When Is One Allowed to Make a So-called Bracha That Is Not Needed?
Welcome everybody, shoot number 947, getting back to our hlkasbrahos. Okay so we started talking about we took a little bit of a turn last year but we said we were in the middle of the hlkasbrahshayt Nshriqah. In our simm and raish tesvah, which talks about our main and so on. Okay we went through what a brahshayt Nshriqah is and what a brahshalabatala is. So now the question is so we know where not to do it but is there a time that you could do it right they couldn't make not a brahshalabatala but a brahshayt nshriqah. A brahshat that's not needed becomes a brahshat that is sort of needed to get out of a suffix amongst a when there's a makhlkas, a pizkim and so on. Okay so how does that work? That's what I want to try to go through a little bit from the safer hlkas from the safer pizkah chu. They bring it down so beautiful with the various different examples which come up constantly. So says that starting off with safer hlkas. In our simm and raish tesvah, raish tesvah, oh it's kav gimm. He says like this that's really for pizkim. He brings it in the sha'unar kofai'indal and prima'kal and so on. Okay the bottom line is that's where the pizkim. The mudta likraim brahshayt nshriqah that you could cause a person could cause themselves to make a brahshayt nshriqah because she needs to live self in brahshayt. When there's a mama'shayt, a real sofic if you need this brahshayt or not. And we're going to, of course, we're going to see the various different examples what that's all about. We're going to write the lahshal. So here's the first one. We're going to write the lahshal, pa's habab qseem. So it's a suda. Right? Somebody wants to eat cake during the meal. So it's the makhlkas if you make a brahshah on cake or type of cake in general, how to work it and you have to have a mind by you by brahshas. Whatever the case is, it's not so simple, there's different type of cakes. Also, depending if it's a pa, if you make, in other words, it's like this. When a person eats a dessert during the meal, right, if it's a fruit, right, chocolate, these type of things, you have to make a brahshah. That's a separate brahsh. You have to make a shahakul. You have to make a doma if you're eating a watermelon. You have to make a or eight to feeding an apple, right? When it comes to cake, it's a very different type of cake and it's a makhlkas and it's not so posh it, what exactly is the halahshah. So, so, so, so now, so he says, we use sofic and sirs, the verus aus, so what some people do, what some people do, and it's an it's a brahshah, and in the poi skin that they could eat a piece of cake before the meal. We said last time, "Well, before you're going to wash, I'm going to make a brahshah, my kogul, no good. I'm going to make a brahshah, my chicken, no good, because you don't have to make a brahshah once you wash, right? You go right before you wash, you want to make a brahshah on the kogul. Why eating a kogul, eh, looks good, I don't know. That's not good. If there's a sea boat, whatever person very hungry, that's something different, we say. But just come to make a brahshah no good, but over here, now, the person knows he's going to be eating cake during the meal, but the problem is do I make a brahshah on this type of cake or not? It's a creamy cake, let's say, a 7-lay, I'm just going to give you an example, it's becoming a sofic, not so simple, do I, I don't know how to do it, what, when, so we each sofic him sirs, the verus aus, so what a person wants to do, brings a lekul, mime no kogul, it must see this, so before I go to wash, I'll take a stick o' cake, a small little piece of cake, less than a kazayis, I might add, less than a kazayis, right, because you don't want to otherwise you're running into a problem of auha mecha, that becomes problematic also. If you eat more than a kazayis, under a four-minute period of cake, before the meal that you're running into the problem, couldn't you have to make an ala mecha? Others say, if I remember correctly, the michibur says you have a mind by benching, so you want to eat less than a kazayis or a small little cookie, let's say, right, that's less than a kazayis, whatever case is, make him a zonos, and you have a mind, a cake, any type of cakes you'll be eating during the meal, right, I eat a small little piece of cake, less than a kazayis, under a four-minute period, right, another is not in a four-minute period of kazayis, or eat a little cookie, something like that, less than a kazayis, whereby I do not need a bracha, ah, right, and I do it before the meal, now I have a mind, all the cakes and cookies that I'll be eating, not the fruit you can't have a mind, obviously, in this case, but I'll have a mind, all the cakes I'll be eating during the meal, but the fact is, you said, once I said, we said don't make a bracha before the meal, right, if you're gonna eat it during the meal, you make a bracha then, but over here, since it's a very, it's a soffic, and do I make a bracha, do I not, the type of cake, whatever the case is, again, I'm not getting into the whole haloq right now, but in such a case scenario, it rates a lack of mimeno kodimasu, though, because we ate soffic, in sorrow, clavarajal, that's a question if you have to make a bracha, milidasu, on this cake, so it's muta lavarajal kodimasu, the malakomimeno, so take a little piece of cake, again, like we said, under a kazayis, not to cause the whole thing, like we said, the bracha, right, take a little piece of cake, and you go to wash, and you have a mind to cake, and like this, you get out of the whole stuff. Alpha-P says further, "Aphopecia in" again, in "Esechov-Gimmel" in "Esechov-Gimmel" in "Esechov-Gimmel". "Aphopecia in" "Yanten" below your "Esechov-Gimmel" even though, if I'm getting weight, I'm going to eat it only inside of the meal, right? I'll eat it during the meal. Well, it starts the "Verkalov-Mikar-Sophic". It's questionable. Do you make a broccoli? No, make a broccoli. So in general, we don't make a broccoli. It starts the "Verkalov-Mikar-Sophic". It's the "Sophic", and then there's different type of cakes. Also, when it comes to problematic, we call "Mokim" today "Verkim". Now, if she was fake, is "Mothar-Lasech" came? Because of the fact, you want to take yourself out of this question. Do I make "Don't I make", right? And because it's the "Sophic-Brah-Ha" so therefore we don't make. In other words, if something's the "Sophic-Brah-Ha-Kal", we know "Sophic-Brah-Ha-Kal". So if it's a "Sophic-Brah-Ha" or not to make in the meal, so by cake, in general, the most regular standard "Cake-Sophic-Brah-Ha". So we don't make a "Brah-Ha" right if it's the middle of the meal, but still it's a "Sophic". Some say, "Yes", some say, "Not", so therefore we want to eat a little tiny piece of cake, a little small little piece of cookie, less than it's like before the meal. Have mine everything over there. And it would not be considered a "Brah-Ha-Sha-Amit-Sriikal". Because the "Brah-Ha-Sha-Triikal" is a "Brah-Ha" that we need to get out of the "Sophic". That's the bottom line on this Indian, "Brah-Ha-Kal-Makkam-Triikal" means "Hut-Si-Nap-Sha-Triikal". It's fake, it's "Mut-Triikal-Ha-Sai-Sikal". So that was our first example. A very interesting example, which comes up constantly, right? People want to, not chubs, I'd say, during the week. I want to take a piece of cake during the meal. I don't know if it's a good... This type of cake, that type of cake, creamy cake, I'm not sure. Should I make sure that I make a "Brah-Ha" it becomes really problematic? So what do I do? So "Sophic-Brah-Ha-Ha-Kal", right? There are certain types of cakes, whatever. We're not going to get it for the whole "Sumi" right now. But you take a little piece of cake and reform us. Like this, you are out of... How do you say? We are out of all sphakers, and that would be in that case. In other words, in that case, that would not be considered a "Brah-Ha-Kal-Makkam-Triikal". It would be "Brah-Ha-Kal-Makkam-Triikal". Because it's helping you getting out of a "Sophic". Thank you for listening. That's welcome, "Brah-Ha-Kal-Makkal-Triikal".
