yes we're back once again and we are so excited to be back we're not going to be usual okay today we're going to be having an exciting episode where we are unboxing yes unboxing you want to know what i'm saying i'll to the old even have a scratch time to go i'm cracked i'm gonna go out with the old and in with the new all right so this was an i our phone 12 i phone 12 see i don't even remember pro max pro max so that's important so while we when we're gonna be out in um four years ago too what are we gonna be uh what's the word again unboxing unboxing he's looking at me we're gonna probably just give you the pros and i mean the differences of the two that's why we're getting rid of this one and coming in with the brand new words so we got these in 2020 because that's when they were released right before cool so they were released in 2020 and of course we're gonna see what are we getting that's a brand new are you ready unbox unbox i love unboxing yes my wife love unboxing all right so what do we have here let's see so we we had these phones for a whole four years we were tempted at times yes we was to get the other phones and i'm glad we did not because there wasn't much of it just so we are about to find out um the difference okay so that's the 12 pro so as we unbox as we unbox can leave that on the floor so as we unbox we got the new what is this what is it 16 pro max 16 pro max you know we don't do time to smoke we like yes big like they're always saying sorry i forget you go big and go home right i don't think it's not i forget only okay yeah i think we go big or go home yes go big and go home so at the back there's a whole thing that allows us to just pull because we don't just do that you know this i thought okay so we're gonna pull that's our a pro max and three one two three ready hold on got to the bottom oh go to do the bottom i'm like why is it stuck okay get to do the bottom it also has the screen thing all right and then i'll take it at the same time one two three wasn't at the same time i got the wine and i got the natural natural let's take it at so what does it come with okay so it's okay i got the it's not white it's minus silver light silver silver you got dark silver no it's white oh the back is but this is so fine okay so i got the white and i got that change because my old one was i don't know what color what this i think it was gold gold yes and you had the blue okay so let's just try and look at the similarities before we even take out whatever let's just look at the external similarities we got a few notes here of course design if you look at the 12 which is this one it was just i don't know what do you think i think this one is lighter the 12 yes and the 16 same size i mean the same size yes but heaviness i feel like this one is more heavier the new one is more heavier than the lighter on anyways so the the the the that with the design the things that stand out is that they were oh okay this this is what stands out the 12 was actually ceramic shield glass okay the 12 had a ceramic shield glass and the 16 first of all they say it it's thinner not really not really not really okay but this is this one what this is one thing that stands out is that it's it has a refined titanium frame titanium frame i see you don't don't come for me don't don't long bumping goons don't try and rob me here titanium frame and it has a more polished lightweight design with an updated ceramic shield so it also has a shield glass and with a 6.1 inch LTPO OLED so let's look at the display technology so let's remove this part isn't it nice to just be the first one to open something like I've I've unvirgined it's unvirgin it yeah I've unvirgined okay so that's a beautiful just blank screen we can turn it on I believe let's see turn it on let's see turn it on did you turn it on how do you even turn it on okay so you're going to look at the display technology so with the 12 thank you turn on yours let's see so it's turning on have you turned around no i don't want to sell that we're suddenly rough yet why we're just turning it on okay so with the 12 which was this old machine um oh hello I don't know what language this is a lot of different languages i don't know anyways so with the display technology this one has 120 hertz promotion display with a LTPO which is low temperature polycrystic oxidized technology which provides a smoother scrolling and better battery efficiency yes so last longer last longer basically basic English with the 12 it was 60 hertz and the for the 16 is 6 is 12 hertz i mean 120 hertz okay so that's double the efficiency level okay because even just with the scrolling and the battery battery efficiency which is excellent what about the chip because that's one another thing that you wanted to look at right the 12 pick up your 12 so they can see the 12 the 12 um had an a14 bionic chip the 16 a18 okay am i talking to myself because we're doing it together 818 pro chip right which offers enhanced cpo cpu gpu and ai performance i know that was one of the things that you wanted to get this yeah that was the main thing we didn't want i made the decision was the app or intelligence the app or intelligence plus the camera right and so it makes it faster and more power efficient that all that's the cpu the gpu and ai performance and optimize complex and it can optimize complex tax like advanced machine learning whatever that means and gaming we know that what machine learning is the ai is learning why do you use it okay so basically learning every time you use it it learning use machine learning you so it's going to be like it's going to speak on my behalf basically it can be me yeah right so let's go take your every move when you're typing so it learning what you do so yeah so even if i just even if i chat chat between your life so when you every prompt you point every time so it's learning so that it it gives you better output so it's important what i'm saying as it becomes you yes it becomes you yes so let's check out the cameras initially before they said they were going to try and put four cameras so i guess they stayed with the three the the triple camera but i know the 16 the camera was a triple 12 mp but now this i mean that the 12 the 16 now has it has a triple camera of course but the zooming is more is better yeah and then