This is not nom, this is bowling, they're a rule. Today, junior America! It's like, for the fastest! So stand by. Alright, everybody, welcome back to the stake for records podcast. If you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show, if you're a longtime listener, welcome back to America's fastest growing. And quickly becoming favorite political podcast. On a busy news Friday, I'm Ro, no will be joining us again in just a second. We're going to get things started today with an interview, and we're going to be joined now by the congressman who's representing Maryland's first congressional district. He's also the chairman of the Republican House Freedom Caucus. Of course, I'm talking about none other than Dr. Andy Harris. Welcome back to the show. Great to be back with you. Always a pleasure as the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus as well. We look to have a great conversation with you and we're going to jump right into this. So now you guys are closing out the current session of Congress. We'd like to get a little bit of preview. I saw you in committee or subcommittee work this week talking about reconciliation, things of that nature. Maybe reviving some of the great pieces of legislation, HR1, HR2, the regulatory stuff over the course of the, you know, end of this session and start of the next one once you guys are sworn in. And maybe if you don't mind giving our listenership a little bit of a update on where we are with that. Well, look, reconciliation is the only way we're ever going to get anything done in the 119th Congress because we don't have 60 votes in the Senate. So it's going to have to go through the reconciliation bill and we're starting to patch together what we can do to advance President Trump's agenda through reconciliation. You can't do everything because it can't be pure policy, has to have a budget implication, but fortunately a lot of the things we need to do have budget implications. Well, I like to hear that outside of budgetary, I'm assuming there's things to do with American energy independence heading towards dominance, locking down the U.S. Southern border and all things related to the economy as well. That's absolutely right. So hopefully we get a little bit of tax relief, what we combine it with energy, making sure that we lower the cost of energy for all Americans. And then, of course, we close down the Southern border and begin deporting the over 1 million people in this country who actually have active deportation orders that President Biden has been sitting on. They most certainly do. And when you saw Donald Trump tap, former ICE director, Tom Holman and current South Dakota governor, Kristi Noem, to head, borders are, you know, we interviewed Tom Holman about a week ago or after he was selected. And before we jump into the interview, I didn't know how to really introduce him. Before we press live, I had to say, do we call you like your excellency? I don't really know what title Zargets he was the first Zara I've ever interviewed. But then between him and Kristi Noem heading these agencies, it seems like Donald Trump has tapped in the right people to, at the Department of Homeland Security, administratively take care of all the rot there. And when it comes down to actually locking down the border and getting these deportations started with Tom Holman, it's a pretty slam dunk pick. That's absolutely right. Tom Holman is the best thing that could happen in the American public and the worst thing that could happen to the illegal aliens. That's an excellent point you make there, Dr. Harris, you know, and then when you talk about some of Donald Trump's other people that he's tapping for appointments, I know one of the ones that you're very excited about is Robert Kennedy, Jr. to be heading up HHS and really getting into that threat of making America healthy again. You know, when you have the opportunity to bring these people who are outside of traditionally conservative politics, we're outside of the MAGA tent, you know, as early as six months ago, and now they're going to be part of an administration which seems to be getting more diverse and innovative as the days go on. What is your, you know, optimism level for RFK, Jr. being able to get in there and really make some inroads into getting this country health-wise back on the right track? Well, I think he's going to do that because I think he's put his finger on it, so the fact of the matter is we've been spending hundreds of billions of dollars and the nation is getting sicker, not healthier, and it's getting, you know, it's health is just not as good as it ought to be, and he's going to deal with it both from the FDA, from the CDC, from, of course, our nutrition programs that really aren't nutrition programs, you know, they're just giveaways, and he's going to do what needs to be done. And again, you needed a Washington outsider to do it because the insider's been in control for too long and has watched the nation get sicker, not healthier. No, it's the truth. I mean, you see everything from military, physical standards being, you know, dropped and lowered to be able to facilitate the people who are part of our fighting force right now, all the way up to the epidemic of child obesity that's been sweeping across this country, and essentially the world here, you know, it's really time to start looking at what we put into our foods, why they're being put into our foods, and how we can start doing things, you know, at the very baseline to get back on track health-wise. One of the things I saw that you were working on recently, Dr. Harris, was, well, kind of blowing the lid off, nearly $10 million cover up at the NIH, you know, talking about these health and human services agencies right now, on a study to do with puberty blockers, you know, this is something that I'm sure our listenership is we, you know, try to cover the social issues with those who are, you know, most dialed into it and give us an accurate representation of what's going on. Tell us about this investigation and what exactly you've been able to uncover. Sure, look, the academic elite has somehow think that it's perfectly fine to take children and give them strong drugs, these puberty blockers. So the NIH funds a study, $9.7 million, what they do is they find out that actually it doesn't improve things because, you know, the big claim was that, well, you know, if you just give these puberty blockers, then, you know, mental health in these individuals will get better, you know, suicide will go down, things like that. So they do the study and they find out, no, that's actually not true. Then instead of publishing the data, because they're afraid it would be used to get a load of this, it would be used in courts to stop these practices, they choose to sit on the data. So what they're doing is they're endangering American children at the expense of $10 million in taxpayer funded research. This is ridiculous. You know, and when you see some of the language President Trump used on the campaign trail in regards to his campaign platform and future policy pillars regarding the stuff, you know, protecting his women rights and sports and not letting men to compete, but also, you know, making sure that he could do whatever he can to stop people from under the age of 18, and sometimes without the parents consent from getting into this slippery slope of getting kind of, you know, sucked into the whole trans agenda, you know, when you heard President Trump talking about that stuff and what needs to happen, I mean, there's a lot of people who need to sit down and look at this legitimately, you know, everything from the mental health aspect of it to the physical health, you know, component of it, the suicide rate that has to do with the entire trans narrative and beyond, you know, the ability to be able to tackle this, possibly head on in the next session of Congress. How excited are you to, you know, protect our children in a way that we've seen just kind of go down the toilet over the course of the last decade, decade and a half? Oh, I'm excited about it. We know that the average American not think that, you know, letting men play in women's sports, letting men use girls in women's bathrooms is just not right. Look, I'm proud of the speaker, you know, declaring that actually the bathrooms, the men's bathrooms in the Capitol are actually for men. It's an excellent point you make and then, you know, talking about some of President Trump's incoming cabinet selections, you are going to be losing a couple of people from the House, one in leadership with a chairwoman Stefanik heading up and getting elevated to the position of UN ambassador. You're going to have Representative Walts from down in Florida, be the national security advisor now, former Congressman, who is a member of the Freedom Caucus as well, Lee Zeldin is going to head to EPA. As you're watching Donald Trump kind of put his team together, the cabinet level selections and the agency head appointments. How do you feel about this incoming administration and how hopeful are you that we're going to be able to get everybody confirmed and get to working for the American people as soon as he's sworn in? Well, you know, I think Pam Bondy is going to be confirmed as Attorney General. Look, Matt may or may not have had a hard time doing it. I think everyone else is going to get confirmed. I know there's some controversy about some of them, but look, that'll sort itself out. The bottom line is that from one point D to the next, the deep state is in deep trouble. That's all I got to tell you because these people know what's going on in Washington. They have experience in the business world and inside the beltway. They know how to make the change that the president has been asked by the American people to make. And I see a lot of positive reviews for the people who's current happening for all the positions he's looking to fill. You know, you had mentioned Congressman Gates, he's a great friend of the show here. He's known Matt for a long time. Everything from Twitter spaces to the formal interviews that he's given here on stake for breakfast, Congressman. I mean, you saw the way the deep state kind of came for him. There were so many ways that they walked through that gray area of legalities of stuff that's already been kind of given a disposition on and make the American public think that it's still active, that it's still something that could, you know, negatively affect him down the road. But the fact of the matter is he kind of took a bullet for the administration figuratively, not in the case of like Donald Trump did back in July up in Butler. But here's the deal. I think that Congressman Gates is going to take a little bit of time to see what's going on and maybe have the possibility of him returning to Congress next session. Oh, I absolutely think so. And look, he did a great job in Congress pointing out, again, you know, over a DOJ, the weaponization of the DOJ, how the deep state is affecting everyone's lives in a very bad way. You know, it's going to be his decision. I'm sure if he doesn't, he's going to play some role in administration. He'll probably have to serve in some role where you don't need the Senate, you know, Senate approval, because obviously there's still some Republican senators who are part of, who excited with the deep state. Yeah. Yeah, it's really unfortunate to see their behavior over the course of the last a little over two weeks. And then last thing before we cut with you, Congressman, I just wanted to ask, you know, the Freedom Caucus has a pretty robust agenda, everything from border security to reforming immigration, things to do with the economy, energy independence and beyond. You know, you finally are going to have a retention of the House of Representatives, the Senate has flipped into the Republican control. You've got the president you need to get some of these agenda items passed into law. How excited are you to get back to work for the Freedom Caucus once you guys get sworn in on January 3rd and then right after Donald Trump gets sworn in on 30th? Look, I was excited to get to work when we had a Democrat president and a Democrat Senate. I'm super excited to get back to work now that we have a Republican president or Republican controlled Senate. We will, we will drive the conservative agenda once again. And this time, hopefully, we can be, we will be more successful than when the Democrats control the other two, the Senate and the presidency. Oh, we're looking forward to it as well. So many great members of the caucus come in here and share with us and they have all been excited that you're at the controls right now and looking to really make a big difference in the 119th session. We've got everything live linked in the show description today. Dr. Harris, including a link to your congressional website. Where can we find out on social media? Check out all the great work you're doing. You know, you go to AndyHarris.com, everything is everything is on that site. And we look, we look forward to again, a great 119th Congress. And we're looking forward to a lot more great interviews with you. This is the Congressman who's representing Maryland's first congressional district. Dr. Andy Harris, thanks for joining us on the show this week. Getting our second show today kicked off. Have a great weekend and a happy Thanksgiving. And administration is quietly loosening immigration policies before Trump takes office. This according to the New York Post, it reports the administration is testing a new