Your Losing Days Are Over
Good morning to you, sings of the Most High. I want to read something to you from the book of Mark chapter 5 verse 27. When she had heard of Jesus, she came in the press behind and touched his garment. For she said, "If I may touch but his clothes, I shall behold." And straight away, the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. That's what I want to talk to you about today. You're losing days out over. You heard me right. You're losing days out over. Father God, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, me and Pastor Amy we join our faith with your wonderful people here on this morning. Dear God, let somebody know on this morning that their losing season is over. That season of losing has come to a close. Lord, you said to, there's a time and a purpose, there's a time and a purpose for everything under the heavens. There's a time to lose, but there's a time to win. Father God, me and Pastor Amy, we join our faith which are wonderful people here this morning. Especially those who are discouraged, who are at the end of their rope, things are tough in the family, trouble in the marriage, gotten a bad report from the doctor, finances are all in shambles, they are covered in debt. Bring your people out, God. Lord, your word says, you gave us power to get wealth. God, we pray for your people. Bring them out. Just like you said about Job, and the Lord turned the captivity of Job and gave him twice as much. That's what he had before. Do it for somebody under the sound of our voice this morning. Step into their situation. God, I pray that you would bring strength that only the Holy Ghost can bring. I pray that you would bring comfort that only the Holy Ghost can bring. I pray that you would give an assurance through the written word of God that only the word can give. Lift every burden. God, I bind every devil, every demon, every foul, an unclean spirit that I've come against your people. We rebuke you devil in the name of Jesus Christ, the son of the living God, the word of God declares upon this rock. I'll build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. We thank you that the losing season is over. In the name of Jesus, somebody say amen. Somebody say amen. You know in the book of Proverbs the Bible says, there's a time to lose, but then there's a time to gain. Oh, blessed be the name of Jesus. I don't know about you, but I know what it is to suffer losses in my life. And I'm sure many of you have suffered losses in your life, but me and Pastor Amy also know what it is for the Holy Ghost to shut that losing season over. Come on, because sometimes you don't even understand why certain things are happening. And then God have to open your eyes because the Bible says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore, take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Amen. I want to take you into the book of March up to 5, verses 25 through 34, your losing days are over. As we talk about the woman with the issue of blood, the Bible says on a certain woman which had an issue of blood for 12 long years. And had suffered, watched this, and had suffered. She suffered, y'all. And had suffered. She suffered. I love how real the Bible is. You know, fate doesn't exempt you from the trials of life. Are you listening to me? Faith would bring us through it. Are you listening? She suffered many things of many physicians. She was doing everything in our power to get better. And, you know, I commend this woman. I don't know about you. I don't have a problem with going to doctors. Thank God for doctors. They ain't God that we know they are limited, but thank God for the wisdom that He has given them to be able to help us. And sometimes they're able to help, and sometimes it's beyond them. Well, this woman's situation was beyond them because the Bible says she had suffered many things of many physicians and had spent all that she had. Her problem was so bad it got, and she went bankrupt. She got, she went broke and ran into financial difficulty because she blew all of her money trying to get better. And was nothing better. Guess what? A situation called worse, it says, but rather grew worse. Who am I talking to? Who can relate to that at a time in your life where things went from bad to worse? And just when you said, well, they can't get no worse than this. Pretty much the bottom fellow. Who know what I'm talking about? But something happened. Verse 27, very similar to blind bottom, Master Bible says, when she heard, I'm telling you the Holy Ghost is on time. You talk about divine appointment. He will have you in the right place at the right time, talking to the right people to hear the right word to spark that faith on the inside of you. When she heard of Jesus, the Amplified says when she heard of the reports. In fact, when she heard the reports of the miracles is what it means that Jesus had performed. She came in the press behind and touched his common force. She said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. Listen, when she heard of the miracles of Jesus, something happened on the inside of her because she was hopeless. She had spent everything she had. She was discouraged. She was disheartened. She was downcast and downtrodden. And it was at that point in her life when her situation got worse. That somebody came and said, did you hear about this man called Jesus? God is working. Great signs. One is in miracles through a Lazarus's race from the dead. Blind bottom man is called his side back. The cripples are walking. Come on. When she heard that, she said, Oh, this is my answer. I got to do something. She began to declare, all I got to do is touch. And there's someone say, reach for your miracle. Oh, she said, all I got to do is reach on and touch the hem of his garments. And I shall be whole. And immediately, the fountain of her blood was dried up and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And then, wait a minute, this woman was a risk taker. No different than blind bottom man. They all took risk in different areas. According to the Old Testament, the laws in Old Testament, she was considered unclean because of her issue of blood. She was not supposed to be out in public in a crowd among a group of people because this would get her in trouble. She would be stoned for this. She was considered unclean. Unclean or not? Ready or not? Here I come. Sometimes you just got to take a risk. She broke barriers. She went against tradition. She went against what was the new law of that time so she can get to Jesus. He is the fulfillment of the law. You listen to me. And when she pressed, the Bible says she pressed through the crowd. She pressed through the crowd. And when she touch the hem of his garments, the Bible says immediately. The fountain of her blood was dried up and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the crowd and said, "Who touch my clothes? Don't touch me." And Peter, James and John and all the apostles, they said unto him, "Thou seest a multitude thronging man. They just rubbing up against you left right in the center and sayest thou who touched me, Lord. Are you kidding? These people are on you by the thousands." And Jesus looked round about to see her that had done this thing. Jesus recognized her touch was different. That was a touch of desperation. That was a touch of someone who was willing to take a risk. That was a touch of faith. Because when she touched him, she sucked the virtue out of him. She sucked the healing anointing of God out of him. The power of God went out of his body and flowed into and made her well. But the woman, verse 33, "But the woman, fairing and trembling, knowing what was done in her came and fell down before him and told him all the truth." And he said unto her, "Dada, thy faith, your faith hath made the whole go in peace." And behold of thy plague, your losing days are overs when he was telling them. He was telling them because of your faith, your losing days are over. Your days are suffering are over. Thank you, Jesus. The power of God, one encounter with Jesus turned her life around. She was completely healed. Her trouble was over. Father, God, in the name of Jesus Christ, Me and Pastor Amy, we thank you right now. God, you're bringing someone into a season of victory. You're bringing somebody out of their problems, out of their situation, out of their dilemma. If somebody's situation that went from bad to worse, God, you turn it around because your word says, "Weeping me," and they offer a night. Glory to God. But joy comes in the morning. You're turning it around right now. You're turning it around right now. The name of Jesus Christ, My King. Sing it with me, Church. What a beautiful name it is. Nothing compares to this. What a beautiful name it is. The name of Jesus. What a beautiful name it is. What a beautiful name it is. The name of Jesus. Thank you, God, for answering prayer. Thank you for bringing that losing season to a cause. In that marriage, in their help, in their relationships, in their business, on that job, in the church, in the ministry.