you got cinema view where is the number of you yeah it can zoom into the individual that's speaking so now when someone is talking now the camera gonna ask you zoom in onto that person it's what and as well as to with some of the features so it's also a black out other other views as well yeah so there's only focus on the individual wow that is so cool because it says there next generation features like smart h h dr five periscope telephoto lens what you're saying it can zoom in and just focus on the person and better low light performance ai driven which is like uh must yes uh photography which will which is more like i guess when you it will be able to just detect you because it is ai photography as well so let's go to battery life because i know that's very important yes battery life yeah last longer you're not going to be constantly charging because with this one because it had i we've had it for so long the 12 i had to get like an extra um what's the the the um the charger that i carry on the side just in case if i go under portable the portable charger yeah because it it will just turn off when you the battery will be drained it's ready to set up look at that not not yet but not there yet it's ready to you know to to drain i mean it drains the battery so quickly so the 12 had lasted 17 hours okay of video play as well videos what 16 it has improved the battery life by 30 percent okay which is which is absolutely amazing yes 30 percent i will take any time and this is because of the chipsets and the display technologies that are there so but the battery life has increased by 30 25 to 30 percent we know when it's starting old we know when they want to give us the 8 17 what they gonna do more than 20 or the 19 yeah so let's look at connectivity so connect connectivity the 12 had a 5g connectivity which had um an mm wave and sub g hz support the 16 has enhanced the 5g performance and then it what does that mean it means that the downloads are faster okay and it the speed is faster the uploading is faster of speed so when your things come faster you don't wait you know the thing that goes loading it doesn't load forever and it's improve signal and reliability so it can pick up in basements it can pick up in mountains much more faster yeah biometrics you know what we're talking about when we're talking about what we're talking about face recognition yeah face recognition so the 12 has had a face id so you just do that then it sees you with no under display fingerprint scanner now the same face id but also a touch id feature with additional biometric security options so it will not be easy to steal somebody's i phone 16 because it will have so many security features the thing is if you steal it it's gonna be it's gonna cost you so much more to to try and get rid of all these things yeah cost you a lot you know and some and if they're improving it like this you could buy it and it becomes useless look at these people that are is what's happening in in cali when people are coming in and just stripping the phones the demo phones you know that those phones majority of them are useless they've made them to be useless of course yeah so you're just taking a dummy and you just say yeah you're going to prison for just stealing a dummy yeah dummy phone okay let's move to usb versus lightning okay the 12 the lightning port it has a lightning port for charging right the 16 the usb they want us to buy more stuff no i know they want you to use the seaport yeah that's that's the one thing that's seaport so this this is the charging right yeah that's the charging yeah so let's let's un it's like our apple uh it's like the man so this is seaport now it's like enjoy as well so this is this is what the seaport is about which means we're buying new things out to to take it what do you remember the op hat had the seaport oh the mat has the seaport the 12 had what it had just a regular yes it has the other one i don't know what the other one is where i have the the the y so okay so the seaport usb seen for charging and data transfer due to regulatory pressures whatever but they get it always in it and industry standards offering faster charging and data speed yeah that's that's what they say because and another thing too is more compatible now you only need one y you can now you can connect so if you got an app out why you can use it for so they're just trying to just keep us on the every day yeah the streamline because right now we're recording using an and ipad you know eventually we're gonna switch it's like and our laptops are all apples so we just an in fact i didn't like apple at all and i got get married okay to an apple user guess what you'll end up being sucked in into the apple family so anyway let's talk operating systems all right now you show us andro before you i love my andro because given my laptop it had a touch screen and i love that i could just touch the screen now there's no touching screen no thing with the iphone with the apple and the mac in it's go to operating system so the the 12 was shipped with an ios 14 the 16 it's an ios 18 yes whatever that means but it's 18 okay this is what it means it's now featuring more advanced customization of course with ai driven capabilities and guess what guys churchy bt is one of my is my best way one of my best way because no churchy business now my best way because i used to google this to be my best friend yes google but google you have to compare yourself churchy bt yes they it compares for you yes it goes and fits up everything yeah yeah it's called it's called all the day it wasn't i really because they have all the data inside yeah yeah so i'm sorry google living divorce today well not today well yeah today for a long time well i think it's gonna be more diverse now because i have a phone that supports ai and it's support it's support churchy bt yeah because they are the series yeah it's it's churchy bt mentioned the name yeah so this guy got a message from you know who who's listening to our stories yeah i'm going to say hi babe now i sent it to the guy only to find out that the friend was planning to analyze him you can't use that word on on on you too yes you can't use the actual word so that's why we say analyze what kind of content creator is this every content creator knows we say analyze we don't