app that will allow illegal migrants to bypass in person check ins at their local ICE office. Jeff Paul is live with more and sounds like they're just given Donald Trump one more thing to undo. Well, John, we do know the Biden administration has been testing this new immigration and customs app. And the idea is to streamline the check in process for migrants, allow them to use their phones or computers to touch base with immigration officials while they wait for their date in court instead of appearing for those check ins in person. Now, a source tells Fox News, ICE has been using the app already in a couple of cities. But according to the New York Post, it's going to be launched officially next month in New York City. The field office there reportedly has been overwhelmed, fully booked with appointments for a year. Our sources tell us that's really the push to get this backlog moved through the concerns regarding this app. Obviously, it's a new app. So there's going to be some glitches. The other wider concern is could it cause even more migrants to go under the radar? Want to see what happens? John. All right. All right. Jim Meghan to the news portion of the show here. Get things started in our second of two big Friday editions. A stake for breakfast. I'm Ro Noah's here with me. Yo. And again, we'll do it over like we did at the top of the show. If you're a first time listener, welcome to the show. If you're a longtime listener, welcome back to America's fastest growing and quickly becoming favorite political podcast on a busy news Friday. And we jumped in to start things off in our second show today, of course, with Marilyn Congressman Dr. Andy Harris. Great catching up with him. He's the House Freedom Caucus chairman as well, looking to do big things to close out this session of Congress and even greater things in regards to making America great again in the start of 119th and when Donald Trump is back in office, we're going to be jumping into the news here and check in on the up to date news regarding all of Donald Trump's nominations and appointees. I guess we'll start off with immigration in Tom Holman since probably much to his chagrin. Noah, what do you think? New app, not CBP one where people were flown in from four countries with people who aren't qualified to receive the temporary protective status. Now this new app, not knowing what it's going to be called. This one's going to have to do with ice and it's going to allow people to remotely check in without physically appearing at offices in places starting off with New York City but they'll plan to go nationwide. It sounds like a terrible idea. Wait shouldn't the whole point is that these people need to have an accurate track of where they're at unless these apps are like Trojan horse and they're tracking them with the app, which I guess maybe but I don't know. We also did hear that there were some major technical issues with the CBP one app being hacked by criminal cartels and transnational gangs and things of that nature. Yeah, they were using VPNs like a virtual private network to change the location of where the phone was registered to or whatever and it was basically allowing people who did not fall into the guidelines of somebody who should be able to use CBP one was able to use it. From my understanding. Yeah. Yeah. It's what we've heard from some of our other guests with, I guess, previous information who've come on the show as well and the cartels were actually charging people as this service to do this for them like, oh, CBP one app isn't working for you. We can sort it out. We'll just add another $10,000 to your to your smuggling fee for your indentured servitude for the next 50, 70 years or however long you live. If we decide to not rape and murder you when you get here, which is also that that that comes with it. That's in the terms of service. That's in the fight. You always agree with those. Yeah, you definitely have to have a lawyer, not the free ones that we appoint you when you get here, but in your own country before you decide to cross illegally and using things like the CBP one app. I saw Tom Holman was on the Botox queen, Laura Ingraham last night and they weren't talking about this, but they were talking about, no, and now if you heard about this one, there are some ranchers who are getting together in Texas and want to, I guess, subsidize out up to 1400 acres of land to be held as deportation camps where people who are being removed from this country are going to be staged so they could be put on planes, trains and automobiles and sent back to their country of origin. What do you think about that? Well, I don't even think we need this, though. We border the country who's letting all these people in. Sure. Unless you flew directly into the United States, just in state that you touched it last act, where if it's like the safe third country rule, if you pass through a third country that you're not scared to be in, then you belong to that country. If we institute that, where we just open the gate and just dump people back across the border, Mexico will stop allowing these people to fly into their country and they will impose some restrictions on what's going on because their country, albeit completely taken over by the cartels. Sure. They're still making money from this. Oh, yeah, absolutely. It's going to be interesting to see the new globalist endeavors that the president who's going to assume powers in Mexico begins doing today as she said to be sworn in this evening. And some of these NGOs should be charged with being in bed with the cartels because they are. Hey, where do you think Alejandro Mayorkas is going to go back to being employed by as soon as he leaves the Department of Homeland Security, which I can confirm after talking to a lot of different entities this week, he's working on his ex's strategy as we speak. He's going to need to. He won't be one of the people that are getting weighted around until we get fired. He's definitely going to be out probably before the holidays. If not by Thanksgiving next week, then for surely before Christmas. But again. And the crazy thing is, is that with his retirements from all the stuff that he's done, he's probably set for life, really. I mean, he's not Janet Yellen, who will be garnering her ninth federal full retirement at the conclusion of her service. This time is the trade secretary. But Alejandro Mayorkas has been the head of two major organizations as a cabinet member and agency appointee with during the Obama administration heading CIS and now as the head of the Department of Homeland Security. So in addition to all the illustrious work, he'll do to continue to import the third world here to the United States as a chairman on the board of major NGOs as he did in between his time at CIS and now is the head of the Department of Homeland Security. You see the conflict of interest? We've kind of painted for you here on the show. We're pretty sure that he'll be going back to one of those, if not multiple ones. He's done, I guess, ass ramming the country lubeless as he's done for the last four years and under the direction of Joe Biden and Kamal Harris. Jumping back to Tom Holman here, here's him on Laura Ingraham's show last night talking about these gifted lands in Texas, the rolling planes, which soon I hope is housing the 1.5 million of the eagles who are already set up for deportation by ICE. Let's listen. 1,300 acres for basically a super detention facility to house people as they're processed out. Do you imagine you will utilize that area for this type of operation? We absolutely will. When we find somebody's a targeted enforcement operation, when they get arrested, they'll be detained. They have to be detained for a short while while we get travel documents from their host country. They have their international. If you get travel documents, we get flight arrangements, flight agreements. So we're going to detain them for a little while. Thanks for what he states that they're not allowing any detention facilities in their state. Fine. Then we'll arrest them. We'll fly them out of the state and detain them outside the state, again, away from their families, their attorneys. That's what you want. That's what you get. You're not going to stop us doing what we're going to do. So we'll move into a state where we can detain them. There's plenty of sheriffs across this country, or ones that give us empty beds. They want the funding and we can put them in jail all across the country. We'll have no problem finding a place to detain these people. It's going to cost money, so we got to have the money to do it. But President Trump's going to do everything he can to make sure we have the funds to do this. And here's one of the big things we all need to take into consideration. There are all of these legal experts are coming around right now and talking about how it costs like at the very minimum $100,000 to deport somebody from the United States. I just want you guys to keep in mind, you know, we talk about the illegality that the way that the Biden-Harris regime has conducted themselves going around Supreme Court rulings, federal court injunctions, this, that, and the other thing over the course of the last four years. And how the proprietor of all of this chaos has been Alejandro Mayorkas, who has taken immigration law, and when it doesn't match up with what he and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris wanted to do in regards to opening the floodgates and sending all of these illegals into the country, you know, well over 20 million by the time we hit January, he would just write a memo and say like, here's the law. Here's what I'm saying we could do instead of it for a little while. And I don't have the data to support it, but we're going to do it anyway. And this is kind of where we're at with him. So if it costs $500 or less to fly somebody in here on the CBP one app from one of the countries that doesn't qualify for TPS like Haiti or Venezuela, then once we abandon that TPS status, grab these people and detain them somewhere, we should figure out how it's going to cost $500 or less to send them the fuck home and whether that's using military transport, whether it's renting or purchasing commercial airlines that are going to be used for this. But don't buy into this whole thing when they bring on these immigration lawyers because their whole job is to slow up the deportations. And they've already got paperwork ready to file before Donald Trump's ink dries on his name, where he signs into being the president of the country again on inauguration day to file injunctions to stop anything and everything regarding deportations and then go on the news and be like, it shouldn't be the taxpayers. Remember how much the taxpayers are already paying for all this shit already with these people in this country? And they're going to say, yeah, they shouldn't be on the hook for $100,000 per illegal if Donald Trump wants to remove 20 million of them. That's not the case. Tom Holman has already said it. It would be cheaper in the long run too because of the monthly fee that we're, I mean, unless you're going to start using their own gift cards against them. That's true. We should take the gift card balances and use it to purchase their airfare to get the free out of here starting in January of next year's a great, listen, you've come up with a couple, Noah. That might be another one, which we might be looking at here. You know, we'll tell them we'll give them the change and whatever we need to book their flight back to their home country is what we're going to use to purchase their airfare. And here's the thing. We know there's already 1.5 plus million people already set up for deportation. So that's like the biggest game of hide and seek starts on day one with them. Then there's the like the near 45-ish thousand criminal aliens in this country who have already been convicted of rape and/or murder, which are roaming the streets of America as well. Those are the day ones. But when asked a little bit later and on a different news outlet about, well, what about all the other people? You know, if Donald Trump is saying that there's 20 million people here, if he can get rid of them, some Democrats can eventually get back into power and into the White House and have control of the big three and give these people amnesty, that opens up the door for chain migration and maybe 100 million people coming in here if they get all of their family members and, you know, sponsored relatives in here as well. Well, Tom Holman's not taking anything off the table. Let's hear this. Country, legally, you're not off the table. I mean, we would look for fugitives. There's over a million illegal aliens in this country who got due process at great taxpayer expense were ordered to be moved by a judge and failed to leave. So they're also priority, like, yeah, I mean, we'll be moving on to those who may not be a criminal, may not be a fugitive, but they enter this country legally, which is a crime. And they're here illegally and they are not off the table. I want to be clear on that. Yeah. Again, if you're here illegally, I would strongly suggest you start looking at extra strategies because it seems like the memorandum that's going around the Trump transition team and coming from the desk soon to be built of Tom Holman is pack your bags. Donald Trump campaigned on it, congressmen and senators across the country who were running for election campaign on it. JD Vance said it at just about every speaking event he did publicly leading up