys fan. Okay. Father. Who am I went to the game with, which was awesome, by the way. Yeah. I guess I'll go first, but, um, I, I am seeing some of it like online and I will say slightly blessed. I know a lot of fans are very adamant against against it, but I do feel like there's a lot of people that live in Houston born and raised that became Cowboys fans just by happenstance. And you know, if we can benefit from that, I mean, and we see it too, like all of our home games where we don't have all these fans, that's because we're a new young franchise who hasn't had sustained excellent success, in my opinion, is one part of it. So I will slightly blessed and say, I'll take all the fans we can get. Yeah. I'm going to, I'm going to bless it too. Like hey, you have a winning team. You have a bandwagon jump on the bandwagon, bring on everybody plus it would kind of help out the Texans. I understand it's a salary cap league, but the more money that they're bringing in, the only better, right? Maybe they build a new stadium off of all the cowboy fans that are jumping on the bandwagon. I am a loving person. I get a bad rap. People say I'm negative and I'm a hater and I'm always a cr- no, I'm a lover. That's what I do. I look. Come on down, baby. You want to join on the bandwagon? Join on the bandwagon. But here's my only rule. My only rule. If you're going to do it, if you're going to do it, you can't jump back. You can't jump. If you're going to make the lead, you make it to one-way ticket. It's a one-way ticket. I'm okay. It's a one-way ticket. Can't waffle. I'm a little offended by what you just said, Jeremy. This takes me back to when the Rangers were in the World Series. We had to hear people in the city, people on the flagship talking about, well, it's a Texas team. It's a one-way ticket. I understand. But we took those people to task saying they were going to root for the Rangers because we got to support Texas. Same thing where Aggies and Longhorn fans are, oh, we got to support Texas or we got to support the big 12 or the SEC. I find all that to be stupid. No. If you're a Cowboys fan, sorry your season sucks. You like next year? I don't want you wearing Texans, Gary. It's a one-way ticket. I don't care. You're talking about people who are astrofans and rooting for rivals. I'll stress a little bit what Garrett said about being us being a new young team. It's been 24 years. Let's throw that out the door. That's an intimacy. No, sorry. I don't care. I know where the, technically we are the newest team in the league still, but I'm throwing that out. We can't use it. We can't use expansion. We can't use new young team. It's been 24 years. No. So that will change until we like when get to an AFC Championship or if we ever win a Super Bowl, I feel like that would finally change hopefully that's young for a team. Now the problem is you kind of went backwards with attendance. Like you've been to the mountaintop kind of, and then you're kind of trending down. Now it's back on the way. Now, yeah, because there was a, there was a time where you couldn't, you had to, had that long wait list for season tickets, then the wait list completely went away. Thanks to Jackie. Three. One-way ticket. One-way ticket. All right. Last one, Garrett. All right. That CJ Stroud is having a sophomore slump, which was the impetus of the Twitter beef we talked about earlier. I feel like we're going backwards. Comes around full circle. Yeah. So I guess it depends to base off your definition. So I'll define my definition and then explain why I don't believe he's having a sophomore slump. To me, I perceive a sophomore slump as like a catastrophic fall off statistics wise. And then your team is losing because of your play. I mean, it is apparent that CJ isn't playing as good as he was last year. Yes. That's true. So two things can be true at once. He can be not playing quite as good, but he can also not be having a sophomore slump in my opinion. I mean, he's misthrows here, here and there, but in this, and you also have to look at context to like context matters, injuries, Nico Collins, top five, top three receiving the league. [SCREAMING] [BLEEP] You prick! [BLEEP] This is the car wreck of the day. What is your car wreck of the day? 7-1-3-7-8-0-E-S-P-N Aggies basketball. Coming up at 6-30. They take on Lamar. And then Hall of Fame at 10 o'clock. Booker T in the undercard where he belongs. He said when you said Booker T's name first, he's like, oh, he's going to drop the bit. Give some respect. No, no. Then the disrespect came. What is your car wreck of the day? 7-1-3-7-8-0-3-7-7-6. Alex says car wreck of the day is Paul for trying to scratch out Stressing's eyes on Twitter. It's not a bad one. Is that a cat dad reference? Not a bad one. Well, I'm going to nominate Bronnie James. Bronnie James. Bronnie James is my car. Too big of a star to go on the road. Too big of a star of the G-League. He's in the G-League trying to make it in the world of basketball. He's trying to make it as a professional basketball player. He's trying to fulfill his dream as an NBAer. And in an effort to fulfill this dream, he's not traveling to road games of their G-League affiliate. He's getting the Roger Clements treatment in the minor leagues. Because he's being of a star. The crowds are too tight. Unreal. What sort of crowds have ever been at a G-League game? I think Mommy and Daddy are scared of putting them on a plane. Or on a long bus trip. Why are you not going to road games in the G-League? I get people who are going to know who he is. I doubt at a G-League game in some of these really tiny markets that these G-League games take place, that there's going to be this massive crowd seeking out Bronnie and making his life miserable. Is that what they're saying? I think it came from Windhorse or somebody that apparently the Lakers don't want to put him on the road because of his celebrity in the crowd. This is another example that he's not a real prospect. Because if you had a real prospect, you want him getting minutes, you want to make a road trip? He's got his use to that sort of stuff. And like he was in college traveling at USC. Right. Yeah, it makes sense. Dumb. What do you got? I'm going to nominate, for my character today, these Ray Lewis FAU rumors. The rumor came out that Ray Lewis was going to be considered for the FAU job, and then just a few hours later it came out. Well, he's actually never had contact with the school. One, just the rumor process of, well, he's the front runner, and also he's never had contact with the school. But even if that wasn't the case, just the idea of, let's get this famous person in to be our coach. I know he was a great player, but can he coachball? We don't know that. I reject when we see these guys have never been involved in coaching, suddenly get thrown into the coaching spotlight because of their big name. On top of that, too, there are very few great players that are good coaches. Yeah. Very, very few. Magic was bad. Yeah, that's what my point is. Yeah, I was here. Trackster was horrific. Chris Mullen was bad. Andrew Ewing was bad. They were very, very few. Larry Bird was good. Larry Bird was good, but he just didn't do it forever. Yeah. Just didn't do it forever. Dylan's been good. Dylan's been really good. Dylan's been really good. Now, Dion went through the grind. Like Dion was coaching high school. Dion went to Jackson State, which had zero facilities. Zero resources. So I give Dion a lot of credit. I think Dion's one of the few. Larry Bird's one of the few. But few and far between were all-time greats are good coaches. Yeah. I can't think of very many examples. I mean, lots of them played it like Phil Jackson, but Phil Jackson was not an all-time great. Rudy T was an all-star, but he wasn't an all-time great. Always came a little short of being all. Probably would have been an all-time great if it weren't for Kermit Washington. All right. What is your... What is winning here? I'm gonna go with Ray Lewis. Okay. Or no, you know what? Let's do Twitter fights. I would have liked to see him take a stab at coaching though. I wouldn't have minded to see him. Okay. All right. Twitter fights. Twitter fights. You win. Does it for us? He's Brian Blankers getting his number retired. I'm Branham. We'll talk to you tomorrow Houston. Aggie basketball. Coming up at 6.30. Right here on ESPN 97.5. Good night, everybody. ESPN 97.5.
