We did deal falling through at the last minute, or some plane train delay, or a payment that doesn't happen on time. While these can be aggravating for sure, there is still no reason to make ourselves a victim or feel victimized. Feel like bad luck specifically targets us, or that people in an organization or anywhere else are deliberately out to get us. It might make for a good conspiracy thriller, where in life, there is mostly just not to fix. Could be inefficiency, someone's carelessness, or just plain bad luck. It just so happened that this time, we were the recipient. Travel with the victim's story is rather than dealing with the situation, doing what is possible and moving. We follow, rage against all concern. Spend hours and days brooding, feel low, question our own worth. To what end? Some screw up has happened, but by announcing our ritual scene, we are only magnifying the level of damage and distress caused to us. Instead, cut our losses, accept, act, and focus on the other things in our life that are going good. Sunshine in your day.