to the election, and you have to believe these guys when they talked. Donald Trump said in his last speech before the election that he will be remembered as the promises made, promises kept president. And if he is saying that these people are going home, they're going to figure out a way for these people to go home. What do you think, Noah? Well, yeah, and then the other aspect of that that I've heard from a brief snippet with Tom Holman was, if you don't leave on your own, it's going to jeopardize your chances for ever being able to hold status in this country again for the next 20 years, which for a lot of people is a decent amount of time. It's a great point. Oh, you know what I'm excited about? The potential for there actually to be TPS reports. Yes, yes, there will be TPS reports. Lots of cancellations, unfortunately, though. Look at that. We found our clip for the end of the show. I was having a difficult time this week is things were kind of bouncing around right before we jumped on today. You know, you had mentioned aspects, Noah, and no one has been more of a disappointment throughout the 2024 presidential campaign cycle as Louisiana Senator Rand Paul. You know, this is someone who in the prior two election cycles came out big for Donald Trump, campaigned with him publicly, endorsed the America First agenda, but now has fallen back on either feedback or pushback he's getting from within the Libertarian Party, which he claims to be, or the people who I guess work around his father, Ron Paul, who are for the most part, huge and ever Trumpers. We've talked to you guys and extend about, you know, when we had Dr. Paul on the show, how his team kind of reached out to us afterwards and said, yeah, but they've listened to some of your material and they don't like how you're 100% for Donald Trump. Like Ron Paul supposedly isn't even though when he's been on the show and we've talked about it, he said a lot of pluses and minuses when it comes to the economy. Good stuff with Donald Trump when it comes to, you know, trimming the government fat in his first administration. Obviously, with COVID, it was kind of difficult to achieve, but geopolitically, peace due strength on Paul's big fan of that as well. But it seems like Rand Paul is now pushing a counter narrative into the way that Donald Trump and Tom Holman and eventually Christy Gnome will want to get things done regarding deportations and how we're going to play the biggest game of hide and seek starting in January of next year. I was actually surprised and then kind of watched it a couple of times before I decided to put it into the show clips today, not surprised with Rand Paul doing what Rand Paul does and that's wanting to be a spectacle and bring all the attention to himself. Let's hear it. Said the stories all said he would declare an emergency to use the military to remove people. I'm not for that. I'm not for really most presidential emergencies because they smack of Marshall rule. They smack of no congressional approval, they smack of no checks and balances. So look, I'm supportive of President Trump, I'm supportive of removing people illegally here, particularly people who have committed crimes, but I'm not for the army marching up and down our streets. I think it's a terrible image to send the world. It's a terrible image for us as citizens. And so I hope he will think twice about trying to use an emergency edict to have the army patrolling our country. I understand that. I look logistically, I mean, for some, we just let 20 million people or 50 million people into the country, which is just pure insanity. So I can understand why there's this, why some people maybe feel that there's... And before we get to the rest of the clip, remember, some of the strongest libertarian principles lean on borders being like more of an idea than something that really establishes the sovereignty of a nation. Let's hear the rest. Need for a drastic measure like that. Yeah, I'm not opposed to drastic measures. I'm not opposed to going all in for this, but I would do it in stages. The American people will be behind him 100% if he goes immediately after the people that have committed crimes. The people have been released from prisons in Venezuela. The bad people that have been admitted into this country, let's go there and start there. There is, to my mind, some question of the people, the housekeeper who's been here 30 years, and I don't see the military putting her in handcuffs and marching her down the street to an encampment. I don't really want to see that. I would like to see something where... And I don't think that person should get to vote either. So I think that person, there might be an in-between solution where if they're already working productively, that we allow them to have a work permit. So I would expand, actually, a lot of the idea of work permits for people, but they don't get rewarded with voting. And I really think us as conservatives who are supportive of Trump need to caution him about sending the army into our cities. And again, I've never heard, no, correct me if I'm wrong, using parts of national guards and components of the DoD and the Army Corps of Engineers, I didn't really think that Donald Trump campaigned on driving patty wagons and tanks down like city streets looking for illegals and blowing the sides off of buildings to expose them to where we could catch them in the most violent fashion possible, right? Yeah, no, I never actually even thought that would be something that would be happening. And nor is it, I don't think. I think that it's going to be mainly at the end of the journey kind of role for them. If the planes that the illegals are leaving on because their countries are being asshats with them coming back or military personnel transports, then I'm completely fine with that. And for the military being involved with it as well, you also talk about, you know, things like the Army Corps of Engineers, like we are going to finish the wall. I don't care if anybody thinks we're not going to or not. We are going to finish the wall and it won't just be independent contractors. There will be components of the military much like the last time there was 500 some odd miles of wall completed during Donald Trump's first term. We will be using the Army Corps of Engineers to help fortify our U.S. Southern border. So, you know, he kind of goes out and makes a virtue single. Maybe this goes back to the part that, you know, a lot of people tried to push Rand Paul as a vice presidential pick to Donald Trump as well. And maybe there's some, you know, behind closed doors animosity there, but just to come out and stump against like the ideas that they're trying to throw up against. Well, listen, about, well, over 60% of the country was all for mass deportations leading up into the election cycle. A lot of Donald Trump's rallies were filled with signs that said Trump Vance mass deportations now as part of the visual aids as well. And it seems like America who were able to see those things and heard the way that Donald Trump and all of his campaign surrogates, including incoming vice president JD Vance stumped on it leading up to the election didn't have enough of a problem with it to give him an electoral landslide victory and win in the popular vote. So I think that Rand Paul is kind of in a little bit of a smaller echo chamber right now than what the rest of America is feeling. And again, it's because we don't think that Donald Trump is going to be driving tanks down the street looking to round up illegals. I will tell you on the other side of that coin is incoming deputy chief of staff in charge of immigration and policy, Stephen Miller. He was on boomer sweatsh on Hannity show last night and for all of our listenership here, we are really starting to embrace Stephen Miller nationalism here on stake for breakfast. We want to talk about somebody that gets you fired up and ready to run through a brick wall. And on the other side of brick walls is going to be illegals that we're going to be rounding up and sending back to their homes. Here's Stephen Miller. The moment the president Trump puts his hand on that Bible and takes the oath of office. As he has said, the occupation ends liberation day begins. He will immediately sign executive orders, sealing the border shut, beginning the largest deportation operation in American history, finding the criminal gangs rapist drug dealers and monsters that have murdered our citizens and sending them home. No one will be allowed to enter the country illegally and I so be empowered in partnership with FBI DEA, ATF, the National Guard to fully seal and secure the border with CBP and to find and identify the criminal threats that are inside this country and send them back home. We saw that heartbreaking testimony, Sean, Lake and Riley that precious beautiful young woman fought for her life against an illegal alien imported by Biden Harris for 18 harrowing minutes. She fought for her life and we are going to honor that extraordinary woman and we're going to honor every victim who has suffered under President Trump's leadership. We're going to honor that suffering by unleashing a righteous wave of justice and sending these criminal migrants back home. The only thing he's lacking right now is a crusader helmet and of course, I'm not even joking. Stephen Miller and listen, this is going to be one of the guys that are working on those presidential edicts and executive orders that are going to be implemented back on day one. And this is someone who's working extremely diligently and around the clock behind the scenes right now to make sure the connections that we need to make with these countries who are going to be receiving their own citizens, criminals and mentally ill back are on the same page that you either open up the tarmac or we end the federal funding on day one. So you know, that's kind of where we're at in the immigration debate right now and what's going on with the incoming administration officials. There's our those on the outside like Senator Rand Paul who's, you know, kind of trying to throw a little bit of water on the flames of MAGA. And then there's people like Steve Miller who literally is at the top of the mountain right now shirtless and with a broadsword saying that retribution in regards to all the illegals in this country is coming on day one. So no, I would have to probably bet with the Trump team and who's going to get their way on this. And, you know, if we can consider Ron Paul a non vote on some of the immigration legislative items that are going to be coming up from the House of Representatives and to the Senate, well, good luck with Donald Trump absolutely destroying you much in the way like he did Mitch McConnell for the last four years for the Louisiana Senator who's a little discontent with it. What do you think? Yeah, 100%. You're done. Not good. It's just not good and it's not what the people voted for. You know, if we're if we're having cry sessions in the back rooms of border patrol headquarters and, you know, all the people who are running ice right now, those Biden administration officials who know their time is coming and they're going to be probably sent either back to the front lines or out to pasture and not the pastures that we're looking to be gifted in places like Texas where we're going to be housing illegals out to pasture as out of the federal government, then it should be big wins for MAGA in regards to this issue starting on day one. So Pete Hegseth now seems to be getting into the media's crosshairs figuratively, of course, as one of the most contentious or, I guess, taboo of Donald Trump's cabinet nominees. And he's going to be the secretary of defense in the next Trump administration. And just like with the case of Matt Gaetz and with the help of the mainstream media, they are now running with narratives that accusers from decades ago are now saying that there were what could be determined as sexually inappropriate interactions, blah, blah, blah. Anyways, Pete Hegseth was with JD Vance this week up on Capitol Hill. What branch was Hegseth in again? He was in the army. I mean, I'm pretty sure just in general, that's what the military does, lots of dirty jokes and inappropriate content. So yeah, who caves a fuck? You are a nasty person. And maybe so. Listen, no one's got a bigger locker room mouth than Donald Trump. He reminds us of it frequently. And like I was saying, JD Vance was up on the Hill this week, taking Pete Hegseth into meet some maybe squish or undecided senators, stump in his case, to lead the Department of Defense. The press gaggles that were following these guys around caught up with JD Vance and Pete Hegseth following one of his meetings, I believe, with Tennessee Senator, Marcia Blackburn. Here's what he had to say. The President of the United States was an amazing public opportunity to be nominated to be a public defense. We have to take that away. I just want to thank Vice President of the United States. I just want to thank Vice President of the United States. He advanced because at the morning of the week, he was sent to the United States. We take it very seriously. If vice-inclusive, he might have sent it as a court to engage in that process. We take absolutely nothing for granted. And we open the opportunity to talk to any senators that want to talk to us. And that's where they should leave it to be quite honest with you, and he's trying to talk about the great meetings that he's having with the senators up there in Capitol Hill. Obviously, that douche bag from CBS