use the real word and even siri knows analyze and then it's a rather video so this guy found out through our friend s-i-r-i that somebody's planning to analyze them so can you imagine that now with the 16 the minutes you mentioned that person's name or why am i carrying the over not the with the 60 when you mentioned the old name when you mentioned the person the name because then the this person kept up saying like for example lennard lennard so siri was like okay sorry siri s-i-r-i because now he's speaking me up thought that so he was been giving an instruction to send i don't know how but also i guess it was god because this guy then found out that the friend is trying to analyze him okay there was just a side note okay so we were operating system we're done with that that it's ai driven it has ai capabilities and therefore it gives enhanced privacy features and i'm one thing too enhance privacy features don't just go over that that's important that but apple is always good with the privacy features yeah they they again they proud of something i think that's one of the things that i like about it as well say it's not easy just to to um to to crap tap into tap into yeah i'm one of the things too because they add an extra button mm-hmm oh they did yeah camera button okay let's see yeah so there was nothing here you're right so they add it actually they i guess they were planning on something because there's an indent here yeah it is but this is the camera what was this for just for nothing like apple like you did so you did it in dance so now i'm sorry it going no you can use the side and you can zoom that's why you gotta go and you can zoom in zoom out you can also zoom in and around so let's look at the side let's look at the difference with the side so we've got this which used to be just i don't know what yeah i don't know and then maybe they always had that plan though that's why they gotta be you know sometimes that's how they do it though it's they never put they never give you the full feature the full feature let's just add it and on and again yeah they're without on and then they got to do that so they're gonna be like 15 years guessing and it's the power oh that's the power now see and then here we have volume the volume and then so i'm guessing next day they're gonna tell us this is something you see this this is something because this one doesn't have anything so there's something here that they put in here this was a just a chip that's a chip so when i went did the chip go the chip is uh oh this i think this is a speaker this was a speaker probably what did this was something yeah i promise this was something and then let's look at the the bottom it's still the same the bottom the bottom i think i think the the crack hell and it's our china bibuji and i took it out of the cover and these phones are very sensitive okay i think that's that's about it oh the lastly um it's the price of course um this the 12th started at about to the nine yeah not 99 yeah 99 it's about a thousand dollars and this one it's just a little bit higher at the starting price we've paid a little bit more because we added all some extra features so but the starting price was um 1200 yes for the 16 but we paid a little bit more because you want more storage you take what kind of storage one tb one cb which i don't know what that is but it's a lot more so yeah and then i thought so that so i go for how many stories because i don't need you got the regular one i got the regular go figure hey that's all right let's see what else is in here but it just it just it just so that i don't have to buy new storage yeah so there's nothing else in here all right where's the apple thing yeah i want the apple sign that you know that the apple sign thing they don't give us anymore the sticker i guess not not anymore yeah not anymore apple sticker all right okay and then i bought ourselves some um pouches so because i'm the silver gold i'll take those with the silver but also brother here got himself a different one open up let's see let's see you might as well just unbox that so i got myself these and yes i got the i got mine from china he got it from amazon so let's see the difference the chinese one and the amazon one because we can remember it's made in china anyways yeah time to be bougie here and buying it from amazon i i phone 16 max okay and it has a magnetic and so plastic same thing yeah same day same thing same thing because my my magnetic case i put it in here i put it in yours i guess it's already over here yeah all right so tell us what you think about you gadgets we got thank you to hubby yes yes yes because it's a gift for me from him to me yes listen it's such a nice thing to be married because you don't have to worry about your phone bill or upgrade phone upgrades and all that but i've been a good wife i didn't upgrade for four years in fact every time he said let's get an upgrade i'd be like no it's just wait wait let's wait so i'm glad we waited because we used to skip a year anyways we didn't use to we used to get like skip a year so we might just go back to skipping a year again we'll see we're seeing and see we're seeing we did well for four years we're definitely gonna um we're definitely gonna wait yeah because the main thing was the apple intelligence in the camera so we realized that we can lasso for the one the one negative thing about this was now whenever we're speaking to people we had to use an earpiece because the the the um i guess it's the the speaker was just becoming bad people couldn't hear hey but i was gonna if if it wasn't for the apple and for those i was gonna let them roll right and so like really use it but i think we really used our money yes we had finished paying you had finished paying for the gadgets a long time ago we're just paying for the contract bill so um to those who it's not it's no contract though the phone the phone bill is meant to mind well i mean that the usage phone users yes yeah for those of you who are thinking okay now season like a good new phones can we have your old ones unfortunately it's a big no because we're returning them to their manufacturer yes because they've given us a discount on our new phone so i'm sorry for those who are expecting that oh they unbox new iPhones so that we're expecting new