wanted to get in there. Did you have a sexually inappropriate relationship or have allegations made against you 20 years ago? Can you please answer that right now? And like he said, it was fully investigated. He was cleared of all charges and shouldn't really be something that, albeit the media is going to make it, hanging over his head, heading into confirmation this January. So he also adhered to his own three flag rule, no, I'll be great to confirm that now as I just watched the video of him, flag pin, flag pocket square, flag belt buckle. Who knows if there was more flags on there. We don't know if he was maybe wearing a flag thong or something of that nature, but he had says has been known to be quite the wild man over the years, but we're not making any more allegations here on the show. We're going to leave it at that. I think the flag thong goes only in conjunction with the bump helmet. And I was the only two items you wear. Yeah, I like it. I like it a lot. You know what I don't like is the fact that we haven't picked an FBI director yet. Oh, no, the fuck just named cash already. We're going to make no bones about it. Cash Patel is our pick. Even though Donald Trump has come out of left field with some of his nominations, most recently being Pam Bonnie for Attorney General of the United States after what happened with Matt Gates yesterday, we feel that there is nobody more qualified. We've pointed it out to so many different people who have said otherwise online as well. Just a reminder, Cash Patel was a federal prosecutor who went after international terrorists. His stint in the federal courts lasted about 16 years. He was then appointed to be the chief of staff to the DOD, working with the entirety of the US military apparatus and answering directly to the president of the United States. There was a time where he worked under the direction of former ambassador Rick Grinnell as the assistant director of the DNI. One of the most coveted positions in our governments regarding intelligence, one that will be headed by Tulsi Gabbard come January of next year. And he finished his time working in the first Trump administration as a special assistant to Donald Trump. So when you talk about a career resume, when you talk about loyalties, when you talk about hard work and how it's been on display for all of the American people to see, Cash Patel is well above the bar on all of these. In addition, he's gone out and stumped for the president in multiple election cycles doing great work in the state of Nevada, both in 2022 midterm elections and of course, being all over the country, including spending the last three weeks of this cycle up in the state of Pennsylvania, doing things like getting Senator McCormick voted in as the replacement for Bob Casey, defending the House seat of Scott Perry, which was one of the crown jewels that the Democrats absolutely wanted to take away from Republicans in the selection cycle and of course, getting Donald Trump the big W in the Keystone State. So when it comes to what people are looking at regarding Cash Patel, what's going on behind the scenes and what's taking so long for this pick to materialize in real time, we don't know. Is it that everyone who has influence within the transition team wants somebody other than Cash Patel, but Donald Trump might feel obliged to do it because that's obviously one of the jobs that he was hopeful to be picked for in this incoming administration. We also know that Cash was very keen on being the director of the CIA as well. That was given to former head of the DNI, John Radcliffe, and we just don't know. You know, I've asked around, I've asked a lot of sources and I've even talked to Cash personally and I don't have any answers for you at this point. But you know, leave it to the establishment, to the Rhinos, to the radical left and the mainstream media to push our own candidate out there. And it's come in the form of former congressmen and definitely someone who serves the deep state and that's former representative Mike Rogers. You know, this guy has someone who has been a staunch supporter of all of the restrictions unconstitutionally slapped upon Americans for years, including all of those FISA things that we just absolutely can't stand here on stake for breakfast. He's also been one of the proponents who's always voted to continue, you know, giving protections to the NSA to be able to spy on Americans unconstitutionally and violate our Fourth Amendment rights era, not just on the show, but across the country as well. And it seems like when you talk to a lot of these intelligence experts who have been coming on the shows on CNN and MSNBC and Fox News, et cetera, they'll always briefly mention Cash Patel, but then go down this huge road for Mike Rogers, which is just absolutely number one annoying. And number two, someone that's not going to get the job done and we need at these institutions like the FBI, which is we need to get the senior administration, whether they like it or not. And then we start needing to look at all of the individual field offices, who's leading them and what kind of investigations they've been conducting for at least the last four years if not longer. No, what do you think? Oh, yeah. I mean, if you have any better prospective person that can go in there and just route that government agency and get rid of all the chaff and bullshit and waste and to be frank, woke ideology, a lot of bias. I would or bias. Yeah. I mean, I would be very willing to hear somebody that would be better than Cash. I agree. And you know, we don't just make up news narratives here. We kind of show you how exactly this is getting shaved in the media. It's our job here to change the way you're consuming your news. So here's Andrew McCabe, former disgraced leader of the FBI, one who's now a major contributor on CNN, one who worked hand in hand with former CIA director, John Brennan, who's worked hand in hand with former FBI director James Comey to propriet the Russiagate narrative and probably help behind the scenes wage all the law fair against Donald Trump for the greater part of the last 10 years on CNN last night, talking about how awesome Mike Rogers would be in that cash battalion. It's just not qualified to lead the FBI. Let's hear the combination here because that's kind of in the struggle is Trump wants someone who can get confirmed by the Senate. I mean, especially given what played out today, but also he wants someone who is going to go in there and do what he wants. And he's been encouraged by a lot of people on the right to put cash battalion. What would a combination of that look like do you think? So in my estimation, Caitlin, no part of the FBI's mission is safe with cash Patel in any position of leadership in the FBI and certainly not in the deputy director's job. So just as an example, the deputy director's job in the FBI is unique because, of course, the director's a political appointee and the deputy director is typically a senior FBI agent. Somebody spent their entire career learning about the FBI, understanding its people and doing its work. So the deputy director actually runs the FBI on a day to day basis. You're essentially the chief operating officer. I can tell you from my own experience, there is no way I could have successfully performed in that role without having spent the first 10 years of my career doing criminal work in the FBI and the next 10 years doing national security work. The scope of authority is enormous. I think I had about 78 or 80 direct reports when I served as deputy director 56 of those people ran entire field offices. So you are enmeshed in every aspect of the FBI's work. If you enter into that position with nothing more than a desire to disrupt and destroy the organization, there is a lot of damage someone like Cash Patel could do in a position like deputy director at the FBI. You mentioned that director is a political job. Obviously it's a president puts it in there. They have a 10 year term. So they're supposed to be insulated from politics, but obviously they can fire them. When it comes to the deputy, how is that typically? They're interchangeable and could be removed at any time. So this comes on the back end of the narrative and it's like I'm starting to formulate this hypothesis now about the whole situation. I think that Donald Trump wants cash. I think that cash has literally done the work to warrant this nomination right here. But what the media has been spinning because it looked like they weren't going to get Rogers. And again, this the whole Mike Rogers thing, nothing has come out of Trump world about it. And we'll clarify that by the end of this segment. But just follow me is I'm trying to take you guys through the week and what led up to this right now. And it just looked like so the media was like, Oh man, we're not going to get our guy into the FBI that's going to stop Donald Trump from absolutely destroying it. How about this? We'll start telling everybody Donald Trump's looking at Mike Rogers. But don't worry. He wants to make Cash Patel the deputy director of the FBI. Maybe to try and put a little pressure on Donald Trump, you get both at the same time and everything will be fine. But no, it won't be. That means Mike Rogers would be able to fire Cash Patel or send him to be the field office director of the Alaska branch to the FBI anytime that he wanted. And he wouldn't have any administrative powers to really gut the senior administration there, which is the goal of, I think, the incoming Trump team. So then when you have Andrew McCabe go out, just an absolutely disgrace scumbag. Remember, this is the guy who was fired under Donald Trump, right? And then he had his retirement taken away. And Joe Biden gave a back to him on day one. So when that guy is not endorsing Cash Patel, and we all know who Cash Patel is here in America first. Yeah, that's probably a big red flag there. Just in case there's anybody that had some unclarity on just who Mike Rogers is, I've pulled a brief highlight reel of some of his absolute hottest bangers. Let's hear it. And I credit George Bush and his administration for assembling this new intelligence community. They passed the Patriot bill that allows and takes the handcuffs off our intelligence services policy makers back here use words like illegal wiretap the domestic surveillance program of the NSA. It could be abused. We're already seeing pressure on the Patriot Act that maybe we don't need it now couldn't be further from the truth. The bulk telephone metadata program is legal and effective provisions of the foreign intelligence surveillance act expire at the end of this month. We need to rapidly reauthorize these provisions and we need to work toward making these tools permanent as a part of our arsenal. Self restriction, big problem in US intelligence collection. We're the only intelligence service in the world that is forced to go to a court. We always joked in the intelligence space, we would love to get one tenth of what Google has on you. I supported these programs when they were classified and I support these programs today. Fuck you. I hate you. We do too. Listen, we're in day 17 of the Trump transition team draft. In our opinion here on State for breakfast, we are 17 days overdue to see cash Patel nominated to lead the FBI. But at the end of the day, this is going to be Donald Trump's decision and hopefully his decision alone. And you know, when you talk about just what cash Patel brings to the table, I mean, we've outlined it for you guys in absolute years here on State for breakfast. I was very positively hit today with a post that came out on X believe it or not. And this came from the official account of Dan Scavino. You ready for this one Noah? Yeah, because there's a lot of people out there. If you just go on Instagram or Facebook, but pretty much on X right now and you put in the name cash Patel, the amount of support that this guy is garnering is of record numbers. Dan Scavino this morning. I just spoke to President Trump regarding Mike Rogers going to the FBI. Breaking news, it's not happening. In his own words, I have never even given it a thought not happening. And that that again comes from Dan Scavino's official Twitter account this morning. So when you want to talk about people who I guess apparently aren't working in the administration moving forward, no one is more disgruntled than former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley. She has gone on her own podcast and done some media hits over the course of the last couple weeks right now, basically demonizing everybody that Donald Trump is trying to appoint in his administration because she's not going to be a part of it. Let's hear it. K Jr. Our possible future health human services appointee endorsed Al Gore, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. He said just this past year that he and Trump's positions quote could not be further apart. He is strongly pro-choice. He wants to go back to Roe v. Wade standards and allow abortion up until the time of birth. The summary of it all, he's a liberal Democrat, environmental attorney, trial lawyer, who will now be overseeing 25 percent of health sounds nasty and has no background in health care. So some of you may think RFK is cool. Some of you may like that he questions what's in our food and what's in our vaccines. But we don't know when he is given reins to an agency what decisions he's going to make behind the scenes and the Senate needs to ask the hard questions to him before we go and approve him. The second one I have major issues about, Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence. Now everybody loves that she is now saying she's a Republican. But I have always said, let's look at what they've said, what their actions are. She's defended Russia. She's defended Syria. She's defended Iran and she's defended China. Now she has not denounced any of these views, none of them. She hasn't taken one of them back. DNI, Department of National Intelligence. This is not a place for a Russian Iranian Syrian Chinese. Wait, what? Shut up, bitch. That's exactly how I feel. Listen, what can you say? She's just bitter. It sucks up to being on the outside looking in. I feel it sometimes as someone who executive produces this show, puts our interviews together, saying bye to all of our friends, being able to text them or get calls from them sometimes to tell us we're doing a good job. But even in the instances of some people who were here just less than three weeks ago, Chairwoman Lillie Stefanik, Lee Zeldin, they're going to have to go through Senate confirmation before they're given the authority to go into the incoming Trump administration. So they're not going to be doing media hits anymore, which means for as much as we'd like to catch up with them on their way out the door and onto greater service, I'm on the outside of the fishbowl right now just looking in with a tear in my eye, saying that thank God they gave us good pieces of media throughout the years as part of their support and endorsement of this show. Much of the way Nikki Haley feels right now, I've heard Ron DeSantis. There's already rumors out today that meatball Ron is jerking around with Matt Gates Congressional House seat. The election can come as soon as January. Ron DeSantis is looking to not hold the election all the way until the spring. So it'll be the time when people who work in his administration could go and run for that seat and be appointed to Congress. So we have meatball enthusiasts up there on Capitol Hill now, probably stopping Donald Trump's legislative agenda. I'd give a little bit of warning to the rotunda governor from the sunshine state though. It probably don't want to fuck around with Matt Gates and his district because he wins by almost Assad margins every time he ran for his seat there. So we're going to kind of leave it at that. And that's the absolute latest on what's going on with the Trump team transition. And we're going to be jumping in with incoming Texas Congressman Brandon Gill. But before we do, here's another check in with one of our partners. This episode, the podcast is brought to you by Battleborn Coffee Roasters. All right, joining us next on the show today to speak Friday edition of the State for Breakfast podcast. He's the Congressman-elect from Texas's 26th Congressional District. Of course, that means we're welcoming you back. Mr. Brandon Gill, thanks for coming on the show. Thanks for having me. Always a pleasure. First of all, congratulations as an order on winning your house race. It also led to the equation which helped the Republicans win the house majority back and extend that majority a little bit. Hopefully after California gets done eventually counting their races. We flipped control of the Senate back into Republican hands. And of course, Donald Trump's going to the White House. So starting off there, Brandon, let's just talk about the end of this election cycle, the way that America kind of responded to all of the America first candidates out there. Obviously starting with Donald Trump, but going all the way down to the House of Representatives and what that mandate means for you guys moving forward. Yeah, and I think that that's the key word there. It's the mandate. You know, we throw that around a lot. But whenever we take a step back and ask, what is the mandate? Who gave it to us? You know, I think that the reason we have a congressional majority here is because of President Trump. You know, there are a lot of people in Congress, the speaker included. And I would say especially the speaker who have done a ton of work, but this is a mandate for the Trump agenda and not for anything else. And what is that? I mean, what are the things that animated voters to get to the polls and support President Trump? These are things like not only securing the border, but mass deportations. You know, you saw even at the RNC, people holding signs that said mass deportations. That's what voters want. That is a key part of our mandate. It's unleashing our energy sector. It's cutting taxes, cutting regulations, getting the economy back on track, bringing inflation down. And the exciting part about it is I think from talking to my colleagues, not only in the freshman class, but my future colleagues and the rest of the conference, I think that we're pretty unified in pushing this agenda. And that's what's so exciting to come in with President Trump coming back into the White House. Yeah. And even though the way the Matrix was kind of set up, you know, equationally in Congress last year, which Chuck Schumer and the Democrats holding control there, and obviously Joe Biden's the president sort of until January of 2025, you know, they did produce and draft several great pieces of legislation. HR one and two come to mind that, you know, resolutions that have to do with energy independence, leading towards dominance, and obviously a bill that addresses a lot of the problems going on to start getting things fixed down on the US Southern border. But there was also a lot of deregulatory pushes, which we know almost every single person that's coming in and President Trump's cabinet has on their mind as that rises and, you know, continues to make inflation grow as well. So when you look at some of the stuff that, you know, you saw the 118 session working on and now going to be a member of the 119th session of Congress, what are some of the pieces of legislation outside of those that you're going to be looking to, you know, help make America great again as part of the Trump agenda? Yeah, I think that the number one thing that we've got to tackle is the border. And as you know, we had a secure border under President Trump and on day one Joe Biden issued 70 to 80 executive orders, virtually invited the rest of the world to illegally enter our country, and they're doing it, of course, to import voters as a means of structurally rigging our elections in their favor. So we've got to secure the border. We've got to build finished building the law and Congress is going to have a role in all of this because we've got to pay for the law. Congress has the power of the purse. But once we start looking at once we get the border secure, what do we do then? And we've got to deport the illegal aliens. And again, Congress has the power of the purse. So we've got to make sure that we're working really closely with the administration to make sure that they have the funding tools that they need to carry out large scale deportations. That's going to require things like, you know, detention beds, more detention centers, more ICE agents, more border patrol. I mean, there are a whole host of things that go into that. We've got to make sure that we're just working really closely with people like Stephen Miller. You know, it's really exciting to see President Trump bringing in the A team here on the policy side. So I'm looking forward to that. You know, a big thing we can do to bring inflation down. I think that was that was probably the second issue that animated voters the most the cycle. You see what Elon Musk is doing or will be doing with the Department of Governmental Efficiency. I mean, it's really, really exciting. So we've got a ton of work ahead. No, it's a it's a generational change time. We've got over the course of the last couple sessions, a lot of good congressmen and women that have went open to the Hill. Your guys is incoming class included. And then that's where I kind of want to touch on next before we get into any of the, you know, cabinet pitch. So I want to touch with you on as well, because I know you're very close to President Trump and have worked, you know, in addition to your campaign out there on the national stage as well throughout the course leading up to this election. But, you know, when you go to Capitol Hill, everybody's kind of got a different idea of what goes on. You know, how Congress works. You see these people on TV, you may have interacted with them over the years and know some of them. But as you've gone through congressional orientation now, tell us about some of the ins and outs going on there and what the experience it was like for you. Well, we've been we're right at the end of orientation right now. We've been here for about 10 days or so. We had our our room lottery draw earlier today. If that's where you pick a number and you it tells you what order you're going to pick your congressional office in. It's kind of funny because it's almost like a room draw in college, you know, the rest the rest of this has been all kinds of administrative orientation. Here's what you do as a congressman, you know, it is I hate to make the comparison, but it is almost like your your first couple days of college where you're just getting oriented to how this this ecosystem works because Washington DC really is its own internal ecosystem. So, you know, there there are a lot of people here who are really excited about the Trump agenda. We haven't spent a ton of time on policy just yet because we're just getting our bearing here in the city. But I can tell you that my freshman class is all on board with the Trump agenda. You know, I ran for and was recently elected president of the freshman class. And, you know, whenever I was going through this process, I told my class, I said, listen, we all got here because of the Trump agenda. We all ran on the Trump agenda to varying degrees and we had different focuses. You know, some people in my class are particularly interested, for instance, in unleashing our energy. Some people are really focused on the border. Some people are really focused on cutting spending and bringing the debt down. And we all ran on these things. So, the biggest thing we've got to do is make sure each person is in a strong position to execute on the things that they ran on. And ultimately, you know, do what we told voters we were going to do. No, that's an excellent point you make. And then, you know, when you talk about that Trump agenda, President Trump was up in DC last week before he met with Joe Biden at the White House. He came and stopped and said hello to the Republican House conference. And when you look at the endorsement that Donald Trump gave of Speaker Mike Johnson, so many of his surrogates have come on the show over the years that have just given strong endorsements of him, they knew the tough situation he was in last year. We didn't see any major pieces of legislation passed or put into law that Joe Biden want pushed, including amnesty, which we think is huge for someone in a position of leadership, like Speaker of the House. You know, and when Donald Trump gives him the endorsement to not have a leadership battle heading into the 119th session of Congress, I mean, granted, you guys are losing Elise Stefanik, but you picked up Lisa McLean, you've added Aaron Houchin and the House Secretary, but Emmer and Scalise are going to be back as well. So it looks like from a leadership standpoint, it's there. You're going to be obviously at the top of the freshman class as well. It seems like heading into it right now. You guys have your pretty good footing, a little less growing pains than we might see in the Senate with Mitch McConnell departing and Senator Thune taking over as majority leader there. Well, that that's exactly right. And that's what's so exciting about it to me. You know, we had our conference votes last weekend and Mike Johnson was elected Speaker in conference unanimously. And you know, bringing together the Republican Conference, we've got a lot of diversity of thought within the conference. And I think that's a good thing. You know, we've got the libertarians and then we've got the neocons. And then we've got the, you know, the Reagan I conservatives, you know, there's all these different strains of conservative thought and the speaker's job, which I think is incredibly difficult is to coalesce all these different ideologies into a coherent political movement that is actually viable, that can actually move legislation forward. That's a such an unbelievably tough job. And it's really impressive that Mike has brought everybody together. I think that there's a little bit of, I think people are ready to move on and not have as many leadership battles. This cycle is maybe we've seen in the past. But it's also really impressive how close Speaker Johnson has been with the president as well. You know, it seems like every other day, he's either down at Mar-a-Lago, or he's traveling with the president or talking on the phone to him all the time. And that's what's encouraged me so much is knowing that I think that we are all on the same page. We've just got to execute now. And I'm really happy to see Speaker Johnson leading us there. No, he was living his best life last weekend at UFC. Man, Mike Johnson comes out, his hair looks perfect. He's got a tie on. He looks all good. He's doing the double pistol salute to people in the audience coming. And by the end of the night, when they're on the plane, eating McDonald's heading back down to Florida, his shirt's undone, his hair's a little disheveled and he's eating some french fries. It's that kind of a relationship that you want to see. One traditionally, I mean, we didn't see it in the last administration. Apparently the Democrats were all so close together. They were transparent. They were historic. But all they were doing was stabbing each other in the back behind closed doors. We're not seeing that as much in the Republican conference now. It's definitely changed. They understand that Donald Trump is the clear and present leader of the party. They also understand the mandate that America has kind of entrusted him and all Republicans with heading into this transition period right now, which is kind of where I want to end with you today, Brandon. I know a lot of people who are directly connected to the president, a lot of these people that are getting tapped for leadership positions and the administration, whether it be cabinet level, agency head, ambassadors, etc. Tell us about some of the things that are really kind of raising your eyebrows when you're seeing like this all-star team of MAGA Avengers that he's kind of putting together right now. And what this generational change that he's bringing back to the swamp means for America moving forward? Yeah, you know, the biggest message that President Trump is sending to everybody is that this is not business as usual. He's not tapping your typical establishment people. He's not tapping your typical pseudo-intellectual government officials who have been here for 80 years and who you typically expect to be staffing the executive branch. When he's tapping outsiders, again, Elon Musk, you look at another good one, which I think is worth worth bringing up here, especially in line of the news today is Matt Gates. This is somebody who is a brilliant guy, definitely a fighter. I think it's unbelievably disappointing that it seems that the Senate tanked that nomination. You know, you look at some of the people who are most vocal against Matt Gates or people who had had no problem with some of the Supreme Court nominations that Joe Biden put forward. You know, Lisa Murkowski had no problem with Katanji Brown Jackson. She supported her but didn't support Brett Kavanaugh and was vocally against Matt Gates. I think it's shameful. I hope that the Senate gets on board with the agenda. The house certainly is. You know, a lot of these people in the Senate who are more skeptical of Gates or people who have been in, you know, been in office for decades and decades and what do they have to show for it, kind of presiding over the decline of this country and getting in the way of whatever somebody like President Trump tries to turn the tide around and get this country back on track. So I hope that we can get them on board. But I can tell you, the house is certainly fighting with President Trump. No, they certainly are. And when you look at the news that's breaking kind of over the wire over the last 24 hours, that now that the nomination has been rescinded for Matt Yates, and he's declined to, you know, continue his quest to be the attorney general, it looks like, according to some sources, he might be returning to Congress. So, you know, in some aspects, we would have liked to see what he could do as he continues to ascend through Republican politics. But at the end of the day, if the worst thing that can happen is Matt Gates returns to Congress and continues to hold people accountable and be a wrecking ball down there, then I still think it's a win for the country and for American first. Brandon, this was awesome catching up with you today. It's been a while. But like I said, you've got us all back up. We are hoping that once you guys are sworn in, after the holidays, you'll become a regular contributor on the shows. We see so many of the great congressmen and women who have been looking alongside President Trump for so long come and share all the things that going on, whether it's pieces of legislation, they want to commentate on major news pieces or just talk about what's going on with your congressional office. We're here for it. So, because you guys aren't sworn in yet, we've got your campaign website live linked in the show description today. But if anybody wants to check out on social media and all the great work you're doing as you prepare to go into the 119th session of Congress, where can they find you? The best place to find me is on Twitter or I guess you'd call it X now at real Brandon Gill. I'm on social media on every other social media platform as well. So, you guys can find me there. I'm looking forward to catching up with them again. This is the Congressman elect for Texas's 26 congressional district. Rep elect Brandon Gill. Thanks for coming on the show today. We'll see you again soon. Have a great weekend. Thanks for having me. Appreciate it. According to a new poll, Kamala Harris is now the 2028 front runner. The word salad queen who fumbled the ball and couldn't articulate a single policy without telling us about her being a middle class kid garnering 41 percent with Gavin Newsom coming in second. It's been two weeks. Is Kamala Harris going to get a third shot in 2028 from the Democrats? I would doubt it. I mean, this is usually how it goes. I mean, she's top of mind for everyone. She just ran. I think it's probably more likely and they're sniffing around the possibility of her running for California governor coming back to do this. But I think that the 2028 primary is going to be full of very interesting characters with a lot of good stuff to run on. And you saw that at the DNC, people like Josh Shapiro, Gretchen Whitmer, Wes Moore, Gavin Newsom, people with great executive experience and records to show off. What I did think was interesting to see today. So Dan Osborne, who was the independent candidate in Nebraska running against Deb Fisher, he narrowly lost a union leader, a Navy veteran, someone who wouldn't associate with either party at all just launched a new group to get more working class candidates on the ballot. And I think that that's the kind of energy that'll be really good for the Democratic party. Yeah, not so much jumping into the news portion of the show here today. Last new segment on the back end of two big Friday editions of stake for breakfast, Noah catching up with Brandon Gill for the first time since the campaign. He is definitely excited to get to work for the American people just had a great time during freshman orientation drew a pretty decent pull in the congressional where's your office at lottery. And we gave we told them what's up, you know, in addition to some of the good freshman who are going to be contributing here on the show, heading up to Capitol Hill in January like Abraham a day like Brian Jack and a couple others Nick baguette from Alaska. We told him the rooms that he needs to stop by if he wants the snacks like Mountain Dew and peanut butter and jelly, you got to go to Bertchitz. And if you want the memes like a six foot four print out of Donald Trump with his head photoshopped onto the rocky body, you got to go by Mike Collins. So hopefully he takes our advice and he needs our warnings well and we'll be tracking him, you know, much in the same way we have and building a great relationship with his. He's got a pretty good staff that's going in with them. They've been really friendly. And, you know, as soon as he won the election, they wanted to reconnect. And now that orientation was over, we're going to start cycling these guys and gals back and getting them in here for you guys and tell you what's going on up on Capitol Hill. So it's good that they're not going to leave us hanging and just ignore us once they got in. Yeah. And I mean, over the years, there's been some. I mean, even some of the ones that, you know, got into Congress and came on a couple times, they get their feet wet on Fox News and then they'll do whatever it takes to get on there. But listen, for someone that likes long form, for people that like to talk about policy, for people that, you know, are just down with everybody kind of being able to explain things and more than a two or three minute hit, we've got plenty of people that have come in here over the years that are major contributors that you won't find anywhere else in the form that we give it to you guys. And we really do take pride in that. So speaking of pride, Karine Jean Pierre gave a press conference today. And in addition to saying absolutely retarded stuff like she usually does, like this is a quote from her, "Many grocery chains are offering deals this holiday. So Americans should be thankful that the prices are coming down." I don't see anywhere that's offering two for one turkeys. What do you think, Noah? No, not at all. She was also talking about Joe Biden calling himself the most pro-union president. But well, it's not pro-union when it comes to the people that are actually working for him and Kamala Harris. We told you that the checks were bouncing and the media asked about it and wanted some answers. Let's hear it. I think it was just on unions. The president has talked so much about being the most pro-union president ever. This week, the DNC staff union put out a pretty scathing note saying that so many DNC staffers have gotten laid off, no severance, they were shocked. I'm just curious, from an optics perspective, the vice president left town to go to Hawaii on vacation. Does the president think that's appropriate with so many DNC staffers are literally wondering what they're going to do for him? All right, let's not twist this in so many knots here. First of all, to your first part of your question, it's not the president who called himself the most pro-union president. It's other unions that have called him that and he is proud to be called. I'm pretty sure Joe Biden said it himself as well. That is something that he was given to him and he is proud to own that. And it's not because it's a frivolous statement. It is because he has shown he's not just spoken but taken action and has had the back of union members and union workers throughout his presidency. As it relates to the DNC, I would have to refer you to the DNC. And the vice president to go to Hawaii while DNC staffers are just wondering what they're going to do before. The vice president has taken time off to go spend time with her family. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think she deserves some time to be with her family and to have some downtime. She has worked very hard over it last four years and her taking a couple of days to be with her family. Good for her. Good for her. Thank you. Find her clothes. Exit stage right. Here's the thing. The question that's surrounding the controversy here is Noah. There are thousands of staffers and people that worked on the campaign up through election day that were reassured going into this thing, number one, that they were going to win. Yep. And number two, during the transition, as they were getting vetted and picked to either go back onto private life or be added into the incoming Harris-Waltz administration, be paid up through the holidays and the month of January. Find out that they've spent over a billion dollars in a losing campaign and are 20 million in the hole with no explanation for it. All of these people were told pretty punitively through an email that payments would well enjoy your paycheck, but stretch it out a little bit because the last one you've got is the last one you're getting. What do you think about that? Yes. The very, very, very last one you're getting. Can't make this shit up. A lot of news outlets do, but when you talk about telling the truth, there's only one person outside of Scott Jennings who tells the truth on places like CNN. As we're taking in our last new segment here, a little time to see what's going on with the Biden-Harris administration because there is some stuff going on in addition to him trying to really start World War III. Check out this clip I pulled from CNN last night. So the reason, one of the big reasons he bought Twitter/X is because he wanted to make it his own platform, remake it in his own image, and I think this really gets at it. Look at this. The party ID among those who regularly use X/Twitter 4 news, back in 2022, 65% of those who regularly use Twitter/X for news or Democrats, just 31% were Republicans. Look at where we are today. Just a completely different picture. Now it's basically split between Democrats at 48%, Republicans at 47%, and what I should note, Mr. Berman, is this now, this new overall makeup matches the overall electorate far better. And more than that, more than that, John, look at where Mr. Musk's net worth is today versus where it was just two months ago. He is the richest man in the world by far. Two months ago, look at this. His net worth was $252 billion. Look at where we are today. $314 billion, who he is by far the richest man ever to be on this planet. So yes, he's not as popular. Yes, Twitter/X perhaps is not as popular, but it's a much different platform. One that more represents Elon Musk, let's say, political instincts, and he is now a far. And the funny part is, I don't even understand that. So they're saying that Twitter represents the electorate, which is how it should be, if it's going to be a fair and even platform. And the reason why that there's more Republicans on there now is because they're not getting fucking deleted. Yes. And they're also saying that it's not as popular, even though usage of the app is at all time highs. And you just said that it represents the electorate. So I mean, if the electorate's on Twitter. Yeah. And they most certainly are. It's one of the things that we told you, all they do is lie and they'll read the stats and then make up just a completely false narrative about it today. And meanwhile, what's going on? We're living our best lives. I'm watching this video right now up on the big screen. Donald Trump at Moms for America gave Donald Trump the man of the century award. And you want to know how he accepted the award? Not walking out to God bless USA, walking out to YMCA and just standing up at the podium and dancing with the two ladies who were trying to present the award to them. I mean, like, things are good. Things are great. And we can't take for granted just about how much we're winning right here. I mean, again, the hard work is all ahead of us. But when you talk about the disarray that the Democrat Party and platform and media is in right now, you know, it's happening almost on an hourly basis. I'm watching. Okay, here's the next clip I got Noah. So I don't know if you saw on the view this week, I guess whatever network puts them on, I think it's ABC, right? They absolutely had it with their shit. So when they go and say Matt Gates is a rapist within like two minutes of them making that statement before they go to a commercial, they get like something up on the teleprompter that they have to read. Like, although Matt Gates has been a person of interest in allegations regarding sexual misconduct, we just want to say that he's been cleared of all charges. We're going to a commercial. Like that's literally happened like four or five times on the view in the last week. Here's another clear cut example of it this morning. I have a legal note. You want to take this one, Joy, or you Matt Gates has long denied all allegations and has not been charged with any crime. That's true. Also, another legal note, Pete Hexett's lawyer said he paid the woman in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit. He has denied any wrongdoing. That's interesting. Pay off the witness. I mean, what else do you guys want? The view is getting fact checked and forced to read legal statements in real time and you're black-pilling. I don't want to hear it. Best timeline ever. And it's not like the Democrats are doing anything to get out of their own way. You know, Nancy Pelosi has gone back to California and is basically crying there because everybody's pissed off at her from the last election and they leave Hakeem Jeffries in charge. Someone who's literally her puppet and gets told not to do stuff every single time he wants to do it. And they leave him up on Capitol Hill for a week during freshman orientation for, you know, incoming congressmen and women and what happens. Poillate gate kicks off and Hakeem Jeffries takes his time during his official weekly house minority leader. I'm going to speak to the press gaggle to talk about transgender bullshit. Listen to this. To the trans-related issues, you know, talk about this legislation all day. Oh, should there be accommodations made for trans members of Congress? And if so, what should they be? As Catherine Clark indicated, the notion that this incoming small house Republican conference majority is beginning to transition to the new Congress by bullying a member of Congress. This is what we're doing. This is the lesson that you've drawn from the election in November. This is your priority that you want to bully a member of Congress as opposed to welcoming her to join this body so that all of us can work together to get things done and deliver real results for the American people. I think it it causes you to have to ask the question, what was all the rhetoric about over the last several months on the campaign trail? Did you lie to the American people? Are you really focused on solving problems for the American people? Are you really focused on lowering costs, addressing the high cost of living? Are you really focused on housing prices? Apparently not. Are you really focused on grocery prices? Apparently not. Are you focused as Republicans on building a healthy economy? Apparently you are not. And we will not hesitate to call that out. Every time they lean into their far right extremism and ignore, I thought I was going to say a project to a thing that the American people want us as members of Congress. So there it is. What did the Democrat, they have no leadership. They are literally in disarray and they're going out there and using official time to cry about the fact that Mike Johnson said some six foot two dude from Delaware who got elected to be a member of Congress cannot go to Capitol Hill and take crating shits in the girl's bathroom next to some of the most esteemed guests on the show like Nancy Mase and Aaron Houchin. We're not going to have that here on stake for breakfast. Mike Johnson is not going to have that in the halls or I guess the bowels of Congress if you want to be even more accurate about it. Noah, listen, I promise you we're winning. Here's Senate Republican Steve Danes taking his time to officially address the press and poking a little fun about what's going on down in the in the lower chamber. Check this out. Hi, I'm Steve Danes. My pronouns are Republican majority. I have a I have I have a simple message for Chuck Schumer and for Bob Casey. It's over. We need a little bit more of that kind of winning. We honestly do and as we're getting ready to wrap here and head into the weekend now just under a week before Thanksgiving where we all should be thinking about what we're thankful for outside of the elections but including it as well. I'll be completely honest with you. There are some people within the Democrat apparatus who are trying to blow the whistle. You've heard it from John Stewart. Maybe Bill Maher a little bit. Here's a former news anchor Brian Williams who appeared on I don't know one of the late night talk shows this week kind of talking about the reality check that's going on right here as someone who's probably more of a blue dog Democrat than he is a radical progressive. You know just saying like the what the Democrats have turned this party into coming out of Barack Obama's two terms in office. You know minority pandering, elitism telling you like the only reason you're poor is because you spend too much money. That's not part of the American dream. You know that inflation isn't real that the borders aren't open that girls aren't getting raped and killed by illegals all over this country that were not on the verge of World War three. That Democrat party and that whole dream is dead. Donald Trump killed it and they really need to move on and move back to the middle or they're going to be suffering landslide election losses for I guess many years to come. Let's check it out. I think it's insulting when members of the working class which the Democratic party has lost entirely in our lifetimes to insist the economy is doing great. A 12-pack of bounty is $40. Rich folks don't feel that. Poor folks already switched to sparkle during the COVID during the lockdown and I think telling them that the NASDAQ is gangbusters is further insulting. It's insulting I think the biggest unforced error of the Biden administration by far was the border to tell people it's not a problem is insulting. For the working class to see incoming migrants getting welcome bags debit cards and motel rooms is probably insulting as well. So there's a lot of work to do. You know it was when they handed out camo hats that said Harris walls and the Democrats were they were kind of charmed by that. Their party has gone quinoa and the rest of America's eating at cracker barrel and so they it was kind of an ironic use of something millions of Americans put on their heads to start their day every day. Yeah they need to reach out to America again and be less about what's called suicidal empathy worrying so much about minority groups in society and in your party that you win the argument but. I'll leave it at this as you're getting ready to cut here and close out the week here on stake for records and jump in with John Schnatter who is the original Papa John. You look at the leadership Pelosi Schumer the Bidens the Clintons the Obamas America's fed up with them and their elitist nature and their talk down to you I mean Barack Obama was out on the campaign trail just imagine it's like watching you know someone who's been in ace their entire career lose their fastball and just be in these you know halfway packed high school gyms after supposedly being one of the most uh hope and change presidents in the history of our republic uh scolding black men for not wanting to vote for the shittiest candidate in the history of mankind and Kamala Harris and you know it's not gonna be until they're all done and when you again Brian Williams the good point he makes is is that Democrat leadership needs to become touchable again and right now they are the party of the elites and when you look at who's on the bench I mean it's a lot more and I don't know what America has in regarding a temperature for people like Wes Moore who reminds me of a divisive obama like character or Josh Shapiro who's just like a little nerd that I want to pull his underwear up over his forehead and take his lunch money before I shove him into a locker but when you look at JB Pritzker Gavin Newsom Gretchen Whitmer you know Pocahontas and all the other ones they're elitists as well they've been pounding around with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and everyone who's been in the Oval Office in the administration for 12 out of the last 16 years currently and even longer before that so as we head into this weekend and we start about you know formulating what we're going to be given thanks for next week here on the show it's definitely the fact that not only we did the job we needed to do to get Donald Trump into the White House and get this administration kicked off in the right foot in January and I'm not talking about our podcast I'm talking about America first we also have to be very thankful that the Democrats have painted themselves into such a corner I don't see them recovering anytime soon no you got anything to add I mean the recovery is going to be them being routed from the whole administrations and government government positions that they hold that's going to be it yeah it certainly is and we'll be looking forward to covering it here in depth of the for you guys on the show we're getting ready to jump in with John Shatter right now but podcast he is the founder of Papa John's pizza welcoming back to the show John Shatter thanks for coming on rolling thanks for having me good to see you always a pleasure sir listen when last we talked it was about a week before election day and in the two weeks and a couple days since we've had some big changes in this country number one is the referendum that the American electorate you know told the democrats the radical left the progressives the mainstream media you name it and it's been getting us down for the last 10 years there was a big cry that was answered on election day and that comes in the the form of Donald Trump being whisked back to the White House come January of next year obviously we retain the majority and the House of Representatives and flip the Senate back into Republican control John I know you were dialed into the whole end of this cycle you talked about so many different components of Donald Trump's campaign policy platform points that he's looking to make in his efforts to make America great again bring us back to a golden age all that stuff you know it's gonna take a village and every single person on board that needs to help but as you saw the selection shake out and the way that it did the electoral landslide the popular vote victory what does it say for the state of the nation right now and how optimistic are you looking forward all wrong thank you for the question this is a renaissance like this country hasn't seen since the framers established the the Constitution at the constitutional Congress in 1789 out of the 38 framers our founders 34 were businessmen shippers farmers traders they rang their own business their own enterprises and they looked at government in a situation of kind of a necessary necessary evil in that they would work their trade work their business you know work their shipping enterprises and then they would serve the government and then they would go back to their business and I was so blessed to be uh start Papa John's in 84 after Ronald Reagan's first term so I had Reaganomics and the thing that's really upset me first rated me and and been on my mind is I never thought it was fair to the generations behind me that they didn't have the fair shake that I got I could never do what I did in 84 with what was going on the last 12 out of 16 years and what makes America great is the entrepreneur and the middle class and the when you have all these bureaucrats and people that thank arithmetic and opinion and they've never run a business they don't understand how things work let me let me be real clear remember Papa John's was in 50 countries yep and we started in a broom closet in the back of a bar so I understand business you know understand human nature understand common sense and when you've been in 50 different economies you understand how business and economies work and they they were desecrating the middle and the lower middle classes last four years and another four years of that we would have been just hurting the middle class in a way that was going to take this country backwards because the middle class is what makes America different it's what makes us great and Donald Trump I mean he understands business he understands how to deal with foreign enterprises and foreign dignitaries and business folks and he he knows what lever to pull he knows when to pull it and he knows how hard to pull it and our middle class now is going to be put back on their feet the entrepreneur is going to now have a fighting chance to survive this is a gift from God and a renaissance to this country that hasn't been seen since 1789 what Donald Trump and his cabinet are do are going to do is going to make America great again it's going to make the middle class wealthy again and when that middle class is strong America's strong you know John we saw inklings of it really starting to happen and and the middle class is starting to flourish during his first term in office now consequently and what what happened with the global pandemic and the way the world was shut down for so long especially and you know so many different parts of the United States they just changed the way small businesses operator could afford to live anymore and just the way business was done in general where all the big box stores were coming and just scooping up every kind of need due to you know one restriction or another in an instance just like two years ago where the middle class and small business owners and people that are looking to do all the things you talk about we're on the edge of extinction we've reopened up the door to you know with the people Donald Trump's using to formulate his cabinet the selection of JD Vance as his vice president and what that could mean for you know who's in the White House for years to come but but just in this instance right now and starting in January Donald Trump understands that this country like you said the backbone the heart and soul of it is the middle class and the businesses that come from the middle class community how optimistic are you that we could really see I mean you called it a renaissance but just an explosion of American greatness again when it comes to business innovation moving forward let's pick on Argentina in the last 90 years they've gone socialism dictatorship then they went back to free markets democracy freedoms then back to the dictatorship it happens quick this has happened four times where they thrive under democracy freedoms and entrepreneurship and free markets and then they get desecrated when they are socialistic and Donald Trump is Ronald Reagan on steroids yeah he is going to fix this so quick I mean you're watching him in real time I mean he's not going to waste any time getting this done he knows how the games played in DC remember Donald Trump came out of New York he dealt with the illegal mafia and he dealt with the legal mafia called the New York government he's a street fighter he's a tough guy he's the toughest guy I've ever met by far and I'm deeply touched and grateful for what he's had to put himself through in his family through to get us in this position I mean it's truly remarkable I've always had high regards and the most respect but his tenacity and his persistence and his courage and his will to fight for what's right it's like something I've never seen you know I think so that's just long compared him to George Washington yeah and it's going to happen quick like you're going to feel this guy in the next three or four months and the next six or eight months you're going to go wow I mean he's going to do this extremely quick because he understands how markets work he has the institutional knowledge and he's going to drain this swamp and that's what amazed me about this whole election is I just didn't understand with a corrupt CIA a corrupt FBI a corrupt AG a corrupt media and all the things he was up against I was worried that they weren't going to let him get into office i.e. to assassination attempts and so this is a gift to America this is a gift from God to have this guy at the helm and let him do what he's going to do and he knows how to do and he knows how to do it this is this is going to be unbelievable what he's going to do in the next six months it was that business pitch that he had on the campaign trail to where it really resonated I mean you're talking about young people every demographic and cross-tab across the board the shift to republican voting in major cities and in some of the most bluest of sapphire states and places just across the country that you've never seen even people participating historically in presidential elections before coming out and voting for Donald Trump I mean he's damn near 77 million votes right now which is just absolutely phenomenal and like you had mentioned this is this is something that's going to be a gift from the american people you know john as you're seeing Donald Trump start to put his cabinet together there's a lot of people with with experience much like he had with his first administration but it seems like you know even if they're lawyers even if they're people that are dialed into the media it doesn't matter they all in some way shape or form understand you know what america's all about and they also all understand you know what it's like to run a business as many of them have been successful businessmen and women themselves whether it's like you know Elon Musk Vivek Ramaswami, Linda McMahon, etc you know when you see some of these people that are coming together and some of the people that he's tapping to be in his next administration it doesn't look like Donald Trump's playing games he's not listening to any consultants from the swamp anymore to say like okay you're going to bring in some people from the outside but here's the deal you need a couple people that like know the way things go here it seems like he was given a mandate in the way that he won the election and moving forward he's going to continue to select people to work in his administration that are going to have nothing but the best interest to the american people at the forefront oh no doubt about that i mean Vivek is a personal friend he's probably one of the smartest individuals i know on top of that he's just a fantastic human being he's a good man Elon is Elon Musk i mean the the talent that Trump surrounded himself with and the beautiful thing about Trump is he didn't play politics right he told you exactly what he was going to do exactly how he was going to do it and he told you told you that with a high sense of urgency so he he doesn't have to play games he doesn't have to play all these political games he can be Donald Trump and just do what's right for america and that's what he's all about all he cares about is fixing this great country remember the federal reserve and the IRS were established in 1913-1912-1913 actually they passed some of it the day before christmas eve under the table so this nonsense of just uh crazy spending and bad fiscal policy and uh corrupt government they've it's taken them what 110 years to get this in and i mean look what we've been dealing with an open border meth theft child trafficking violent crime 12,000 immigrants i mean we give 80 billion dollars of equipment in the afghaniscan debacle we've weaponized the judicial system we've defunded the police we've got away from family values and morals i mean it's taken them a hundred years to get us in this situation and the beautiful thing about the left is they always overplay their hand and they overplayed it and that nonsense has got to stop and the american people have voted loud and clear that there's a new sheriff in town and we want to we want our america back the reason i bring that up roan is that it took them 110 years to get us in this shape 35 trillion dollars in debt etc etc etc it will take trump less than two years to clean this up he's going to put so many safeguards in and so many policies in place that they can't do this again quickly and they could do it over time like they did the last hundred years but again he's going to clean have clean the slate and give us a fresh chalkboard and make america the way it was intended to be with conservative values hard work you can get ahead in this country um and you know people that understand you can't spend 35 trillion dollars and not have inflation right you can't leave a border wide open and have this kind of destruction in our our cities you can't have a weak stance with foreign leaders because they're going to take advantage of you i mean let's let's take that we gave 200 billion dollars to you crane and we can't give 140 million dollars to our good friends in ashville uh in the carolina's this is crazy and uh vivic uh elan robert uh kennedy jr is a personal friend of mine he's he's dead on this food supply the food supply will make you sick uh there's too many chemicals in the food there's too many too much processing but all this is just so glorious and it's going to be so good for the health and the well-being and i end this with the the the democratic ideology takes the standard of living backwards you know the conservative trump policies are going to make life better for the average america and that's what you want you want people to live the best life they can live and when they're living paycheck to paycheck and the government's blowing trillions of dollars your your robin peter to pay paul and that all falls back on the middle class it certainly does and you know you mentioned robert kennedy jr i have to ask you before we cut with you today john you know him being uh Donald trump is forming a team a lot of people have uh considered it or likened it to the america first avengers uh they all bring a lot to the table but some of them bring stuff to the table from traditionally outside of the america first the conservative the republic intent like bobby kennedy jr now when you see him being nominated to head hhs you know the fda the cdc uh the nih all fall under that umbrella you see him bringing in people like uh another good friend of donald trump dr mehmet us to run the medicare medicaid wing of that kind of component of the health care sector and what robert kennedy jr really wants to do to get this country being healthy again i mean i know you become a huge health advocate over the years and and just kind of want to weigh in on like the awesomeness of this pick and what do you think it means in the amount of time that robert kennedy jr is going to get to start really changing the way that we look at health and nutrition robert kennedy jr is highly intelligent he knows what he's talking about he's done his homework he's done his research he walks the talk and he's a good man remember uh 14 months ago i supported both robert kennedy jr and trump yep you know that was my two two i didn't care which one got in i just we just had to get rid of of this craziness under the biden heiress administration so kennedy knows what he's talking about and they're attacking him um like i think on kennedy and cereal because of an ingredient when the fact the matter is kennedy and cereal doesn't have blueberries or raspberry it has chemical blueberry you know it's it's fresh chemicals i mean that this is crazy and um the fda and all these government agencies they're so fat they're all in the take with lobbyists you know the lobbyists have so much power um you get some eye that worked at at a company and the next thing you know they're with the fda fda or you know nas or whatever they're with so it's all a chummy fraternizing um collaboration of people that are not uh that are deceitful that are manipulative and on the take that is getting ready to stop now the thing with trump is the people he's putting in place have to march to his orders they have to march to his tune and i don't think in 2016 roan he knew what he was getting himself into uh he's i think he thought if you play nice they'll play nice what he doesn't understand is the elite left is extremely evil they're extremely corrupt they do not care about humanity and they will do anything anything to maintain power and control so um if his cabinet marches to his tune uh this is going to be a beautiful thing in all aspects it's a beautiful thing like this interview we conducted today listen we've got your website live link in the show description today where can we find anywhere else on social media will i think that as well we're on x we're on instagram we're on tiktok the papajan snotter where uh we just launched uh on x with our farm we did some farm video as you know i have an organic farm so we studied the stuff that rk jr is talking about and again he's he's dead on if you read his book on the covid-19 and the uh dr fauci fauci being the the farce and um the evil guy that he is uh fauci started his nonsense back in the 90s with age um and so um but uh we uh we're big into health and you know there's not a doctor that i talked to that's worth um his weight and salt that doesn't say the medical field is broken yeah we're making people sick it's real simple they get them on processed foods overweight high diabetes they get people sick then they get them on pharmaceuticals and then they got a cash machine uh for the rest of their life so the same people that own the processed foods that make you sick are the same companies that own the pharmaceuticals that make you actually make you sick or they pro they prolong life but it it's an unhealthy life so what you want is you want quality of life with quantity of life and that starts with a good diet and getting all the chemicals in the processed food and the fertilizers um and then insecticides out of our our food supply out of our crops i tell you what you are the original papa johns
